【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、外装材を壁体の外面に取り付ける外装材取付構造、および外装材取付方法に関するものである。

【背景の技術】
近年、住宅等の建物の構築においてはその工業化が進み、例えば、壁や床、屋根といった構成要素を予め工場にてパネル化しておき、施工現場でこれらのパネルを組み立てることにより、建物を構築するといったパネル工法が一部に採用されている。このようなパネル工法に用いられるパネルとして、例えば、図11に示すような壁パネル2が知られている。この壁パネル2は、縦框材201,201と横框材202,202とが矩形状に組み立てられるとともに、この矩形枠の内部に補強芯材203,…が縦横に組まれて枠体204が形成され、さらにこの枠体204内にグラスウール等の断熱材(図示省略)が充填された状態で枠体204の表裏面に合板等の面材205,205が貼設されたものである。さらに工場等において、外壁用の壁パネルの外面に予め外装材を取り付けておき、建築現場で組み立てることにより、現場工期をより一層短縮できる壁パネルの艤装化も行われている。

このような壁パネル2の外面に外装材を取り付ける従来の技術としては、図12に示すように、一方のサイディング材110には、左側サネ部112が形成されており、他方のサイディング材118には右側サネ部128が形成されている。これらサイディング材118,110は、右側サネ部128の外側に左側サネ部112が位置するようにして配置されている。そして、外壁基礎材(壁パネル)132の表面には胴縁122が固定されており、固定材(釘)126を、サイディング材110の表面から胴縁122まで到達するようにして外壁基礎材(壁パネル)132にサイディング材110を取り付けている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の従来の技術では、次のような課題があった。
第1に、釘打ち等によりサイディング材110を取り付けるようにしているので、サイディング材110どうしを実矧ぎによって接合しつつ、これらサイディング材110を壁に取り付けるのに手間がかかるうえに、サイディング材110の表面に固定材126が露出するため、表面処理作業を行う必要があるという問題があった。
第2に、壁パネルの艤装化に際し、壁パネルの最端部に配置する外装材は、設置場所における調整が必要となるため、施工現場にて設置する。この際、工場にて取り付けられた外装材の端部が仮固定された状態で壁パネルを搬送する場合があり、該外装材を固定する必要があった。

本発明は上記課題を鑑みてなされるものであり、外装材を取り付ける際の表面処理を軽減し、容易に外装材を壁に取り付けることができ、外装材の艤装化を図ることができる外装材取付構造および外装材取付方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題に対し、請求項1の発明は、例えば、図1および図2に示すように、壁体(例えば、壁パネル2等)の外面2aに外装材1を複数並べ、かつ、隣り合う外装材1を上実部10と下実部11とによる実矧ぎによって接合して取り付けてなる外装材取付構造であって、前記外装材1の一方の端部10aには、上実部10と、この上実部10の下側において側方に開口する溝部12が形成されており、前記外装材1の他方の端部11aには、下実部11が形成されており、前記壁体(例えば、壁パネル2等)の外面2aには、外装材1を取り付けるための取付部材3が所定間隔で複数固定されており、前記取付部材3は、前記下実部11に係止する下実係止部31が形成され、かつ、壁体(例えば、壁パネル2等)の外面2aに固定される第1取付部材3aと、前記溝部12に係止する溝係止部32が形成された第2取付部材3bとから構成されており、前記第2取付部材3bは第1取付部材3aに係合しており、隣り合う外装材1のうち、一方の外装材1の下実部11には前記下実係止部31が係止され、他方の外装材1の溝部12には前記溝係止部32が係止されており、
前記第2取付部材3bには、前記第2取付部材3bを、その溝係止部32が前記溝部12から外れる方向に引き込むための爪部38aが形成されていることを特徴としている。

請求項1の発明によれば、外装材1の一方の端部10aに形成された上実部10と、この上実部10の下側において側方に開口する溝部12と、外装材1の他方の端部11aに形成された下実部11とにより、実矧ぎによって外装材1,1どうしを接合して取り付けることができる。また、壁体の外面2aには、取付部材3が所定間隔で複数固定されており、一方の外装材1の下実部11に第1取付部材3aに備えられた下実係止部31が係止され、他方の外装材1の溝部12に第2取付部材3bに備えられた溝係止部32が係止されているので、取付部材3を介して外装材1が壁体に確実に固定されるとともに、隣り合う外装材1,1どうしが容易に接合される。これにより、壁体の外面2aに外装材1を確実かつ容易に取り付けられるとともに、接合部や取り付け部位が外面に露出せず美しく仕上げることができる。
また、第2取付部材3bには、第2取付部材3bを、その溝係止部32が溝部12から外れる方向に引き込むための爪部38aが形成されているので、爪部38aを引いて第2取付部材3bの溝係止部32が溝部12から外れる方向に、第2取付部材3bを容易に移動させることができる。

外装材1は、建物の躯体の表面を覆う部材であり、例えば、防火性等を有する板状の素材を用いる場合があり、タイル貼り状やレンガ積み状の模様等、意匠性を高める模様が形成されている。

ここで前記係止状態保持手段としては、例えば、第1取付部材及び第2取付部材のそれぞれに、両者が係合して第2取付部材の溝係止部32が外装材1Aの溝部12に係止した状態のときに互いに係合する係合部及び被係合部を設けた構成などが挙げられる。
また、前記解除状態保持手段としては、例えば、第2取付部材300bを第1取付部材300aに対してスライド移動させるなどのように移動させて、両者の係合状態が解除されるとともに、前記外装材1Aの溝部12から前記溝係止部32が離間して溝部12と溝係止部32との係合状態が解除されるように構成し、その状態で、互いに係合する係合部と被係合部とを第1取付部材及び第2取付部材のそれぞれに設けた構成とすることが挙げられる。上記構成の場合、係止状態保持手段及び解除状態保持手段のそれぞれの係合部あるいは被係合部を同一のものとしてもよい。例えば、第1取付部材300a及び第2取付部材300bのいずれか一方に突出片を設け、他方に、第2取付部材の移動により溝部と溝係止部とが係合する状態及び解除された状態とで前記突出片とそれぞれ係合する2つの切欠溝を設けた構成等が挙げられる。

請求項7記載の発明によれば、前記取付部材300の備える係止状態保持手段308,310により、前記第2取付部材300bの溝係止部32が前記外装材1Aの溝部12に係止した状態で保持することができるとともに、前記解除状態保持手段308,309により前記溝係止部32が前記外装材1Aの溝部12から外れ前記係止状態が解除された状態で保持することができる。つまり、前記係止状態保持手段308,310及び解除状態保持手段308,309によって前記溝係止部32が溝部12に係止した状態及び係止解除状態とにそれぞれ保持できることにより、前記溝部12を備える外装材に隣接して外装材が配置されていない場合、例えば前記取付部材を介して壁面に取りつけられた外装材に隣接して次の外装材を並べて取りつける際に、前記第2取付部材300bの溝係止部32を先に配置された外装材の溝部12に係止させた状態で保持することで前記先に配置された外装材を壁面から外れないようにして取りつけることができる。そして、その状態のまま次の外装材を隣接して配置して取りつけることができる。

請求項8の発明は、例えば、図4に示すように、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の外装材取付構造を施工する際に、壁体(例えば、壁パネル2等)の外面2aに外装材1を取り付ける外装材取付方法であって、壁体(例えば、壁パネル2等)の外面2aに、隣り合う外装材1,1どうしを上実部10と下実部11とによる実矧ぎによって接合して取り付けるに際し、まず、取付部材3の第2取付部材3bを第1取付部材3aに係合して、第1取付部材3aを壁体(例えば、壁パネル2等)の外面2aに固定するとともに、この第1取付部材3aを一方の外装材1の一方の端部10aに当接し、次いで、第2取付部材3bの溝係止部32を一方の外装材1の溝部12に係止し、かつ、他方の外装材1の下実部11を一方の外装材1の上実部10の下側に挿入するとともに、第1取付部材3aの下実係止部31を前記下実部11に係止することを特徴としている。

請求項8の発明によれば、壁体の外面2aに、隣り合う外装材1,1どうしを実矧ぎによって接合して取り付けるに際し、まず、取付部材3の第2取付部材3bを第1取付部材3aに係合して、第1取付部材3aを壁体の外面2aに固定するとともに、この第1取付部材3aを一方の外装材1の一方の端部10aに当接するので、第1取付部材3aによって、外装材1の一方の端部10aの取り付ける位置を誘導することができる。次いで、第2取付部材3bの溝係止部32を一方の外装材1の溝部12に係止し、かつ、他方の外装材1の下実部11を一方の外装材1の上実部10の下側に挿入するとともに、第1取付部材3aの下実係止部31を下実部11に係止するので、隣り合う外装材1,1どうしが確実に接合されるとともに、壁体に効率よく取り付けることができる。さらに、外装材1,1どうしの接合部分において、上実部10によって下実部11の上側が覆われるので、第1取付部材3aの下実係止部31が露出することがなく、外観を美しく仕上げることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明に係る外装材取付構造について説明する。図1は、本発明にかかる第1の実施の形態における外装材取付構造を用いて、壁面に外装材1を取り付けた状態を示す断面図であり、壁体を形成する壁パネル2と、この壁パネル2の表面を覆う外装材1と、外装材1を取り付ける取付部材3と、この取付部材3を壁パネル2に取り付けるビス(止着材)100とによって、外装材取付構造の主要部が構成されている。
壁パネル(壁体)2は、図11に示すように、縦框材201,201と横框材202,202とが矩形状に組み立てられるとともに、この矩形枠の内部に補強芯材203,…が縦横に組まれて枠体204が形成され、さらにこの枠体204内にグラスウール等の断熱材(図示省略)が充填された状態で枠体204の表裏面に合板等の面材205,205が貼設されたものである。また、図4に示すように、面材205,205の外面2aには胴縁4…が水平方向に所定の間隔で設けられている。なお、本例では、壁パネル2に、工場にて透湿防水シート(図示せず)を貼設後、胴縁4を貼設している。

このような艤装パネルは、基準寸法=910mmを1M(モジュール)として、例えば、1/8M、1/4M、1/2M、1M、2M、4M…の寸法に規格化された標準パネルを主として構成されている。

胴縁4は長尺な合板であり、壁パネル2に上下に所定間隔で複数本設けられている。この胴縁4によって壁パネル2と外装材1との間に空間Sが形成され、外壁内部の通気性や防音性を高める効果を奏する。

外装材1は、壁パネル2との間に胴縁4や取付部材3によって所定間隔を保ちながら壁パネル2の表面を覆う部材であり、防火性等を有する板状の素材を用いる場合があり、例えば、タイル貼り状やレンガ積み状の模様等、意匠性を高める模様が形成されている。

なお、延出部38,38は、第2取付部材3bの幅方向の両端に形成されており、その先端部は上方に曲折して爪部38a,38aを形成している。この爪部38a,38aは、第2取付部材3bが第1取付部材3aに係合した状態を解く際に、該爪部38a,38aを引手として用いることにより、第2取付部材3bを係合した方向から容易に引き出すことができる。

また、挿入部35,35は、延出部38,38より内側に設けられ、挿入部35,35どうしが離間して形成されている。この挿入部35,35の幅は第1取付部材3aの挿通孔34,34の幅よりやや短く設定されている。さらに、挿入部35,35は胴縁4の上面4aに当接する平面な板状の壁面当接部35a,35aを形成し、該壁面当接部35a,35aの端部には断面コ字状の凸部39,39を形成している。凸部39,39は、水平面を形成する上面部39a,39aと、この上面部39a,39aから下方に向けて垂直に曲折して凸状に形成されており、上面部39a,39aは、外装材1が取り付けられた状態で外装材1の裏面1bと当接する位置に設定されている。

第1取付部材3aと、第2取付部材3bとが係合した状態においては、両端に下実係止部31,31が配置され、この下実係止部31,31の間に溝係止部32が位置している。

続いて、取付部材3を用いた外装材取付構造について説明する。まず、図1に示すように、取付部材3は、第1取付部材3aの挿通孔34に、第2取付部材3bの挿入部35が挿通されており、第1取付部材3aの側壁部31aと第2取付部材3bの側壁部32aとが当接する位置まで進入して係合している。この状態で、第1取付部材3aの固定面37が上方から胴縁4に当接し、かつビス100が所望の位置の止着孔36より胴縁4および壁パネル2側に挿通され、ねじ込まれることにより、第1取付部材3aが固定されている。

第2取付部材3bの溝係止部32は、外装材1の溝部12に係止され、かつ、外装材1の裏面1bは第2取付部材3bの凸部39,39の上面39a,39aに当接することにより、溝部12を備えた外装材1の端部10aが安定的に係止されている。さらに、第1取付部材3aの上方には外装材1の下実部11を備える端部11aが載置され、この外装材1の裏面1bが第1取付部材3aの支持部33の上面33aと当接している。そして、下実部11の先端面(端部11aの先端面)は、第2取付部材3bの側壁部32aと当接し、第1取付部材3aの下実係止部31が該下実部11の傾斜部上面11bに係止されている。すなわち、第1取付部材3aと第2取付部材3bとが係合する際に当接する側壁部31a,32aは、外装材1の溝部12下方の側端面12aと、隣接する外装材1の下実部11の端部11aとの間に挟むようにして配置されている。また、隣り合う外装材1,1どうしは、上実部10の先端側の下面10cと下実部11の上面11cとが当接して接着剤55にて接着されている。

続いて、係合維持治具5について説明する。図5および図6に示すように、係合維持治具5は、符号51に示す平板部と、符号52に示す嵌合部と、符号53に示す係止部とにより主要部が構成されている。平板部51は、平面視矩形に形成され、この平板部51の裏面に、板状の嵌合部52を備えている。なお、平板部51は透過性を有するプラスチックで形成されており、係合状態が見えるようになっている。

嵌合部52は、第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aの固定面37の面積にほぼ等しい面積を有しており、第2取付部材(端部第2取付部材)3bが第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aに係合している状態を維持するために、嵌め込まれるものである。なお、嵌合部52の厚さは、第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aの支持部33の上面部33aとリブ37a,37aの頂部との高さの差とほぼ等しくなるように設定されている。したがって、該嵌合部52が第2取付部材3bと支持部33との間に嵌め込まれた状態において、嵌合部52の下面がリブ37a,37aの頂部と当接し、平板部51の裏面と、第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aの支持部33上面とがほぼ面一となり、係合維持治具5が安定して嵌め込まれる。

係止部53は、第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aの支持部33を係止するものであり、断面略L字状に形成されており、平板部51の裏面に取り付けられて、溝部53a,53aが支持部33の位置に対応するようにして2箇所に形成されている。この係止部53,53どうしの間隔は、第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aの支持部33の幅とほぼ等しくなるように設定されている。また、この溝部53a,53aの下面53c,53cの厚さは、第1取付部材(端部第1取付部材)3aの支持部33の上面33aの高さより薄くなるように設定されている。

次に、係合維持治具5の取付構造について説明する。
図6に示す係合維持治具5は、壁パネル2の外面2aに複数並べられた外装材1,1のうち最も端に配置された外装材1の自由端としての端部1aを壁パネル2の外面2aに取りつける端部取付部材(ここでは取付部材3と同様の構成)に嵌合されている。
そして、係合維持治具5は、取付部材3に嵌合することで、該取付部材3の備える、壁体の外面2aに固定された端部第1取付部材(例えば第1取付部材3a)と、この端部第1取付部材3aに係合した状態で溝部12に係止する溝係止部32が形成された端部第2取付部材(例えば第2取付部材3b)とが係合した状態を維持している。
