BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a straw packaging body attached to a small paper liquid container or a ladder-shaped straw packaging body in which a large number of straws are packaged in parallel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The straw package is made of a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film, and is composed of a flat lower film, an upper film having a semicircular cross section, and a straw contained in the semicircular cross section, on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the straw. It is sealed by a horizontal seal and vertical seals at both ends. Here, in the state of the ladder-shaped straw packaging body before making a single straw packaging body, the horizontal seal and the vertical sealing are referred to as the width direction parallel to the straw, and the length direction perpendicular to the straw is defined as the horizontal direction. It is called vertical. On the other hand, the ladder-shaped straw wrapping body has an upper film and a semicircular cross-section portion each having a plurality of semicircular cross-section portions arranged in parallel through a flat lower film and a flat transverse seal portion. It consists of a large number of stored straws and is sealed by lateral seals on both sides along the longitudinal direction of each straw and vertical seals on both ends.
The vertical seal of the straw package body has a large number of rectangular seal surfaces aligned vertically and horizontally, and the four sides of each square seal surface are oriented in a direction along the vertical and horizontal directions of the straw package body, and each rectangular seal surface is It is arranged and configured.
[0003]
On the other hand, the upper and lower films of the conventional straw package are both a polyethylene film (hereinafter referred to as PE film), a biaxially stretched polypropylene film (hereinafter referred to as OPP film), or an upper film that is an unstretched polypropylene film ( (Hereinafter referred to as CPP film) and the lower film is usually an OPP film.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the state where the conventional straw package is attached to the liquid container, among the four sides of the rectangular seal surface of the vertical seal, the side along the vertical direction is broken, and the liquid container is immersed in ice water. There was a problem that water intruded into the straw packaging body, which was inconvenient for hygiene.
The reason why one side of the quadrangular seal surface is torn is that, as shown in FIG. 6 and as described above, a large number of quadrangular seal surfaces are aligned vertically and horizontally, and the four sides of each quadrangular seal surface are arranged on the straw package. Since the straw packaging body is attached to the liquid container, when the straw packaging body moves while rubbing the straw applicator guide, it is oriented in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the straw. It was found that a force was applied and one side of the rectangular seal surface in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the force was applied was torn.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the packaging film of a conventionally known straw packaging body, when the lower film is an OPP film, the hot melt is transferred to the outer surface of the container and the lower film of the straw packaging body is adhered to the liquid container. There existed a subject that the process of transferring a hot melt to a liquid container was required.
Moreover, when the packaging film of the straw packaging body is a PE film, the PE coated on the outer surface of the liquid container and the PE film of the straw packaging body are overheated and pressurized by a heater head and heat-sealed and adhered. Therefore, there is an advantage in manufacturing management because an additional material and an additional process for transferring the hot melt as in the OPP film are not required. However, straw packaging that uses PE film is unstretched and soft, lower in dimensional stability than that of OPP film, and is suitable for cutting and separating from a ladder straw packaging to a single straw packaging. Is not good. Therefore, in the past, high stretch polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) blended and used to make stretchy, stretchy and easily cut films. However, this type of film has inferior thermal adhesiveness, and has a problem that it imposes restrictions on the operation range of the process of packaging the straw and the process of sticking the straw package to the liquid container, resulting in poor productivity. .
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a novel straw package that solves these problems.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this purpose, the straw packaging body of the present invention comprises a flat lower film, an upper film having a semicircular cross section, and a straw stored therein, a horizontal seal on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the straw, and a vertical seal on both ends. The vertical seal has a large number of rectangular sealing surfaces aligned in the vertical direction, and the four sides of each rectangular sealing surface are oriented in a direction crossing the vertical and horizontal directions of the straw packaging body. Thus, each rectangular sealing surface is arranged and configured.
According to the present invention, the four sides of each rectangular sealing surface are arranged in such a manner that each rectangular sealing surface is arranged in a direction that intersects the vertical and horizontal directions of the straw packaging body. Even when a force is applied in the direction of the straw packaging body in the longitudinal direction of the straw packaging body when the straw packaging body is pasted and moved while rubbing the straw applicator guide, the orientation of the straw packaging body in the direction orthogonal to the side of the rectangular seal surface No force is applied, and therefore the sides of the square sealing surface are not torn.
Moreover, the straw packaging body of the present invention has a large number of the quadrangular sealing surfaces arranged in a staggered manner.
According to the present invention, since a large number of rectangular sealing surfaces are arranged in a staggered manner, even if a force is applied to the straw package in the longitudinal direction of the straw, the force is distributed by the staggered arrangement, and the rectangular sealing is achieved. The sides of the face are not torn.
[0007]
Furthermore, the ladder-shaped straw packaging body of the present invention comprises an upper film and a semicircular section having a cross section formed by connecting a plurality of semicircular sections in parallel via a flat lower film and a flat transverse seal portion. A straw-shaped straw packaging body comprising a plurality of straws contained therein, and sealed by lateral seals on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the respective straws and vertical seals at both ends, wherein the vertical seals are: A large number of quadrangular seal surfaces are aligned in the vertical direction, and each quadrangular seal surface is arranged in such a manner that the four sides of each quadrangular seal surface are oriented in the direction crossing the vertical and horizontal directions of the straw package. is there.
According to the present invention, each quadrangle seal surface is arranged in such a manner that the four sides of each quadrangle seal surface are oriented in a direction crossing the longitudinal and lateral directions of the straw packaging body, so that the longitudinal direction of the straw is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Even if a force is applied in the direction, a force in a direction perpendicular to the side of the quadrangle seal surface is not applied, and this prevents the side of the quadrangle seal surface from being broken.
Moreover, the ladder-shaped straw packaging body of the present invention has the above-mentioned many rectangular sealing surfaces arranged in a staggered manner.
According to the present invention, since a large number of rectangular sealing surfaces are arranged in a staggered manner, even if a force is applied to the straw package in the longitudinal direction of the straw or in a direction perpendicular thereto, the force is dispersed by the staggered arrangement. The sides of the square seal surface will not be torn.
[0008]
Further, the straw package of the present invention is a polyethylene film in which the upper film is a mixture of medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene and has a melting point of 125 to 130 ° C. and a crystallization temperature of 100 to 115 ° C., and the lower film has a melting point of 115 to 115 ° C. It is a polyethylene film having a temperature of 125 ° C. and a crystallization temperature of 90 to 110 ° C.
According to the present invention, the upper film is blended with medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene to form a PE film having a melting point of 125 to 130 ° C. and a crystallization temperature of 100 to 115 ° C. Stability and cutting suitability can be obtained. Further, by making the lower film a low density PE film having a melting point of 115 to 125 ° C. and a crystallization temperature of 90 to 110 ° C., the lower film has a value close to the melting energy value of the outer surface PE of the liquid container, and the melting point is slightly lower than that of the upper film. Therefore, when sticking the straw package to the liquid container, the upper film, which is the heater, has higher heat resistance than the lower film, and the hole by the heater is also used when the lower film melts and is thermally bonded to PE outside the container. It is difficult to receive damage such as light, and the temperature setting of the heater head can be widened.
Furthermore, when the straw package is attached to the liquid container, the liquid container is filled with the internal solution, so the heater heat-seals the straw package to the liquid container using a flexible liquid container containing liquid as a counter. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a uniform sealing pressure, and sometimes the film of the straw package is heated in a state that does not fit in the liquid container, and the film may be perforated. In the invention straw package, the above-mentioned problem is reduced by the above-described film configuration.
[0009]
In addition, in the process of packaging the straw, the upper film is placed on a drum provided with a groove for inserting the straw, the straw is supplied while pushing the film into the groove, the lower film is placed thereon, and the heat is applied from above. A roll is applied to seal the upper and lower films in the horizontal direction, and then a vertical seal is applied in the direction of the film flow with another heat seal roller, and the straw is sealed between the upper and lower films. In this straw wrapping process, a heater roll is applied from the lower film side having low heat resistance at the time of horizontal sealing, and a good seal of the upper film can be obtained by setting the roll temperature. As in the case of packaging with the same PE film on both the upper and lower sides, it is necessary to treat the surface of the heater roll to improve the release from the PE film, but the straw packaging body of the present invention has the above-described upper and lower film configurations. Since the heat resistance of the upper film is slightly better than that of the lower film, there is little elongation of the film after sealing, and stable production conditions can be obtained.
At present, the thickness of this type of film is limited to about 30 μm because of the film forming technique. However, if a thinner film can be used, the above-mentioned effects are considered to be more effective.
[0010]
Furthermore, in the straw packaging body of the present invention, the upper film and the lower film may be polyethylene films.
In the straw package of the present invention, the upper film and the lower film may be stretched polypropylene films.
Similarly, in the straw package of the present invention, the upper film may be an unstretched polypropylene film, and the lower film may be a stretched polypropylene film.

However, particularly in the straw packaging body of the present invention, a conventionally known straw packaging body in the manufacturing process of the straw packaging body 1 or the pasting operation process of the straw packaging body 1 to the liquid container is characterized by the upper and lower film configurations. 【The invention's effect】
The straw packaging body of the present invention comprises a flat lower film, an upper film having a semicircular cross section, and a straw contained therein, and is sealed by lateral seals on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the straw and vertical seals at both ends. Each of the vertical seals has a plurality of rectangular seal surfaces aligned in the vertical direction, and each of the four sides of each square seal surface is oriented in a direction crossing the vertical and horizontal directions of the straw package. Since the rectangular sealing surface is arranged, the straw packaging when sticking the straw packaging to the liquid container moves in the longitudinal direction of the straw of the straw packaging when the straw packaging moves while rubbing the straw applicator guide. Even if a force is applied in the direction toward the surface, no force is applied in a direction perpendicular to the side of the quadrangle seal surface, and therefore the side of the quadrangle seal surface is not torn. There is.
In addition, since the straw packaging body of the present invention has the above-mentioned many rectangular sealing surfaces arranged in a staggered manner, even if a force is applied to the straw packaging body in the longitudinal direction of the straw, the force is dispersed by the staggered arrangement. Thus, there is an effect that the sides of the rectangular sealing surface are not torn.
[0018]
Furthermore, the ladder-shaped straw packaging body of the present invention comprises an upper film and a semicircular section having a cross section formed by connecting a plurality of semicircular sections in parallel via a flat lower film and a flat transverse seal portion. A straw-shaped straw packaging body comprising a plurality of straws contained therein, and sealed by lateral seals on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the respective straws and vertical seals at both ends, wherein the vertical seals are: A large number of quadrangle seal surfaces are aligned in the vertical direction, and the four sides of each quadrangle seal surface are oriented in the direction crossing the vertical and horizontal directions of the straw packaging body, and each quadrangle seal surface is arranged and configured. Even if a force is applied in the longitudinal direction of the straw or a direction perpendicular thereto, a force in a direction perpendicular to the side of the quadrangle seal surface is not applied, thereby preventing the sides of the quadrangle seal surface from being broken. There is.
Further, the ladder-shaped straw packaging body of the present invention has the above-mentioned numerous square sealing surfaces arranged in a staggered manner, so that even when a force is applied to the straw packaging body in the longitudinal direction of the straw or in a direction perpendicular thereto, The force is distributed by the shape arrangement, and there is an effect that the sides of the quadrangular seal surface are not torn.
[0019]
Further, the straw package of the present invention is a polyethylene film in which the upper film is a mixture of medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene and has a melting point of 125 to 130 ° C. and a crystallization temperature of 100 to 115 ° C., and the lower film has a melting point of 115 to 115 ° C. Since it is a polyethylene film having a temperature of 125 ° C. and a crystallization temperature of 90 to 110 ° C., there is an effect that the film can be stretched and good dimensional stability and cutting suitability can be obtained. As a result, when sticking the straw package to the liquid container, the upper film, which is the heater, is more heat resistant than the lower film, and the heater is also used when the lower film melts and is thermally bonded to PE outside the liquid container. It is less susceptible to damage such as drilling and has the effect of widening the temperature setting of the heater head.
In the invention straw package, the above-described film configuration has an effect of reducing the above-described problems.
[0020]
Since the heat resistance of the upper film is slightly better than that of the lower film, there is little effect such as elongation of the film after sealing, and stable production conditions can be obtained.
