[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1]
  Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-34956
Conventionally, for example, in Patent Document 1 relating to the application of the present applicant, the umbrella clamping means is configured such that the proximal end of the movable clamping plate is fixed to the stationary clamping plate in which the proximal end is attached to the upper mounting plate of the umbrella mounting column. The parts are connected by a pivot part so that the leading end clamping part of the movable side clamping plate is connected to and separated from the leading end clamping part of the fixed side clamping plate with the pivot part serving as a fulcrum and can handle the size of the umbrella handle to be clamped. In addition, with the fixed-side clamping plate and the movable-side clamping plate at the base end side, the clamping pin is rotated by the handle so that the distal-side clamping portion of the movable-side clamping plate comes into contact with the distal-side clamping portion of the fixed-side clamping plate. The structure is separated.
In addition, a packing for suppressing the rotation of the umbrella clamping means in the front-rear direction is interposed between the base end mounting portion of the fixed clamping plate and the mounting plate of the umbrella mounting column, and these are bolts and nuts. Tightening, the restraining force is adjusted according to the degree of tightening, the umbrella clamping means can be freely rotated and displaced with a little extra force, and the attached umbrella does not move under wind pressure etc. A structure has been proposed in which the tilt of the umbrella can be adjusted stepwise in the front-rear direction under a forceful state.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the umbrella clamping means in the above-described umbrella mounting device cannot be tightened with one touch because the tightening screw of the operation handle must be rotated to be tightened or loosened. Conventionally, there is no type in which the operation lever is tilted up and down and the interval between the umbrella holding means can be adjusted, and there is a problem that the handle cannot be held when the handle is thick.
In addition, in the case of tightening with bolts and nuts with packing between the base end mounting portion of the fixed side clamping plate and the mounting plate of the umbrella mounting post, there is no anti-rotation means, so there is strong wind and rain pressure on the umbrella If this happens, slipping may occur between the base end mounting part of the sandwiching plate and the mounting plate of the umbrella mounting post, and there is a problem of hitting the face of a person riding on a bicycle etc. by rotating in the front-rear direction there were.
[0004]
Bicycle of this inventionOrHand pushingcar'sIn order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the umbrella mounting device can easily clamp the umbrella holding means by raising and lowering the operation lever, and can adjust the interval of the umbrella holding means by rotating the operating shaft of the operation lever. Bicycles that are thick, functional, safe, and easy to use. Especially when they are used not only on bicycles but also on elderly wheelbarrows, they are safe and useful.OrHand pushingcar'sAn object is to provide an umbrella mounting device.

[0008]
The bicycle according to claim 1 having the above-described configuration.OrHand pushingcar'sUmbrella mounting device pulls the operating shaft in the axial direction by the action of the operating lever cam or releases the pulling force simply by rotating the operating lever with respect to the cylindrical member to stand or tilt (push down) Then, it can be returned to the axial direction by the restoring force of the ridge, and the movable side holding plate can be brought into contact with and separated from the fixed side holding plate, so that the handle of the umbrella can be held or released with one touch. In addition, the operating shaft of the operating lever is turned to either direction, and the screw portion of the operating shaft is moved forward and backward in the screw hole of the support tube to adjust the distance between the movable side holding plate and the fixed side holding plate so as to hold it. It can be freely adapted to the size of the handle of the umbrella.   The fixed-side clamping plate 3 and the movable-side clamping plate 4 are substantially elliptical, the opposing surfaces are formed in a linear shape, and the outer surface is formed in an arc shape. Concave holding portions 3a and 4a for holding the handle C are provided. In the embodiment, the clamping portion is formed in a V-shaped cross section in the longitudinal direction. The shape of the sandwiching plate is not limited to an ellipse, but may be an appropriate shape such as a rectangle.
A shaft 8 is provided on the base end bearing portion 7 of the fixed side holding plate 3, and a base end bearing portion 9 of the movable side holding plate 4 is pivotally supported on the shaft 8 so that the movable side holding plate 4 is fixed. It is provided so that it can be opened and closed with respect to the side clamping plate 3.
Since the movable side holding plate and the fixed side holding plate are opened and closed around the base axis, the opening degree of the movable side holding plate and the fixed side holding plate can be increased.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the operating shaft 11 of the operation lever 10 is inserted between the base end portion and the clamping portion of the fixed clamping plate 3 and the movable clamping plate 4 of the umbrella clamping means B. Insertion holes 12 and 13 are provided. The insertion holes 12 and 13 are provided on an axis perpendicular to the clamping plate. The position where the insertion hole is provided is preferably a position close to the base end axis in order to increase the opening of the clamping plate and to reduce the displacement of the insertion hole when the clamping plate is opened.
The insertion hole 12 in the fixed clamping plate 3 has an inner diameter larger than at least the outer diameter of the operation shaft 11 so that the operation shaft can be loosely inserted. The insertion hole 12 is a long hole elongated in the longitudinal direction of the sandwiching plate, and the operating shaft is slightly pushed in the longitudinal direction of the sandwiching plate within the insertion hole when the operation lever is raised and lowered, but moves in the range of the elongated hole.   Further, the insertion hole 13 of the movable clamping plate 4 is loosely inserted into the support tube 16 with an inner diameter larger than at least the outer diameter of the support tube 16. The insertion hole 13 is a long hole that is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the sandwiching plate, similar to the insertion hole 12, and the rotation of the rotation direction is stopped outside the insertion hole 13 and the axial direction is a tensile direction. The support tube 16 having a concave surface 15 for receiving the movement to the end and having a screw hole (female screw hole) 18 having a predetermined length at one end prevents the rotation in the rotation direction and receives the movement in the tension direction in the axial direction. Held. The insertion hole 13 is also a long hole, and the support tube 16 is slightly pushed in the longitudinal direction of the clamping plate in the insertion hole when the operating lever is raised and lowered. Make sure that the operating shaft that is screwed onto it is not forced.
As shown in FIG. 6, a concave surface 15 having a blocking surface 15a for stopping rotation and a blocking surface 15b for receiving movement in the pulling direction in the axial direction is formed outside the insertion hole 13 of the movable holding plate 4. ing.
In the embodiment, for example, the blocking surface 15a for stopping the rotation is set so that the parallel side surface 17a of the head portion 17 of the support tube 16 is fitted and does not rotate in the rotation direction, and the receiving surface 15b is an arcuate concave surface. The back surface 17b of the head portion 17 is formed in an arc shape, and the back surface 17b of the head portion is received by the arc-shaped concave surface 15b and is loosely inserted so as not to move in the pulling direction. The head of the support tube can be moved slightly along the concave arc in the insertion hole of the long hole, and the support tube can be moved slightly when the operating shaft is operated by the operation lever, so that the movable side clamping plate can be opened smoothly. To do. The support tube 16 can be pulled out of the insertion hole 13.
[0014]
8A and 11, the metal support tube 16 has a head portion 17 which can be engaged with the restriction surface of the movable holding plate at one end, and a screw hole (a predetermined length) inside the other end. A female screw hole 18 is provided to prevent the support tube 16 from rotating in the rotational direction and receive and hold the axial movement in the pulling direction.
As shown in FIG. 11, the predetermined length L of the female screw hole of the support tube 16 is within the range in which the male screw portion 19 of the operating shaft 11 is moved in the axial direction, and the maximum distance at which the movable holding plate can be separated from the fixed holding plate. And the minimum distance is determined. In other words, when the male screw portion 19 is screwed into the right end of the female screw hole 18 (L = the longest value), the movable side holding plate is separated from the fixed side holding plate to the maximum, and the male screw portion extends to the left end of the female screw 18. When screwed (L = 0), the movable side clamping plate is closest to the fixed side clamping plate (minimum separation). The length of the female screw hole is that if the opening of the clamping plates on both sides is opened too much, the positions of the insertion holes of the clamping plates will shift and the linear operating shaft and the support tube will be forced. It is assumed that there is no hindrance. When the length of the female screw hole 18 is shortened, the male screw portion is only screwed.
The threaded portion 19 of the operating shaft 11 is rotated to the left or right with respect to the female screw hole 18 to advance and retreat in the axial direction within the range of the length of the female screw hole to determine the position of the operating shaft. If the length of the female screw hole is shortened, only the screw portion of the operating shaft is screwed.
[0015]
The metal operating shaft 11 is provided with a screw portion (male screw) 19 that is screwed into the female screw hole of the support tube at one end, and a ring-shaped pivotal support portion 20 that pivotally supports the operation lever 10 at the other end. Is provided. The length of the operating shaft 11 is such that the operating lever 10 is pivotally supported by the pivoting portion 20 at one end and the screw portion 19 at the other end can be screwed into the support tube 16 in a state where the operating lever is in contact with the cylindrical member. Say it.
The operating shaft 11 is inserted from the outside into the insertion hole of the fixed-side clamping plate 3 and is screwed into the female screw hole 18 of the support tube 16 of the movable-side clamping plate 4 so as to be able to advance and retract.
Accordingly, by rotating the operating shaft 11 to the left or right with respect to the support tube 16, the male screw portion 19 of the operating shaft 11 is advanced and retracted with respect to the female screw hole 18 of the support tube 16, so that the entire operation shaft and the support tube are formed. The distance between the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate is adjusted by adjusting the length.
FIG. 8 (a) shows a ridge that urges the sandwiching plates of the operating shaft 11 to be always open. The inner diameter of this ridge is larger than the outer diameter of the support tube 16 and the external thread portion of the operating shaft, and is provided between the sandwiching plates around the operating shaft 11 and is always biased to the open state. Due to the action of the ridge, the cam surface of the operating lever pivotally supported by the pivotal support portion of the operating shaft is always brought into contact with the cylindrical member. In the embodiment, the spiral winding strip 21 is used.
FIG. 8C shows an operating shaft having a screw portion 19 at one end and a pivot portion 20 at the other end. The operation lever 10 is pivotally supported on the pivotal support portion 20 of the actuation shaft 11, the actuation shaft is inserted into the insertion hole of the cylindrical member and the fixed side clamping plate, and the screw portion is screwed into the screw hole of the support tube, Equipped with a ridge 21 around the operating shaft, and adjusts the distance between the fixed and movable clamping plates by rotating the working shaft to the left or right with respect to the support tube in advance to accommodate the thickness of the umbrella. To do.
[0016]
Reference numeral 23 denotes a cylindrical member made of synthetic resin or the like having a through hole 28 through which the operating shaft 11 passes at the center and a cam contact surface 24 at one end.
The length is set at an interval that allows tilting around the fulcrum. In other words, the length of the cylindrical member 23 is preferably set to a length that prevents the operation lever 10 to be pushed down from hitting the outer surface of the fixed holding plate 3.
The cylindrical member 23 is brought into contact with the insertion hole 13 on the outside of the fixed clamping plate 3 so that the axes of the insertion hole 13 and the insertion hole 28 of the cylindrical member 23 coincide with each other, and the operation shaft 11 is inserted into the insertion hole to operate. A cylindrical member 23 is provided to freely rotate with respect to the shaft 11.
In the embodiment, the cylindrical member 23 is divided into a first cylindrical member 23a and a second cylindrical member 23b. A cylindrical member is not restricted to this, A 1st cylindrical member and a 2nd cylindrical member can be provided integrally.
[0017]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8B, the tubular member 23 is configured to be divided into a first tubular member 23a and a second tubular member 23b and combined. The total length of the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member, that is, the distance (interval) between the fixed-side clamping plate 3 and the operation lever 10 is determined when the operation lever 10 to be pushed down hits the fixed-side clamping plate. It is preferable that there is no distance.
The first tubular member 23a has an insertion hole 28 through which the operating shaft 11 passes in the center, an arcuate cam contact surface 24 with which the cam surface 33 of the operation lever 10 contacts is provided at one end, and the other end. An abutting surface 25 that can abut against the abutting surface of the second cylindrical member is provided. The cam contact surface 24 is preferably substantially the same arc surface so that the cam surface 33 can be smoothly rotated.
The second cylindrical member 23b has an insertion hole 28 through which the operating shaft 11 passes in the center, and an arcuate convex portion that matches the arcuate concave surface 14 provided on the outer side of the insertion hole 12 of the fixed-side clamping plate 3 at one end thereof. 27 and an abutting surface 26 at the other end. The arcuate concave surface 14 of the fixed-side clamping plate 3 is preferably substantially the same arcuate surface so that the arcuate convex portion 27 of the cylindrical member 23 can smoothly rotate.
The abutting surfaces 25 and 26 with the cylindrical members 23 a and 23 b are combined to freely rotate on the operating shaft 11, and the arc-shaped convex portion 27 of the cylindrical member 23 b is provided in the insertion hole 12 of the fixed-side clamping plate 3. The cam surface 33 of the operation lever 10 is brought into contact with the arcuate cam contact surface 24 at one end of the cylindrical member 23a so as to match the arcuate concave surface 14, and the clamping plate, the cylindrical members 23a and 23b, and the operation lever 10 are It is always pressed by the ridge 21.
The first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are separated from each other, but the operation lever is in contact with the oscillating pressure, so that the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member can be rotated together with the rotation of the operation shaft. Since the cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are separated, they can be rotated separately.
The direction of the control lever can be raised or lowered in any direction, such as vertically or horizontally. Since the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are separated, the cylindrical member can be easily molded.
[0018]
In FIG. 9, reference numeral 10 denotes an operation lever made of synthetic resin, made of wood, etc., which is pivotally supported on the pivot portion of the operating shaft and has a cam surface 33.
The operating lever 10 has a structure that is pivotally supported by the pivot portion of the operating shaft. The base end portion 30 has a bifurcated shape, and a space wider than the thickness of the pivot portion 20 of the operating shaft 11 is provided. The support hole 31 is penetrated, a support pin 32 is provided in the support hole 31, and a cam surface 33 centering on the support hole 31 is formed at the base end, and the operation lever 10 supports the support pin 32 as a fulcrum. As shown in FIG. The rotation range (rotation angle) of the operating lever is such that the arc surface with the largest diameter from the position where the arc surface with the smallest diameter of the cam surface 33 abuts against the cam contact surface of the cylindrical member (standing position). The range up to the position that hits the surface (the position where it is pushed down).
The cam surface 33 has a substantially semi-elliptical shape having an arc surface 33a having the maximum diameter D and an arc surface 33b having the minimum diameter by displacing the diameter from the center of the support pin at the base end portion 30. A circular arc surface 33b having the minimum diameter is provided at the base end of the lever, and a circular arc surface 33a having the maximum diameter is provided at a position perpendicular to the base end.
When the operation lever 10 is tilted with the support pin 32 as a fulcrum, the support pin 32 of the operation lever is moved rightward on the axis of the operating shaft by the movement distance H by the action of the cam surface. Move to the left and return to the original position.
As shown in FIG. 10, the operation lever 10 is moved from the position where the minimum diameter arc surface 33b of the cam surface 33 is in contact with the cam contact surface 24 of the cylindrical member 23a by raising the operation lever 10 as shown by the solid line. When the arc surface 33a having the maximum diameter is applied to the cam contact surface 24 of the cylindrical member 23a by rotating in the direction (counterclockwise), the operation shaft 11 is pulled rightward by the movement distance H by the action of the cam surface. Then, the movable side holding plate is drawn toward the fixed side holding plate to hold the umbrella handle C. The difference between the maximum diameter D and the minimum diameter d of the cam surface is the movement distance H in the axial direction of the operating shaft.
When removing the handle C of the umbrella, the control lever is turned clockwise to remove the maximum diameter arc surface 33a from the cam contact surface 24 of the cylindrical member 23a and the minimum diameter arc surface 33b of the cylindrical member 23a. By contacting the cam contact surface 24, the movable side clamping plate is returned by the moving distance H of the operating shaft 11 by the restoring force of the ridge, and the movable side clamping plate is opened with respect to the fixed side clamping plate to remove the umbrella.
[0019]
1, 2 and 6, a structure in which the support portion 5 of the umbrella clamping means B is fastened to the umbrella attaching column 1 by the fastening means 6 via the rotation preventing means 38 will be described.
The umbrella mounting post 1 is made of metal, and is attached to a handle A such as a bicycle or a wheelbarrow by a column support means 2. The mounting portion 1 a at the upper end of the support post 1 protrudes on the circumference centering the mounting hole 41. A plurality of engaging convex portions 42 that can be engaged between the portions are formed. The plurality of engaging protrusions 42 are formed radially from the center of the mounting hole at a constant interval.
Further, the umbrella clamping means B is provided with a U-shaped support portion 5 at the lower part of the fixed-side clamping plate 3, and a mounting portion 1a, a rotation stop plate 43, a washer 47, etc. are inserted into the interior 5a of the U-shaped support portion 5. Is done.
As the tightening means 6 for tightening the support portion 5, the column attaching portion 1 a of the support portion 5, the rotation stopper plate 43, and the washer, a bolt 49 is fixed to the through-hole 39 of the support portion 5 in the rotational direction, and the tip thereof is provided. The tightening handle 48 is screwed so that the tightening handle 48 can be tightened. The bolt 49 has its head fitted into a hexagonal recessed hole provided on the outer surface of the through hole 39 of the support portion 5 and is fixedly provided in the rotational direction. The bolt 49 penetrates the through hole 39 of the support portion 5. The other end is protruded to the other end, and the tightening handle 48 is screwed to be tightened.
[0020]
As an anti-rotation means 38, an umbrella holding means for the umbrella mounting column is provided by the support portion 5 of the umbrella holding means B with respect to the U-shaped support portion 5, the mounting portion 1 a of the support column 1, and the anti-rotation plate 43. Be able to prevent rotation.
The supporting part 5 of the umbrella clamping means B is a U-shaped, and a bolt 49 is inserted into the lower part thereof, the supporting part 5 can be tightened using elasticity with a tightening handle 48, and a convex part 40 is provided at the center of the inside 5a. .
The metal anti-rotation plate 43 is a plate body having a length and width that can be inserted into the U-shaped support portion 5 and having a lower surface in an arc shape, and a mounting hole 44 is provided at the center thereof, and the convex portion is provided at the upper portion. A plurality of convex portions 46 are provided on a circumference having a rotation stop fitting portion 45 that can be fitted to 40 and having a central attachment hole 44 as a center. The plurality of convex portions 46 are shifted from the convex portion 42 in a radial manner from the center of the mounting hole so that the convex portion 46 and the convex portion 42 are engaged with each other when engaged. When the tightening handle is loosened, the strut mounting portion moves over the convex portion with respect to the rotation stopper plate to determine the angle, and after the convex portions are engaged with each other at a desired angle, the tightening handle is tightened and fixed. Reference numeral 47 denotes an elastic member such as a washer inserted between the U-shaped support portion 5 and the rotation stopper plate 43.
Thus, the mounting hole 44 of the detent plate 43 is supported on the bolt 49 of the support portion 5 and the detent fitting portion 44 is fitted to the engagement convex portion 40 of the U-shaped support portion 5. 43 and the mounting portion 1a of the umbrella mounting post 1 are engaged with the projections 42 and 46, and are supported by the bolts 49 with an elastic member 47 such as a washer interposed therebetween. Tightening is performed with a tightening handle 48 and a bolt 49 at an arbitrary angle, for example, a vertical position, a position slightly inclined forward or rearward. Since the rotation stopper plate 43 and the convex portions 42 and 46 of the mounting portion 1a of the umbrella mounting column 1 are engaged and meshed with each other, when the tightening handle is tightened, the umbrella clamping means does not move in the rotational direction, and it is ensured. Even if the umbrella is subjected to wind and rain, the umbrella clamping means does not tilt, so it can be operated safely.
When changing the mounting angle of the umbrella, the tightening handle 48 is rotated in the reverse direction to loosen the umbrella holding means with respect to the column so that it is displaced by a desired angle in the rotational direction and then tightened again.
[0021]
In the drawings, reference numeral 2 denotes a support means for supporting the umbrella for a support 1 attached to a handle A of a bicycle, a wheelbarrow or the like. As shown in FIGS. A holding part 51 that is sandwiched and held by the handle A and a support part 52 that is formed by inserting the support in the rear part are formed.
In the embodiment, the support column 1 has an elliptical cross-sectional shape.
The column support means 2 is formed with a column support portion 52 provided with a support hole 54 for inserting and holding the column 1 at the rear portion of the support body 50 made of synthetic resin, and the handle A at the front portion of the support body 50. A bifurcated sandwiching portion 51 that is sandwiched and held is formed.
As a structure for supporting the column on the column support 52, the column inserted into the support hole 54 is tightened. In the embodiment, a two-part tightening portion 55 is integrally formed from the rear center of the support hole 54, and a tightening handle 58 is attached to the insertion hole 56 of the tightening portion 55 so as to be tightened by a bolt, and is supported by tightening the tightening handle. The inner diameter of the hole 54 is narrowed to hold the support.
The support hole 54 is an elliptical hole so that the elliptical support 1 can be inserted, so that the support does not rotate with respect to the support body 50. Further, the inner surface of the elliptical support hole 54 is provided with a plurality of grooves on its inner peripheral surface, so that the support hole 54 can be easily narrowed when tightened by the tightening handle 58.
The front bifurcated sandwiching portion 51 is configured such that the handle A is sandwiched between a bifurcated sandwiching surface 60 and a sandwiching body 61 applied to the front surface, and tightened with a tightening bolt. That is, a semicircular concave surface 62 that can match the diameter of the handle A is formed on the opposing surface of the bifurcated clamping surface 60 and the clamping body 61, and the clamping surface 60 of the bifurcated clamping portion 61 is connected to the rear surface of the handle A. Alternatively, it is applied to the front surface, and the clamping body 61 is applied from the opposite side and tightened with a tightening bolt.
[0022]
The clamping handle is actuated to move the umbrella mounting column 1 up and down to adjust the height of the umbrella to the height that best suits you. Even if the column support means 2 clamped and held on the handle A is not removed each time, there is no problem in traveling the bicycle. In addition, the support | pillar support means 2 can be easily removed if the tightening with a volt | bolt and a nut is released.
For example, the case where the umbrella attaching device of the present invention is applied to a bicycle will be described below. First, the column support means 2 is attached to the handle A of the bicycle, and the umbrella holding means B is attached to the support hole 54 at the upper end attaching portion. The provided umbrella mounting post 1 is inserted from above and supported by the support hole 54 so that the umbrella mounting post 1 cannot be rotated but can be slid up and down, and the column fixing bolt is tightened with the tightening handle 58 to mount the umbrella. The support column 1 is fixed at a desired position.
[0023]
When attaching the handle C of the umbrella to the umbrella clamping means B, first, when the operation lever 10 is raised with respect to the cylindrical member 23 with the pivotal support portion 20 as a fulcrum, the arc surface 33b with the smallest diameter of the cam surface 33 of the operation lever 10 is The operating shaft 11 becomes free by abutting against the member 23 and the movable side holding plate 4 is separated (separated) from the fixed side holding plate 3 by the force of the ridges 21 to widen the respective front end holding portions.
When the umbrella is attached, the maximum diameter of the cam surface 33 is resisted by the force of the ridge 21 by a simple operation of inserting the handle C of the umbrella between the expanded tip holding portions and pushing down the operation lever 10. The arcuate surface 33a abuts on the cylindrical member 23, moves the fulcrum of the operating shaft 11 in the axial direction, pulls the movable side clamping plate 4, approaches the fixed side clamping plate 3, narrows the clamping part, and narrows the tip clamping part. Then, the handle C of the umbrella is firmly clamped (see FIG. 2).
When removing the handle of the umbrella, a simple operation that only raises the operation lever 10 causes the minimum-diameter circular arc surface 33b of the cam surface 33 to contact the cylindrical member 23 and the operating shaft 11 becomes free in the axial direction. With this force, the movable side clamping plate 4 returns and is separated from the fixed side clamping plate 3 so that the respective front end clamping portions are expanded, and the umbrella can be removed from the umbrella clamping means.
[0024]
When adjusting the space between the fixed side holding plate and the movable side holding plate of the umbrella holding means B, the operation lever 10 and the operating shaft 11 are rotated to the left or right with respect to the support tube 16 of the movable side holding plate. As a result, the male threaded portion 19 of the operating shaft advances and retreats in the axial direction with respect to the female threaded hole 18 of the support tube, and the axial length can be adjusted. Corresponding to the thickness of the handle C, the interval between the fixed side holding plate 3 and the movable side holding plate 4 can be widened or narrowed. If the distance between the fixed-side clamping plate 3 and the movable-side clamping plate 4 is adjusted, the handle of the umbrella can be firmly clamped by the operation of raising and lowering the operation lever.
[0025]
When attaching the support portion of the umbrella holding means to the umbrella attaching column, the rotation stop plate 43 is pivotally supported on the bolt 39 provided in the U-shaped support portion 5 of the umbrella holding means and the convex portion 40 of the support portion 5 is supported. The anti-rotation fitting portion 45 of the anti-rotation plate 43 is fitted, the convex portions 42 and 46 of the anti-rotation plate 43 and the attachment portion 1a of the support post 1 for attaching the umbrella are mutually engaged, and a washer 47 is interposed. Then, the umbrella holding means is set at an arbitrary angle with respect to the support column, the tightening handle is fastened to the bolt, the U-shaped support portion 5 is elastically narrowed, and the rotation prevention plate, the mounting portion, and the washer are fastened and fixed so as not to rotate. Therefore, if necessary, the umbrella holding means B composed of the fixed-side holding plate and the movable-side holding plate is displaced vertically or forward and backward with the bolt of the tightening handle together with the umbrella, and the umbrella is clamped and fixed as a desired position for safety. It is intended to be able to run on.
When the umbrella clamping means is not used, the umbrella mounting column 1 having the umbrella clamping unit B at the upper end is loosened and the handle is loosened and pulled out from the support cylinder of the column supporting unit, and the umbrella holding unit B having the umbrella clamping unit B at the upper end is removed. If the support 1 is stored in a bicycle luggage, it will not get in the way and there is no danger.
[0026]
Although the case where the present invention is applied to a bicycle has been described above, the present invention can be similarly applied to an old man's wheelbarrow or a baby carriage (not shown), and its use value is high. Recently, it is used particularly for an old man's wheelbarrow. There are many cases, and there is more use with parasols than rain umbrellas.
[0027]
Although an example of an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and can of course be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention. is there. For example, the column support means is not limited to the above, and can be attached to the handle by a conventionally known means. In this embodiment, the support cylinder of the support column support means is on the rear side (person side) of the bicycle, but it is also possible to position it on the front side of the bicycle.

【The invention's effect】
Bicycle of this inventionOrHand pushingcar'sAccording to the umbrella attaching device, the operating shaft is pulled or released in the axial direction by standing or tilting with respect to the cylindrical member of the operation lever, and the handle of the umbrella can be easily formed by the movable side holding plate and the fixed side holding plate. Can be pinched or removed.
In addition, the operating shaft can be rotated in any direction together with the operation lever to adjust the distance between the movable-side holding plate and the fixed-side holding plate, so that the size of the umbrella handle to be held can be freely accommodated. The operating lever can be raised and lowered with the pivot portion as a fulcrum at a position adjusted by turning.
Since the cylindrical member is interposed between the holding means and the operation lever, the lever does not hit the holding plate when the operation lever is tilted.
The present invention is effective even when used for a wheelbarrow of an elderly person as well as a bicycle because the umbrella and the parasol can be firmly and securely clamped by the clamping means.
[0029]
Bicycle of this inventionOrHand pushingcar'sAccording to the umbrella mounting apparatus, the cylindrical member is divided into the first and second cylindrical members, and the arcuate convex portion of the second cylindrical member is brought into contact with the arcuate concave surface of the insertion hole of the fixed-side clamping plate. The abutting surfaces of the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are abutted, and the cam surface of the operating lever is abutted against the cam abutting surface of the first cylindrical member. When the lever is raised or tilted, the operating shaft is pulled or released in the axial direction, and the handle of the umbrella can be easily clamped or removed by the movable side clamping plate and the stationary side clamping plate, and the operation lever can be operated. The distance between the movable side clamping plate and the stationary side clamping plate can be adjusted by rotating in any direction with respect to the clamping plate together with the shaft or the cylindrical member. Although the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are separated, they can be rotated together by abutment pressure, and the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are separated. It can also rotate.
The direction of the control lever can be raised or lowered in any direction, such as vertically or horizontally. Since the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member are separated, the cylindrical member can be easily molded.
[0030]
