本発明は、飲食店や食品加工場の配水設備に設けられたゴミ受けカゴにセットして使用される水切り伸縮ネットに関する。

【従来の技術】
飲食店や食品加工場の配水設備、特にグリーストラップに設けられたゴミ受けカゴの清掃は大変な重労働である。この作業を軽減させる方法として、ゴミ受けカゴにセットして使用される伸縮ネットが提案されている(例えば、特開平9−165103号公報、特開2001−130702号公報等)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来の伸縮ネットは目が詰まり易かったりまた反対にゴミを逃がしてしまうという問題点やゴミが溜まったネットをゴミ受けカゴから取り出すのに取り出し難いという欠点を有していた。
本発明は、ゴミ捕捉性と水切れ性との両者を満足し、且つゴミがゴミ受けカゴいっぱいに溜まった状態でもゴミ受けカゴから取り出しやすい水切り伸縮ネットを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は合成繊維マルチフィラメントからなるラッセル編みの目の形状が6角形の、グリーストラップのゴミ受カゴ用編目状袋体であって、上記6角形の1辺の長さが1.5〜2.1mmである水切り伸縮ネットである。
以下、本発明について詳細に説明する。
先ず、本発明の水切り伸縮ネットはポリエステル、ポリアミド、ビニロン、ポリプロピレン等の合成繊維のマルチフィラメントからなり、ラッセル編み等の縦編み機でネット状の構造体を形成させる。このネットの底部を閉じて袋体として伸縮水切りネットを作成する。この方法で作成した伸縮ネットは、ネットの横方向には伸びるがネットの深さ方向には伸びない。この特徴は、各種サイズの異なるゴミ受けに使用出来る一方、ゴミがゴミ受けカゴいっぱいまで溜まった状態でもネットが深さ方向には伸びないのでゴミ受けカゴから取り出しやすい。

特にダブルラッセル編機で筒状または底部を封じた袋状の構造まで形成するのが生産性の面からは好ましい。
次に、本発明の水切り伸縮ネットは目の形状が6角形の編目状袋体である。6角形にすることによってネットの強度が強くなるとともに、伸縮性も最大になる。また、ゴミ捕捉性と水切れ性とのバランスが取り易い。
そして上記6角形の1辺の長さは1.5〜2.1mmである。1.5mmよりも小さいと油脂類や米糠等が目に詰まって水切り性に劣り、また2.1mmよりも大きいとご飯粒や天カス等のゴミが捕捉できない。好ましくは、Lが1.7〜1.9mmの場合である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明について、以下具体的に説明する。
先ず、各評価方法について説明する。
(1)目の大きさ(L:単位mm)
水切り伸縮ネットを、目の構造が6角形の形状を維持した状態で最大に引き伸ばした状態で拡大率10倍の写真を3枚とり、各写真から10個、計30個の6角形の目の各辺の長さを測定して平均値Lを求めた。

(2)ゴミ捕捉性
・方法
容量20リットル、有効容量15リットル、長さ420mm、幅200mm、深さ240mmの透明アクリル製の容器に、長さ方向に3当分する位置2カ所に、底部から40mm開けて仕切板を設け(3槽構造にした)、更に前記仕切板2枚の中間位置に底部に固定した高さ45mmの仕切板を設け、また、排水が流れ込んでくる槽には、長さ90mm、幅150mm、深さ120mmで直径5mmの穴が開いているステンレス製板を貼り付けたゴミ受けカゴを取り付けた小型のグリーストラップを作成した。また米糠200g、天カス500g、ゴマ油1リットルを加えた水(モデル排水と呼ぶ)40リットルを攪拌装置付きのタンクに入れたものを準備した。モデル排水は予め25±2℃で1時間攪拌しておいた。評価する水切り伸縮ネットをゴミ受けカゴにセットし、上記タンクからモデル排水を2.5リットル/分の速度で1時間流して、水切り伸縮ネットのゴミ捕捉性を観察した。

・方法
ゴミ捕捉性の評価の要領で、モデル排水を1時間流した後、ゴミ受けカゴにセットしておいた水切り伸縮ネットを取り出した。

東レ社製ポリエステルマルチフィラメント110T−12−300BOブライト系をダブルラッセル編機で編んで、表1に示す水切り伸縮ネット3種(Run.No.1〜3)を作成した。

実施例1と同様に東レ社製ポリエステルマルチフィラメント110T−12−300BOブライト系をダブルラッセル編機で編んで、表1に示す水切り伸縮ネット2種(Run.No.4,5)を作成した。
以上、Run.No.1〜5の水切り伸縮ネットの評価結果を表1にまとめて示す。
表1において、Run.No.1〜3の本発明の水切り伸縮ネットは、ゴミ捕捉性、水切り性及び引上げ性全てにおいて優れていた。
ここで、Run.No.1とRun.No.4との比較において、ネットの6角形の編目の1辺の長さ(L)が1.5mm以上であることが、水切り性が実用レベル以上の性能を保持する上で重要なことが分かる。
また、Run.No.3とRun.No.5との比較において、Lが2.1mm以下であることが、ゴミ捕捉性が実用レベル以上の性能を保持する上で重要なことが分かる。
また、Run.No.2の水切り伸縮ネットはゴミ捕捉性と水切り性とが共に優れており、ゴミ捕捉性と水切り性とが共に優れている範囲はLが1.7〜1.9mmであることが実験から分かった。

First, the draining stretchable net of the present invention is composed of multifilaments of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, vinylon, polypropylene and the like, and a net-like structure is formed by a warp knitting machine such as Russell knitting. The bottom of this net is closed to create a stretchable draining net as a bag. An elastic net created by this method extends in the horizontal direction of the net but does not extend in the depth direction of the net. A polyester multifilament 110T-12-300BO bright system manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. was knitted with a double raschel knitting machine, and three kinds of draining stretchable nets (Run. Nos. 1-3) shown in Table 1 were prepared.

In Table 1, Run. No. 1-3 drainage stretchable nets of the present invention were excellent in all of the dust catching property, draining property, and lifting property.
