従来の塗布具は、塗布液を内蔵した容器本体と、この塗布液を塗布するために容器本体の前方に取り付けた塗布先と、この塗布先の乾燥防止及び保護を目的とする着脱容易なキャップとで構成したものが知られている。そして、キャップは塗布時の散逸を防止するため、容器本体後部にも装着できるようにしている。また、キャップには携帯に便利なように、クリップが設けられており、そのクリップは、容器本体の外径よりも突出し、さらに、意匠等の理由から、キャップの開口端よりクリップ後端が後方に突出するようにした塗布具が知られている。(特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
キャップ部品を共通にして、塗布液容量を多くした、別の種類の容器本体を提供しようとする場合には、キャップよりも外径を大きくした容器本体が採用される。しかし、キャップの開口端よりもクリップの後端が後方に突出したキャップを前記容器本体、即ち、キャップよりも外径を大きくした容器本体に装着しようとすると、キャップのクリップ後端が容器本体に干渉してしまうという問題があった。つまり、キャップを容器に取り付けることができないのである。
そこで、容器本体の大径化に伴い、クリップが干渉しない様なクリップの形状にしても良いが、キャップの共通化が出来なくなってしまう。即ち、容器の種類ごとにキャップも形成・製造しなければならないのである。
そこで、本発明は、キャップの開口端よりもクリップの後端が後方に突出し、又、前記キャップよりも大径の容器本体に、そのキャップを装着してもキャップのクリップ後端が容器本体に干渉しない塗布具を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、容器前方に塗布先が配置され、又、その塗布先を覆うようにキャップが着脱自在に取り付けられ、更に、そのキャップは容器の後方にも着脱可能な塗布具であって、前記容器の横断面形状を円筒状となし、また、前記キャップに、そのキャップ本体よりも後方に延設形成されたクリップを設けると共に、前記容器の前後に容器本体よりも縮径した凹部を設け、その凹部に前記クリップの後端近傍を位置させ、これによって凹部をクリップの容器本体に対する非干渉部としたことを第1の要旨とし、容器前方に塗布先が配置され、又、その塗布先を覆うようにキャップが着脱自在に取り付けられ、更に、そのキャップは容器の後方にも着脱可能な塗布具であって、前記容器の横断面形状を円筒状となし、また、前記キャップに、そのキャップ本体よりも後方に延設形成されたクリップを設けると共に、前記容器の前後の一方に容器本体よりも縮径した小径筒を設け、他方に凹部を設け、それら小径筒、或いは、凹部に前記クリップの後端近傍を位置させ、これによって小径筒、或いは、凹部をクリップの容器本体に対する非干渉部としたことを第2の要旨とする。

【実施例】
図1に従来の技術を示す参考例を示す。図1は、キャップのみ断面で、キャップ以外は外観の正面図である。また、キャップを容器本体の後部に仮装着した状態をも示す(図中点線)。
参照符号1は、先端が開口した、有底筒状の容器本体である。容器本体1の後方には2段状に縮径した後中筒部1aと後小筒部1bを設けている。
後小筒部1bの外径には、4本のリブを設けて後述するキャップ4を嵌められるようにしている。具体的に、容器本体1の外径部径は20.20±0.30mm、後中筒部1aの径は15.40±0.20mm、後中筒部1aの前後長さは7.00±0.20mm、後小筒部1bの径は12.20±0.20mm、4本のリブ外接径は13.40±0.10mmとなっている。
容器本体1の前方には、全体が筒状の前軸2を配置している。この前軸2は、前方から後方に向け、小筒状部2a、中筒状部2b、大筒状部2cと、外形を後方に段状に膨らむように形成したものである。前軸2の大筒状部2c外面には、軸方向前後に伸びるローレット模様を施し、前方から後方に少し太くなるようなテーパー状にしている。前軸2の大筒状部2c内面と容器本体1前方外面とで、螺合方式で結合させている。具体的には、前軸2の大筒状部2cの前端径が15.20±0.20mm、大筒状部2cの後端径が15.40±0.20mmとなっている。

前軸2の小筒状部2a前方には、先端内側から一部前方に突出するように、前後方向に多数の樹脂製繊維の各繊維向きを揃え、この多数の繊維同士を熱硬化性樹脂などで部分的に接着して連続気孔を形成した、先端がチズル形の塗布先3を配置している。

具体的に、キャップ4の開口部外径は15.25±0.20mm、開口部内径は13.10±0.20mm、同内径に設けた凸状の4点のリブ内接径は12.66±0.06mm、クリップ4bの幅は7.00±0.20mm、クリップ4bのキャップ開口端より後方に突出した長さは6.50±0.20mmとなっている。
故に、容器本体1の外径部径は、キャップ4の開口部外径より中心値で4.95mm大径なものとなっている。又、容器本体1の後中筒部1aの外径は、キャップ4のクリップ4b後端の玉部軸心側端部が位置する径と、略同寸に設けている。さらに、また、容器本体1の後中筒部1aの長さは、キャップ4のクリップ4bのキャップ開口端より後方に突出した長さよりも、中心値で0.50mm長くしている。
尚、本参考例は、既存の製品の一部部品を変更して、別種の製品を提供しようとするものである。既存の製品との差異事項は、既存の製品より、筆跡が広くなるように塗布先3を太くし、かつ、塗布液内蔵量を増やせるように、容器本体1の外径部径を広げたものであり、キャップ4のクリップ4bは既存の製品とは変更のないものである。

前記参考例では、キャップ4の開口端よりクリップ4b後端が後方に突出し、かつ、キャップ4よりも大径な容器本体1の後部にキャップ4を装着しても、キャップ4のクリップ4b後端が非干渉形状部1cとした後中筒部1aに位置し、これによって、キャップ4のクリップ4bの後端は容器本体に干渉しなくなるのである。

容器本体11の前方には、全体が略筒状の前軸12を配置している。この前軸12は、参考例の前軸2の大筒状部2cを除いたものであり、キャップ4の開口端後方に連続して、そのキャップ4よりも大径な容器本体11を配置している。そして、前軸12の中筒状部12bの内面と容器本体1の前方外面とで、凹凸嵌合方式で結合させている。
