Description

【0001】

The large diameter portion 20b is formed. An opening 23 is formed at a predetermined position on the peripheral wall of the small-diameter portion 20a. The spout-side connector 30, which will be described later, connected to one end of the watering hose 14 is inserted into the body portion 20, while the large-diameter Inside the portion 20b, an internal hollow rotating shaft 24 supported by the support shaft 10 is provided.
[0024]
The rotary shaft 24 has one end portion 24 a in the body portion 20 b integrally coupled to a step portion between the large diameter portion 20 b and the small diameter portion 20 a, and the other end portion 24 b is an outer peripheral end of the inner flange portion 21. It protrudes slightly from the edge. Further, the rotary shaft 24 forms a cylindrical space portion 25 between the outer peripheral surface 24c and the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 20b. Further, the rotating shaft 24 has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the support shaft 10, and the outer peripheral surface 24 c is the same as the inner peripheral surface 10 c of the support shaft 10, so that the other end portion 24 b side gradually becomes smaller in diameter. And is supported by the support shaft inner peripheral surface 10c so as to be rotatable and slidable. Further, on the inner peripheral surface of the tip 24d of the other end 24b, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, four protrusions 26 and 27, which are locking portions, are integrally formed at a position opposed to 180 °.
[0025]
Further, the outer peripheral edge of the tip 24d of the rotating shaft 24 is formed in an arcuate surface shape in order to ensure a stable seating property by line contact when contacting the arcuate inner peripheral edge 10d of the bottom surface of the support shaft 10. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the one end portion 24a of the rotating shaft 24 has an arcuate surface shape to ensure a stable seating property by line contact when contacting the inner peripheral surface of the free end portion 10b of the support shaft 10. Is formed. Thereby, in the assembled state shown in FIG. 1, the rotating shaft 24 is slidably supported on both ends of the support shaft 10 without rattling.
[0026]
In addition, the opposing inner surfaces of the disk-like rotating walls 21a and 22a of the inner and outer flange portions 21 and 22 are formed in a wave shape in order to ensure good supportability of the hose. Further, a cylindrical support projection 29 for rotatably supporting a spherical handle 28 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the rotating wall 22a of the outer flange portion 22.
[0027]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 12, 13, and 15, the sprinkler-side connector 30 inserted through the inside 24 e of the rotating shaft 24 has one end portion 14 a of the sprinkling hose 14 at the rear end portion thereof and the cylindrical repressing portion 31. A two-stage nipple 32 that is connected in cooperation with the external thread is formed, and a male thread 33 is formed on the outer periphery of the front end side to which the female thread of the compression unit 31 is screwed. A locking flange 34 for locking to the hole edge of the insertion hole 11 is integrally provided. In addition, a journal portion 35 that is rotatably supported by the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 11 is provided on the outer periphery of the front end side of the locking flange 34. Further, a cylindrical connection portion 36 connected to the water supply side connector 43 is provided at the tip portion protruding from the journal portion 35 to the back side of the support wall 6 through the insertion hole 11. A fitting groove 37 into which a synthetic resin snap ring 41 is fitted is formed between the portion 36 and the journal portion 35.
[0028]
Further, the connection portion 36 has an engagement groove 36a in which the water supply side connector 43 is elastically engaged on the outer periphery, and a holding groove 36b of the seal ring 38 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion. Further, on the outer peripheral edge of the locking flange 34, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 14, the water spray side connector 30 and the rotary shaft 24 are engaged with the protrusions 26 and 27 of the rotary shaft 24 from the axial direction. Four locking grooves 39, 40 that are rotated together are formed.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16A and 16B, the snap ring 41 has an E-ring shape that can be expanded and contracted, and has three fitting protrusions 42 that fit into the fitting groove 37 at an inner position of about 120 °. Are integrally provided, and one side 42a of the fitting protrusion 42 is engaged with the three protrusions 13 of the support wall 6 so that the snap ring 41 is held by the support wall 6. .
[0030]
15 and 17A and 17B, the water supply side connector 43 is connected to a rear end portion of the cylindrical main body 44 through a retainer 46 and a male / female screw to jointly connect a water supply hose 45 to a nipple 47. Are integrally formed, and a fitting insertion hole 44 a into which the connection portion 36 of the water spray side connector 30 is fitted is formed in the front end side of the main body 44. A cylindrical engagement / disengagement member 48 is slidably provided on the outer peripheral portion of the main body 44 so that the engagement claw 48a in the axial direction slides in and out of the engagement groove 36a of the water spray side connector 30. The engaging / disengaging member 48 is biased forward in the engaging direction by the spring force of the spring 49. Further, as shown in FIG. 18, the front end opening of the main body 44 is fitted with three protrusions 13 on the support wall 6, which are three restricting portions that prevent rotation with the water spray side connector 30. A fitting groove 50 is formed.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 19, the watering hose 14 has a coil spring-like holding member 51 having a predetermined length inserted in a connection portion with the connector 30. This holding member 51 prevents the flat collapsing of the connecting end when the connecting end of the watering hose 14 with the connector 30 is bent, and the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the hose 14. In addition, the tip portion 51a on the connector 30 side is bent in a folded shape, and is substantially V-shaped.
[0032]
On the other hand, inside the vicinity of the proximal end of the nipple 32 of each connector 30, as shown in FIG. 15, when the distal end portion 51a of the holding member 51 is inserted, the bent distal end edge 51b of the distal end portion 51a is inserted. Is formed integrally with a stepped annular locking wall 53 that is hooked like a fishhook to prevent the holding member 51 from coming off.
[0033]
Therefore, according to this embodiment, since both ends of the take-up drum 3 are not supported by the support 2, a so-called cantilever type structure having only one side is adopted, so that the size of the take-up drum 3 on the axial direction side is greatly increased. The hose winder 1 as a whole can be made compact. As a result, a large accommodation space is not required, and it can be sufficiently accommodated in a small storage room, and the weight can be reduced, so that portability is improved.
[0034]
Further, since the rotating shaft 24 of the winding drum 3 is supported at both ends of the supporting shaft 10 of the supporting wall 6, a stable and smooth rotating action of the winding drum 3 can be obtained, and the occurrence of uneven wear can be prevented. Moreover, since the support shaft 10 is formed in an inclined shape so that the free end portion 10b rises slightly, the take-up drum 3 and the watering hose in which water remains in the take-up drum 3 and the take-up drum 3 are wound around the support shaft 10. When a weight load of 14 is applied, it deforms almost horizontally.
[0035]
Therefore, since the entire outer peripheral surface 24c of the rotating shaft 24 can be always slid by the entire inner peripheral surface 10c of the support shaft 10, the winding drum 3 can be always rotated smoothly and the rotating shaft 24 can be rotated. Occurrence of uneven wear due to uneven load during sliding can be more effectively prevented.
[0036]
Moreover, since the trunk | drum 20 is spaced apart with the space part 25 with respect to the support shaft 10, it is crushed inward by the winding force of the watering hose 14, the fastening force by the swelling of the watering hose 14 at the time of water flow, etc. Even if it is deformed, the support shaft 10 is not affected, and the rotating shaft 24 can be always stably supported.
[0037]
Further, since the handle 20 is provided integrally on the outer peripheral side of the outer flange portion 22, the amount of protrusion can be sufficiently reduced as compared with the case where the handle 20 is protruded outward from the center of the flange portion as in the prior art. Therefore, the overall width can be reduced also in this respect, and further miniaturization can be further promoted.
[0038]
Further, since the handle portion 7 is provided only at the upper end portion of the support wall 6 and the grip portion 19 is disposed at an upper position on the substantially central side of the take-up drum 3 via the support arms 18 and 18, further compactness is further promoted. In addition, the overall weight balance when the gripping portion 19 is lifted is improved, and stable carrying becomes possible.
[0039]
Further, since the winding drum 3 can be attached to the support wall 6 by the sprinkling side connector 30 and a member for attaching the winding drum 3 is not required, the number of parts and work man-hours can be reduced. Cost can be reduced.
[0040]
Further, since the snap ring 41 is used to regulate the removal of the rotary shaft 24 from the support shaft 10 using the water spray side connector 30, the winding drum 3 can be easily attached to the support wall 6 with a simple structure. As a result, the assembly work efficiency can be improved and a strong mounting property can be obtained.
[0041]
Further, since the engaging grooves 39 and 40 of the water spray side connector 30 are engaged with the protrusions 26 and 27 provided on the inner surface of the front end of the rotary shaft 24 and the free rotation of the water spray side connector 30 is restricted, The integrity with the water spray side connector 30 can be secured.
[0042]
Furthermore, since the nozzle-side connector 15 can be hooked by the hooking portion 16 provided at one side center of the frame wall portion 9 of the support wall 6, the watering nozzle 14 is prevented from being dissipated and the watering hose 14 is easily stored. To do.
[0043]
Moreover, since the faucet side connector 60 can also be held by the holding projections 17, 17 provided on the other side of the frame wall portion 9, the capacity of the water supply hose 45 is improved and the portability is also improved. Convenience increases. Moreover, since the faucet side connector 60 can be fitted and closed by the holding projections 17, 17, dirt and mud can be prevented from entering the opening of the faucet side connector 60, and the water supply hose is clogged by the mud. Can be prevented. Furthermore, since the holding projections 17 and 17 are formed in a split state in the mold opening direction of the support 2, there is no undercut portion, and the molding workability of the support 2 is improved. In addition, along with this, the cost can be reduced by reducing the mold cost and the amount of resin used. In addition, rattling and disconnection of the faucet-side connector 60 connected to the holding projections 17 and 17 by the locking projections 17a and 17a can be prevented, which is easy to use.
[0044]
Further, the holding member 51 inserted into the connection portion with the connector 30 of the watering hose 14 can prevent the watering hose 14 from being crushed when the watering hose 14 is bent, and the tip portion 51a is formed in a folded shape. When the holding member 51 is pulled after being inserted, the tip edge 51b is hooked into the connector 30 in a fishing hook shape. can get. In particular, when it is caught by the locking claw 53 provided inside the connector 30, it can be more securely fixed.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the invention described in claim 1, since the support of the support body with respect to the winding drum has a so-called cantilever type structure, the hose winder 1 as a whole can be reduced in size, and as a result, Therefore, a large storage space is not required, for example, the storage property in the storage room is good, the weight can be greatly reduced, and the portability is good.
In addition, it becomes possible to attach the take-up drum to the support wall with the sprinkler-side connector, and a separate member for attaching the take-up drum becomes unnecessary, so that the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the number of work steps. Become.
[0046]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the handle portion can be made compact, the overall weight balance when the grip portion is lifted is improved, and stable carrying becomes possible.
[0047]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the rotating body is supported horizontally and stably even when a weight load of the winding drum or the watering hose is applied to the support shaft, the winding drum can always rotate stably and smoothly. In addition, the occurrence of an uneven load between both shafts is prevented, and uneven wear is prevented.
[0049]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the winding drum can be securely attached to the support wall with a simple structure, and the assembling work efficiency can be improved and the strong attachment can be obtained.
[0050]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, a strong integrity between the rotating shaft and the water spray side connector is ensured.
[0051]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the water supply side connector is coupled to the support wall by the restricting portion to prevent the water supply side connector from rotating together with the water spray side connector, it is possible to prevent generation of a resistance load when the winding drum rotates. On the other hand, twisting of the water supply hose can be prevented.
