【0001】

The remote-operated drain plug device illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 7 includes a drain plug, a valve body, a thrust lock member as a push-up mechanism for opening and closing the valve body, a release wire, an operation unit, It consists of other members.
The drain plug has a substantially cylindrical shape that forms a drain outlet therein, and is provided with a flange on the outer peripheral side of the upper edge thereof.
The valve body includes a valve portion that opens and closes the drain port and a valve shaft that hangs downward from the center of the valve portion.
The thrust lock member is equipped with a shaft part that repeats fixing / unfixing and retreating the tip part with the tip part protruding in every pushing operation to the rear end. When completed, the tip end portion is disposed so as to contact the lower end of the valve shaft of the valve body, and the rear end portion thereof abuts on the tip end of an inner wire of a release wire described later.
The release wire has a cylindrical shape and is flexible in the side surface direction, and has an outer tube that includes a flange portion in an annular shape along the outer peripheral surface, and an inner wire that slides in the outer tube so as to freely advance and retract in the axial direction. And a return spring that urges the inner wire to the operation portion side, and further includes a through-hole portion that is smaller in diameter than the flange portion of the outer tube and is slidable at a place other than the flange portion. It comprises mounting nuts provided at both ends for connecting to the above-described thrust lock member side and the operation portion side described later, which slide freely on the tube. The mounting nut and the release wire are molded in a state where the release wire is inserted into the through hole portion of the mounting nut in the molding stage, and cannot be removed by the flange portion.
As shown in FIG. 7, the operation part is composed of a bearing part provided with a male screw part on the outer periphery and a knob part for operation, and operates the thrust lock member through the advancement / retraction of the inner of the release wire, The opening / closing operation is performed.
In addition, as other members, an elbow member that is bent in an L-shape connected to a drain plug and has a storage portion for storing a thrust lock member at a position directly below the valve body, an elbow member, and an underfloor pipe And a trap pipe part for preventing odors and pests from entering from the sewage side.
[0003]
Moreover, said remote-control type drain plug apparatus is attached to the washstand which is the drainage apparatus which has the cabinet part comprised as follows, for example.
The wash basin is provided with a cabinet portion having a door that can be opened and closed on the front surface, a wash basin provided above the cabinet portion and having a mounting hole on the bottom surface thereof, and an upward from the rear end of the top surface portion of the wash basin. It consists of a rear wall portion that is vertically suspended, and a mounting hole provided on the top surface of the wash bowl.
[0004]
The remote-operated drain plug device described in paragraph 0002 is applied to the washstand described in paragraph 0003 as follows.
At the factory, the thrust lock member is stored in the elbow member storage part in advance, and one end of the release wire is attached to the drainage elbow with one end of the release wire in contact with the rear end of the thrust lock member using a mounting nut. Fix it.
Next, on the construction site, attach the drain plug to the mounting hole and fix it, and then connect the drain plug and the elbow member, then connect the elbow member and the trap piping section, and align the trap piping section and the under floor. Connect with piping.
Furthermore, attach the bearing part of the operation part to the mounting hole, and then screw the release wire cap nut into the male screw of the bearing part from the back of the wash bowl, connect the release wire to the operation part, and the tip of the thrust lock member shaft part The valve body is arranged at the drain outlet so that the valve stem contacts the lower end of the valve shaft, and the construction of the remote-operated drain plug device is completed.
[0005]
When using the remote-operated drain plug device constructed as described in paragraph 0004 above, first, an operation is performed on the knob portion of the operation unit, and the valve body closes the drain port as shown in FIG. It is assumed that the shaft portion of the lock member is retracted downward. When an operation is performed on the knob portion of the operation portion from this state and a pushing operation is applied to the rear end of the thrust lock member via the inner wire, the shaft portion of the thrust lock member is fixed in a state of protruding upward. As a result, the lower end of the valve shaft is pushed up, the valve body is raised, and the drain port is opened.
From this state, if the knob part of the operation part is operated again, and the pushing operation is applied to the rear end of the thrust lock member via the inner wire, the shaft of the thrust lock member is released and the shaft of the thrust lock member is released. Since the part descends downward, the valve body descends and the drain port is closed by the valve part. Thereafter, by repeating the same operation, the opening / closing of the drain port can be freely operated.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described remote-operated drain plug device has the following problems.
1. The operation part and release wire are connected by an operator inserting a hand through the opening on the front of the cabinet part, but the mounting hole in which the operation part is provided is usually the furthest surface from the opening of the cabinet part Since it is provided in a deep part on the top of the table or sink, and in the location behind the tank body from the opening of the cabinet and the work port, the operation of connecting the release wire to the operation unit is difficult to reach and It was very difficult to see.
With regard to this connection work, if the connection work at both ends of the release wire is completed first, the release wire and the pipe may be damaged due to the release wire getting tangled in the pipe during the subsequent pipe connection work. Therefore, the connection work of at least one end of the release wire is performed after the connection work of the piping portion is completed. When the connection work on the operation unit side is performed after the piping is performed, it is impossible to work with the upper body in the cabinet, so the connection work of the operation unit and the release wire becomes even more difficult.
2. In the wash basin and sink, it has been devised to provide a mounting hole in the rear wall of the drainage device in order to save space and improve design in recent years. And the release wire connection point is located further away from the opening of the cabinet part, and the release wire connection point is located on the back wall and the operation part itself in addition to the sink of the wash bowl and sink. Since it will be arranged in the shadow position, it will be more difficult to see. Furthermore, since the space between the rear wall of the cabinet and the rear wall provided with the mounting holes is extremely narrow, it becomes difficult to move the operator's hand to the location in order to carry out the work. It was impossible to provide a mounting portion on the wall.
3. During normal use after construction, when a malfunction or breakage occurs in the release wire, the release wire must be removed from the elbow member and the operation unit, but the release wire on the operation unit side is removed regardless of the elbow member side. The work is the previous 1. It was very difficult for the same reason as described in.
4). Since the connection nut and the release wire are formed so that they cannot be separated at the molding stage, even if only one of the release wire or the connection nut is damaged, both must be replaced at the same time, which is very uneconomical. It was.
[0007]
Of the problems described in paragraph 0006 above, To 3. The problem is that the release wire is connected to the operation part from the opening side of the cabinet part. Therefore, the release wire is inserted from the front side of the wash bowl and the release wire is attached to the operation part. In the remote-operated drain plug device having the above-described configuration in which the connection nut and the release wire are formed so that they cannot be removed at the molding stage, the release can be performed from the front side of the wash bowl. In order to insert the wire and perform the release wire construction work on the operation part, it is necessary to make the mounting hole large enough to allow at least the connection nut to be inserted. It will be very bad in design. In addition, the connection point between the mounting hole and the operation unit must be watertightly attached so that the drainage on the top surface of the wash bowl does not leak into the cabinet. However, if the mounting hole has a large diameter, the connection point naturally increases. Therefore, the work and labor required for preventing water leakage increase. For these reasons, it has been virtually impossible to adopt a method that enables the construction work of the release wire on the operation portion from the front side of the wash bowl by increasing the diameter of the mounting hole.
The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and improved workability when connecting a release wire to a remote-operated drain plug device, improved workability of maintenance work, and a member that was damaged when replacing the release wire It is intended to provide a remote-operated drain plug device that can be repaired by simply replacing it.
