【発明の目的】
この発明は、釣り糸に各種釣り具を取り付ける係着構造に関するものであって、特に、ハリス、ルアー、目印、フライ、オモリ、ウキまたは接続金具等の釣り具用小物を組み合わせ、その時々の釣り場の状況に応じて仕掛けを組み立てる際に、特別な工具を必要としたり、釣り糸を付け変える等の手間暇を要することなく、手作業で簡単、迅速に取り付け、取り替え可能とする新規な構造からなる釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造、およびそれを利用した釣り具を提供しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
我が国は、その国土が対馬海流、親潮、黒潮等といった豊富な水産資源をもたらす海流が交差する海によって囲まれ、また、内陸部には山や湖に端を発する多くの河川が流れ出すという絶好の自然環境に恵まれていることから、休日ともなれば、自然を求める人々が、海や川を訪れては遊漁に興ずる風景が数多く見受けられ、その数も年々増加するばかりであり、今では魚釣りは国民的レジャーの一つに数えられるようになってきている。

この魚釣りが多くの人々から急速に愛好されるようになった背景には、飛躍的な経済発展に支えられ、余暇を楽しむ余裕が生じ始めてきたことと裏腹に、現代社会における生活が急速に複雑化、多様化してしまって日常的なストレスを抱え込んでしまうようになったことから、その解消策の一つとして自然に対する憧れが強まっていき、その自然との関わり合いの深い魚釣りが、その要求を満たす手軽な趣昧あるいはスポーツの一つとして人気が高まってきているものと予想される。

魚釣りは,こうした自然に親しむための格好の手段となり得ると共に、趣味として繰り返していくに連れ、次第により良い釣果を挙げることが楽しみの重要なポイントとなっていき、多くの釣り人は、その目的を達成するために釣り対象魚の習性や季節、釣場の状況等、様々な予測し難い不確定な要素を推理、勘案して仕掛けを作り出し、また、その地方独特の釣り法があればそれに準ずる仕掛けを取り入れる等、様々に独自の工夫を凝らしては探し当てた釣り場に挑み、適格に棚を探り当て御目当ての獲物を釣り上げていく快感を楽しみ、そして互いにその釣果を競い合うこととなる。

この魚釣りの釣果は、例えば短時間の中に釣り場を通過してしまうような回遊魚に相対した時や、潮の変化で狙いと異なる魚の群れに出くわした時等に、どれだけ素早く最適な仕掛けに切り替えて対応できるかどうかに大きく左右されてくる。したがって、その切り替えに手間取って素早い対応ができないでしまえば、折角の好機を逸してしまって釣りの醍醐味を味わい損ね、後々まで未練を残すこととなり、当然のことながら釣果にも大きな影響が出て、仮令同じ釣り場という同一の条件下で釣りを行っていたとしても、大きな釣果に喜ぶ者と、努力が徒労に終わって落胆する者とに明暗を別けてしまうことになる。

現在、広く普及しているスナップスイベルやインターロック等は、それら魚釣り用の各種用具を着脱し易くする介在具として代表的なものとなっているが、釣り糸を通過する部分の一部に、フック部分を係合する板金金具部分を有し、その縁部が釣り糸を傷付ける虞れがあったり、また、着脱部分を有する輪形状部分が、釣り糸の直径に対して大き過ぎるため、取り付けた用具が釣り糸の動きに追随し難く、釣り人の微妙なテクニックが生かしきれないとい欠点を有する上、何よりも予めそれらを釣糸に介在させておかなければならず、釣糸に対し、それ自体の位置を変える点では、他の各種用具と同様の煩わしさを残していて、素早い対応を不可能にしているという不都合を抱えていることから、多くの釣り人は、釣り糸を傷付ける心配がなく、より操作性に秀れていて手早く仕掛けを組み立てることのできる簡便な用具の開発を心待ちにしているというのが現状である。

こうした要求に応えるものとして、例えば特開平9−98700号公報に示される釣り具があり、同釣り具は、ウキを取り付けるコアの外周壁面に螺旋状のガイド管路を形成し、該螺旋状のガイド管路に釣り糸を挿通した上、外側にスリーブを装着したものとして形成し、釣り糸に張力が加わらないときには、ウキを取り付けた釣り具が、釣り糸に沿って移動自在となり、ウキの取り付け位置の調整を簡単に行うことができ、オモリによる荷重や、魚が掛り釣り糸に張力が加わることにより、該釣り具が釣り糸に対して係止されるよう構成したものであり、水深の表層または低層に定着している魚や、回遊魚に素早く対応できるものとなっているが、スリーブを取り付ける際には、釣り糸を途中から切断するか、あるいは、釣り糸の先端側から装着しなければならず、釣り中に素早く取り付けできるものではなかった。

また、特開平9−275855号公報に開示される釣り具は、螺旋状に形成し、釣り糸に絡み付くように装着できる目印やオモリ等であり、釣り糸の中途部分にも、容易且つ素早く取り付け、取り外しすることができるものとなっているが、螺旋状に形成された釣り具では、釣り糸の僅かな緩み等によって部分的に離脱してしまうという弊害を懸念しなければならないものであった。

この発明は、以上のように対象魚の習性や、季節および釣り場の条件等に応じ、素早く作りあげる必要のある仕掛け用の釣り具が、従前までのものでは釣り糸中途部への装着の困難なものや、釣り糸への傷付け、不用意な釣り糸からの離脱等という問題を抱えたままであって、それらの不都合を解消する新たな釣り具の提供が未だなされていないという実情に疑問を抱き、それらの事情に対応可能な釣り具の構造改善ができないものかとの判断から、逸速くその開発、研究に着手し、長期に渡る試行錯誤と幾多の試作、実験とを繰り返してきた結果、今回、遂にそれらの目的を達成可能とする新規な構造の釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造、およびそれを利用した釣り具を実現化することに成功したものであり、以下では、図面に示すこの発明を代表する幾つかの実施例と共に、その構成を詳述していくこととする。

【発明の構成】
図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例からも明確に理解されるように、この発明に包含される釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造は、基本的に、弾発性ワイヤーからなる主材部の一端部側を一回転半、あるいはそれに整数回を加えた回転数分だけ捲回加工して密着コイル状、または略密着コイル状の釣り糸係合孔部を形成する一方、その末端側は、当該主材部との間で釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に開閉する閉鎖構造となる如く構成したものである。

そして、同様に別の閉鎖構造を持つものとして、この発明は、弾発性ワイヤーからなる主材部の一端部側を一回転半、あるいはそれに整数回を加えた回転数分だけ捲回加工して密着コイル状または略密着コイル状の釣り糸係合孔部を形成する一方、当該主材部の他端部側を大きく屈曲させ、その末端を、先の釣り糸係合孔部形成側の末端と対峙状にすると共に、両者間を、対象となる釣り糸直径に略等しいか、それよりもやや小さい値の離反間隔に止まるようにしたものとすることにより、当該主材部との間で釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に開閉する閉鎖構造に形成してなることを要旨とする釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造も包含している。

加えて、この発明の釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造には、閉鎖構造の一部に、掛け渡し部片や釣り具本体等を利用してなる構成のもので、弾発性ワイヤーからなる主材部の一端部側を一回転半、あるいはそれに整数回を加えた回転数分だけ捲回加工して密着コイル状または略密着コイル状の釣り糸係合孔部を形成する一方、その末端側を当該主材部と略平行状かやや外開き加減にしたまま、両者を内挿状とするリングやコイル、筒体等からなる掛け渡し部片か、あるいは釣り具本体の一部を挿脱自在に組み合わせたものとすることにより、当該主材部との間で釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に開閉する閉鎖構造に形成してなる構成を要旨とするものも含まれる。

主材部は、この発明の釣り糸用係着部の主要構成部分を形成する機能を果たすものであり、係着の対象となる釣り糸と同等以上の強度を確保するものとしなければならず、少なくとも釣り糸係合孔部には、弾発性を有するワイヤー、例えばステンレス鋼、メッキや塗装等の防錆処理の施されたステンレス以外の鉄鋼、真鍮、その他、同等の性能を有する金属製ワイヤー、または、金属製ワイヤーの要所に軟質合成樹脂被膜を形成し、係合する釣り糸を保護するよう構成したものや、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、その他の合成樹脂を使用してなる硬質合成樹脂成形品から構成した弾発性ワイヤー等を採用すべきであり、釣り糸係合孔部および閉鎖構造を含む主材部全体を同様の弾発性ワイヤーから構成するのが望ましいものである。

釣り糸係合孔部は、釣り糸中途部分を係脱可能であると共に、同釣り糸中途部分を係着した状態に保持する機能を果たすものであって、弾発性ワイヤーからなる主材部の一部をコイル状あるいは輪状となるように捲回加工し、釣り糸中途部分を係着可能なものとすべきであり、弾発性ワイヤーからなる主材部の一部を、円形状、三角形状、四角形状、あるいはそれ以外の輪形状となるように屈曲して一回転半、あるいはそれに整数回を加えた回転数分だけ捲回加工した密着コイル状、または係着の対象となる釣り糸の直径より狭い隙間をもってなる略密着コイル状に形成することができる外、密着渦巻線状もしくは釣り糸の直径より狭い隙間をもって略密着渦巻線状としたものとすることも可能である。

閉鎖構造は、釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に閉鎖する機能を果たすと共に、オモリ、ウキ、ヨリモドシ、目印、ルアー、その他の釣り具を着脱可能に連結する機能を果たすものであって、釣り糸係合孔部の釣り糸挿通部分からはやや離れて配置するか、もしくは、近接して配置する場合には、釣り糸係合孔部から離脱する釣り糸が不用意に横断状の通過をしないよう配置、構成しなければならず、釣り糸以外の釣り具、例えばオモリ、ウキ、ヨリモドシ、目印、ルアー、その他の釣り具に設けられた環状あるいは鉤状の連結部分を、横断状に出し入れ可能に閉鎖する機能を果たすものとするのが望ましく、主材部末端側を鉤状のフック部とし、これを主材部中途部に係脱可能とすることができる外、主材部の一端部および末端部を所定間隔離反させた対峙状に配置したものとすることも可能であり、また、金属製、合成樹脂製、セラミックス製、木製、天然ゴム製あるいは布製のリングや、金属まはた合成樹脂等からなる弾発性を有するコイル、あるいは金属製、合成樹脂製、セラミックス製の弾発性をもたないコイル、または、金属製、合成樹脂製、セラミックス製、木製、天然ゴム製、布製の筒体等からなる掛け渡し部片を設けたものとすることも可能であり、さらにまた、オモリ、ウキ、ヨリモドシ、目印、ルアー、その他の釣り具の一部を掛け渡し部片と同等の機能を果たすものとして利用するよう構成することもできる。

以上のとおりの構成を要旨とするものの外、この発明の釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造には、上記した閉鎖構造および釣り糸係合孔部の双方を、それ以外の構成からなるものとしたものも包含しており、その構成は、弾発性ワイヤーからなる主材部の一端部側を屈曲すると共に、その末端側を当該主材部に一回転以上ややルーズに捲回加工した上、その末端に設けたフック部を主材部に係脱自在とすることにより、当該主材部との間で釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に開閉する閉鎖構造に形成する一方、該閉鎖構造とされた箇所よりも下に屈曲形成された部分を釣り糸係合孔部にしてなることを要旨とするものとして示すことができる。

また、ここに示す閉鎖構造は、釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に閉鎖する機能を果たすと共に、オモリ、ウキ、ヨリモドシ、目印、ルアー、その他の釣り具を着脱可能に連結する機能を果たすものであって、釣り糸係合孔部の釣り糸挿通部分からは、やや離れるよう配置するか、近接して配置する場合には、釣り糸係合孔部から離脱する釣り糸が、不用意に横断状の通過をしなよう構成しなければならず、釣り糸以外のオモリ、ウキ、ヨリモドシ、目印、ルアー、その他の釣り具も、横断状に出し入れ可能に閉鎖する機能を果たすものとすべきであり、主材部末端側を鉤状のフック部とし、これを主材部中途部に係脱可能とすることができる外、主材部の一端部および末端部を所定間隔離反させた対峙状に配置したものとすることも可能であり、また、弾発性を有するコイル、あるいは弾発性をもたないコイル、または、筒体等からなる掛け渡し部片を設けたものとすることも可能であり、さらに、オモリ、ウキ、ヨリモドシ、目印、ルアー、その他の釣り具の一部を掛け渡し部片と同等の機能を果たすものとして利用するよう構成することもできる。

【関連する発明】
前記した釣り具の釣り糸用係着部の構造に関連し、この発明にはその釣り糸用係着部の構造を利用してなる釣り具も包含しており、その構成の要旨は、基本的に次のとおりのものである。
即ち、釣具本体に直線状の装着用孔を穿孔する一方、同装着用孔よりも長く、所定長に設定された弾発性ワイヤーからなり、その釣り糸係着側となる一端側に、釣具本体装着用孔の開口寸法よりも大径の釣り糸係合孔部と、当該主材部との間で釣り糸中途部分を横断状に出し入れ可能に開閉する閉鎖構造とを形成してなる主材部の、他端部側から釣り具本体装着用孔に挿入、貫通状とした後、同端部側を適宜抜け出し防止構造に形成してなる、前記何れか記載の釣り糸用係着部の構造を使用した釣り具である。

以下では、図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例と共に、その構造について詳述することとする。

図1の釣り糸用係着部の構造を示す斜視図、図2ないし図6の釣り糸用係着部に釣り糸を係着する手順の斜視図、および、図7ないし図10の釣り糸用係着部から釣り糸を取り外す手順の斜視図に示される事例は、主材部1の一端部側を一回転半に渡り捲回加工して釣り糸係合孔部2を形成し、さらに同主材部1の末端側を、釣り糸係合孔部2からやや離れた箇所において主材部1方向に屈曲し、その一部を主材部1側面に当接状とした基本的構成からなるこの発明に包含される釣り糸用係着部の構造の代表的な一実施例を示すものである。
