Description

【0001】

(3) The bathtub according to (1) or (2), wherein the apron is attached so as to cover side surfaces of the long side and the short side of the bathtub.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The apron is usually molded by molding material such as FRP or synthetic resin injection molding, etc., but when it is formed into a shape having a hollow portion on the front side of the portion of the recess that comes into contact with the outer surface of the bathtub side wall, HI Shaped using blow molding with a molding material such as polystyrene (high impact polystyrene), polypropylene resin or polyethylene resin, and in addition to the hollow portion of the recess, a shape that provides a hollow portion as a double wall on the front side of the apron, Ensure that the aprons attached to the bathtub are strong and warm.
The top opening of the apron front is the top edge of the bathtub near the left and right ends of the apron width so that the bather can easily grasp and grip the fingertip when getting up in the bathtub or leaving the bathtub. It is formed by running so as to be substantially parallel to the hanging part. Note that the portion of the recess back surface that contacts the outer surface of the bathtub side wall is not necessarily the entire width direction of the recess back surface side, and a plurality of portions in the width direction of the recess back surface side may contact the outer surface of the bathtub side wall. In addition to a structure in which the rear surface of the concave portion directly contacts the outer surface of the side wall of the bathtub, for example, a rib may be formed so as to protrude from the rear surface of the concave portion, and the rib may be in contact with the outer surface of the side wall of the bathtub.
[0009]
The shape of the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion provided in the apron where the front is opened is such that the water flowing into the concave portion with the apron attached to the bathtub is discharged as it is from the upper surface of the concave inner peripheral surface. Inclined or curved from the bottom to the bottom.
[0010]
At the upper end of the apron, it is formed in a shape having a front upper end that is inserted into the upper edge surface hanging portion of the bathtub and becomes a contact portion to the back side of the upper edge surface hanging portion, and at the lower end of the apron It is formed in the shape which has an attaching part for attaching to the support tool attached to this with a screw etc.
[0011]
On the other hand, the bathtub for installing the apron has a shape having an upper edge surface that is continuous with the upper end of the side wall and an upper edge surface depending on the outer edge of the upper edge surface by molding material such as FRP or injection molding of synthetic resin. The apron is attached so as to cover one side surface and two side surfaces of the side surface of the outer side wall of the bathtub.
[0012]
