Claims (31)
- 人体へ挿入するカテーテルをもつカテーテルシステムであって、
1つの細長い部材;
上記細長い部材に結合された音響トランスデューサ;
上記細長い部材上で上記音響トランスデューサに隣接したRF信号検出器;および
RF信号検出器から信号を受信するのに適したレシーバー
を備え、
上記レシーバーが上記信号を処理するよう構成されて、エラストグラフを生成することを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 上記音響トランスデューサが圧電性結晶を備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、
上記細長い部材を覆うシリンダ状の内部伝導層;
上記シリンダ状の内部伝導層の少なくとも一部を覆う圧電性結晶層;および
上記圧電性結晶層を覆うシリンダ状の外部伝導層
を備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 上記RF信号検出器が、RFコイルを備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、圧電性結晶層を備える請求項4に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記RFコイルが、上記細長い部材のまわりに巻かれた請求項4に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記細長い部材が、その中を縦方向に通る細長い管腔をもつ請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記RF信号検出器がRFコイルを備えて、上記カテーテルがさらに上記細長い管腔の中を通る2つのリードを備えて、各リードが上記RFコイルの1つの端に結合された請求項7に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記細長い管腔を通るガイドワイヤをさらに備える請求項7に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記細長い部材の中を通る第2の管腔をさらに備える請求項7に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記RF信号検出器が、
第1の方向に巻かれた第1のRFコイル;および
第1のRFコイルに結合されて、第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に巻かれた第2のRFコイル
をさらに備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 上記音響トランスデューサが、第1のRFコイルと第2のRFコイルとの間に位置する請求項11に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記RF信号検出器が、磁気共鳴画像法(MRI)レシーバーに結合された請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが上記細長い部材に取り付けられた請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- さらに第2の音響トランスデューサを備える請求項14に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、回転可能な状態で上記細長い部材に結合された請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサがキャパシタを備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが光音響装置を備える請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 医療用探針システムであって、
体内への挿入に適した針;
上記針に結合された音響トランスデューサ;
上記針に結合されて上記音響トランスデューサに隣接したRF信号検出器;および
RF信号検出器から信号を受信するのに適したレシーバー
を備え、
上記レシーバーが上記信号を処理して、エラストグラフを生成することを特徴とする医療用探針システム。 - 上記音響トランスデューサが圧電性結晶層を備える請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、
上記針を覆うシリンダ状の内部伝導層;
上記シリンダ状の内部伝導層の少なくとも一部を覆う圧電性結晶層;および
上記圧電性結晶層を覆うシリンダ状の外部伝導層
を備える請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。 - 上記RF信号検出器が、RFコイルを備える請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、圧電性結晶層を備える請求項22に記載の医療用探針システム。
- 上記RFコイルが、針のまわりに巻かれた請求項22に記載の医療用探針システム。
- 上記RF信号検出器が、
第1の方向へ針のまわりに巻かれた第1のRFコイル;および
第1のRFコイルに結合されて、第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向へ針のまわりに巻かれた第2のRFコイル
をさらに備える請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。 - 上記音響トランスデューサが、第1のRFコイルと第2のRFコイルとの間に位置する請求項25に記載の医療用探針システム。
- RF検出器が、磁気共鳴画像法(MRI)レシーバーに結合された請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、上記針に取り付けられた請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。
- 上記音響トランスデューサが、回転可能な状態で上記針に結合された請求項19に記載の医療用探針システム。
