Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The configuration of the present invention will be described below based on the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol as the conventional case is the same member. Figure 1 is intended according to the implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. (A) ~ (H) is a longitudinal sectional view showing the positional relationship between the upper and lower molds and the frame type in each step. As shown in the figure, the press molding apparatus 8 of this embodiment includes an upper mold 1, a lower mold 2, and a frame mold 3. First, as shown in FIG. 1 (A), the clay 6 is filled into the molding space 5 formed by the lower mold 2 and the frame mold 3, and the upper mold 1 is lowered so that the clay 6 is about 200- The tile forming substrate 7 is formed by applying a pressure of 300 kgf / cm @ 2. Then, as shown in FIG. 5C, the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 are raised, and then the frame mold 3 is lowered so that the upper surface of the lower mold 2 faces the upper surface of the frame mold 3. To be equal to each other (state shown in FIG. 4D) Thereby, the pressure-molded tile molding substrate 7 is released from the pressurized state, and the whole expands by about 1%. That is, the tile forming substrate 7 is slightly larger than the concave portion (shaping space) 3a for forming the frame 3.
[0007]
Thereafter, the upper mold 1 is lowered again and the tile forming substrate 7 is pressurized with a pressing force of about 60 kgf / cm @ 2. As a result, a portion around the tile forming substrate 7 collapses, and an irregular defect portion is formed around the tile forming substrate 7. Next, the frame mold 3 is raised in the repressurized state, and the tile forming substrate 7 is inserted into the frame mold 3. As a result, the portion that remains without being broken around the tile forming substrate 7 is scraped off by the frame mold 3, and the portion disappears. That is, the frame mold 3 functions as a shaping tool, and the concave portion 3a for molding the frame mold 3 also serves as a shaping space for the shaping tool. At this time, the upper and lower surfaces of the tile molding substrate 7 are sandwiched between the upper and lower molds 1 and 2, and even when the part that remains without being chipped and the inner peripheral surface of the frame mold 3 collide, the tile molding is performed. The substrate 7 is not displaced and a product with excellent dimensional accuracy is obtained.
[0008]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5G, the frame mold 3 is lowered so that the upper surface of the lower mold 2 is flush with the upper surface of the frame mold 3. As shown in H), the upper mold 1 is raised. Then, the tile forming base 7 is taken out by a tile suction take-out device (not shown), and scraps due to chips around the tile forming base 7 dropped on the upper surface of the frame mold 3 are discharged by a not-shown dredger supply device. With this discharging operation, the lower mold 2 is lowered, and the clay 6 is supplied from the powder mold to the molding space 5 formed by the lower mold 2 and the frame mold 3.
[0009]
As described above, in this embodiment, after forming the tile molding base 7, the upper mold 1 is re-pressurized to form irregular defects around the tile molding base 7. By pushing the tile molding substrate 7 into the molding recess 3 a, the frame mold 3 cuts out the portion that remains without being broken around the tile molding substrate 7. That is, one press molding apparatus 8 can perform all the operations of forming the tile molding substrate 7, forming a defect portion around the tile molding substrate 7, and removing the remaining portion without being chipped. do not need. Further, since the scrap of the cut-out defect portion is automatically discharged at the time of supplying the clay accompanying the molding of the next tile molding substrate 7, there is no need for such work. Furthermore, the same press molding apparatus 8 is used to re-press the upper mold and the lower mold to form irregular defects around the tile molding substrate 7 and to remove the remaining parts without chipping. Therefore, there is no error due to movement and a product tile with excellent dimensional accuracy can be obtained. Therefore, the productivity of the brick-like tile is excellent, and the configuration of the entire apparatus is inexpensive.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the clay is filled into the molding space formed by the lower mold and the frame mold, and the clay is pressure-molded by the upper mold, the lower mold, and the frame mold, It remains placed on the lower mold in a state in which the tile forming matrix after molding to expose the periphery, and re-pressurized with these upper and lower molds deficient around the tile forming green body, and these upper die since the portion that remained without chipping by causing the tiles molded green body in a state of being sandwiched between the lower die is passed through the frame type was to remove in the frame type, to be used as a frame type as a shaping tool it can. Moreover, a defect part is formed in the circumference | surroundings in the position which shape | molded the tile forming base material, and the part which remained without being chipped can also be removed. Furthermore, the dredged material can be discharged simultaneously with the dredged soil supply by the dredged soil supplying device, which is convenient.
Further, in the present invention, since the frame mold is passed with the tile molding substrate sandwiched between the upper mold and the lower mold, the tile molding is performed even when the remaining part without colliding with the frame mold.
