BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a prefabricated shelf.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various assembling-type shelves have been proposed. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-35711, as a shelf board, a rectangular box-shaped plate is used to stand on the same side to form a shallow box, and short plates are fixed to the four corners of the plate, A shelf plate fixing member is inserted into the gap between the short cylinder of the shelf plate and the column, and the shelf plate fixing member includes two portions whose inner surface is in close contact with the column and surrounds the column and whose outer surface has a truncated cone shape. In addition, a pin protrudes into the hole provided in the support column on the inner surface, and the short cylinder has a frustoconical surface that is symmetrical on both ends and narrows toward the back. A shelf board is disclosed in which the inner frustoconical surface is in close contact with the large-diameter portion of the outer frustoconical surface of the shelf fixing member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the shelf board described in the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-35711 has a feature that it can be used even when the shelf board is turned upside down, and the inside of the short cylinder of the shelf board, the shelf board fixing member, Therefore, the shelf board is not stable and the shelf board is not sufficiently fixed to the support column. Further, the shelf plate fixing member is fixed to the column only by inserting two pins into the column holes, and the stability of the shelf plate fixing member is also low.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type shelf in which the shelf board can be used regardless of which side of the stacked portion of the shelf board is placed, and the shelf board is highly stable. .
Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type shelf capable of firmly fixing a shelf stopper to a support in addition to the above characteristics.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventor shall use the shelf board regardless of whether both sides are up when the inner surface of the receiving hole portion of the shelf board and the outer surface of the cylindrical shelf board stopper are made into a specific structure in the assembly-type shelf. And the present invention was completed by finding that the shelf board has high stability. That is, the present invention comprises a shelf plate and a support column that is fitted to the inner surface of the receiving hole portion of the shelf plate via a cylindrical shelf plate stopper and supports the shelf plate,
The shelf hole of the shelf plate has a substantially polygonal inner surface in cross section, each inner surface of the substantially polygonal shape forms a tapered surface in the vertical direction, and the tapered surface of each inner surface is in the circumferential direction. The downward taper surface and the upward taper surface are alternately repeated,
The shelf stopper is configured to be externally mounted at a desired position of the support column, and an outer peripheral surface thereof has an upward tapered surface and a downward tapered shape that are opposite to the tapered surface of the receiving hole portion of the shelf plate. And the surface is alternately repeated in the circumferential direction,
The shelf board is fixed to the shelf board stopper externally mounted on the support column at a desired position by a wedge action between the tapered surface of the inner surface of the receiving hole of the shelf board and the tapered surface of the outer surface of the shelf board stopper. It is an assembly-type shelf characterized by.
[0006]
In the assembly-type shelf of the present invention, the length of the tapered surface of the shelf stopper is the same as the length of the cylinder, and the length of the cylinder shelf stopper is used to stably hold the shelf. It can be adjusted to have a sufficient length. Therefore, in the assembly-type shelf of the present invention, the shelf board is held by the entire tapered surface of the shelf board stopper, so the shelf board is highly stable, and the shelf board is firmly fixed to the column via the shelf board stopper. .
[0007]
Further, in the present invention, the receiving hole portion of the shelf plate is configured by an inner surface having a substantially polygonal cross section, and each inner surface of the approximately polygon forms a tapered surface in the vertical direction, and the inner surface is tapered. The surface is configured by alternately repeating a downward taper surface and an upward taper surface in the circumferential direction, and the shelf stopper has a configuration corresponding to the receiving hole portion of the shelf plate. The loading part can be aligned with the receiving hole part and the shelf stopper regardless of which side of the both sides are facing up. A shelf board can be used.
[0008]
In this invention, it is preferable that the taper surface of the inner surface of the receiving hole part of a shelf board and the taper surface of the outer surface of a shelf board stopper are each flat. If both sides are flat, both the receiving hole portion of the shelf board and the shelf board stopper can be easily manufactured, and the cost can be reduced.
[0009]
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the tapered surface of the inner surface of the receiving hole portion of the shelf board and the tapered surface of the outer surface of the shelf board stopper are each configured by at least four surfaces. If the inner surface of the receiving hole portion of the shelf plate and the outer surface of the shelf plate stopper each have at least four tapered surfaces, the shelf plate can be more firmly fixed and held on the column.
[0010]
Moreover, it is preferable that the width | variety of the taper surface of the inner surface of the receiving hole part of a shelf board and the taper surface of the outer surface of a shelf board stopper becomes narrow toward an inclination direction. If it has such composition, a shelf board can be fixed still more firmly to a support, and stability of a shelf board can be raised further. That is, when the upward tapered surface is wide in the downward direction, the shelf plate is not only held by the surface of the tapered surface of the shelf stopper, but is also held by the width of the tapered surface. Therefore, the shelf board can be further fixed and stabilized.
[0011]
Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable that the shelf board stopper is a detachable split structure. As described above, when the shelf stopper has a detachable structure, the shelf stopper can be appropriately mounted on the target place of the support column.
[0012]
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, in particular, the outer surface of the support column is provided with a recess in the axial direction, and the shelf plate stopper is provided with a protrusion that fits into the recess of the support column. . If it has such a structure, a shelf board stopper can be easily attached to a support | pillar and can be removed easily.
[0013]
Further, when the concave portion of the column is a circumferential groove and the convex portion on the inner surface of the shelf stopper is a protrusion, the shelf stopper can be more firmly fixed to the column. In particular, if the shelf stopper is provided with a projection that fits into at least two of the recesses of the column, the shelf stopper can be more firmly fixed to the column.

In the present invention, the tapered surface of the shelf board stopper may be a spherical surface, but is preferably a flat surface. That is, in the present invention, the shelf stopper is preferably configured by alternately repeating an upward tapered surface by a plane and a downward tapered surface by a plane in the circumferential direction.
[0023]
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the width | variety of the taper surface of a shelf board stopper becomes narrow toward the inclination direction (direction in which height becomes low). Therefore, it is preferable that the upward tapered surface has a narrow width in the upward direction, and the downward tapered surface has a narrow width in the downward direction.
[0024]
The shelf stopper is preferably a split structure. In this case, the shelf stopper may be a split structure that is at least divided into two. Therefore, it may be a split structure that is divided into three or four. A preferred split structure is a split structure with two parts. In FIG. 2, a
[0025]
The length of the shelf stopper is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected according to the length of the receiving hole portion of the shelf.
[0026]
In addition, the shape of the inner surface of the shelf stopper is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected according to the shape of the support column. The inner surface of the shelf stopper is substantially the same shape as the outer surface of the support column, and the shelf stopper is configured to be externally mounted on the support column.
[0027]
The shelf stopper is externally mounted on the column. For this exterior, a method is adopted in which concave portions are provided on the outer surface of the support columns with an interval in the axial direction, and convex portions that are fitted to the recess portions of the support columns are provided on the inner surface of the shelf stopper. It is preferable to do.
[0028]
In the present invention, when the concave portions are provided on the outer surface of the support column at intervals in the axial direction, the inner surface of the shelf stopper is provided with a convex portion corresponding to the concave portion provided on the support column. That is, in the present invention, it is possible to employ a method in which the shelf stopper is externally attached to the support by fitting the recess provided on the outer surface of the support and the protrusion provided on the inner surface of the shelf stopper.
[0029]
As such an exterior method, a method of forming a circumferential groove as a recess on the outer surface of the support column and forming a protrusion corresponding to the circumferential groove of the support column as a projection on the inner surface of the shelf stopper is preferable. . In the method of fitting the circumferential groove and the protrusion, the shelf stopper can be firmly fixed to the support and can be externally mounted. In particular, when the protrusions of the shelf stopper are fitted into a plurality of circumferential grooves (for example, two circumferential grooves) in the support column, the shelf stopper is fixed to the support column and is further externally fixed. Can do. The circumferential groove means a groove provided around the outer surface of the support column.
[0030]
As such a circumferential groove and a protrusion, a structure like FIG. 4 can be illustrated, for example. In FIG. 4, 531 is a protrusion provided on the inner surface of the
[0031]
The shelf stopper can be made of metals (for example, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, etc.), plastics (for example, polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, acrylic resin, etc.) and the like. A preferable material for the shelf stopper is plastics, and particularly hard plastics are preferably used.

The receiving hole has a cylindrical shape, and the inner surface has a substantially polygonal cross section as described above. The substantially polygonal shape of the cross section corresponds to the shape of the shelf stopper and can be selected according to the shape of the shelf stopper.

In the cylindrical receiving hole portion, each inner surface of the substantially polygonal cross section forms a tapered surface in the vertical direction, and the tapered surface of each inner surface is a tapered surface facing downward in the circumferential direction and an upward tapered surface. And are repeated alternately. The taper surface of the inner surface of the receiving
[0038]
The cylindrical length of the receiving hole is not particularly limited, and can be selected according to the maximum load weight of the shelf board, the shape of the shelf board stopper, and the like.
[0039]
The shelf board can be made of metals (for example, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, etc.), plastics (for example, polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, acrylic resin, etc.) and the like. As the material for the shelf board, metals, particularly stainless steel, are preferably used. In the shelf board, the loaded portion, the side surface, the receiving hole portion, and the like may all be formed of the same material, or may be formed of different materials.

[0041]
The length of the column is not particularly limited, and can be selected according to various uses in the assembly-type shelf. In FIG. 1, the number of support columns is four, but the number of support columns is not limited, and can be selected according to the use of the assembly-type shelf, the number of receiving holes of the shelf plate, and the like.
[0042]
In FIG. 6, the column is a cylinder, but the column may be a column having a substantially polygonal cross section such as a triangular column or a quadrangular column. Of course, the diameter of the pillar of the support is not particularly limited.
[0043]
The support can be made of metals (for example, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, etc.), plastics (for example, polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, acrylic resin, etc.) and the like. The support is preferably made of metal, particularly iron or stainless steel.
[0044]
The assembly shelf of the present invention may be attached with accessories used in the assembly shelf, such as ledges, dividers, side handles, three-way crossbars, ball clamps, metal mats, casters and the like.
[0045]
The assembly type shelf of the present invention is a method similar to the conventional assembly method, i.e., a shelf stopper is externally mounted at a desired position of the column, and the column is inserted into the cylindrical receiving hole of the shelf, The shelf board can be assembled by a method of fixing the shelf board to the column via the shelf board stopper. Therefore, the assembly-type shelf of the present invention has the characteristics that it can be assembled by the same method as the conventional assembly method and the shelf board is highly stable.
[0046]
The shelf of the present invention has high shelf stability, the shelf is firmly fixed to the column, and the shelf can be used regardless of the stacking portion of the shelf. it can. Furthermore, in the present invention, it is possible to further strengthen the fixing of the shelf stopper to the support column. Therefore, the assembled shelf of the present invention is extremely useful.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
Since the assembly-type shelf according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the shelf board can be used regardless of which of the both sides of the stacked portion of the shelf board is up, and the stability of the shelf board is high. In addition, the shelf stopper can be fixed to the column more firmly.
