Description
The present invention radiates laser light from a laser light emitter toward an object to form a light spot on the surface of the object, and uses the reflected light from the surface of the object. The present invention relates to a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus for measuring the three-dimensional shape of
However, in such feedback control, when measuring through-holes and deep holes provided in the surface of the object, the reflected light from these holes becomes extremely small. The amount of laser light emitted from the laser beam is controlled to be substantially maximum. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the light spot of the laser beam scanned on the surface of the object from the left side to the right side in the figure is one peripheral edge A of the hole provided in the surface of the object. As shown in FIG. 5A, the amount of reflected light from the object is extremely small. In this case, since the amount of reflected light from the object is set to a predetermined amount, as shown in FIG. 5B, the amount of laser light emitted from the laser light emitter by the feedback control is substantially maximized. .
When the light spot passes through the other peripheral edge B of the hole with the light amount of the laser light emitted from the laser light emitter being substantially maximum, the reflected light of an extremely large amount of light is suddenly emitted from the object. Arise. In this case, since the feedback control is performed based on the amount of the reflected light that is extremely large, the amount of the laser beam emitted from the laser beam emitter is not stable and hunting occurs (see FIG. 5B). As a result, the amount of reflected light from the object is not stable (see FIG. 5A), and there is a problem that the shape of the peripheral edge of the hole cannot be measured with high accuracy.
The present invention has been made to cope with the above-mentioned problem, and its purpose is to control the amount of laser light emitted to the hole provided on the surface of the object to thereby provide the hole provided on the surface of the object. An object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus that can measure the shape of the peripheral edge of the rim with high accuracy.
In order to achieve the above object, a feature of the present invention is that it includes a laser light emitter that emits laser light toward an object to form a light spot on the surface of the object, and reflected light from the surface of the object. In the three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus for measuring the three-dimensional shape of the surface of the object using the light amount, the light amount detector for detecting the light amount of the reflected light from the object, and the light amount of the reflected light detected by the light amount detector Based on this, the light quantity control means for feedback-controlling the emitted light quantity of the laser light emitted from the laser light radiator, and the reflected light detected by the light quantity detector so that the reflected light quantity from the object becomes a predetermined light quantity. Based on the amount of light, a light amount determination unit that determines that the amount of reflected light has become smaller than a predetermined value, and the light amount determination unit determines that the amount of reflected light has become smaller than a predetermined value, Light intensity Instead of feedback control by the control means, the amount of laser light emitted from the laser light emitter is made constant so as to substantially match the amount of laser light emitted from the laser light emitter at the time of feedback control. And switching control means for controlling.
In this case, for example, the light amount control means is radiated from the laser light emitter so that the amount of reflected light from the object becomes a predetermined amount based on the amount of reflected light detected by the light amount detector. A first light amount control signal for controlling the amount of emitted light of the laser light, the first light amount control signal generating means for generating a first light amount control signal representing the amount of emitted light, and the generated first light amount control The laser light emitter is driven and controlled in accordance with the signal, and the light amount determination means uses the generated first light amount control signal so that the amount of reflected light detected by the light amount detector is greater than a predetermined value. It is good to judge that it became small. In addition, the light amount determination unit may input, for example, the amount of reflected light detected by the light amount detector and determine that the amount of reflected light input by the light amount detector is smaller than a predetermined value. That is, the light quantity determination means may be any means having a function of detecting a hole provided on the surface of the object.
According to the present invention configured as described above, the amount of laser light emitted to the surface of the object based on the amount of the reflected light is reduced so that the amount of reflected light from the object becomes a predetermined amount. Feedback control. Then, when the amount of reflected light from the object is smaller than a predetermined value, instead of the feedback control, it substantially matches the amount of laser light emitted from the laser light emitter at the time of the feedback control. The laser beam was emitted with such a constant light quantity. For this reason, even when the light spot of the laser beam passes through a portion where the amount of reflected light from the object is smaller than a predetermined value, for example, a hole such as a through hole or a deep hole, the emitted light amount of the laser beam is When the laser light spot passes through the hole and is positioned on the surface of the object, the reflected light from the surface becomes the predetermined light amount. Thereby, the feedback control of the light quantity is smoothly resumed, and the reflected light from the object is stabilized without hunting. As a result, it is possible to satisfactorily measure the shape of the peripheral portion of a small portion where the amount of reflected light from the object is a predetermined value, for example, the peripheral portion of the hole.
In addition, another feature of the present invention is that, for example, the light amount control unit is configured so that the amount of reflected light from the object becomes a predetermined amount based on the amount of reflected light detected by the light amount detector. A first light amount control signal for generating a first light amount control signal for controlling the emitted light amount of the laser light emitted from the light emitter, the first light amount control signal generating means for generating a first light amount control signal representing the emitted light amount; The laser light emitter is driven and controlled in accordance with the generated first light quantity control signal, and the switching control means is used when the light quantity judgment means does not determine that the light quantity of the reflected light is smaller than the predetermined value. The light quantity of the reflected light is input by a second light quantity control signal generation circuit that receives the first light quantity control signal and generates an average value or median value of the first light quantity control signal as a second light quantity control signal, and a light quantity determination unit. The predetermined When it is judged smaller, it lies in the construction in the switching means for outputting a second light quantity control signal to the laser light emitter in place of the first light quantity control signal.
According to another feature of the present invention configured as described above, when it is determined that the light amount of the reflected light from the object is smaller than a predetermined value, the laser light is generated by the second light amount control signal instead of the first light amount control signal. The amount of laser light emitted from the radiator is controlled. The second light amount control signal is a representative value of the first light amount control signal when it is not determined that the light amount of the reflected light is smaller than the predetermined value. For example, the average value, the median value, or the high value of the first light amount control signal The value is substantially equal to the first light quantity control signal such as a frequency value. In addition, a high frequency value shows the value of the vicinity of the value with the highest occurrence frequency. That is, the laser light having a light amount substantially equal to the light amount of the laser light emitted to the part other than the part is radiated to a part where the light quantity of the reflected light on the object is smaller than a predetermined value. For this reason, when the light spot of the laser beam passes through a portion where the amount of reflected light of the object is smaller than a predetermined value, and is located in a portion other than the portion where the amount of reflected light of the object is smaller than a predetermined value The amount of reflected light from the same position is substantially equal to the amount of reflected light from a portion before the portion where the amount of reflected light of the object is smaller than a predetermined value. Thereby, the feedback control of the light quantity is resumed more smoothly, and the reflected light from the object is more stable without hunting. As a result, the shape of the peripheral portion of the portion where the amount of reflected light from the object is smaller than a predetermined value can be measured better.
Another feature of the present invention is that the switching control means stores in advance a control value for controlling the light quantity of the reflected light so as to substantially match the predetermined light quantity. The amount of laser light emitted from the laser light emitter is controlled to be constant by using. According to this, since the switching control means can control the emitted light quantity of the laser light emitted from the laser light emitter based on a preset control value, the configuration of the switching control means can be simplified. . As a result, the configuration of the three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus can be simplified.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall schematic diagram of a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus that irradiates an object OB to be measured with laser light and measures a three-dimensional surface shape of the object based on reflected light from the object. It is.
The three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus includes a
In the path of the laser beam that has been collimated by the
The three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus also includes an
The
The
A laser light
Specifically, the laser light
The
The
The
In this case, as described above, the
The operation of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described. First, the operator sets the object OB at a predetermined position of the three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus and instructs the
Further, the
By forming a light spot on the surface of the object OB, the laser light is reflected from the surface, and this reflected light is imaged on the
On the other hand, the
During the measurement of the distances of the respective divided positions, the
On the other hand, during the measurement of the distance between the divided positions, the
First, the
Next, in step S <b> 16, the
If it is determined in step S16 that the value of the first light amount control signal is smaller than the radiant light amount upper limit value, the determination of “No” continues and the processes of steps S14 and S16 are repeatedly executed. In this case, the light spot is scanning a position other than the hole on the surface of the object OB (a position other than between A and B in FIG. 3). On the other hand, in the same determination, when the value of the first light amount control signal is larger than the radiant light amount upper limit value, “Yes” is determined and the process proceeds to step S18. This means that the light spot scanned on the surface of the object OB is located on the hole (position beyond A in FIG. 3). Next, the
In step S20, a second light quantity control signal is generated using the first light quantity control signal stored in the
Next, in step S22, the
Feedback control by the first light quantity control signal is stopped, and the light quantity is controlled to be constant by the second light quantity control signal.
Next, the
On the other hand, in the same determination, when the value of the first light amount control signal is smaller than the radiant light amount upper limit value, “Yes” is determined and the process proceeds to step S30. That is, it means that the light spot scanned on the surface of the object OB is at a position other than the hole (position beyond B in FIG. 3). In this case, since the surface of the object OB is irradiated with the second light amount control signal that is the average value of the amount of radiated light before the light spot scans the hole, the reflected light from the surface is shown in FIG. As shown in A), the amount of reflected light is substantially equal to the amount of reflected light before scanning the hole.
Next, the
Next, in step S32, the
As can be understood from the above description of operation, according to the above embodiment, when laser light is emitted to a portion other than the hole provided on the surface of the object OB, the reflected light from the surface of the object OB. When the laser light is radiated to the hole provided on the surface of the object OB by feedback control of the amount of laser light emitted based on the light quantity of the light, the light quantity approximately equal to the light quantity before scanning the hole The laser beam was emitted. For this reason, when the light spot of the laser beam is located on the peripheral edge of the hole after scanning the hole, the reflected light from the object OB is substantially the same as the reflected light amount before scanning the hole. The amount of light is equal. Thereby, the feedback control of the light quantity is smoothly resumed, and the reflected light from the object OB is stabilized without hunting. As a result, the shape of the peripheral edge of the hole can be measured well.
Further, feedback control of the amount of laser light emitted from the laser light source 11 and determination of whether or not the light spot scanned on the surface of the object OB is located in a hole provided on the surface. In addition, since the first light quantity control signal output from the laser light
Furthermore, in carrying out the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the object of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the hole provided on the surface of the object OB is detected based on the value of the first light quantity control signal indicating the quantity of the laser light emitted from the laser light source 11, but the object OB is detected. The value is not limited to this as long as it is a value representing the amount of reflected light from. For example, the hole may be detected by the amount of reflected light from the object OB itself.
Specifically, a light reception signal indicating the amount of reflected light detected by the
Further, in addition to the light amount of the reflected light from the object OB itself, the hole may be detected by a light amount difference between the light amount of the reflected light from the object OB and the reference reflected light amount. In this case, the light quantity difference calculated by the laser light
In the above embodiment, the second light quantity control signal is calculated from each sampled value of the first light quantity control signal stored in the
In the above embodiment, the
