Description

The present invention relates to a flexible indirect sheet for insulating a charged part or the like in order to prevent a short circuit or a ground fault during an indirect hot wire operation, in particular, a curved edge line, a partially protruding armor, an insulator, etc. Also relates to a flexible indirect sheet that can be completely coated.

Conventionally, for example, an indirect sheet 21 as shown in FIG. 14 has been used as a protector for covering a charging part, a brace, an insulator or the like to prevent a short circuit or a ground fault during an indirect hot wire operation. In this example, an aggregate 23 made of a rigid material such as plastic fiber is attached in parallel to both outer edges of a flexible insulating sheet material 22 (shown in a folded state in the figure), and the aggregate 23 is attached to the aggregate 23. It is comprised so that an insulation target object may be pinched and fixed with the attached clamp 24. FIG.

FIG. 15 shows a conventional indirect sheet 21 in the case where the connection work of the edge lines 7 and 7 (in the center in the figure) that is installed in a curved state so as to straddle the arm metal 6 of the power distribution column P is performed by an indirect hot line work. The two indirect sheets 21 and 21 are put on the edge line 7 on the near side of the central edge lines 7 and 7 to be connected, and the edge line 7 is sandwiched by the clamps 24 and one indirect The indirect sheets 21 and 21 are fixed to each other by sandwiching the end of the other indirect sheet 21 with a clamp 24 attached to the end of the sheet 21. In addition, 8 is a cover which covers the connection part of the edge line 7. FIG.

However, in the conventional indirect sheet 21, the aggregate 23 cannot be deformed, so that the curved edge line 7 cannot be completely covered as shown in FIG. There were difficulties that occurred. In such a case, although illustration is omitted, there are cases where measures have been taken to prevent the occurrence of the protruding portion by using a large number of small indirect sheets. The work required a lot of work and was not efficient. Moreover, since it becomes more difficult to cover the protruding portion such as a tension insulator, a countermeasure has been demanded.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and it aims at providing the flexible indirect sheet | seat which can coat | cover an edge line, a brace, an insulator, etc. completely.

The flexible indirect sheet of the present invention is a flexible indirect sheet that is covered with an edge line, a brace, an insulator, etc. in order to prevent a short circuit or a ground fault during an indirect hot wire operation, etc., and is formed in a square shape or a rectangular shape. , an insulating sheet material having flexibility, can be deformed into an arbitrary shape, and a bone material made of an insulating material capable of holding the state in which the deformed, the bone material, the arranged diagonally so as to intersect at the center of the insulating sheet material, and characterized by comprising by integrally to the insulating sheet material.

According to such a configuration, by deforming the aggregate, the curved portion and the protruding portion can be flexibly wrapped with the insulating sheet material, and the wrapped state can be stably held by the aggregate. Operation with the operation rod for indirect hot line work becomes easy, and high safety can be ensured during indirect hot line work. Of course, it can also be applied to straight sections, and the applicable range is greatly expanded. As the aggregate, for example, a flexible hose made of a synthetic resin composed of a plurality of connecting elements connected to each other so as to be rotatable can be used. However, the aggregate is not limited thereto, and the aggregate is appropriately used. May be configured.

In such a flexible indirect sheet, it is preferable that a holding hole for allowing the aggregate to be detachably inserted is provided outside the insulating sheet material. If it does in this way, what is necessary is just to let an aggregate penetrate the holding | maintenance hole part at the time of use, and an aggregate and an insulating sheet material can be manufactured, sold, respectively stored, respectively. And this holding | maintenance hole part forms a flat junction part in the both sides of the hole part curved in the substantially U shape using the same raw material as an insulating sheet material, and integrates a junction part with an insulating sheet material. May be formed. Further, in such a flexible indirectly sheet, the aggregate, but it may also be arranged in parallel on both sides of the insulating sheet material. Moreover, in such flexible indirectly sheet, the aggregate, but it may also be arranged in parallel along the opposite sides of the insulating sheet material.

The flexible indirect sheet of the present invention can be deformed into an arbitrary shape, and an aggregate made of an insulating material that can maintain the deformed state is integrated with a flexible insulating sheet material. Therefore, by deforming the aggregate, the curved part and the protruding part can be flexibly wrapped with the insulating sheet material, and the wrapped state can be held stably, so that the operation for indirect hot-line work Operation with a bar becomes easy, and high safety can be ensured during indirect hot-line work.

Below, the flexible indirect sheet | seat which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated in detail, referring drawings.

FIGS. 1-6 shows the example of the flexible indirect sheet | seat 1. This flexible indirect sheet | seat 1 can be deform | transformed into arbitrary shapes, and can also hold | maintain the deformed state (for example, hard material) An aggregate 2 made of plastic or the like is integrated with an insulating sheet material 3 having flexibility. The flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIG. 1 is provided with four holding hole portions 5, 5, 5, and 5 in a cross shape outside the square insulating sheet material 3, and the holding hole portions 5, 5, 5, The aggregates 2 and 2 are detachably inserted into 5, and the intersections are tied and fixed with a wire 4 or the like. The holding hole portion 5 is formed with flat joint portions 52, 52 on both sides of a hole portion 51 that is curved in a substantially U shape using the same material as the insulating sheet material 3, for example. 52 can be formed by integrating the insulating sheet material 3 with the insulating sheet material 3 by adhesion, welding, or the like.

The flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIG. 2 has an insulating sheet material 3 in a rectangular shape (rectangular shape). In the flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the aggregates 2 and 2 are arranged on the diagonal line of the insulating sheet material 3, and the crossing portion is tied and fixed by the number 4 or the like. In the flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, aggregates 2 and 2 are arranged in parallel on both sides of the insulating sheet material 3. The arrangement pattern of the aggregates 2 as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 can be appropriately selected with one insulating sheet material 3 as shown in FIG. 7, for example. In other words, in the illustrated example, the aggregates 2 and 2 can be arbitrarily arranged in the cross-shaped directions 21 and 21, the diagonal directions 22 and 22, and the parallel directions 23 and 23, respectively, on one insulating sheet material 3. Holding holes 5 and 5 are provided at different positions and different positions.

As the aggregate 2 to be inserted into each holding hole 5, for example, a synthetic resin flexible hose (for example, a lock line coolant hose (trade name) manufactured by Dynamic Tool) or the like can be used. This flexible hose is composed of a large number of pieces (connecting elements), and a through hole is formed between a spherical portion formed on one end side of each piece and a concave portion formed on the other end side, and the spherical portion of each piece The pieces are connected to each other in a freely rotatable manner in the concave part, and the adjacent hoses are allowed to rotate relative to each other while the through holes are kept in communication. It can be made to be deformed into a shape and can be kept in its deformed state. Also, disconnection and connection are easy. Such a flexible hose is used for cooling, oil supply, water supply, etc. in a metal working process, but can be obtained at a low cost. It is applied to the aggregate 2 by utilizing a function capable of maintaining the deformed state.

The flexible indirect sheet 1 composed of the insulating sheet material 3 in which the aggregate 2 is integrated can be flexibly wrapped with the insulating sheet material 3 by deforming the aggregate 2. Since the wrapped state can be stably held by the aggregate 2, the operation with the operation rod for indirect hot line work is facilitated, and high safety can be ensured during the indirect hot line work. Of course, it is possible to deal with straight portions, and the applicable range is greatly expanded. FIG. 8 shows a distribution pole P that is a construction target for indirect hot-line work. In this example, the middle edge line 7 among the three edge lines 7, 7, and 7 is a connection target. In this case, after the covering of the connection portions of the unconnected edge lines 7 and 7 is peeled off using a peeling tool or the like, the edge lines 7 and 7 are connected by a compression sleeve, and then the connection portions are covered by the cover 8. In order to prevent a short circuit or a ground fault, an operation of covering the peripheral portion with the flexible indirect sheet 1 is performed prior to such an indirect hot wire operation. The covering operation using the flexible indirect sheet 1 is also performed by an indirect hot wire operation rod. In FIG. 8, 6 is a wrist metal, 9 is a tension insulator, 10 is a retaining insulator, 11 is a pin insulator, and 12 is a clamp cover.

FIG. 9 shows a state in which the edge line 7 on the near side of the center edge lines 7, 7 to be connected is covered with the flexible indirect sheet 1. In this case, for example, two flexible indirect sheets 1 and 1 having a rectangular shape shown in FIG. 4 are covered and the aggregates 2 and 2 are bent along the edge line 7, and the flexible indirect sheet 1 is formed by three clamps 14, 14 and 14. , 1 is sandwiched. That is, the clamps 14 and 14 on both sides sandwich the ends of the flexible indirect sheets 1 and 1 with respect to the edge line 7 and cover the ends of one flexible indirect sheet 1 with the ends of the other flexible indirect sheet 1. As a state, the flexible indirect sheets 1 and 1 are fixed by the clamp 14 in the middle.

By using such a flexible flexible indirect sheet 1, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of a protruding portion as indicated by the symbol R in FIG. 15, which has occurred in the past, and the occurrence of short circuits and ground faults during indirect hot wire work. This can be prevented even more effectively. In addition, since the aggregate 2 has an appropriate shape retaining property, the clamp 14 is not always necessary, but by using a material prepared separately from the flexible indirect sheet 1 as needed, the flexible indirect sheet 1 can be further stabilized.

FIG. 10 shows a state in which the clamp cover 12 is covered with the flexible indirect sheet 1. In this case, for example, the flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIG. 3 is used, and the aggregate 2 on one diagonal line is folded along the clamp cover 12 (and the edge line 7), and the other aggregate 2 is folded in two and clamped. The entire cover 12 is surrounded by the flexible indirect sheet 1, and the insulating sheet material 3 on both sides of the folded aggregate 2 is sandwiched between clamps 14 and 14.

FIG. 11 shows a state in which the double tension tension insulators 9 are covered with the flexible indirect sheet 1. In this case, for example, using the flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIG. 3, the two aggregates 2, 2 are straddled over the two tension insulators 9, 9 and folded in two to form the two tension insulators 9, 9. The whole is surrounded by a flexible indirect sheet 1, and an insulating sheet material 3 between both aggregates 2 and 2 is sandwiched by clamps 14.

FIG. 12 shows a state in which the retaining insulator 10 extending in the lateral direction is covered with the flexible indirect sheet 1. In this case, for example, the flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4 is used, and the flexible indirect sheet 1 is placed on the entire retaining insulator 10 and wound so that both aggregates 2 and 2 can be hugged by the retaining insulator 10. The flexible indirect sheet 1 is stably held. In this case, no clamp is used.

FIG. 13 shows a state in which the distal end portion of the arm metal 6 and the pin insulator 11 in an upright state are covered with the flexible indirect sheet 1. In this case, for example, the flexible indirect sheet 1 shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4 is used, the flexible indirect sheet 1 is put on the tip of the arm metal 6 and the pin insulator 11, and both aggregates 2 and 2 are attached to the tip of the arm metal 6. The flexible indirect sheet 1 is stably held by being wound around the pin insulator 11 in an upright position. In this case, the clamp is not used.

In the present invention, as the aggregate 2, a flexible hose or the like having a function capable of being deformed into an arbitrary shape and capable of maintaining the deformed state is used. As described above, the clamp 14 is not necessarily essential, but is flexible. The attachment state of the flexible indirect sheet 1 can be further stabilized by using what is prepared separately from the indirect sheet 1 as appropriate at an appropriate place as necessary. Further, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and it is free to make design changes and improvements as necessary, as long as they do not depart from the gist of the invention. The combination of the configurations in is also free. For example, the size and shape of the insulating sheet material 3 may be appropriately selected, and the number and arrangement of the aggregates 2 may be appropriately selected. The aggregate 2 is fixed in advance with respect to the insulating sheet material 3. You may attach to. The aggregate 2 is not limited to a flexible hose, and an appropriate configuration may be employed so that the aggregate 2 can be deformed into an arbitrary shape and the deformed state can be maintained. Moreover, about the attachment method of the flexible indirect sheet | seat 1 and its attachment object, besides the example of illustration, you may devise and select suitably according to the field conditions etc., and which flexible indirect sheet | seat 1 is selected? The flexible indirect sheet according to the present invention is characterized in that it is completely free to bend the aggregate 2 and can flexibly cope with every situation.
