本発明は、化粧用コットンホルダーに関する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ウェブ状中綿をシルクライク素材の不織布で包み込み、不織布の折り返し部を把持布とした化粧用コットンは、従来より使用されている。
化粧用コットンの使用にあたって、把持布と中綿の間に手指を差込み、塗布面に化粧液を付け、肌面を軽く叩いてパッティングしたり、なでつけたりして塗布していた。

しかしながら、化粧用コットンに手指を差込んだ時に、指の大きさに応じ把持布と中綿の間が拡げられ、塗布面が狭められるという問題があった。
また、差込んだ手指を拡げて、把持布を破損するということもあった。

また、手指に傷があるとき、化粧用コットンに付けた化粧液で手指の傷を傷めることもあって使用できないこともあった。
化粧用コットンの化粧液が手指に付着し、付着した化粧液、とくに香料などを落とすために手指をていねいに洗わなければならなかった。

本発明は、上記の問題を考慮して、化粧用コットンにコットンホルダーを差込み、化粧用コットンに付着した化粧液に触れずに使用できるようにするとともに、化粧用コットンを拡げた状態で肌面に接触させるようにしたコットンホルダーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記の課題を解決するため、化粧用コットンホルダーとして、基板と、基板に対してヒンジを介して反転可能に取着された柄部とからなるコットンホルダーであって、基板の側部に、基板側方向に弾性変形可能なレバーを連設し、基板のヒンジ側の端板に係止部を設け、柄部に係止部に係合する係合部を設けたことを特徴とする構成を採用する。

基板の実施例として、基板の側部とレバーとの間に弾性部材が連設されていることを特徴とする構成、または、基板の側部に、レバーの弾性変形を規制する規制杆を具えていることを特徴とする構成を採用する。

コットンホルダーの別実施例として、基体と柄とからなるコットンホルダーであって、基体は、基台と、基台にヒンジで連結された上蓋と、基台と上蓋の間で支持されたレバー部材とを具備し、基台が、底壁と、レバー部材の外部への突出部が挿入される切欠部を設けた側周壁と、底壁中央部から立設された支持筒とを具えており、基台の後端部に、柄の取付部が連設され、その両側に係止部が設けられており、上蓋が、上壁に基台の柄の取付部外周面に接合する係合面を形成する切欠きと、前記係止部に係合する係止片とを具えていることを特徴とする構成を採用する。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明化粧用コットンホルダーの第１実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
図１，２において、Ａはコットンホルダー、Ｂは化粧用コットンである。

コットンホルダーＡは、合成樹脂を素材として成形され、基板１と、基板１にヒンジを介して反転自在として取着された柄部２とからなっている。
基板１の一側には、一定巾を有する切込み３が設けられ、基端をヒンジ４として基板１の先端部に接続されたレバー５が形成されている。
レバー５の先端部には、ローレット６が刻設されて把持部が形成され、側面には、縦方向に複数の突条７が突設されている。
レバー５の側面と反対側の基板１の側面との間隔は、後述する化粧用コットンの把持布の巾とほぼ同一としている。

基板１の中央部には、コの字形の切れ目が設けられ、基板１に連設された柄部２が形成されている。
接続部の裏面には切込みが入れられ、柄部２のヒンジ８が形成されている。
柄部２の先端中央には上方に湾曲された摘み部９が形成され、ヒンジ８に近接して円形の突出部１０が突設されている。
基板１のヒンジ８側の端板１１には、柄部２の反転時に突出部１０が嵌挿される係止孔１２が穿孔されている。

図３に示すように、化粧用コットンＢは、公知のものと同様に、角形のウェブ状の中綿１５をシルクライク素材の不織布１６で包み込んだもので、不織布１６を折り返して中綿１５を挟み込み、再度折り返して中綿１５を包み込み、不織布１６を始端部分１６ａの上に重ね合わせ、中綿１５の両側で接着して接合部１７を形成している。

重ね合わせた表側の不織布１６によって把持布１８が形成され、その反対側の不織布１６は塗布面１６ｂとなっている。
把持布１８と中綿１５、不織布始端部分１６ａとの間にコットンホルダーＡの袋状の差込み部１９が形成されている。

次に、本化粧用コットンホルダーＡの使用方法と作用効果について説明する。
コットンホルダーＡは、柄部２の摘み部９を持って引き上げ、基板１に対して、柄部２をヒンジ８を軸として反転させ、突出部１０を基板１の係止孔１２に嵌合させることによって、図４に示すように、コットンホルダーＡが組み立てられる。

次いで、レバー５を押さえ、基板１を把持布１８と中綿１５との間の差込み部１９に奥まで差し込み、レバー５から手を離すと、レバー５が復元して基板１とレバー５の間隔が広がり、把持布１８両側の接合部１７を拡げるように作用する。
そして、基板１は、中綿１５と把持布１８との間に挟持され、突条７により抜け出しが防止されるので、図１に示すように、化粧用コットンＢをしっかりと装着したコットンホルダーＡが得られる。

中綿１５の塗布面１６ｂに液体、或いは粉体の化粧料を付け、コットンホルダーＡの柄部２を持って塗布するようにすると、従来の化粧用コットンＢを手指で把持して塗布するのと同様に、肌に塗布することができる。

塗布にあたっては、中綿１５の塗布面１６ｂを広げて全面的に使うことができ、手指が化粧用コットンＢに触れないので、汚れることはない。
使用後には、レバー５を押さえることによって化粧用コットンＢを簡単に取外すことができるので、化粧用コットンの取替えも簡単である。

上記使用態様では、柄部２を反転させて把持部として使用したが、場合によっては、柄部２を反転させることなく、基板１を差込み部１９に嵌挿して把持布１８の外側から基板１をつかんで使用してもよい。
その場合、化粧料の拭き取りに有効である。

次に、前記実施形態におけるレバーの変形実施例について、図を参照して説明する。
図５において、１ａはコットンホルダーＡの基板であり、基板１ａの先端部両側には、基端をヒンジ４ａとしたレバー５ａが連接されている。
レバー５ａの中間部には、基板１ａ側部に接続されるばね板ａが連接されており、基板１ａ側部の後端部には、レバー５ａの弾性変形を規制する規制杆ｂが設けられている。

化粧用コットンＢへのコットンホルダーＡの装着にあたって、基板１ａのレバー５ａを両側からおさえ、化粧用コットンＢの差込み部１９に奥まで差込み、レバー５ａから手を離すと、ばね板ａの弾撥力によってレバー５ａが復元して、化粧用コットンＢがしっかりと保持される。
また、規制杆ｂによってレバー５ａの変形が規制されるので、レバー５ａの変形量を調節することができ、レバー５ａを必要以上に変形させることが抑制される。

次に、コットンホルダーの第２実施形態について説明する。
図６に示すように、コットンホルダーＡａは、合成樹脂を素材として成形されており、基板２０と柄部２１とを具えており、基板２０は、主部２２と、主部２２から角状に突出した一対の突出部２３ａ，２３ｂとからなっている。
それぞれの突出部２３ａ，２３ｂの先端には、後方に延びるレバー２４ａ，２４ｂが連設されており、各レバー２４ａ，ｂは、その中間位置からほぼＳ字状に湾曲するばね２５ａ，２５ｂによって基板２０の主部２２の側部中間位置と接続されている。

レバー２４ａ，ｂの外側面には複数の突起２６が突設され、その後方の部分には、外方へ湾曲すると同時に上端を高くした摘み片２７ａ，２７ｂが形成されている。
突出部２３ａ，２３ｂの先端は、主部２２の中心線に直交する連結部２８によって接続され、差込み端縁となっている。

柄部２１は、基板２０の主部２２に連設されたしなり部３０と把持部３１とを具えており、しなり部３０は、複数本の連杆３２，３３とからなっている。
把持部３１は、しなり部３０と軸杆３４を介して連設され、柄部２１の先端部分に形成されている。

次に、本実施形態コットンホルダーの使用時の作用効果について説明する。
化粧用コットンＢへのコットンホルダーＡａの嵌挿にあたっては、手でレバー２４ａ，ｂの摘み片２７ａ，ｂを持って、ばね２５ａ，ｂに抗して押圧しながら、基板２０を把持布１８と中綿１５との間の差込み部１９に奥まで差込み、次いで、摘み片２７ａ，ｂの押圧を解くと、ばね２５ａ，ｂの復元力によってレバー２４ａ，ｂの側部が把持布１８の接合部１７に弾接される
そして、突起２６によって化粧用コットンＢの抜け出しが防止される。

化粧用コットンホルダーの使用にあたっては、化粧料を化粧用コットンＢの塗布面１６ｂに付け、柄部２１の把持部３１を把持して肌面に塗布する。
その際、基板２０と柄部２１の間には、しなり部３０があって、柄部２１は、垂直面上で湾曲することができるので、化粧用コットンＢは常に一定の押圧力で肌に当接される。
そのため、肌面を軽く叩くパッティング、化粧用コットンのなでつけによる化粧液の塗布をソフトに行うことができる。

上記実施形態のコットンホルダーにおいて、基板２０の側部に、第１実施形態の実施例で説明したレバーの変形を規制する規制杆を設けることもでき、前記実施例と同様の作用効果を得ることができる。

次に、第３実施形態のコットンホルダーについて説明する。
図７，８に示すように、コットンホルダーＡｂは、基板４０と基板４０に連設された柄部４１とからなり、合成樹脂を素材として成形されている。
基板４０は、対向する直線部４２ａ，４２ｂと、円弧部４３、および直線部４２ａ，４２ｂの端部に連設され、内側を円弧とし、先端を下方に傾斜させた連結部４４とからなる環状板を具えており、円弧部４３と直線部４２ａ，ｂの接続点近くには、直線部４２ａ，ｂに直交して延びる規制杆４５ａ，４５ｂが連設されている。

連結部４４の先端両側には、円弧部４６ａ，４６ｂを介してレバー４７ａ，４７ｂが連設されており、レバー４７ａ，４７ｂの中間位置には、突起４８ａ，４８ｂが突設され、先端には、板状の摘み片４９ａ，４９ｂが設けられている。

柄部４１は、基板４０の円弧部４３に連設されたしなり部５０と、その端部に連設された把持部５１とからなっている。
しなり部５０は、円弧部４３に連設された複数本の軸杆５２によって構成され、把持部５１は、楕円形の平板によって形成されている。

次に、本実施形態コットンホルダーの使用時の作用効果について説明する。
化粧用コットンＢへのコットンホルダーＡｂの嵌挿にあたっては、摘み片４９ａ，ｂを両側から挟持、押圧して、規制杆４５に当接するまでレバー巾を減少させ、把持布１８の奥まで差込み、次いで、摘み片４９ａ，ｂから手を離すと、レバー４７が復元して把持布１８両側の接合部１７を広げるように作用する。
そして、基板４０は把持布１８と中綿１５の間に挟持され、突起４８ａ，ｂによって抜け出しが防止されるので、化粧用コットンＢをしっかりと装着したコットンホルダーＡｂが得られる。

コットンホルダーＡｂの使用にあたっては、前記第２実施形態のそれと同様の作用効果を得ることができる。

次に、第４実施形態のコットンホルダーについて説明する。
図９，１０において、Ａｃはコットンホルダーで、合成樹脂を素材として成形され、基体６０と基体６０に連設された柄６１とからなっている。
基体６０は、下側の基台６２と、該基台６２にヒンジ６３を介して連結された上蓋６４、および基台６２に装着されたレバー部材６５とを具えている。

図１１，１２に示すように、基台６２は、角形の底壁６６と、底壁６６の周縁から立設された側周壁６７、および中心部に立設されたレバー部材６５の支持筒６８とを具えている。

底壁６６は、中心部が下方に突出した湾曲面となっており、側周壁６７には、レバー部材６５が嵌挿される切欠部６９ａ，６９ｂ、７０ａ，７０ｂが設けられている。

側周壁６７の前部の切欠部７０ａ，７０ｂの間には、底壁６６の上面に柄６１の取付部７１が連設されており、取付部７１には係止孔７２が穿孔されている。
取付部７１の左右は、係止部７３ａ，７３ｂとなっており、内側上端には、内方に突出する係止突条７４ａ，７４ｂが突設されている。

図１０に示すように、側周壁６７の後部は、内方に偏寄する壁面７５となっており、壁面７５の外側には、底壁６６の端縁から上壁６４に接続する壁面７６が立設されている。
壁面７６の両側端部には、上下に延びるスリット７７ａ，７７ｂが刻設され、壁面７６と底壁６６との連結部、上蓋６４との連結部には、水平方向に延びる薄肉部７８ａ，７８ｂが設けられ、基台６２と上蓋６４とを連結するヒンジ６３を形成している。
支持筒６８は、横断面楕円形となっており、上端外周には、膨出環７９が設けられている。

図１１，１２に示すように、上蓋６４は、中央部に楕円形の開口８０を具えた上壁８１と側周壁８２とを具えており、側周壁８２には、基台６２の切欠部６９ａ，ｂ、７０ａ，ｂに対応する切欠部８３ａ，ｂ、８４ａ，ｂが設けられている。
上壁８１のヒンジ６３の反対側には、柄６１の取付部７１外周面に接合する接合面８５を形成する切欠き８６が設けられており、切欠き８６の両側には、外方に突出する係止片８７ａ，８７ｂを設けた係止部８８ａ，８８ｂが形成されている。

図１３に示すように、レバー部材６５は、頂壁９０と側壁９１とからなる取付筒９２と、前記側壁９１の下端に設けられたフランジ９３に連設された一対のレバー９４とを具えている。
頂壁９０は、上蓋６４の上壁８１面と連続した湾曲面となっており、側壁９１の内周面上端には、支持筒６８の膨出環７９が嵌合する係合溝９５が設けられている。

レバー９４は、フランジ９３の前部分に連設され、基台６２の側周壁６７と上蓋６４の側周壁８２の内面に沿って湾曲するように形成されており、中間部には、基台６２と上蓋６４のそれぞれの側方の切欠部６９ａ，ｂ、８３ａ，ｂから外部に突出する係合片９６が設けられ、係合片９６の側面には、複数の突条９７が突設されている。
先端部９８は、切欠部７０ａ，ｂ、８４ａ，ｂの間から外部に突出して外方に折曲され、先端には摘み片９９が立設されている。

図９に示すように、柄６１は、基台６２に連設された取付部７１と、取付部７１の係止孔７２に着脱自在に嵌合される取付杆１００を先端に設けた連杆１０１、および把持部１０２とからなっている。
連杆１０１は、比較的細い軸杆で形成されて一定の可撓性を有しており、柄６１のしなり部となっている。
把持部１０２は、連杆１０１の端部から外方に広がり、端縁を円弧とした板状体であり、その上面にはすべり止めのためにドーム状突部１０３が設けられている。

取付部７１と柄６１との取付けは、両者を着脱自在にできれるものであれば、係止孔９２と取付杆１００の嵌合以外にも、例えばねじによる螺合、その他の方法も採用することができる。
また、柄６１と基体６０とを一体成形してもよい。
その場合には、柄６１は、基台６２に連設された取付部７１と該取付部７１に続く連杆１０１、および把持部１０２とから構成され、基体６０の基台６２と上蓋６４と柄６１が一体成形される。
そのことによって製造が容易となり、コストを低減することができる。

次に、第４実施形態のコットンホルダーの使用態様と作用効果について説明する。
コットンホルダーＡｃの組立にあたっては、基体６０の基台６２と上蓋６４を開いた状態で、レバー部材６５の取付筒９２を基台６２の支持筒６８に嵌合するようにして基台６２に取付ける。
その際、支持筒６８の突出環７９が取付筒９２の側壁９１内周の係合溝９５に係合し、レバー部材６５の係合片９６と先端部９８が切欠部６９ａ，ｂ、７０ａ，ｂに嵌挿され、基台６２の側周壁６７から外部に突出する。

次いで、上蓋６４を、ヒンジ６３を軸にして反転させ、上蓋６４の係止片８７ａ，ｂを、基台６２の係止部７３ａ，７３ｂの係止突条７４ａ，７４ｂに係合させて上蓋６４を閉じる。
そのときには、レバー部材６５を基台６２と上蓋６４との間で支持するとともに、切欠き８６の接合面８５が取付部７１を接合して上蓋６４を閉じる。
次いで、柄６１を取付部７１に取着することによって、図９に示すようなコットンホルダーＡｃが得られる。

コットンホルダーＡｃの使用にあたっては、基体６０を持って、レバー部材６５の摘み片９９を両方から押さえて、化粧用コットンＢの差込み部１９に基体６０を挿入し、摘み片９９を離すと、レバー部材６５のレバー９４が復元して、係合片９６が把持布１８の接合部１７に係合して化粧用コットンＢがしっかりと保持される。

その際、差込み部１９は、基体６０によって上下左右に拡げられ、化粧用コットンＢの塗布面１６ｂは一定の張力で、基台６２の底壁６６の形状に合致するよう湾曲される。
また、中綿１５と把持布１８は基体６０の表面に接触力をもって当接し、さらに、レバー９４の係合片９６の突条９７が把持布１８との側部に係合するので、ずれ落ちることは完全に阻止される。

化粧液の塗布にあたっては、化粧液を化粧用コットンＢに滴下し、柄６１の把持部１０２を把持して肌面に塗布する。
その際、塗布面１６ｂは、基台６２の底壁６６のとおりの湾曲面となっており、肌面に滑らかに接触しているので、パッティング、なでつけによる塗布を平滑に行うことができ、柄の連杆１０１が、しなるのでソフト感も付与することができる。
塗布後のコットンホルダーＡｃの収納にあたっては、柄６１は嵌合を解くことによって、基体６０の取付部７１から簡単に取外すことができ、コンパクトにしまっておくことができる。

次に、化粧用コットンの第５実施形態について説明する。
図１４において、Ａｄはコットンホルダーで、合成樹脂を素材として成形されており、１１０は基板、１１１は基板１１０に連設された柄である。
基板１１０の先端には、押え板１１２が連設されており、押え板１１２は、基板１１０の端縁から立ち上がる根本部１１３と、押え部１１４とからなっている。
両者の接続部の裏面には、凹溝１１５が設けられ、薄肉部が形成され、押え板１１２は、薄肉部をヒンジとして押圧変形可能となっている。
柄１１１は、しなり部１１６と把持部１１７とからなっている。
また、押え板１１２の表面には、突起や突条などを設けることが好ましい。

コットンホルダーＡｄの使用にあたっては、押え板１１２を押圧して、基板１１０を化粧用コットンＢの差込み部１９に挿入する。
押圧を解くと、押え板１１２が復元して基板１１０と押え板１１２との間が広がり、化粧用コットンＢはコットンホルダーＡｄにしっかりと保持される。
塗布にあたっては、前各実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記のように構成されているから、次の効果を奏する。
化粧用コットンにコットンホルダーを差込み、柄を握って塗布できるようにしたから、手指が化粧用コットンに付着した化粧液に触れずに使用できる。

基板の側部に、側板側の方向に廻動変形可能なレバーを連設しているから、コットンへの挿入時には、レバーを押圧することによって簡単に挿入することができ、レバーを手放すと、レバーが復元して化粧用コットンの把持布両側の接合部に係合して、化粧用コットンをコットンホルダーにしっかりと装着できるようになった。

基板の先端に押え板を連接した場合も、押え板を押圧することによって、化粧用コットンの把持布と中綿との間に簡単に挿入することができる。

使用後には、レバー或いは押え板を押さえることによって、化粧用コットンを簡単に取外すことができるので、化粧用コットンの取替えが簡単に行えるようになった。

柄部にしなり部を設けたときには、化粧用コットンが肌面に一定の接触圧をもって、ソフトに接触させることができる。
そのため、軽く叩くパッティング、なでつけによる化粧液の塗布がソフトに行うことができ、なでつけ時には、肌面をマッサージすることもできる。
