本発明は、身体障害者や養護老人等(以下入浴者という)の分離式車椅子での入浴を介助するための入浴装置に関する。

従来の技術として特許3167585号公報に、走行部と、椅子部本体と、入浴用車椅子と、入浴用車椅子ストッパ機構と、基台と、被係止用ロッドと、係止部材と、付勢部材と、操作部とを構成部材とする入浴用車椅子ストッパ機構が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来技術には、分離した走行部が移動しないように基台に固定できるので、介助者等が走行部を位置合わせするといった面倒な作業を行なう必要はないという効果があるが、入浴用車椅子を基台にドッキング及び解除を行なう度に基台についたレバーを操作する必要があるためドッキング操作が面倒になる、また、搬送車をドッキング位置に待機させたとき、レバー操作を行なうまで搬送車がロックされないため、床勾配等により搬送車が動く可能性がある、等の欠点がある。

本発明の目的は、従来の欠点を解決したもので、搬送車の着脱が容易に行なえ、入浴者の移送が簡単確実にでき、軽微な労力で入浴を介助できる入浴装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
即ち本発明は、入浴者を載せ台車部(5)から分離して入浴する載部(4)と、該載部(4)に合体して浴室(1)床を走行する台車部(5)との少なくとも2分割構造でなる入浴用の分離式搬送車(2)と、台車部(5)をリフト台部(8)に係留し且つ入浴者の載る載部(4)を移送部(6)に装着して、浴室(1)床と浴槽(57)間を移動し入浴させる入浴リフト()とでなる入浴装置であって、搬送車(2)を入浴リフト(3)の係留部(21)位置に導入し押し当てると、台車部(5)とリフト台部(8)との係留機構部(13)が機能し、係留金具 ( 26 ) 保持力で台車部(5)を係留部 ( 21 ) 位置に保持し、前記台車部(5)に設けられる係留金具 ( 26 ) の保持部 ( 30 ) に、リフト台部(8)に設けられる係留ロッド ( 32 ) が嵌り込み、仮係留バネ ( 28 ) によって回転付勢される係留金具 ( 26 ) で係留ロッド ( 32 ) を係止し、搬送車(2)を入浴リフト()に離脱可能に保持する仮係留状態とすることが可能であることを特徴とする入浴装置である。

図1乃至図8に示す実施例は、浴室1床に設置され、入浴者を載せる搬送車2の載部4のみを移送部6に装着し、該移送部6を浴室1床側から浴槽57側に移動して、前記入浴者を入浴させる入浴リフト3である。

本発明で言う移動は、移送部6がリフト支柱29及び昇降レール部14によって上下に昇降する縦移動し、且つ水平面に動作する横移動するものを意味し、入浴者の向きは、実施例の正面向きの他、載部4及び入浴者の向きを他の向き、例えば、左向き又は右向きに変えたものを含むものであり、リフトの横移動は、実施例の横方向スライドの他、リフト支柱が旋回して作動するものを含むものである。

仮係留状態で、台車部5は所定位置に保持し床勾配などにより生ずる軽い力では搬送車2は停車状態を維持するが搬送車2を引き出すなどの力を加えると係留金具26は係留バネ26に抗して外に開き係留ロッド32から外れ仮係留は解除される。

即ち、台車部5に載部4が止着され搬送車2が一体で仮係留している状態では、係留鉤37が下方に開いておりリフト台部8側の係留受金具41に掛かっておらず、搬送車2を仮係留している搬送車2の引き出し可能な保持状態である。固定係留機能94により係留鉤37が上方に閉じられ係留受金具41にロックすることにより台車部5がリフト部8の係留部21に完全に連結固定される係留状態となる。即ち、台車部5を係留している固定係留状態である。
固定係留機能94は、後述の如く、搬送車2がリフト台部8に仮係留されている状態で、移送部6に係止された載部4を台車部5から離脱させることにより解除ロッド36が作動し機能する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、リフト台部8に向けて台車部5を押し当てると保持部30に係留ロッド32が保持され、台車部5がリフト台部8に仮係留されるから、搬送車2を所定位置(即ちドッキング位置)に待機させたとき仮係留でき、被係止部16をもって係止操作をするまでの間搬送車2が仮係留されているため、床勾配等により搬送車2が動くことはなく、安全であり、安心して操作でき、好都合である。

本発明は、入浴リフト3で載部4を上昇させるとこの動作に連動して、台車部5がリフト台部8に係留されるものであるから、係留作用が入浴リフト3の昇降動作に連動しているため介助者は、台車部5をリフト台部8へ係留する操作又は係留解除操作が不要であり、操作ミスが少なくなり、好都合である。
