Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection structure between a head portion and a grip portion of a shower head disposed in a kitchen, kitchen, washstand, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a shower head used in a kitchen or the like is configured to include a head part that allows water or hot water to flow out and a grip part to grip, and further includes a replaceable cleaning agent built into the grip part. (For example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In such a shower head, when the cleaning agent is replaced, the connection between the head portion and the grip portion is released to replace the cleaning agent.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-17342
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the shower head as described above, the head portion and the grip portion are connected by screw connection, and the connecting operation of both cannot be easily performed.
[0006]
This invention solves the above-mentioned subject, and it aims at providing the connection structure of the head part and grip part of a shower head which can perform both connection simply.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the connection structure according to the present invention, the connection portions of the head portion and the grip portion of the shower head are arranged in a circumferential direction by inserting one connection tube portion into the other connection tube portion as a substantially cylindrical connection tube portion. A connecting structure of the head part of the shower head and the grip part which are connected by being rotated relative to each other,
A locking projection is provided on one outer peripheral surface or inner peripheral surface facing each other during connection in the connecting cylinder portions, and an insertion groove and an insertion for inserting the locking projection on the other inner peripheral surface or outer peripheral surface are inserted. A locking groove extending in the circumferential direction from the groove and locking the locking projection,
The front end side of the locking groove away from the insertion groove is the storage position of the locking protrusion at the time of connection,
The groove-side connecting cylinder portion provided with the locking groove is between the storage position in the locking groove and the insertion groove, and the protruding direction of the protrusion-side connecting cylinder portion provided with the locking protrusion from the groove-side connecting cylinder portion The peripheral wall on the side is provided with a recess having a partition wall between the insertion groove and capable of accommodating a locking projection.
[0008]
In the connection structure according to the present invention, the locking projection of the projection-side connecting cylinder portion is inserted into the insertion groove of the groove-side connecting cylinder portion, and further, the locking projection is connected to the projection-side / groove-side connection to the storage position of the locking groove. If the tube portion is relatively rotated in the circumferential direction, the head portion and the grip portion of the shower head can be connected.
[0009]
That is, in the connection structure according to the present invention, the so-called bayonet connection is made by connecting the head part and the grip part by inserting one connection cylinder part into the other connection cylinder part and relatively rotating in the circumferential direction. Since it can connect, it can connect simply. Therefore, for example, an exchange operation for exchanging the replaceable purifier built in the shower head is facilitated.
[0010]
Further, in the connection structure according to the present invention, for example, when the shower head is accidentally rotated during use, that is, the protrusion-side connecting cylinder is moved so that the locking protrusion is moved from the storage position of the locking groove to the insertion groove. When the part is rotated relative to the groove-side connecting cylinder part, the protrusion-side connecting cylinder part and the groove-side connecting cylinder part are subjected to the water pressure in the shower head in the direction away from each other. And stored in the recess. Therefore, the relative rotation of the projection-side connecting cylinder part and the groove-side connecting cylinder part is stopped by the partition wall on the insertion groove side of the recess, and even if the shower head is erroneously rotated, the both can be prevented from coming off.
[0011]
And in the connection structure which concerns on this invention, as described in Claim 2, it is desirable to make at least one part of an insertion groove or a locking groove penetrate the inner periphery of a groove side connection cylinder part. In such a configuration, processing such as cutting of the insertion groove and the locking groove of the groove side connecting cylinder portion is facilitated.
[0012]
In addition, with respect to such a configuration, when the locking projection provided on the projection-side connecting cylinder portion is in the storage position in the locking groove provided on the groove-side connecting portion, the seal provided on the projection-side connecting cylinder portion The seal part of the material is arranged on the peripheral edge of the projection side connection cylinder part in the insertion direction side of the projection side connection cylinder part in the engagement groove, and the engagement protrusion provided on the projection side connection cylinder part is connected to the groove side connection. When housed in the recess provided in the tube portion, the seal portion of the sealing material provided in the projection side connecting tube portion is arranged in the locking groove of the groove side connecting tube portion or the through portion of the insertion groove. The following actions and effects can be obtained. That is, when the locking projection is housed in the recess, the water tightness of the seal member is broken, and the water on the inner peripheral side of the groove-side connecting cylinder portion passes through the penetration portion, and further inserts the locking groove and the locking groove. Then, it leaks to the outer peripheral side of a groove side connection cylinder part, and also leaks out of a shower head. For this reason, it is possible to confirm the storage of the locking projection in the recess by water leakage, and even if the storage state of the locking projection in the recess is not directly visible from the outer surface side of the shower head, it can be determined by water leakage. The head portion and the grip portion can be easily reconnected so as to be stored in the proper storage position.

The base portion side of the connection pipe 20 is connected to a hose (not shown), and this hose is connected to a water supply tool (not shown) that switches between water and hot water. A cylindrical cover 19 exposed on the outer peripheral side of the shower head 1 is disposed around the connection pipe 20. The raw water NW flows between the inner peripheral surface of the connecting pipe 20 and the outer peripheral surface of the cartridge 21 so as to flow to the inlet side of the raw water NW (not shown) in the nipple portion 8 a of the upper case 8.
[0020]
And in the connection structure of the head part 2 and the grip part 18 of the embodiment, a substantially cylindrical projection-side connecting cylinder part 24 is formed at the tip part 8b at the lower end side of the nipple part 8a of the upper case 8 in the head part 2. A substantially cylindrical groove-side connecting cylinder part 28 is formed at the tip 20a on the upper end side of the connecting pipe 20 in the grip part 18, and the protrusion-side connecting cylinder part 24 is inserted into the groove-side connecting cylinder part 28. The cylindrical portions 24 and 28 are connected by being relatively rotated in the circumferential direction.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the projection-side connecting cylinder portion 24 is provided with two locking projections 25 and 25 at substantially point-symmetrical positions on the outer peripheral surface, and the groove-side connecting cylinder portion 28 includes Two connecting grooves 29 and 30 are disposed at substantially point-symmetrical positions on the inner peripheral surface. Each of the connecting grooves 29 and 30 extends from the end surface of the connecting tube portion 28 to insert the locking protrusions 25 and 25 and extends from the tip of the inserting groove 31 in the circumferential direction of the tube portion 28. And a locking groove 32 that locks the locking protrusions 25 and 25.
[0022]
The distal end side of each of the locking grooves 32 and 32 away from the insertion groove 31 is a storage position 33 of the locking projections 25 and 25 when the cylindrical portions 24 and 28 are connected to each other. Further, between the storage position 33 and the insertion groove 31 in each of the locking grooves 32 and 32, a locking is provided on the peripheral wall 35 on the side of the protrusion-side connecting cylinder part 24 from the groove side connecting cylinder part 28, respectively. Recesses 36 and 37 that can accommodate the protrusions 25 are formed. The concave portion 36 communicates with the insertion groove 31 in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 28, and the concave portion 37 is provided with a partition wall 38 on the insertion groove 31 side in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 28. A length dimension L0 along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 28 of the recess 37 is set slightly larger than a length dimension L1 along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 24 at the locking projection 25 corresponding to the connecting groove 30. ing. Furthermore, a through hole 39 is formed in each of the connecting grooves 29 and 30 so as to penetrate the inner and outer circumferences of the cylindrical portion 28. In the case of the embodiment, the through holes 39 of the connection grooves 29 and 30 are formed in substantially the entire area of the locking groove 32 including the recesses 36 and 37, respectively.
[0023]
Further, in the case of the embodiment, on the outer peripheral surface of the projection-side connecting cylinder portion 24, as shown in FIGS. A concave groove 24a is formed along the direction, and a seal ring 26 is disposed in the concave groove 24a. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the seal portion 27 of the seal ring 26 when the cylindrical portions 24 and 28 are connected is a groove-side connecting cylinder of the projection-side connecting cylindrical portion 24 in the locking groove 32 of each connecting groove 29 and 30. It is set so as to be arranged on the periphery on the insertion direction side to the portion 28. The seal portion 27 of the seal ring 27 when the connecting tube portion 24 is moved relatively away from the connecting tube portion 28 and the locking protrusions 25 are accommodated in the recesses 36 and 37 is formed in the locking groove 32. Is set to be placed in
[0024]
3 is a locking ring for connecting the connector 6 to the nipple portion 8a of the upper case 8, and a locking claw (not shown) of the connector 6 is engaged with the locking ring 8c. It will be stopped.
[0025]
Further, in the shower head 1 of this embodiment, the connection between the head portion 2 and the grip portion 18 is released when the cartridge 21 provided with the cleaning agent 22 is replaced, and when the cartridge 21 is replaced, In the reverse operation, with the connector 6 assembled to the nipple portion 8a, the cylindrical portions 24 and 28 are relatively rotated, and the cylindrical portion 24 is pulled out from the cylindrical portion 28, so that the nipple portion 8a is removed from the connecting pipe 20. Remove and remove the used cartridge 21 from the upper end side of the connection pipe 20, insert a new cartridge 21 into the connection pipe 20, and bayonet-connect the nipple portion 8 a to the connection pipe 20. Can be done. When the cartridge 21 is replaced, the upper and lower covers 3 and 4 are detached from the cover 19 together with the display plate 15 and the water spray plate 13 while being attached to the valve chamber 7 side.
[0026]
In the connection structure of the embodiment, the locking protrusions 25 of the protrusion-side connection cylinder part 24 on the head part 2 side are inserted into the insertion grooves 31 of the connection grooves 29 and 30 in the groove-side connection cylinder part 28 on the grip part 18 side. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the locking projections 25 are moved to the storage positions 33 of the locking grooves 32, and the protrusion-side / groove-side connecting cylindrical portions 24 and 28 are circumferentially moved (see FIG. 3). In the state shown in FIG. 2, the head part 2 of the shower head 1 and the grip part 18 can be connected by rotating the connecting cylinder part 24 relative to the connecting cylinder part 28 in the clockwise direction. . That is, since the head portion 2 and the grip portion 18 can be connected by so-called bayonet coupling, both the cylindrical portions 24 and 28 can be easily connected. Therefore, the exchange work etc. which replace the exchangeable cleaning agent built in shower head 1 become easy.
[0027]
Further, in the coupling structure of the embodiment, the relative rotation between the projection side coupling cylinder part 24 and the groove side coupling cylinder part 28 is normally prevented by the frictional resistance of the seal ring 26 fixed to the projection side coupling cylinder part 24. However, if the head part 2 is erroneously operated or the head part 2 is accidentally touched to change the direction of the water NW / CW to be discharged, the projection-side connecting cylinder part 24 becomes the groove-side connecting cylinder part 28. So that the projection-side connecting cylinder part 24 and the groove-side connecting cylinder part 28 are separated from each other even if they rotate relatively with respect to the groove-side connecting cylinder part 28 so that the water NW · Since the water pressure of CW is received, each latching protrusion 25 is accommodated in the recesses 36 and 37. As shown in FIG. 7, the partition wall 38 is disposed on the insertion groove 31 side on the concave portion 37 side, and the locking protrusion 25 accommodated in the concave portion 37 cannot move to the insertion groove 31 side. The locking projection 25 housed on the concave portion 36 side cannot move to the insertion groove 31 side, and as a result, the relative rotation between the projection side connecting tube portion 24 and the groove side connecting tube portion 28 stops. And if each latching protrusion 25 is accommodated in the recessed part 36 * 37, the water pressure of the water NW * CW in the shower head 1 in the direction which the protrusion side connection cylinder part 24 and the groove side connection cylinder part 28 leave | separate mutually. Therefore, detachment of the locking projection 25 from the concave portion 37 is prevented.
[0028]
Therefore, in the connection structure of the head part 2 and the grip part 18 of the shower head 1 according to the embodiment, even if the shower head 1 is erroneously rotated, both of them can be prevented from coming off.
[0029]
And in the connection structure of embodiment, the groove side connection cylinder part 28 is provided with the through-hole 39 which penetrates each connection groove | channel 29 * 30 to inner and outer periphery. Therefore, processing of the insertion groove 31 and the locking groove 32 is facilitated.
[0030]
In the embodiment, when the cylindrical portions 24 and 28 are connected, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the vicinity of the periphery of the peripheral wall 34 on the opposite side of the peripheral wall 35 provided with the convex portions 36 and 37 in the locking groove 32, A seal portion 27 of a seal ring 26 as a sealing material fixed to the projection side connecting cylinder portion 24 is disposed, and the seal portion 27 is connected to the groove side when the locking projection 25 is stored in the recesses 36 and 37. The seal ring 26 is configured to be moved relative to the cylindrical portion 28 and disposed in the region of the locking groove 32 so that the water tightness of the seal ring 26 is broken. That is, when the locking projections 25 are stored in the recesses 36 and 37, as shown in FIG. 7, the water tightness of the seal ring 26 is broken, and the water NW / CW on the inner peripheral side of the groove-side connecting tube portion 28 is broken. However, it leaks to the outer peripheral side of the groove-side connecting cylinder portion 28 through the insertion groove 31 and the locking groove 32, and further, as shown in FIG. After that, it leaks out of the shower head 1. For this reason, since the storage of each locking projection 25 in the recesses 36 and 37 can be confirmed by water leakage, the storage state of each locking projection 25 in the recesses 36 and 37 cannot be directly seen from the outer surface side of the shower head 1. In both cases, the head portion 2 and the grip portion 18 can be easily connected to each other so that it can be determined by water leakage and stored in the appropriate storage position 33 of the locking projection 25.
[0031]
In the embodiment, the projection-side connecting cylinder portion 24 is provided on the head portion 2 side, and the groove-side connecting cylinder portion 28 is provided on the grip portion 18 side. However, as shown in FIG. The groove side connecting cylinder part 28 may be provided on the side, and the protrusion side connecting cylinder part 24 inserted into the groove side connecting cylinder part 28 may be provided on the grip part 18 side.
[0032]
In the embodiment, the locking projection 25 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the projection-side connecting cylinder portion 24, and the insertion groove 31 and the locking groove 32 having the recess 37 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the groove-side connecting cylinder portion 28. As shown in FIG. 10, as shown in FIG. 10, the projection-side connecting cylindrical portion 24 </ b> A having the locking protrusion 25 on the inner peripheral surface, and the locking groove 32 having the insertion groove 31 and the concave portion 37 on the outer peripheral surface, The groove-side connecting cylinder part 28A to be inserted into the projection-side connecting cylinder part 24A may be disposed on the head part 2 side or the grip part 18 side, and may be so-called bayonet-coupled.
[0033]
Furthermore, in the embodiment, two locking projections 25 are provided on the projection-side connecting tube portion 24, and two connecting grooves 29 and 30 for locking the groove-side connecting tube portion 28 by inserting each locking projection 25 are provided. Although the case where it provided was shown, the projection side connection cylinder part 24 is provided with one or more locking protrusions 25, and the groove side connection cylinder part 28 is provided with a corresponding number of connection grooves 20 and 30. May be. Then, a recess 37 having a partition wall 38 may be provided in at least one locking groove 32.
[0034]
Furthermore, in the embodiment, the case where the through holes 39 penetrating the inner and outer peripheries of the groove-side connecting cylindrical portion 28 are arranged in substantially the entire area of the locking groove 32 is shown, but as shown in FIGS. A through hole 39 may be provided in a part of the locking groove 32 or a part of the insertion hole 31.
[0035]
In the connecting structure shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the sealing material fixed to the protrusion-side connecting tube portions 24 and 24 </ b> A is provided on the peripheral wall 34 opposite to the peripheral wall 35 provided with the recess 37 in the locking groove 32. The sealing portion is disposed in the region of the locking groove 32 and the insertion groove 31 by moving relative to the groove side connecting cylindrical portions 28 and 28A when the locking protrusion 25 is stored in the recess 37. If the sealing member is configured so that the water tightness of the sealing member is broken, the water tightness of the sealing member is broken when the locking protrusion 25 is stored in the recess 37, and the groove side connecting cylinder portions 28 and 28A are not damaged. Since water on the circumferential side leaks through the through-hole 39, further through the insertion groove 31 and the locking groove 32, to the outer peripheral side of the groove-side connecting cylindrical portions 28 and 28A, and further to the outside of the shower head, Check that the locking protrusion 25 is housed in the recess 37 by water leakage. Can.
