Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an emergency bandage that treats wounds, insect bites, etc. by applying a pad to which an ointment is applied or attached to a local skin surface such as a wound. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of emergency plasters have been commercially available. For example, a pad such as gauze that has been impregnated and dried with an agent such as a bactericidal disinfectant or a wound treatment agent is attached to the center of the upper surface of the adhesive sheet. A bandage formed by covering the upper surface of the pad with a release paper that can be separated into right and left is widely known. However, in the bandage having such a structure, the wound is damaged because the drug is in a dry state. Not only there is a fear, but even if it is applied to the wound mouth, effective sterilization and treatment effects cannot be obtained unless the drug in the pad part is eluted by secretions from the wound part.
[0003]
For this reason, without impregnating and curing the drug on the pad, a capsule body formed by encapsulating a chemical solution is superimposed on the upper surface of the pad, and the upper surface wall of the capsule body is pressed at the center of the upper surface wall during use. An emergency plaster has been developed that breaks down the aluminum foil thin film that forms the bottom of the capsule body with a sharp protrusion at the protruding tip and allows the drug solution in the capsule body to flow out and impregnate onto the pad. Yes.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such an emergency bandage, the medicinal solution has to be sealed in the capsule body, so that not only the production cost is high due to the significant man-hours and costs for the production, but also the use as described above. The capsule body must be destroyed, and in this case, a situation may occur in which the chemical liquid scatters and the pad cannot be impregnated accurately.
[0005]
In addition, in any of the above-mentioned emergency bandages, since the liquid medicine having a high fluidity is adopted, the wound surface is opened and the wound mouth is reopened completely when the pad surface adheres directly to the wound mouth and is removed. There is a problem that becomes slow. For this reason, there is a demand for an emergency bandage in which an ointment is applied or adhered instead of a chemical solution on the pad. However, when the pad is covered with release paper, external pressure is applied to the surface of the release paper during carrying or use. And the ointment is crushed and protrudes from the pad, making it impossible to use, and when the release paper is peeled off, the ointment is transferred to the back side of the release paper and the ointment is effective. Usage will be reduced.
[0006]
In order to eliminate the crushing of the ointment due to such unexpected external pressure, when the ointment is enclosed in the capsule body, the ointment is already attached to the inner wall surface of the capsule body. There is a problem that it is difficult to transfer an effective amount of ointment onto the pad even if the aluminum foil thin film forming the bottom surface of the capsule body is broken by the pressing force.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to seal the ointment adhering or applying on the pad with a simple structure without deteriorating over a long period of time. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide an emergency bandage that is not easily crushed or deformed by an external pressure and can be used as easily as a conventional emergency bandage.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the emergency bandage of the present invention, as described in claim 1, is attached to the center of the upper surface of the adhesive sheet with a pad having an ointment attached or applied to the upper surface, It has a blister part bulging upward at the center part, and a protrusion is provided on the lower surface of the blister part to prevent the blister part from being deformed downward by contacting the pad. An ointment protective cover is detachably attached to the adhesive sheet, the pad is housed in the blister part of the ointment protective cover, and the ointment adhering or applying on the pad is covered with the blister part. The structure is as follows.
[0009]
In the emergency bandage, the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a guard film for preventing permeation of the adhesive component of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is adhered to the center of the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and an ointment is applied to the guard film. It is characterized in that the above-mentioned pad to be adhered is adhered. The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that a release paper piece is interposed between the end portion of the ointment protective cover and the end portion of the adhesive sheet.
[0010]
[Action]
The ointment on the pad is covered by the blister part of the ointment protective cover, and this ointment protective cover is adhered to the adhesive sheet, so the ointment is sealed in the blister part in a state completely blocked from the outside air. Thus, there is no possibility of deterioration or hardening over a long period of time. Further, when the blister part is unexpectedly pressed by external pressure during carrying or use, the deformation preventing projection protruding from the lower surface of the blister part is received on the pad and the blister part is lowered downward. Therefore, there is no risk of crushing the ointment on the pad, and it is possible to prevent the ointment from being transferred to the lower surface of the blister part. Almost all ointments can be treated.
[0011]
In addition, by simply peeling off the ointment protective cover from the adhesive sheet, it can be used by immediately sticking it to a local skin surface such as a wound or insect bite (hereinafter simply referred to as a wound). Unlike the chemicals impregnated in the pad, the pad is not directly attached to the wound, but the wound can be softly coated to give a good feeling of sticking and the wound can be removed even after peeling after treatment. It can be easily peeled off without spreading or damage.
[0012]
Furthermore, since the ointment protective cover is releasably attached to the upper surface of the adhesive sheet and the pad is covered with the blister part of the ointment protective cover, the manufacture is easy and inexpensive. At the same time, since the ointment protective cover serves as a release paper, the use becomes simple. In this case, the end of the ointment protection cover is placed on the release paper piece by interposing the release paper piece between the end of the ointment protection cover and the end of the adhesive sheet as described in claim 3. Therefore, the end of the ointment protective cover can be picked and the ointment protective cover can be peeled off with one touch to expose the pad.
[0013]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a guard film having a gas barrier property that prevents the permeation of components of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is adhered to the center of the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and the ointment is applied to the guard film. Since the pad that has been applied or adhered is applied, the ointment is prevented from chemically reacting with the adhesive component on the adhesive sheet, and the efficacy of the ointment is maintained over a long period of time. The
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 4, 1 is an adhesive 2 on the upper surface of a flexible synthetic resin sheet or nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, paper or the like. A rectangular adhesive sheet that is applied, and sterilized with gauze of the same size and size as the guard film 3 through a rectangular thin guard film 3 at the center of the upper surface in the longitudinal direction. The pad 4 made of the cloth is adhered, and a predetermined amount of the ointment 5 is attached or applied to the upper surface of the pad 4.
[0015]
In order to provide a certain amount of the ointment 5 on the pad 4, the ointment 5 may be supplied in a lump form and attached, or the ointment 5 may be applied in layers. The pad 4 is fixed on the guard film 3 by attaching a part of the peripheral edge of the pad 4 to the adhesive 2 of the adhesive sheet 1 or by using a component of the ointment 5 on a part of the lower surface of the pad 4. What is necessary is just to apply | coat the adhesive agent which does not exert influence and to make it adhere with this adhesive agent.
[0016]
Reference numeral 6 denotes an ointment protective cover made of a thin sheet made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin which is non-breathable and has an appropriate rigidity, and is a rectangle having the same width as the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 and a shorter length than the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1. A flat rectangular blister portion 7 having a lower end made up of a four-sided peripheral wall portion 7a and a flat top wall portion 7b is entirely formed by bulging the central portion upward. ing. The depth of the blister part 7, that is, the height of the four-sided peripheral wall part 7a is based on the thickness of the pad 4 to which the ointment 5 is attached or applied (thickness between the lower surface of the pad 4 and the upper surface of the ointment 5). And the area surrounded by the inner peripheral surface of the four-side circumferential wall portion 7a is larger than the area of the pad 4, and the pad 4 on which the ointment 5 is adhered or applied in the blister portion 7 is formed. The lower surface of the ointment protective cover 6 at the four-side periphery of the blister part 7 is detachably attached to the adhesive 2 of the adhesive sheet 1.
[0017]
Further, a projection 8 whose lower end is in contact with the upper surface of the pad 4 protrudes downward from the center of the lower surface of the top wall portion 7b of the blister portion 7. The protrusion 8 has a protruding end portion, that is, a lower end portion formed on an arcuate or flat surface 8a in cross section, and the protruding end surface 8a is brought into contact with and received by the upper surface of the pad 4. Therefore, the blister portion 7, even if a pressing force acts downward, the top wall portion 7 b is prevented from bending downward and deformed, and between the top wall portion 7 b and the ointment 5 adhered or applied on the pad 4. A small interval is always maintained to prevent the ointment 5 from adhering to the lower surface of the top wall portion 7b. The number of the protrusions 8 is not limited to one, and several protrusions may be provided on the lower surface of the top wall portion 7b at small intervals.
[0018]
Further, the protrusion 8 is in a state of protruding into a part of the ointment 5 attached or applied on the pad 4 because the protruding end surface 8 a is in contact with and received by the upper surface of the pad 4. However, the amount of the ointment 5 adhering to the protrusion 8 is small, and there is a possibility that the shape of the ointment 5 on the pad 4 is greatly deformed when the ointment protective cover 6 is peeled off from the adhesive sheet 1. Absent. The ointment 5 may be attached or applied on the pad 4 other than the protrusions of the protrusions 8.
[0019]
9 and 9 are release paper pieces that are detachably attached to both ends in the lengthwise direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1, and the inner end portions of the release paper pieces 9 and 9 are folded upward to form overlapping end portions 9a and 9a, The both ends in the length direction of the ointment protective cover 6 are placed on the overlapping end portions 9a, 9a without bonding.
[0020]
The emergency bandage A configured as described above is stored in a sealed state in a transparent or translucent sachet B as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, for example. The adhesive bandage A is taken out, but it is not always necessary to store it in the sachet B, and a large number of emergency bandages A may be stored in the box in a laminated state.
[0021]
In the emergency bandage A before use, the pad 4 stuck on the adhesive sheet 1 is accommodated in the blister part 7 of the ointment protective cover 6 and the four-sided peripheral part of the blister part 7, that is, the ointment. Since the lower surface of the medicine protective cover 6 is adhered to the adhesive sheet 1, the pad 4 is sealed in the blister portion 7 and the ointment 5 attached to or applied to the upper surface of the pad 4 is aged. Can be prevented over a long period of time. Furthermore, since the protruding end surface 8a of the protrusion 8 protruding from the lower surface of the top wall portion 7b of the blister portion 7 is in contact with the upper surface of the pad 4, the top wall portion 7b of the blister portion 7 faces the pad 4 Even if an external pressure such as a pressing force is applied, the top wall 7b does not bend and deform toward the pad 4, and therefore, the ointment 5 can be prevented from adhering to the lower surface of the top wall 7b.
[0022]
Next, in use, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (d), if the ointment protective cover 6 is peeled off, the pad 4 adhered on the adhesive sheet 1 is exposed. The pad 4 is applied so that the ointment 5 adhered or applied to the wound is pressed against the wound mouth, and the adhesive sheet 1 is adhered to the skin surface. At this time, since both ends of the ointment protective cover 6 are placed on the overlapping end portions 9a, 9a of the release paper pieces 9, 9 attached on both ends of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1, without being bonded, The end of the ointment protection cover 6 is picked and pulled away from the adhesive sheet 1 to remove the ointment protection cover 6 and expose the pad 4 with a single touch. The release paper pieces 9 and 9 are peeled from the adhesive sheet 1. It can be used easily by doing.
[0023]
The protrusion 8 protruding from the lower surface of the top wall portion 7b of the blister portion 7 does not keep its protruding end surface 8a abutting on the pad 4, but is brought close to the top wall portion 7b. The projecting end surface 8a may be configured to abut on and be received on the pad 4 when bent downward and deformed. In short, the projection 8 is brought into contact with the pad 4 so that the top wall portion 7b What is necessary is just to be able to prevent the ointment 5 on the pad 4 from adhering to the lower surface.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the emergency adhesive bandage of the present invention, the pad with the ointment attached or applied to the upper surface is stuck to the center of the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and is bulged upward toward the center. An ointment protective cover having a blister portion and having a protrusion on the lower surface of the blister portion that prevents the blister portion from being deformed downward by contacting the pad can be peeled off from the adhesive sheet. The pad is housed in the blister part of the ointment protective cover and the ointment adhering or applying on the pad is covered with the blister part. Therefore, the ointment on the pad is stored in the blister part of the ointment protection cover and the lower surface of the ointment protection cover is attached to the adhesive sheet. In a state of being sealed in the blister in a state of being blocked in all, no fear that deterioration or curing occurs over a long period of time, it is capable of maintaining a predetermined efficacy.
[0025]
Furthermore, when carrying an emergency adhesive bandage or handling it, even if an unexpected pressing force acts on the blister part toward the pad side, the deformation prevention protrusion protruding from the lower surface of the blister part It is possible to reliably prevent the blister part from being bent downward by being received on the upper side, so that there is no risk of crushing the ointment on the pad and the ointment on the lower surface of the blister part. The drug can also be prevented from transferring and almost all ointment on the pad can be used for treatment.
[0026]
In addition, by simply removing the ointment protective cover from the adhesive sheet, the pad can be easily exposed in a state where the ointment on the pad is attached or applied, and immediately applied to the wound opening. In addition, the ointment does not attach the pad directly to the wound, unlike the chemical solution impregnated in the pad, and softly coats the wound to give a good feeling of sticking In addition, it can be easily peeled off without spreading or damaging the wound opening when peeling after treatment.
[0027]
Furthermore, since the ointment protective cover is releasably attached to the upper surface of the adhesive sheet and the pad is covered with the blister part of the ointment protective cover, the manufacture is easy and inexpensive. At the same time, since the ointment protective cover serves as a release paper, the pad can be exposed with one touch as described above, and the use becomes simple. In this case, in the invention according to claim 3, since the release paper piece is interposed between the end portion of the ointment protection cover and the end portion of the adhesive sheet, the end portion of the ointment protection cover on the release paper piece is removed. By pulling it away from the adhesive sheet, the ointment protective cover can be peeled off with a single touch to expose the pad.
[0028]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a guard film having a gas barrier property that prevents the permeation of components of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is adhered to the center of the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and the ointment is applied to the guard film. Since the pad to which the adhesive is applied or adhered is adhered, it is possible to reliably prevent the ointment from chemically reacting with the adhesive component on the adhesive sheet, and the efficacy of the ointment over a long period of time. Can be held.
