【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、書類や絵画等をファイルするファイル部材に関するものである。本発明のファイル部材は、特に児童の作品や賞状、成績表等をファイルするのに適するものである。

【従来の技術】
写真をファイルするものとしてアルバムが周知である。また書類をファイルするものとしてはバインダーが周知である。
書類は、パンチ孔を穿孔して綴じるのが普通であるが、パンチ孔を穿孔することが望ましくない書類をファイルする場合には、バインダーに袋を綴じ、当該袋に書類を収納して保管する。
また従来では、画用紙と写真等、サイズが大きく違う場合は、別々のファイルやケースに収納していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、親であれば誰でも子供の成長記録を残したいと考えるものである。そして子供が描いた絵画や作文、工作等、あるいは子供がもらった賞状は、記念になるものであり、保管したいと考える。また子供の通知簿は、当時の成績が記載されているばかりでなく、身長や体重等の身体的成長の記録や、病気や怪我の有無、さらに先生の所見欄には当時の行動の様子が記載されており、長期に渡って保管している家庭が多い。
しかしながら、上述した作品や賞状、通知簿等の様なサイズがバラバラのものをまとめてうまく整理してファイルする為の部材が見当たらないのが現状である。

すなわち上記した様な児童の作品や賞状等は、相互に関連性が高いものであり、同じ場所にファイルすることが望ましい。しかしながら、児童の作品が例えば立体的な工作である場合は嵩張り、紙たる賞状と同じ場所に保管することは困難である。また児童の作品が作文である場合は、賞状とは互いに紙同士ではあるもののその大きさは相当に異なる。すなわち賞状は、通常、Ａ３程度の大きさであるのに対し、作文はＢ５程度の大きさであり、同時にファイルすることが難しい。さらに通知簿等を保管する場合にも同様の問題がある。
そこで本発明は、従来技術の上記した問題点に注目し、児童の作品や賞状等を保管するのに適するファイル部材の開発を課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そして上記した課題を解決するための請求項１に記載の発明は、外装部を有し、外装部を折り畳み状態及び見開き状態とすることが可能であり、見開き面積に相当する収容面積を持つ大収納部と、写真収納部を有し、写真収納部は透明部を有する袋状シートが複数束ねられたものであり、前記外装部の全周端部には、ファスナーテープが取り付けられて襠部が形成され、当該ファスナーテープにはスライダーが嵌合し、前記ファスナーテープ及びスライダーによって折り畳み状態を維持することが可能であり、前記写真収納部を構成する袋状シートは、当該袋状シートの外装部短辺側のラインを中心として捲ることができることを特徴とするファイル部材である。

本発明のファイル部材は、折り畳み状態及び見開き状態とすることが可能であり、見開き状態にして内の収納物を出し入れしたり、収納物を見ることができ、折り畳み状態とすることによって、場所を取らずに保管することができる。
また本発明のファイル部材は、見開き面積に相当する収容面積を持つ大収納部を有し、当該大収納部に賞状や絵画を入れておくことができる。
また本発明のファイル部材では、写真収納部を有し、写真収納部は透明な袋状シートが複数束ねられたものである。そのため本発明のファイル部材では、賞状や絵画等と共にそれに関連する写真を複数保管しておくことができる。

また請求項２に記載の発明は、写真収納部を構成する袋状シートは、内部が複数に仕切られていて一つの袋状シートに複数の写真を収納可能であり、且つ袋状シートには見出し記載部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のファイル部材である。

本発明のファイル部材では、写真収納部を構成する袋状シートは、内部が複数に仕切られていて一つの袋状シートに複数の写真を収納可能である。また本発明では、袋状シートに見出し記載部が設けられているので、写真に関する簡単なコメントを記載しておくことができる。

また請求項３に記載の発明は、外装部を有し、外装部を折り畳み状態及び見開き状態とすることが可能であり、見開き面積に相当する収容面積を持つ透明袋で構成された大収納部と、前記大収納部の約１／２以下の収容面積を持つ小収納部を備え、前記外装部の全周端部には、ファスナーテープが取り付けられて襠部が形成され、当該ファスナーテープにはスライダーが嵌合し、前記ファスナーテープ及びスライダーによって折り畳み状態を維持することが可能であり、前記小収納部は外装部とは別途の板体によって見開き状態における正面部及び裏面部が覆われ、且つ小収納部の正面部及び裏面部を覆う板体は、平板状態を維持することができる程度に硬質であり、前記した小収納部は、長辺部が外装材の短辺部に接合されていることを特徴とするファイル部材である。

本発明のファイル部材においても、折り畳み状態及び見開き状態とすることが可能であり、見開き状態にして内の収納物を出し入れしたり、収納物を見ることができ、折り畳み状態とすることによって、場所を取らずに保管することができる。
また本発明のファイル部材についても、見開き面積に相当する収容面積を持つ大収納部を有し、当該大収納部に賞状や絵画を入れておくことができる。
また本発明のファイル部材は、小収納部を有するので、その他の資料を絵画や賞状等と同時に保管しておくことができる。ここで本発明で採用する小収納部は、外装部とは別途の板体によって見開き状態における正面部及び裏面部が覆われている。そのため本発明のファイル部材では、小収納部がしっかりしている。

また前記した発明は、折り畳み状態を維持するための係合手段を備える。

前記した発明のファイル部材は、折り畳み状態を維持するための係合手段を備えるので、不用意に開いて内部のものが飛散してしまうことがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下さらに本発明の実施形態について説明する。
図１は、本発明の第１の実施形態のファイル部材であって、当該ファイル部材を折り畳んだ状態における正面図および平面図である。図２は、図１のファイル部材の見開き状態における正面図および平面図である。図３は、図１のファイル部材の見開き状態における裏面図である。図４は、図１のファイル部材の内部を示す斜視図および使用方法を示す斜視図である。図５は、図１のファイル部材の写真収納部を構成する袋状シートの拡大図である。図６は、図５の写真収納部を構成する袋状シートの分解斜視図である。

図において、１は本発明の実施形態におけるファイル部材を示す。ファイル部材１は、外装材２によって覆われた外装部３を有し、全体を見開き状態及び折り畳み状態とすることができる。すなわち外装材２は、４つ切り程度の大きさを持つ樹脂板である。
外装材２に使用される素材は、厚さ１ｍｍ前後のポリプロピレン板等の樹脂板や、腰のある厚手の生地、あるいは厚紙であり、相当の硬さと柔軟性を持つ。すなわち外装材２に使用される樹脂板は、平板状態を維持することができる程度に硬質である。その一方、外装材２に使用される樹脂板は、折り畳むことができる程度の弾性を備える。
外装材２は着色されていて光を通しに難い。

外装部３の全周端部には、まち（襠）部が設けられている。すなわち外装材２の全周端には、幅１〜３ｃｍ程度のファスナーテープ４が取り付けられている。そして当該ファスナーテープ４にはスライダー５が嵌合している。スライダー５は、ファスナーテープ４同士の嵌合を解いて外装部３を見開き状態とした時、図１，２の様に外装部３の下辺中央に位置する。そしてスライダー５を移動してファスナーテープ４同士を嵌合させると、外装材２は、中央部分から二つに折れ重なり、図１の様な箱状となる。すなわち外装材２が表裏面を構成し、ファスナーテープ４が両者の厚みを構成する。なお本実施形態では、ファスナーテープ４及びスライダー５で構成される直線ファスナー７が「折り畳み状態を維持するための係合手段」として機能する。

ファイル部材１を折り畳んだ状態の時に背表紙に相当する部分には透明なシート６が取り付けられている、シート６は、４辺１０，１１，１２，１３を有する長方形である。シート６の前記４辺１０，１１，１２，１３の内、長辺１１，１３は、外装材の背面に融着されているが、短辺１０，１２は外装材とは離れている。そのためシート６の短辺１０，１２から文字等を書いた紙片をシート６と外装材の間に挿入し、当該紙片を挟み込むことができる。

そしてファイル部材１の内部には、本実施形態に特有の収納部が設けられている。なお以下の説明において、上下左右の関係は、通常の使用状態を基準とし、具体的には図２（ｂ）の姿勢を基準とする。
すなわちファイル部材１の内部には、大収納部１５と小収納部たる写真収納部１６及び小収納部たるポケット状収納部１９が形成されている。ここで大収納部１５は、二つの押さえ片１７，１８によって構成されたものである。押さえ片１７，１８は、外装材２と同様の硬質の樹脂板によって作られたものであり、正面部２０と下側面部２１および外側側部２２の３平面を有する。

押さえ片１７，１８の正面部２０は、略長方形である。押さえ片１７，１８の正面部２０の一角は丸みを帯びている。
下側面部２１は、前記した正面部２０の短辺の一つ（下辺部）にあって正面部２０に対して垂直面を構成する。また外側側部２２は、正面部２０の長辺部にあって正面部に対して垂直面を構成する。

そして本実施形態では、押さえ片１７，１８の下側面部２１が外装材２の裏面側の周辺部分であって長辺の部分に取り付けられている。一方、押さえ片１７，１８の外側側部２２は、外装材２の裏面側の周辺部分であって短辺の部分に取り付けられている。
したがって本実施形態では、二つの押さえ片１７，１８は、それぞれ外装材２の左右の１／２部分にあり、相互に向き合った中央線寄りの部分が開放されている。また二つの押さえ片１７，１８の短辺側が開放されている。外装材２を基準として説明すると、二つの押さえ片１７，１８は、いずれも外装材２の上部側が開口している。

二つの押さえ片１７，１８の正面部２０は、いずれも外装材２の裏面にあって外装材２の裏面に対して平行面である。また押さえ片１７，１８の正面部２０は外装材２の裏面から、下側面部２１及び外側側部２２の幅の長さだけ離れた位置にあり、押さえ片１７，１８の正面部２０と外装材２の裏面との間には一定幅の空隙が形成されている。そして当該空隙は、外装材２の裏面側であって外装材２の長辺の一方側（図面下側）と外装材２の短辺の側（図面左右側）が押さえ片１７，１８の下側面部２１及び外側側部２２によって閉塞され、長辺の他の一方側が開放されている。また押さえ片１７，１８同士の間についても開放されている。したがって二つの押さえ片１７，１８は、前記した様にいずれも外装材２の上部側が開口している。

二つの押さえ片１７，１８は、二つが一組となり、外装部３と共に大収納部１５を構成する。大収納部１５は、外装材２の裏面全体に絵画等を沿わせ、二つの押さえ片１７，１８によってこれを押さえるものであり、その面積は、外装材２の大きさと略等く、見開き面積に相当する収容面積を持つ。

また左側（図２基準）の押さえ片１７の表面には、透明シート２５によって小収納部たるポケット状収納部１９が設けられている。透明シート２５は、略長方形であり、一つの角だけが丸みを帯びている。透明シート２５の面積は、前記した押さえ片１７よりも小さい。透明シート２５はその角の部分を押さえ片１７と合致させて押さえ片１７の表面に取り付けられている。すなわち透明シート２５を構成する４辺２６，２７，２８，２９の内、丸みを帯びた角を含まない長辺２６と短辺２７が押さえ片１７の外側側部２２が設けられた辺及び下側面部２１が設けられた辺に合わせられている。そして透明シート２５は上記した２辺２６，２７が押さえ片１７の表面と融着され、他の部分は融着されていない。そのため透明シート２５はポケット状であり、中央側の二辺２８，２９側から透明シート２５と押さえ片１７の表面の間に物を挟むことができる。すなわち透明シート２５は小収納部の一つとして機能する。

また他方の押さえ片１８には写真収納部１６が設けられている。写真収納部１６は、台座シート３１と透明フィルム３２で作られた袋状シート３０を複数束ねた部分である。
すなわち台座シート３１は不透明であり、図６の様に長方形をしている。透明フィルム３２は、長方形であり、台座シート３１の二倍弱の面積を持つ。
そして本実施形態で採用する袋状シート３０は、透明フィルム３２を図６の様に二つ折りにしてその中間部に台座シート３１を挟み込み、所定箇所を融着したものである。
袋状シート３０では、透明フィルム３２の中央の折り目部分３９が、台座シート３１の長辺の一方３８を覆い、透明フィルム３２の両端部４２，４４は台座シート３１の他端側４３の近傍に至っている。ただし台座シート３１の他端側４３には図５の様に露出部３３がある。

本実施形態では、透明フィルム３２と台座シート３１は図５の波線を付した部分で融着されている。
すなわち台座シート３１の長手の辺３５と平行の縦線であって、長手の辺３５から５〜６ｃｍ離れた位置で透明フィルム３２と台座シート３１が融着されている。当該縦の融着線３６は、台座シート３１の縦方向の全域に渡る直線状である。また当該縦の融着線３６の下側末端部から露出部３３側にかけても直線的に融着されている（横の融着線３４）。

したがって袋状シート３０では、台座シート３１の両面側に、透明フィルム３２によって上部と右横の二辺４０，４１が開放された袋状部が形成されている。なお本実施形態のファイル部材１において、袋状シート３０の上部と右横の二辺４０，４１を開放状態とした理由は、いわゆるＭ，Ｌサイズの写真と、パノラマサイズの写真の双方を収納可能とするためである。すなわちＭ，Ｌサイズの写真を収納する場合には右横の辺４１の開放部を使用し、パノラマサイズの写真を収納する場合には上部の辺４０に設けられた開放部を活用する。
また本実施形態では、袋状部の内部が大まかに３つの部屋に区切られている。すなわち本実施形態では、袋状部を縦方向に３等分し、その境界部分であって横方向の両端が少しだけ融着されている。そして当該融着部４５，４６，４７，４８によって袋状部が大まかに３部屋７０，７１，７２に区切られている。当該３部屋７０，７１，７２の大きさは、いずれも写真の「Ｌ」版に相当する。

また袋状シート３０の先端側（縦の融着線３６よりも長手の辺３５よりの部位）には、塗料が塗布され見出し記載部５０が設けられている。見出し記載部５０に塗布された塗料は、フェルトペン等のインキが弾くことを防ぐものであり、当該部分にインキで文字等を記載することができる。

本実施形態のファイル部材１では、上記した袋状シート３０が１０枚程度束ねられ、図の右端部分のライン５１が押さえ片１８の表面に融着されている。したがって、袋状シート３０は右端部分のライン５１を中心として捲ることができる。
一枚の袋状シート３０は、表面側と裏面側の双方に写真を挿入することができ、且つ各面は３部屋に分かれていて３枚づつ写真を挿入することができるから、本実施形態では、６０枚の写真を収納することができる。

次に本実施形態のファイル部材１の使用方法について説明する。
本実施形態のファイル部材１に絵画や賞状等を収納する場合は、ファイル部材１を図２，４の様に見開き状態にする。より具体的には、ファスナー７のスライダー５を操作し、ファスナー７の係合を解いて外装材２を平面状に広げる。

そして二つの押さえ片１７，１８と外装材２との間で構成される大収納部１５に絵画や賞状８０等を入れる。なお前記した様に、大収納部１５は上部側が開口しているから、絵画や賞状８０等は図４（ｂ）の様に上部側から挿入することとなる。

大収納部１５は、ファイル部材１の見開き面積に相当する面積を持つから、絵画や賞状８０等の様な大きなものを難なく収納することができる。また本実施形態では、大収納部１５を構成する押さえ片１７，１８に下側面部２１と外側側部２２が設けられており、押さえ片１７，１８と外装材２の間に相当の間隔が設けられている。そのため本実施形態のファイル部材１では、大収納部１５に複数枚の賞状８０等を入れることができる。

また児童の作品で壊れやすいものや収納し難い大きなものは写真撮影して写真収納部１６を収める。例えば粘土細工や紙細工等の壊れやすいものや、家庭科で作った料理の様に腐るもの等、児童の作品には長期保管が困難なものが多い。そこでこれらの長期保管が困難なものは形が崩れる前に写真撮影を行い、写真収納部１６に保管する。また運動会で一等賞を取った様な場合は、運動会の写真を写真収納部１６に保管し、賞状は大収納部１５に収める。

本実施形態のファイル部材１では、写真は、図４（ｂ）の様に外側から袋状シート３０内に挿入する。
また作品のタイトルやその時の状況、感想等を見出し記載部５０に記載しておくと記念になる。

また比較的大きな写真や、他の小物は見開き左側の透明シート２５と押さえ片１７の間に挟んで保管する。

そして所定の場所に絵画・賞状等や写真を収納し終えると、ファスナー７を閉じ、ファイル部材１を図１の様な箱状にする。
また背表紙部分に設けられた透明なシート６にタイトルを記載した紙片を挟む。そして所定の棚等にファイル部材１をしまっておく。本実施形態で採用する外装材２は、不透明であって内部に光を通しにくいから、絵画や写真の変色や退色は少ない。

次に本発明の他の実施形態について説明する。
図７は、本発明の第２実施形態のファイル部材の見開き状態における正面図および平面図である。図８は、図７のＡ−Ａ断面図である。図９は、図８のＡ−Ａ断面図である。図１０は、図７のファイル部材の内部及び使用方法を示す斜視図である。
本実施形態のファイル部材６０は先の実施形態と内部の収納構造のみが相違し、折り畳み状態の時の形状やファスナー７の様子等は先の実施形態と同一である。
そのため第２実施形態の説明は、内部の収納構造に絞って説明する。

本実施形態のファイル部材６０についても大収納部６１と小収納部６２，６３が設けられている。
本実施形態のファイル部材６０で採用する大収納部６１は、複数の袋状シート６９で構成されている。袋状シート６９は、外装材２と同等の大きさを有するものであり、長方形をしている。そして図７，８に示すように短辺の一方が束ねられて外装材２の短辺部に融着されている。具体的には袋状シート６９の右端の縦ライン６４（図８）が外装材３の右端に取り付けられている。

袋状シート６９は、透明フィルム６５で作られた透明袋６６の中に不透明フィルム６７が配された構造となっている。袋状シート６９は、図面上側の長辺部６８が開放可能であり、他の３辺部はいずれも閉塞されている。
袋状シート６９の内部には、前記した様に不透明フィルム６７が入れられており、３枚構成である。したがって本実施形態では、不透明フィルム６７の表面と、表側の透明フィルム６５の間で表側袋が形成され、不透明フィルム６７の裏面と、裏側の透明フィルム６５の間で裏側袋が形成されている。なお不透明フィルム６７の３辺（開放辺を除く辺）はいずれも表裏の透明フィルム６５に融着されている。

一方、小収納部６２は、一つの独立したポケットであり、ファイル部材６０の右半分の位置にあり、ファイル部材６０の約１／２の面積を持つ。
そしてファイル部材６０の小収納部６２は、外装材２と同等の硬度を有する板体によって正面部７３と裏面部７４が形成されている。小収納部６２は、正面視が長方形である。そして小収納部６２の正面部７３と裏面部７４の４辺７６，７７，７８，７９の内、一方の長辺７９部分が開放され、他の３辺は閉塞している。ただし、短辺の部分には蛇腹７５が設けられている。また蛇腹７５を構成する両側の凹凸部の内、互いに内側に突出する部位８２同士の間に仕切り用の樹脂板８３が設けられ、小収納部６２の内部が複数の面隙間状収納部８４に仕切られている。

前記した小収納部６２は、開口側の長辺部７９を外装材２の右端部分のライン５１に合致させて取り付けられている。すなわち小収納部６２の裏面部７４のシートの開口端部が、外装材２の短辺部に接合されている。すなわち小収納部６２の開口部は、前記した大収納部６１の開口部に対して９０°の位置にある。

また本実施形態で採用するもう一つの小収納部６３は、先のファイル部材１の小ポケット状の小収納部１９と同一の構造であり透明シート２５が小収納部６２の正面板７３に取り付けられたものである。

次に本実施形態のファイル部材６０の使用方法について説明する。
本実施形態のファイル部材６０に賞状等を収納する場合は、先の実施形態と同じように、ファイル部材６０を図１０の様に見開き状態にする。

そして袋状シート６９によって構成される大収納部６１に賞状８０等を入れる。また学校で通常行われるテストの中で、特に成績が良かったもの等や悪かったもの等を入れておくのも面白い。
そして通知簿等の小物は小収納部６２に収める。ここで本実施形態では、小収納部６２は、長辺部７７，７９が蛇腹７５状であるから多くの物を収納することができる。また本実施形態では、小収納部６２の内部が複数の面隙間状収納部８４に仕切られているから、例えば小学校１年生から小学校卒業までの通知簿を学年ごとに仕分けして挿入することもできる。

また賞状や通知簿の収納を終えると、ファスナー７を閉じ、ファイル部材６０を図１の様な箱状にする。ここで本実施形態のファイル部材６０では、小収納部６２は、一つの独立したポケットであり、外装材２と同等の硬度を有する板体によって正面部７３と裏面部７４が形成されている。そのため小収納部６２はある程度の剛性を持ち、内部の収納物を傷めない。

以上説明した実施形態では、部材同士の接合する方法として専ら融着を採用したが、勿論他の公知の接着方法や接合方法を活用することもできる。例えば接着剤を使用して部材を接着したり、鋲や鳩目等の締結要素を活用することが可能である。

また折り畳まれた際の形態として、図１１に示す様な箱状又はケース状のものであってもよい。すなわち図１１は、本発明の第４実施形態のファイル部材８６を折り畳んだ状態における正面図である。本実施形態のファイル部材８６では、「折り畳み状態を維持するための係合手段」として差し込み構造の締結部材８５が採用されている。

また以上説明した実施形態では、いずれも１つの大収納部と２つの小収納部を有するものを例示したが、大収納部の数は、任意であって２以上であってもよく、小収納部の数についても任意である。

また上記した実施形態では、袋状シートはいずれも融着によって固定し、その数や大きさを変更することはできない。しかしながら、例えばリングやピンを用いることによって、これらを差し替え可能とすることも可能である。例えばリングやピンによって袋状シートを差し替え可能とする構造を採用すると、任意の大きさの袋状シートを取り付けることができる。またさらに袋状シートの枚数についても任意に変更することができる。

また上記した実施形態では、写真を保管する写真収納部を設けたが、フロッピディスクやコンパクトディスク、デジタルビデオディスク、ミニディスクその他の記憶媒体を保管する収納部を設けてもよい。さらにはカセットテープ等や８ｍｍビデオテープ等を収納する収納部を設けてもよい。

また絵の具や筆記具等の文具を同時に挿入する部位を設けてもよい。

またファイルに肩掛け紐や把手を設けて持ち運びを簡便にした構成も推奨される。

外装部は、内部の絵画等の退色等を防ぐために不透明であることが推奨されるが、透明であってもよい。また外装部は防水機能を備えることが望ましいが、メッシュによって作られた様なものであってもよい。

全体のデザインは任意であり、円盤状や湯たんぽ状のデザインも面白い。

ファイル部材１，６０，８１, ８６の大きさは、４つ切り又は８つ切り程度の大きさのものが標準であるが、大きさには限定はなく、Ｂ６からＢ１程度までの大きさのものが実施される。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した様に、本発明のファイル部材は、賞状や絵画等の大きなサイズのものと、写真等の小さなサイズのものを同時に保管することができる効果がある。
