Description

【0001】

Next, the operation and action of the above configuration will be described.
[0018]
When the electric blower 12 is in an operating state, the air flow including dust sucked from the suction tool 3 flows into the intake port 20 through the extension pipe 2 and the hose 6. This air flow passes through the suction port 26 and enters the coarse dust chamber 22 and then passes through the primary filter 32. Dust having a volume larger than the hole of the primary filter 32 is collected by the primary filter 32, and Accumulated in the coarse dust chamber 22. Further, dust having a volume smaller than that of the hole of the primary filter 32 passes through the communication port A30 one after another along with the air flow and enters the centrifugal separation chamber 23.
[0019]
The air that enters the centrifuge chamber 23 becomes a swirling vortex along the inner surface and swirls in the centrifuge chamber 23. The dust that has entered the centrifugal separation chamber 23 is subjected to the centrifugal force generated by the swirling vortex, rotates along the inner surface of the separation chamber wall 28, and is blown away by the centrifugal force so that the fine dust storage chamber 24. Get inside.
[0020]
The air in the center of rotation of the swirling vortex has almost no dust, but after being filtered by the secondary filter 38 and the nonwoven fabric filter 39, the air is sucked into the electric blower 12 from the air suction portion 14 and exhausted. Dust is further removed by passing through the filter 16 and exhausted to the outside of the main body 7, that is, to the atmosphere.
[0021]
Part of the dust collecting part storage part 10 is configured to be attached to and detached from the dust collecting part 11 (the upper part in the case of this embodiment), and the rigidity of the main body is reduced. By engaging the locking portion B37, the dust collecting portion storage portion 10 fits into the dust collecting portion 11, serves as a beam, improves the rigidity of the entire body, and can improve the strength.
[0022]
In addition, the dust collecting unit 11 is drawn toward the inclined seal surface 15 by the suction and pressure of the electric blower during operation of the electric blower 12. The inclined sealing surface 15 and the packing 35 performing air tightness are soft, and when the dust collecting portion 11 is pulled backward, the packing 35 is deformed in a pressure contact state. However, since the movement of the dust collecting part 11 can be restricted by the locking part A36 and the locking part B37, the deformation of the packing 35 does not occur. In addition, the tightness between the air inlet packing 21 and the dust collecting portion front wall 25 can be reliably performed without collapsing.
[0023]
(Example 2)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In contrast to the first embodiment, the dimensions are set such that a gap is provided between the packing 35 and the inclined sealing surface 15.
[0024]
The effect | action by the said structure provides a clearance gap like FIG. 5 when the electric blower 12 stops. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when the electric blower 12 is operated, the packing 35 is attracted to the inclined tight surface 15 side by negative pressure, and air tightness is maintained. As a result, since the packing 35 and the inclined seal surface 15 are not in pressure contact when stopped, there is no friction between the packing 35 and the inclined seal surface 15 when removing the dust collecting portion 11 from the dust collecting storage portion 10, and it is smooth and light. Detachable with force. The same applies to the reverse mounting. Thus, the mounting property of the dust collecting part 11 is improved and the usability can be improved.
[0025]
(Example 3)
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same components as those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0026]
The front and rear clearances are provided in the locking portion A36 and the locking portion B37.
[0027]
With the above-described configuration, by providing a clearance, it is possible to eliminate the hooking of the connecting portion when the dust collecting portion 11 is attached / detached, thereby improving the detachability and improving the usability. In addition, by providing a slight clearance, the dust collector 11 can be moved to the inclined seal surface 15 side by suction of the electric blower 12 to prevent the front wall 18 of the dust collector storage portion 10 from being deformed. Durability can be improved. In addition, by setting the pressure contact dimension between the air inlet packing 21 and the dust collecting part front wall 25 to be equal to or larger than the maximum gap between the air inlet packing 21 and the dust collecting part front wall 25, a reliable tightness can be achieved. It becomes possible to aim at preventing deformation of the front wall 18.
[0028]
Example 4
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same components as those in the first to third embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
The locking portion A36 is formed and configured to be movable back and forth.
[0029]
The effect | action by the said structure can eliminate a connection part hook at the time of dust attachment part 11 attachment or detachment by making a connection part movable, and attachment or detachment improves and it can improve usability. In addition, by providing a slight movement distance, the dust collector 11 can be moved slightly toward the inclined seal surface 15 by suction of the electric blower 12, thereby preventing deformation of the front wall 18 of the dust collector housing 10. Moreover, even if the system stop part B37 is movable and the system stop part A36 and the system stop part B37 are both movable, the same action can be obtained.
[0030]
(Example 5)
Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same components as those in the first to fourth embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0031]
The locking portion A36 is movable forward and backward, and is configured to be biased by a spring body 40 on the side that draws the other locking portion.
[0032]
The effect of the above configuration is that the connecting portion is provided with a certain moving distance, so that the dust collecting portion 11 can be moved to the front wall 18 by suction of the electric blower 12 to prevent the front wall 18 from being deformed and durable. Can be improved. Further, by energizing the spring body 40 in the direction in which they are attracted to each other, the sense of unity between the dust collection part 11 and the dust collection part storage part 10 is improved, and the rigidity can be improved. Moreover, even if the system stop part B37 is movable and the system stop part A36 and the system stop part B37 are both movable, the same action can be obtained.
[0033]
(Example 6)
Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same components as those in the first to fifth embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0034]
A lip shape is formed on the tight surface of the inlet packing 21, and the lip of the inlet packing 21 is either the front wall 18 or the dust collection chamber front wall 25 in a state where the locking portion A36 and the locking portion B37 are connected. It is configured not to contact one side.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 10 (state at the time of operation), the operation of the above-described configuration allows the lip of the intake port packing 21 to be in pressure contact with the front wall 18 by the suction and pressure of the electric blower 12 to perform air tightness. When the operation is stopped (not shown), the air inlet packing 21 returns to its original shape, and a gap is formed between the front wall 18. For this reason, the force required for attaching and detaching the dust collecting portion can be reduced and the usability can be improved.
[0036]
In addition, by fixing the air inlet packing 21 to the dust collecting unit front wall 18 and configuring all the packings on the dust collecting unit 11 side, dimensional control regarding air tightness between the dust collecting unit storage unit 10 and the dust collecting unit 11 is achieved. It is easy to perform the process, the tightness variation can be eliminated, and the performance can be improved.
[0037]
(Example 7)
Next, a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same components as those in the first to seventh embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0038]
A separate part 43 is formed in the notch or notch hole 42 of the side wall 41 of the dust collecting part storage part 10. Further, the separate part 43 is constituted by a transparent or translucent part.
[0039]
The effect of the above configuration is that by providing the separate part 43, the user can check the amount of dust without removing the large dust collecting portion 11, and the usability can be improved. Moreover, it is possible to have variations in color and shape by making separate parts, and it is possible to meet the preferences of many users. Visibility can be further improved by making the separate part 43 transparent or translucent.
