Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is provided in a gaming machine having a front frame attached to an outer frame so as to be openable and closable, and a front frame locking mechanism that locks the front frame so as not to open and is manually unlocked. The present invention relates to a locking lock device that can prevent an unlocking operation of a front frame locking mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine has a front frame that can be opened and closed on the front side of a box-shaped outer frame, and when the front frame is opened, various accessories and nails on the game board surface can be adjusted. It can be done. The gaming machine is provided with a front frame locking mechanism that locks the front frame so as not to open and is unlocked by manual operation.
[0003]
Generally, when the front frame is closed, the front frame locking mechanism is configured such that the hook member provided on the front frame side engages with the hook receiver provided on the outer frame side, and is provided on the front frame side. When the key is inserted into the keyhole and turned, the hook member is released from the hook receiver and unlocked, and the front frame can be opened.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the front frame locking mechanism of the conventional gaming machine described above can easily open the front frame only by manual operation using a key, it is not comparable to a malicious person opening the front frame with a matching key etc. It was difficult to prevent fraudulent acts such as deliberately changing the control infrastructure etc. arranged on the back side of the gaming machine.
[0005]
In order to prevent such illegal acts, recently, an electric locking device that can be locked more severely than the front frame locking mechanism and cannot be unlocked only by a mechanical operation based on manual operation has been developed. Such an electric locking device is provided with an opening / closing control mechanism that, for example, restrains the front frame to a closed state when power is cut off after closing the store, and permits opening / closing of the front frame only during the business hours when power is supplied. Composed.
[0006]
However, when the existing locking mechanism is removed one by one and a new electric locking device is attached, a large-scale renovation work is required, and there is a problem that a great cost is required. Moreover, in the electric locking device, since it is necessary to continue power supply while allowing the opening and closing of the front frame to be permitted, it is necessary to separately take measures against heat generation based on power supply, and furthermore, it is difficult to reduce costs due to extra power consumption. The problem of becoming.
[0007]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the problems of the prior art as described above, and can be illegally unlocked with respect to the front frame locking mechanism only by adding it to a gaming machine equipped with an existing front frame locking mechanism. An object of the present invention is to provide a lock-and-lock device capable of suppressing power consumption and heat generation in spite of being an electric type that can reliably prevent operation and can be reliably operated and controlled.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention for achieving the above-described object resides in the following items.
[1] A front frame (3) attached to the outer frame (2) so as to be openable and closable, and a front frame locking mechanism (10) that locks the front frame (3) so as not to open and is unlocked by manual operation. A locking and locking device (20) that is provided in a gaming machine (1) that can prevent the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10),
A lock member (30) for preventing the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10), a stopper member (40) capable of restraining and releasing the lock member (30), the lock member (30) and the stopper Drive means (50) for selectively driving the member (40),
The lock member (30) can be displaced between a lock position that directly prevents the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10) and a lock release position that allows the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10). Provided in
First urging means (28) for urging the lock member (30) toward the lock position, and second urging means (29) for urging the stopper member (40) toward the restraint position. ,
The drive means (50) includes a solenoid (51) that operates when power is supplied, and a power transmission mechanism (selectively transmitting power of the solenoid (51) to the lock member (30) and the stopper member (40)). 55) and
The solenoid (51) includes a plunger (52) that reciprocates once each time power is temporarily supplied.
The power transmission mechanism transmits power to the lock member (30) each time the plunger (52) reciprocates once, and resists the biasing force of the first biasing means (28). (30) is displaced to the unlocked position, and the stopper member (40) is displaced to the restrained position by the urging force of the second urging means (29), and power is transmitted to the stopper member (40). Then, the stopper member (40) is displaced to the restraint release position against the urging force of the second urging means (29), and the lock member (30) is moved to the first urging means (28). ), And is alternately switched to a state of being displaced to the lock position.(20).
[0009]
[2]The stopper member (40) is provided with an engaging portion (42),
  When the locking member (30) is in the unlocking position, the engaging portion (42) is engaged with the locking member (30), and when the stopper member (40) is in the restraining releasing position, the engagement is performed. An engaged portion (36) from which the portion (42) is disengaged;
When the engaging portion (42) is engaged with the engaged portion (36), the lock member (30) is brought into the unlocked position against the urging force of the first urging means (28). The locking lock device (20) according to [1], which is set to be held.
[0010]
[3]The locking / locking device (20) according to [1] or [2], further comprising position detecting means (58) for detecting whether the locking member (30) is in a locked position or an unlocked position.
[0013]
Next, the operation based on the above solution will be described.
According to the locking lock device (20) of [1], when the drive means (50) is temporarily powered in a security state that prevents the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10), the drive means (50) As a result, the lock member (30) is displaced to the unlock position, and with this displacement, the stopper member (40) is displaced to the restraint position.
[0014]
Then, the locking member (30) is held by the stopper member (40) at the unlocking position allowing the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10), and even after the power supply is cut off, the front frame locking mechanism (10 ) Will not return to the locked position which directly prevents the unlocking operation. At this time, the manual unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10) is not hindered, and the front frame (3) can be freely opened and closed.
[0015]
When power is once again supplied to the drive means (50) in such a security release state, the operation of the drive means (50) causes the stopper member (40) to be displaced to the restraint release position. The lock member (30) is displaced to the lock position. The lock member (30) is held in the lock position as it is even after the power supply is cut off, and is in the original security state.
[0016]
As described above, according to the present locking and locking device (20), the locking member (30) can be displaced directly to the unlocked position or indirectly to the locked position by the driving means (50). When the member (30) is in the locked position, the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism (10) is restricted. Therefore, even if this unlocking operation is performed manually, the operation cannot be performed, and the front frame (3) Can not be opened, and cheating can be reliably prevented.
[0017]
In addition, since it is only necessary to supply power to the drive means (50) temporarily when switching from one of the security state and the security release state to the other, no special measures against heat generation due to power supply over a long period of time are unnecessary. In addition, power consumption can be suppressed as much as possible.
[0018]
[1]In the locking lock device (20) described above, when the locking member (30) is displaced to the unlocking position against the urging force of the first urging means (28) by the power of the driving means (50), The stopper member (40) is surely displaced to the restrained position by the urging force of the second urging means (29) with the displacement of the lock member (30) irrespective of the power of the driving means (50).
[0019]
On the other hand, when the stopper member (40) is displaced to the restraint release position against the urging force of the second urging means (29) by the power of the driving means (50), the lock member (30) The urging force of the first urging means (28) is surely displaced to the locked position with the displacement of the stopper member (40) irrespective of the power of the driving means (50).The drive means (50) includes a solenoid (51) and a power transmission mechanism (55) for selectively transmitting the power of the solenoid (51) to the lock member (30) and the stopper member (40). What is necessary is just to comprise.
[0020]
[2]In the described locking and locking device (20), when the locking member (30) is in the unlocked position, the stopper member (40) is displaced to the restraining position, and the engaging portion (42) is covered by the locking member (30). When engaged with the engaging portion (36), the lock member (30) is held at the unlocked position against the urging force of the first urging means (28) by this engagement relationship.
[0021]
On the other hand, when the stopper member (40) is displaced to the restraint release position, the engaging portion (42) of the stopper member (40) is disengaged from the engaged portion (36) of the locking member (30). 30) is released, whereby the lock member (30) is returned to the locked position by the urging force of the first urging means (28).
[0022]
[3]As described above, if the position detecting means (58) for detecting whether the lock member (30) is in the locked position or the unlocked position is provided, whether the present locking / locking device (20) is in the security state or not It is possible to accurately grasp whether it is in a released state.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments representing the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 8 show an embodiment of the present invention.
The locking lock device 20 according to the present embodiment is provided in the gaming machine 1 and can prevent the operation of the front frame locking mechanism 10 of the gaming machine 1 during unlocking.
[0024]
Here, the gaming machine 1 is a pachinko machine that launches a ball on the surface of the game board by operating a handle and competes for winning a hit of various hits. As shown in FIG. 8, the gaming machine 1 includes a box-shaped outer frame 2, a front frame 3 attached to the outer frame 2 so as to be openable and closable, and a front frame locking mechanism 10.
[0025]
A hinge 4 is provided at one end of the outer frame 2, and the front frame 3 including the game board surface is attached via the hinge 4 so as to be opened and closed. The front frame locking mechanism 10 includes a pair of upper and lower flange members 11, 12 provided on the front frame 3 so as to be displaceable, and a pair of upper and lower flange members 13, 14 fixed to the outer frame 2.
[0026]
A slide member 15 extending vertically is provided on an inner wall surface at one side end of the outer frame 2 so as to be movable up and down via a support bracket 16. The flange members 11 and 12 are pivotally attached to the upper and lower portions of the slide member 15 so as to be rotatable in synchronization with each other up to a predetermined angle.
[0027]
When the slide member 15 moves to the lowered position, the flange members 11 and 12 rotate into a state (shown by a solid line in FIG. 3) that is engaged with the flange receivers 13 and 14 and locked so that the front frame 3 does not open. On the other hand, when the slide member 15 moves to the raised position, the slide member 15 is set to rotate to the unlocked state (indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 3) so as to be disengaged from the collar receivers 13 and 14 and to open the front frame 3.
[0028]
The slide member 15 is normally maintained in a lowered position by a spring (not shown), and the hook members 11 and 12 engage with the hook receivers 13 and 14, but the slide member 15 is manually operated by turning a key inserted into the key hole 17. When the frame 15 is moved to the raised position, the front frame locking mechanism 10 is configured such that the hook members 11 and 12 are detached from the hook receivers 13 and 14 and unlocked.
[0029]
The gaming machine 1 provided with such a front frame locking mechanism 10 is provided with a locking lock device 20 according to the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the locking and locking device 20 is provided on the inner wall surface at one side end of the outer frame 2 so that the locking member 30 can be engaged with and disengaged from the flange member 12 of the front frame locking mechanism 10. It has been.
[0030]
The locking / locking device 20 includes a case 21, a lock member 30 housed in the case 21, a stopper member 40, and driving means 50. As shown in FIG. 5, the case 21 can be divided into two parts when installing each component. As shown in FIG. 6, the case 21 is integrally assembled with the outer frame via the mounting bracket 21 a. 2 fixed in place.
[0031]
The lock member 30 is a member that directly blocks the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism 10, and includes a rotating body 31 and a locking piece 32 that extends in the radial direction from one end of the rotating body 31. The rotating body 31 is housed in a storage portion 22 formed in the case 21. Further, the locking piece 32 protrudes to the outside of the case 21 from an opening 24 formed in the upper part of the case 21.
[0032]
The pivot shaft 23 on the case 21 side passes through the bearing portion 33 in the rotating body 31 of the lock member 30. By this pivot shaft 23, the lock member 30 can be rotated between a lock position that directly prevents the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism 10 and a lock release position that permits the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism 10. Is pivotally supported.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 1, when the lock member 30 is in the lock position, the locking piece 32 is positioned so as to engage with the flange member 12 and prevent the rotation operation of the flange member 12. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, when the lock member 30 is rotated to the unlocked position, the locking piece 32 is positioned so as not to engage the flange member 12 and prevent the rotation operation of the flange member 12.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 5, a latch pin 34 projects from the side surface of the rotating body 31 of the lock member 30. Similarly, a latch pin 25 projects from an appropriate position of the case 21. A spring member (first urging means) 28 is stretched between 25 and 34. By this spring member 28, the lock member 30 is normally biased so as to be in the lock position shown in FIG. Further, the lock member 30 is provided with a guide groove 35, an engaged portion 36, a cam groove 37, and an engagement pin 38, which will be described later.
[0035]
The stopper member 40 is a member that restrains the lock member 30 at the unlocking position and can release the restraint, and is formed in a substantially L shape. A pivot pin 26 on the case 21 side passes through the pivot portion 41 in the center of the stopper member 40. Further, a hook-like engaging portion 42 is provided on one end side of the stopper member 40, and a pressing portion 43 is provided on the other end side.
[0036]
The stopper member 40 has a restraining position for holding the lock member 30 in the unlocked position and a restraint capable of rotating the lock member 30 from the unlocked position to the locked position by the pivot pin 26 penetrating the pivot support portion 41. It is pivotally supported to the release position so as to be rotatable. The distal end side of the pivot pin 26 is fitted in a guide groove 35 provided in the lock member 30 so as to be relatively movable. Here, the guide groove 35 is formed in an arc shape centering on the pivot shaft 23 which is the rotation center of the lock member 30, and the lock member 30 and the stopper member 40 are brought into engagement with the pivot pin 26. The relative positional relationship is restricted.
[0037]
Further, the stopper member 40 has a spring member (second biasing means) in the direction in which the engaging portion 42 is normally engaged with the engaged portion 36 provided in the lock member 30, that is, in the restraining position side. 29 is energized. The stopper member 40 holds the lock member 30 in the unlocked position against the urging force of the spring member 28 by engaging the engaged portion 42 with the engaged portion 36 of the lock member 30. is there.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 2, when the lock member 30 is rotated to the lock position against the urging force of the spring member 28 by the power of the driving means 50 described later, the stopper member 40 is moved by the urging force of the spring member 29. The engaging portion 42 is rotated to a restraining position where the engaging portion 42 engages with the engaged portion 36 of the lock member 30. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, when the stopper member 40 is rotated to the restraint release position against the urging force of the spring member 29 by the power of the driving means 50, the engaging portion 42 is disengaged from the engaged portion 36. Is set to
[0039]
The drive means 50 selectively drives the lock member 30 and the stopper member 40. More specifically, the drive means 50 rotates the lock member 30 to the unlock position against the urging force of the spring member 28 every time power is supplied, and the stopper member 40 is attached to the spring member 29 accordingly. The stopper member 40 is rotated to the restraint release position against the biasing force of the spring member 29 and the lock member 30 is moved to the lock position by the biasing force of the spring member 28. It is a mechanism that switches alternately to a rotating state.
[0040]
Specifically, the drive means 50 includes a solenoid 51 that operates when power is supplied, and a power transmission mechanism that selectively transmits the power of the solenoid 51 to the lock member 30 and the stopper member 40. The solenoid 51 includes a plunger 52 that reciprocates once every time power is supplied.
[0041]
During normal times when power is not supplied to the solenoid 51, the plunger 52 is maintained in a state of protruding by the biasing force of the spring member 53 as shown in FIGS. On the other hand, when power is supplied to the solenoid 51, the solenoid 51 is excited only during that time, and the plunger 52 is pulled against the urging force of the spring member 53 as shown in FIGS.
[0042]
A proximal end portion of a link member 55 is rotatably connected to a distal end portion of the plunger 52 via a connecting pin 54. The link member 55 constitutes a main part of the power transmission mechanism, and an engagement pin 57 that fits movably relative to the cam groove 37 of the lock member 30 is provided at the tip thereof. Has been.
[0043]
The power of the solenoid 51 is selectively transmitted to the lock member 30 and the stopper member 40 due to the fitting relationship between the engagement pin 57 and the cam groove 37 forming a part of the power transmission mechanism. That is, every time the plunger 52 of the solenoid 51 reciprocates once, the power is transmitted to the lock member 30 and the lock member 30 is rotated to the unlock position, and the power is transmitted to the stopper member 40. The operation of rotating the stopper member 40 to the restraint release position is repeated alternately.
[0044]
The cam groove 37 includes an arcuate arc groove part 37a centering on the pivot shaft 23, which is the rotation center of the lock member 30, and a linear groove part 37b extending linearly from one end of the arc groove part 37a toward the rotation center. It consists of. When the engagement pin 57 is fitted to the arc groove 37a so as to be relatively movable, power is transmitted so that the lock member 30 is rotated to the unlock position by the fitting relationship. On the other hand, when the engagement pin 57 is fitted in the linear groove portion 37b so as to be relatively movable, power is transmitted so that the stopper member 40 is rotated to the restraint release position by the fitting relationship. Details will be described later.
[0045]
A micro switch 58 is provided below the case 21. The micro switch 58 is a position detecting means for detecting whether the lock member 30 is in the locked position or the unlocked position, and has a movable element 59 that is turned ON when pressed. When the lock member 30 is in the unlocked position, the mover 59 is positioned so as to be turned on by being pressed by the engagement pin 38 protruding from one end of the lock member 30.
[0046]
Next, the operation will be described.
According to the locking lock device 20 described above, as shown in FIG. 1, in the security state in which the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism 10 is prevented, the lock member 30 is held in the locked position by the urging force of the spring member 28. ing. At this time, the locking piece 32 of the lock member 30 restricts the hook member 12 from rotating in the direction away from the hook receiver 14, so that it cannot be turned even if a key is inserted into the key hole 17 shown in FIG.
[0047]
Thus, when the lock member 30 is in the locked position, the unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism 10 is reliably restricted, so that, for example, a malicious person performs an unlocking operation using a key or the like after closing the store. However, the operation is impossible, the front frame 3 cannot be opened, and illegal acts can be surely prevented.
[0048]
Further, in the security state shown in FIG. 1, the mover 59 of the micro switch 58 is not pressed by the engagement pin 38 on the lock member 30. Accordingly, the micro switch 58 remains in the OFF state, and the game store side can easily confirm that the lock member 30 is in the lock position based on the presence or absence of an electrical signal.
[0049]
In the security state, when power is supplied to the solenoid 51 of the driving unit 50 for a very short time, the solenoid 51 is temporarily excited, and the plunger 52 is attached to the spring member 53 as shown in FIG. Being pulled and immersive against the power. 1 and FIG. 2, the link member 55 is pulled along with the immersion operation of the plunger 52, and the engagement pin 57 of the link member 55 is fitted to one end of the arc groove portion 37a of the cam groove 37. In this state, the lock member 30 rotates to the unlock position against the urging force of the spring member 28.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 2, the stopper member 40 is rotated to the restraining position by the urging force of the spring member 29 as the lock member 30 is rotated to the unlocked position. That is, in FIG. 1, the engaging portion 42 of the stopper member 40 riding on the outside of the engaged portion 36 engages with the engaged portion 36 as shown in FIG. Due to the engagement relationship with the stopper member 40, the lock member 30 is held in the unlocked position.
[0051]
As soon as the temporary power supply to the drive means 50 is cut off, the plunger 52 projects again by the biasing force of the spring member 53 as shown in the order of FIG. As the plunger 52 protrudes, the link member 55 returns to the original state where the engaging pin 57 extends in parallel with the spring member 53 while moving along the arc groove portion 37a of the cam groove 37. . However, the lock member 30 is held in the unlocked position as it is against the biasing force of the spring member 28 due to the above-described engagement relationship with the stopper member 40.
[0052]
In such a security release state shown in FIG. 3, the hook member 12 can be rotated in a direction away from the hook receiver 14, and the unlocking operation of inserting and turning the key into the key hole 17 of the front frame locking mechanism 10 is hindered. The front frame 3 can be freely opened and closed. Further, in the security release state, the mover 59 of the micro switch 58 is pressed by the engagement pin 38 in the lock member 30 and is turned on. Thereby, the game store side can easily confirm that the lock member 30 is in the unlock position based on the ON signal output from the micro switch 58.
[0053]
When the power is once again supplied to the solenoid 51 again for a short time in the security release state, the solenoid 51 is temporarily excited and the plunger 52 is immersed. 3 and FIG. 4, the link member 55 is pulled in accordance with the one-immersion operation of the plunger 52 shown in the order of FIG. 3, and the engaging pin 57 moves straightly in the linear groove portion 37 b of the cam groove 37. Meanwhile, the pressing portion 43 of the stopper member 40 is pressed counterclockwise in FIG. Thereby, the engaging portion 42 of the stopper member 40 is disengaged from the engaged portion 36 of the lock member 30, and the stopper member 40 rotates to the restraint releasing position against the urging force of the spring member 29.
[0054]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the stopper member 40 is rotated to the restraint release position, the lock member 30 is rotated to the lock position shown in FIG. 1 by the urging force of the spring member 28. Temporary power supply to the drive means 50 is cut off immediately after the lock member 30 returns to the lock position. Then, as shown in the order of FIG. 4 → FIG. 1, the plunger 52 protrudes again, and the link pin 55 has one end of the linear groove portion 37 b of the cam groove 37 with the engaging pin 57 as the plunger 52 projects one time. To the original state extending in parallel with the spring member 53 while moving along one end of the arc groove portion 37a.
[0055]
Even after the power supply is cut off, the lock member 30 is held in the locked position as it is due to the urging force of the spring member 28 and the engagement relationship of each component, and the front frame locking mechanism 10 is in the original security state. At this time, the micro switch 58 is turned off again, and the game store side can confirm that the lock member 30 is in the lock position.
[0056]
As described above, according to the present locking / locking device 20, power supply to the solenoid 51 of the driving means 50 is only required at the time of switching from one of the security state or the security release state to the other. Therefore, no special measures against heat generation due to power supply over a long period of time are unnecessary, and power consumption can be suppressed as much as possible.
[0057]
As shown in FIG. 9, when the locking member 20 of the front frame locking mechanism 10 is rotated upward to perform the unlocking operation, the locking lock device 20 has the locking piece 32 facing downward. The member 12 may be attached to the outer frame 2 so as to be engaged from above. Further, the specific configuration of the locking lock device according to the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
According to the locking lock device according to the present invention, just by adding to an existing gaming machine equipped with a front frame locking mechanism,Whenever the plunger reciprocates once by the power transmission mechanism, power is transmitted to the lock member, the lock member is displaced to the unlock position against the biasing force of the first biasing means, and the stopper member is moved to the first position. 2 When the urging force of the urging means is displaced to the restraining position and when power is transmitted to the stopper member, the stopper member is displaced to the restraining release position against the urging force of the second urging means, Since the lock member can be alternately switched to the state of being displaced to the lock position by the biasing force of the first biasing means. The unlocking operation of the front frame locking mechanism can be restricted, and even if it is attempted to perform the unlocking operation manually, it becomes impossible to operate, the front frame cannot be opened, and illegal acts can be reliably prevented. .
[0059]
Moreover,Power transmission mechanismSince it is only necessary to supply power to the power supply temporarily when switching from one of the security state or the security release state to the other, no special measures against heat generation due to power supply over a long period of time are required, and power consumption is minimized. It becomes possible. Thereby, the cost can be reduced.
