Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bundling device capable of closing a mouth of an inflated rubber balloon by a simple operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Rubber balloons are inflated and closed after the inflating, but the bundling of the mouth is troublesome. The bundling work must be performed quickly after inflating, but since it is unfamiliar, if the bundling work takes a long time, a problem arises that the balloon that has been inflated will wither.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-79067
The invention of Patent Document 1 is provided with a notch for inserting a balloon into a plate-shaped stopper, forcibly inserting the mouth of the inflated balloon into the notch and closing it. Since the mouth was not bound, there was a risk of gas or air escaping. Moreover, since the invention of Patent Document 1 uses a stopper for each balloon, it becomes a disposable product and has an economical problem.
[0005]
In addition, some rubber balloons are formed into a long and slender cylinder when inflated, and after the mouth is bound, a shaped object such as a flower or animal is made. If it remains, it will be difficult to make a model.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bundling device that can be reliably closed by tying balloon mouth portions and can be used repeatedly.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The solving means is that the bundling device is provided with a bundling portion at the top of the columnar material, and the bundling portion forms a first groove passing through the central portion in plan view and is adjacent to the first groove. A first wall surface and a second wall surface are formed, and a second groove reaching the first groove is provided on the second wall surface, and the second wall surface opens to the wall surface and the second wall surface is formed. A second recess toward the groove is formed.
According to another aspect of the present invention, in the above-described means, the first wall surface is provided with a first recess having an opening inclined in the right direction when viewed from the front.
Still another solving means is characterized in that, in the above means, a third groove is formed in the second wall surface immediately below the second concave portion in a front view.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 is a perspective view of the binding device, FIG. 2 is a front view and a rear view of the binding device, and FIG. 3 is a plan view and a cross-sectional view. FIGS. 4 to 11 illustrate the procedure for tying the balloon mouth using the binding device.
[0009]
1, 2, and 3, a binding device 1 includes a grip portion 2 made of a cylindrical material and a binding portion 3 on the top thereof, and is entirely formed of plastic, wood, or the like.
[0010]
The bundling portion 3 forms a first groove 30 passing through the central portion in a plan view at the top of the cylindrical material, and a first wall surface 31 and a second wall surface 32 adjacent to the first groove 30. Is formed. The second wall surface 32 is provided with a second groove 33 that reaches the first groove 30, and the second groove 33 is inclined in a plan view with respect to the first groove 30. Is formed.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2a, the bottom of the first groove 30 is inclined such that the center is high in side view and decreases as it reaches both sides. The bottom of the second groove 33 is flat as shown in FIG. 3b. Furthermore, the depth of the first groove 30 and the second groove 33 is such that the first groove 30 is deeper than the second groove 33 as shown in FIG. In addition, since the 1st groove | channel 30 becomes what inserts a balloon mouth part initially, as shown in FIG. 3b, the opening part is widely formed and workability | operativity is improved.
[0012]
The first wall surface 31 is formed with a circular first recess 34 that is slightly inclined in the right direction when viewed from the front, and the second wall surface 32 has a circular shape that faces the second groove 33. A second recess 35 is formed.
[0013]
The cross section of the first recess 34 has a spherical shape, and the deepest part of the bottom reaches the first groove 30. Further, the cross section of the second recess 35 has a cup shape, and the center portion coincides with the bottom portion of the second groove 33. In addition, a very shallow third groove 36 is formed in the second wall surface 32 immediately below the second recess 35 in a front view. In addition, the depth of the 2nd recessed part 35 needs the depth which can fully accommodate the opening part ring currently formed in the opening part of a rubber balloon.
[0014]
Since the bundling device of the embodiment is a device for tying inflated rubber balloons, the corners of each member have a smooth round shape so as not to damage the balloon fabric.
[0015]
Next, with reference to FIG. 4 to FIG. 11, a procedure for binding the mouth portion of the rubber balloon inflated using the binding device of the embodiment will be described. Any type of rubber balloon may be used, but here it will be described as a long and slender cylinder when it is inflated, and after it is bound, it creates a model such as a flower or animal. The rubber balloon 100 includes a mouth ring 101 serving as an air inlet.
[0016]
In FIG. 4, the inflated portion of the inflated rubber balloon 100 is fitted into the first recess 34, and the mouth ring 101 is pulled to form the mouth tube 102 between the mouth and the balloon body. The part tube 102 is inserted into the first groove 30. When pulling the mouth ring 101, the mouth ring 101 is held with one hand, and the grip part 2 of the binding device 1 is held with the other hand. If the end of the balloon body is fitted in the first recess 34, the balloon itself does not come off the instrument.
[0017]
In FIG. 5, the mouth tube 102 formed by pulling the mouth ring 101 in a state where the mouth tube 102 is inserted into the first groove 30 rotates the grip portion 2 in the clockwise direction, and thereby the mouth ring 101. Rotate to the position facing the balloon body.
[0018]
In FIG. 6, when the mouth tube 102 reaches the balloon body, the mouth tube 102 intersects with the mouth tube 102 connected to the balloon body and is pulled upward.
[0019]
In FIG. 7, the mouth tube 102 extending upward is inserted into the second groove 33. 5 to 7, since the air leakage of the balloon occurs when the mouth ring 101 is opened, the mouth ring 101 is picked with a finger as shown in FIG.
[0020]
In FIG. 8, the mouth ring 101 is fitted in the second recess 35, and the mouth tube 102 goes around the binding portion 3 through the second groove 33. Since the mouth tube 102 is formed by pulling a balloon after it is inflated, there is no air leakage even if the hand is released at this position.
[0021]
In FIG. 9, when the balloon body is pulled up, the mouth tube 102 that has been fitted in the third groove 36 is detached from the third groove 36 and pulled up.
[0022]
In FIG. 10, when the balloon body is further pulled, the mouth tube 102 goes over the mouth ring 101 fitted in the second recess 35, and the mouth tube 102 is tied.
[0023]
In FIG. 11, when the mouth tube 102 is detached from the binding portion 3, a knot 103 is formed in the mouth tube 102 and the rubber balloon is closed. Since the mouth tube 102 is formed by being pulled for the bundling operation, it is restored to its original length when it is detached from the bundling portion 3, so that the knot 103 is formed in a short time if the balloon body is quickly pulled up. There is no risk of air leakage.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has an effect of easily bundling the mouth portion of the rubber balloon and is economically excellent because it can be used repeatedly.
