【従来の技術】
一般にコイルボビンは、その両端に設けられた鍔部の一端面を幅の広い端子保持部として、この端子保持部にL型接続端子を植設している。このボビンの鍔部の側面に沿って廻したコイルの端部は、前記L型接続端子とも平行に沿ってL型接続端子にカラゲ廻しされ、半田付けされるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
小型の高圧トランス等をプリント配線基板に搭載する際に、接続端子が外部からの影響を受けた場合、例えば周囲の部品に接触するような場合、接続端子が動き、線材に断線が発生するという問題がある。

そこで本発明は、接続端子にカラゲ廻されて半田付けされるコイルの端部に余裕を持たせることで、コイルの断線を防止するようにしたコイルボビンを提供することを目的とするものである。

上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、鍔部に形成された端子保持部に接続端子を設け、コイルの端部を前記接続端子に巻き付けて半田付けするコイルボビンにおいて、

その案内保持部より低い位置で前記接続端子が前記端子保持部に保持され、
前記案内保持部と前記接続端子を保持した端子保持部の間に段差が形成され、

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、鍔部に形成された端子保持部に接続端子を設け、コイルの端部を前記接続端子に巻き付けて半田付けするコイルボビンにおいて、前記コイルの端部を引き出す案内保持部を設けて、その案内保持部より低い位置で前記接続端子が前記端子保持部に保持され、前記案内保持部と前記接続端子を保持した端子保持部の間に段差が形成され、前記コイルの端部を前記案内保持部上に引き出してから前記段差を通って前記接続端子に巻き付けることにより、前記案内保持部と前記接続端子との間において、前記コイルの端部が角度θ1をもって斜めに設けられているので、コイルの端部に余裕を持たせることができ、断線を防止することが可能となる。
