Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a safety device for an ultra-high pressure hose, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, methods of cutting concrete and reinforcing bars using high-pressure water ejected from nozzles or peeling off old paint have been actively performed. Of course, the hose used in the implementation of such a construction method must be able to withstand high pressure, for example, a thick and strong wire or fiber between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder made of synthetic resin. A hose with a reinforcing layer is used.
[0003]
However, even the above-described hose designed to withstand high pressure may be damaged by fatigue in long-term use. Most of the damages are in the vicinity of the joint used at the connection between the equipment, the fitting and the hose or the connection between the two hoses. When the super high pressure hose is damaged, the end of the cut hose moves violently, and the metal fittings or the hose with the hose attached is blown away.
[0004]
Thus, various safety devices have been proposed, but at present, sufficient devices have not been proposed. The present applicant also filed a patent application for such a hose safety device in order to deal with the above-mentioned danger. That is, the safety device published as Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-81660 is a safety device that communicates a device that generates high-pressure fluid with another device or a nozzle that ejects high-pressure fluid. At the position where the joint between the joint or the hose and the device is sandwiched, anchors are provided on both sides, and both anchors are connected. The anchor provided on the hose is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the hose. A sleeve having a friction surface on the contact side and a taper surface on the outside, and expanding and contracting in the radial direction when the taper surface is pressed, and holding and holding the sleeve from the outside A body fitting having a taper surface corresponding to the taper surface at a portion, and a union fitting that is screwed into the body fitting and presses the sleeve to generate a frictional force. is there.
[0005]
However, in the above-described safety device, the union fitting may be tightened excessively with respect to the body fitting. In this case, the sleeve is bited into the outer periphery of the hose more than necessary, and the hose life is shortened. There was a risk of shortening. In addition, the inner diameter of the body fitting and the union fitting must be larger than the outer diameter of the fitting to insert the fitting attached to the end of the hose, and the overall safety device becomes large. In addition, when the hose is wound around a drum or the like while the safety device is attached when the hose is stored, there is a problem that the hose may be damaged and the like should be improved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The hose safety device according to the present invention prevents the hose from being damaged when the device is assembled to the hose, reduces the size of the safety device, and keeps the safety device attached. It has been proposed for the purpose of preventing the hose from being damaged even if the hose is wound around a drum or the like.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a hose safety device according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured to insert a pair of metal gripping pieces having opposing surfaces so as to be orthogonal to the opposing surfaces. A semi-cylindrical receiving hole for holding the target hose on the opposing surface of each gripping piece; a pair of gripping piece pieces for the target hose When the hose is attached, the target hose is held and fixed at the pair of receiving holes; the holding part is provided with a latching part that is off the hose axis; and the latching part and the restraint reference object The connection is made with a high strength connecting material. Preferably, in the hose safety device according to claim 1, the hooking portion is the bolt for fastening and fixing the pair of gripping piece pieces (the bolt for fastening and fixing as the hooking portion). In addition, the high-strength connecting material is a metal chain, and the bolt that fastens and fixes the pair of gripping pieces between the opposing surfaces of the pair of gripping piece pieces. It is preferable that a loop portion provided at one end of the metal chain is penetrated. The hose safety device according to claim 1, wherein the latching portion protrudes from one of the opposing surfaces of the pair of gripping piece pieces and is detachable from the other of the opposing surfaces of the pair of gripping piece pieces. Preferably, the high-strength connecting member is a metal chain, and a loop portion provided at one end of the metal chain is passed through the pin. More preferably, a portion corresponding to the outer surface in the assembled state of the pair of gripping pieces is covered with a rubber-like elastic body.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the hose safety device of the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 4 to 5 show a second embodiment, respectively. In FIGS. 1 to 3 showing the first embodiment, reference numerals 1a and 1b denote a pair of metal gripping pieces constituting the body of the hose safety device of the present invention. 11b. Each gripping piece 1a and 1b is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape as shown in the figure.
[0009]
The pair of gripping pieces 1a and 1b are inserted into the insertion holes 12 and / or so as to be fastened and fixed to each other by an arbitrary number (two in the illustrated example) of bolts 2 inserted so as to be orthogonal to the opposing surfaces 11a and 11b. Alternatively, a female screw hole 13 is provided.
[0010]
Also, each gripping piece 1 is provided with semi-cylindrical receiving holes 14a and 14b having substantially the same diameter as the target hose 3 to be clamped on the opposing surfaces 11a and 11b. And the curved surface of 14b are formed on a fine uneven surface 14c like a thread or a spline to prevent the target hose 3 from slipping when sandwiched between the two receiving holes 14a and 11b. . In addition, if the part corresponding to the diameter of the semi-cylindrical receiving holes 14a and 14b is slightly smaller than the diameter of the target hose 3, the target hose 3 is held by the receiving hole parts 14a and 14b that make a pair. When the pair of gripping pieces 1a and 1b are fastened by screwing of the bolts 2 while being held, it is preferable that slippage hardly occurs between the target hose 3 and the gripping pieces 1a and 1b.
[0011]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a notch provided on the opposing surfaces 11a and 11b of the gripping piece pieces 1a and 1b. The notches 15a and 15b of the pair of gripping piece pieces 1a and 1b and the central part of the bolt 2 are a chain and a wire. A latching portion for latching one end of the rope or other connecting member 4 is formed. In the illustrated example, a loop portion provided at one end of the connecting member 4 is inserted into the notches 15a and 15b, and a bolt 2 is inserted through the loop portion to grip one end of the connecting member 4. Stopped against the pieces 1a and 1b. In addition, although not shown in figure as another latching part with respect to the connection material 4, it can also be set as the simple insertion hole provided in the grip part pieces 1a and 1b.
[0012]
The other end of the connecting member 4 is connected to a latching portion 6 of a high-pressure fluid generator or other restraint reference object 5 as shown in FIG. The restraint reference object 5 is not limited to equipment, and may be the other of the two hoses connected to each other. In short, the end of the hose that has been cut off due to the momentum of the circulating fluid. Anything can be used as long as the safety device of the present invention is used to prevent the hose from moving violently, the end of the hose with the fitting attached from moving around, or the hose with the fitting attached from flying.
[0013]
Further, most of the portion corresponding to the outer surface in the assembled state of the pair of gripping pieces 1a and 1b may be covered with a rubber-like elastic body 7 (elastomer). The rubber-like elastic body 7 and the gripping piece pieces 1a and 1b can be joined by vulcanization adhesion or simple adhesion.
[0014]
Next, the use of the hose safety device according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In order to attach the grip pieces 1a and 1b to the hose 3 in the vicinity of the mouthpiece 30 of the target hose 3, semi-cylindrical receiving holes 14a and 14b of the grip pieces 1a and 1b making a pair are used. Are fitted around the target hose 3 so that the opposing surfaces 11a and 11b are applied, and then one end of the connecting member 4 such as a chain is gripped by the notches 15a and 15b of the grip pieces 1a and 1b. After fitting, the bolts 2 are inserted from the respective insertion holes 12 and screwed into the female screw holes 13. The screwing operation of the bolt 2 can be easily performed with a tool such as a hexagon wrench that is detachably engaged with the tool engaging portion 2a of the bolt head.
[0015]
Here, the grip pieces 1a and 1b are fixedly attached to the target hose 3 by being tightened with bolts 2 and one of the bolts 2 penetrates the loop portion at one end of the connecting member 4. Thus, one end of the connecting member 4 and the latching portions (2 and 15) of the gripping piece pieces 1a and 1b are connected.
Moreover, it connects with the latching | hanging part 6 of the restraint reference | standard objects 5, such as an apparatus, by the detachable ring 4a etc. which can be freely attached / detached provided in the other end of the connection material 4. FIG.
[0016]
Next, the configuration of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. In the figure, members or parts indicated by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 showing the first embodiment represent members or parts that are equivalent to each other. Only the parts that differ in the example are described.
[0017]
In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, the outer surfaces of the metal grip pieces 1a and 1b are not covered with a rubber-like elastic body (elastomer). Further, one end of the connecting member 4 such as a chain is not hooked to the bolt 2 but protrudes from one gripping piece (1a in this example) into the notch 15a as one piece or as a separate member. It is designed to be hooked on the pin 16 provided. The tip of the pin 16 is detachably fitted in a fitting hole 17 provided facing the other gripping piece (1b in this case) in the gripping pieces 1a and 1b assembled to each other.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the hose safety device of the present invention described above, when the pair of gripping pieces are tightened with bolts and the target hose is held by the pair of receiving holes, the diameter of the cylindrical receiving hole is formed. Is limited to a size greater than or equal to a predetermined value due to the contact between the opposing surfaces of the pair of gripping pieces, so that the target hose is not over-tightened and is not damaged. Since the piece is divided into a pair of two pieces so as to fit around the target hose with bolts, it is not necessary to penetrate the fitting at the end of the target hose into the main body of the apparatus, and the entire apparatus. Has the effect of reducing the size. Characteristically, the safety device of the present invention can be easily attached even after the hose is assembled. Conversely, even if the hose is damaged and cannot be used, the safety device It can be reused.
[0019]
In addition, when the high-strength connecting member is pulled strongly by providing the latching portion on the gripping piece so that the concave and convex surfaces 14c of the receiving holes 14a and 14b are in the axial direction of the hose. On the other hand, it is characterized in that the hose is particularly difficult to come off by biting in at an angle. For this reason, even if a volt | bolt loosens, a safety function will be exhibited reliably.
[0020]
Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 2, in addition to the above effect, even if the target hose is wound around a drum or the like with the apparatus attached, the apparatus main body may bite and damage the target hose. In other words, there is an effect of extending the life of the target hose.
