Description

【0001】

【Technical field】
The present invention relates to a packaging container in which a blister container having a flange portion is loaded from the back side into an opening formed in a front mount, and the front mount and the back mount are connected and integrated on the outside of the flange portion. Used when re-storing things.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
As this type of packaging container, the one disclosed in JP-A-9-118363 is known.
This container has a vertical crease formed in the center of the mount so that the main body mount and the cover mount can be opened in the left and right sides. An opening is provided in the main mount and a transparent container (blister container) is provided from the back side. ) And the flange part is bonded to the mount, and the left and right facing mounts are closed with the product stored in the container, and both ends are bonded and bonded together in a bag-like shape, and an opening mechanism is provided on the lid mount side. A configuration is employed in which a temporary fixing mechanism that engages and opens the lid mount is provided on the main body mount side.
Even when the packaging is opened and the product is taken out, the packaging container can be stored again in the blister container, and the packaging can be closed. In accordance with the law, there is an advantage that a portion other than the opening of the main body mount and double-sided cautions on the lid can be printed.
[0003]
However, in this container, since the blister container inserted in the opening of the main body mount is bonded to the mount at the flange portion, not only an extra bonding process is required, but the mount is discarded after the product is used. In this case, since paper adheres to the flange of the blister container, there is a problem that only the container cannot be separated and used for recycling resources.
The notice printed on both sides of the main body mount is such that the main body mount and the cover mount are combined in a bag-like shape, so that the spread portion is concealed during display. If it does so, it will become impossible to confirm the cautionary note of goods before purchasing goods, cannot expect a printing effect, and there exists a possibility of selecting goods different from what was desired.
Also, once the bag closure is opened, the cautionary note must be read in a spread state, so that the container portion is opened and the stored item may fall.
[0004]
[Technical issues]
The present invention relates to a packaging container in which a blister container having a flange portion is loaded from the back side into an opening formed on a front mount, and the front mount and the back mount are connected and integrated outside the flange portion. It is an object to prevent the printing surface of the mount from being concealed.
[0005]
[Technical means]
Technical means for solving this technical problem are as follows: (a) An opening for forming the blister container insertion / extraction opening is provided continuously with the upper edge of the opening, and (b) an additional mount is attached to the back of the back mount. And attached to the backing paper at a position corresponding to the opening portion.
[0004]
Since the front and back mounts are connected and integrated outside the flange part of the blister container, opening the opening part that continues to the upper edge of the opening part of the front mount opens the flange. The inserted space is opened, and the blister container can be inserted and removed independently of the mount. When the container is pulled out from the opening, the item stored in the container can be taken out.
After the product is used, it can be stored in the container again and inserted between the mounts to keep it in the packaging state before use, and the product and its precautions are integrated until the product is used up. It can be stored as it is.
The opening part of the front mount is in a state where the whole is supported by the back mount alone, and it is weak in strength, but the additional mount attached to the back side of the back mount and the back mount at the position corresponding to the opening part Since it is made to adhere, an opening part is reinforced from the back side by the adhesion part, and the intensity of the whole mount can be maintained.
In addition, since the lower part from the adhesive part is a free end, the back surface of the back mount and both surfaces of the additional mount are not concealed.
[0005]
A perforation or a zipper can be suitably used for the opening portion of the front mount. The blister container can be easily inserted and removed by removing all or a part of the front cover sheet above the opening. When the length of the upper side of the flange of the container is configured to be short, it is possible to insert and remove by folding the back mount at the opening portion without removing the mount on the upper side.
As long as the opening portion is continuous with the upper edge of the opening portion of the front mount, it may not be on the extension line of the upper edge, and may be formed in an oblique direction or further bent. good.
The additional mount is bonded to the back mount at a position corresponding to the opening portion, but it is not necessary to correspond to the opening portion as accurately as possible to reinforce the weakened portion after opening. The back side of the opening portion may be adhered with a certain width, or the upper and lower positions may be adhered on the back side of the opening portion so that the back side of the opening portion is doubled. Of course, the entire upper side may be bonded from a position slightly lower than the position corresponding to the opening portion.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
Since the blister container is independent from the mount, there is an advantage that the goods can be re-stored with one touch, and since the entire mount can be used in a reinforced state, the container can be repeatedly inserted and removed.
In addition, since the back side of the back mount and both sides of the additional mount are not concealed, it is possible to read the content printed on these sides at the display stage, and the buyer thoroughly understands and agrees with the precautions for the product. And there is an advantage that you can purchase goods.
Even when the item is re-contained, the precautionary note is always stored in the container, so there is no risk of dropping it.
Furthermore, this blister type packaging container is usually provided with holes and recesses for hooking up and down or attached with a hanging tool, but in the packaging container according to the present invention, it is adhered at the upper part. Since the lower portion can be opened in a bifurcated shape by the additional mount, it can be placed on a table or a desk as it is and stabilized, and there is an advantage that a new display method can be provided.
[0007]
Embodiment
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a packaging container 1 according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the front mount 2 and the back mount 12 are continuously formed of a single thin cardboard, and are folded and polymerized at the intermediate portion 3.
The blister container 21 to be inserted into the opening 3 of the front mount 2 has the entire length substantially the same as that of the mounts 2 and 12 and a shorter width. The outside mounts 2 and 12 are bonded 13 and 13 on the outside.
[0008]
On both sides of the upper edge 5 of the opening 4, perforations 7, 7 are formed on the same extension line as the upper edge 5 (see FIG. 3 (1)). Since the mount 2 is not adhered to the back mount 12, the upper portion 6 of the front mount 2 can be removed by opening the perforation 7 (see (2)), and the upper flange 23 and the side of the blister container 21 can be removed. By exposing the upper portion of the flange 22 and pulling it out, the container itself can be taken out from the mounts 2 and 12 (see (3)).
[0009]
The additional mount 16 is configured to have the same size as the front and back mounts 2 and 12, and the entire upper portion 17 is bonded to the back surface of the back mount 12 from a position slightly lower than the perforation 7 to the upper edge. Yes. Therefore, even if the upper portion 6 of the front mount is removed, the upper portion of the back mount 12 is reinforced by the additional mount 16.
Reference numeral 14 denotes a hole for inserting the container into the display bar for display, and penetrates the front and back mounts 2 and 12, the flange 23 and the additional mount 16.
[0010]
If the flange 23 on the upper side of the container 21 is extended to the upper end of the mount as shown in the drawing, the reinforcing effect can be exerted when suspended, but if the item is not heavy, the item is not exposed. Design it short.
In the above embodiment, the upper part of the front mount 2 is removed entirely, but the removal width is sufficient if it is at least the width of the left and right flanges 22 of the container 21. In this case, the front mount 2 And both sides of the backing paper 12 can be bonded to the upper edges of both backing papers 2 and 12.
[0011]
In the above embodiment, the front mount 2 and the back mount 12 are formed of a single mount and folded in two. However, as shown in FIG. 4, the front mount 2, the back mount 12, and the additional mount 16 are formed separately, and the blister container is inserted into the opening 4, and the front and back mounts 2, 12 are bonded at both side edges and the lower edge (see shaded portions), and the back mount 12 and the additional mount 16 are attached. It may be bonded at the top.
Also, the front mount 2 and the back mount 12 are arranged on the left and right sides, folded in two at the center at the valley fold line 8 in the vertical direction, and bonded at the outer side edge and the lower edge, and the additional mount is bonded in the same manner as above. You may let them.
Further, the front mount 2, the back mount 12 and the additional mount 16 are connected in the vertical direction, and the front mount 2 and the back mount 12 are folded in two as shown in FIG. Further, the additional mount 16 may be folded over the back mount 12 and the back surface of the upper portion 17 may be bonded. In this case, there is an advantage that the entire mount can be printed simultaneously.
