この発明は電気スタンドに関し、さらに詳しくは、上下に伸縮可能なシェードをそなえた電気スタンドに関する。

【従来の技術】
提灯や行灯の火袋は落着いた和風の外観を有するとともに柔らかな透過光が得られるので、電気スタンドのシェードとしても用いられるようになり、球形又は円筒形等の提灯形のシェードをそなえた電気スタンドが提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

ところが上記の電気スタンドにおいては、スタンド金具の脚部は、高さの低い平板状の三脚や円盤状の支持台で構成されており、シェードの下端はこれらの脚に接近する下方位置まで延びているので、脚部のデザインに工夫する余地が少なく、またこの脚部を高くしてシェードをスタンド底面より上方離間位置に配置しようとすると、一体型の三脚や円盤状の支持台は背が高くなり、梱包容積が大きくなり包装や運搬に費用がかかるという問題点が生じる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は上記の問題点を解決しようとするもので、シェードの下方の脚部を上下に長くできデザインの変化に富むとともに、組立前の状態における脚部材がかさばらず梱包容積が小さくて済む、電気スタンドを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために請求項１記載の電気スタンドは、上部開口部から下部開口部に至る胴部を有し前記下部開口部の縁部内側に複数個の小環体を突設した上下に伸縮可能なシェードと、頂部に前記上部開口部に嵌合する嵌合部を有し底辺中央部に切欠環状の取付部をそなえた枠体と、一端部に切欠環状の取付部を有する横杆の他端部に縦杆を連設するとともに前記縦杆の上部外側に下向きの引掛片部を固設した複数本の脚体と、前記枠体および前記脚体の各取付部に挿通され中心部をコードが貫通する締結具をそなえたコード付きのランプソケットと、を具備し、前記締結具により前記枠体と前記脚体を前記ランプソケットに締結してスタンド本体を形成し、前記シェードの上部開口部を前記枠体の嵌合部に嵌合させるとともに前記小環体を前記脚体の引掛片部に掛止させることにより、前記シェードを前記スタンド本体に保持させるようにしたことを特徴とする。

この発明において「上下」，「上部」，「下部」，「頂部」，「底辺」等は、電気スタンド組立状態における各方向，各位置を指すものである。また請求項１，３における「複数個の小環体」および「複数本の脚体」の「複数」は、３以上の複数を指す（２は除外）ものとする。

この発明によれば、スタンド本体にシェードを保持させた状態で、脚体の引掛片部下方の縦杆部がシェードの下方に大きく露出するので、縦杆部の長さや形状の選定とこれに組合せるシェードの形状の選定等により、脚部が長く種々の変化に富むデザインの電気スタンドを得ることができる。また電気スタンドの組立前の状態においては、脚体は扁平な形状であるのでかさばらず、他の部品とともにスタンド構成部品一式を梱包したときの梱包容積が小さくて済む。

上記の作用効果に加えて、請求項３，４に記載の発明によれば、シェードの上部開口部の上部小環体が、枠体によりリング部を保持されたシェード保持具のアーム先端のフック部で保持されるので、シェードの上部開口部を大きくとることができ、上方への投射光量が大きく且つシェード内からの放熱が良好となり、上部開口部の巾に合せて広巾大型の枠体を用いる必要もない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図１〜図６に示す第１例により、この発明の実施の形態を説明する。図中、１は電気スタンドで、スタンド本体２にシェード３を保持させて成る。シェード３は、提灯の火袋に似た略球状の外観を有し、らせん状に巻回した竹ひご４の両端を針金製の上部環５および下部環６に接続し、この骨組体の外側に和紙７を貼付けて、上部開口部８から下部開口部９に至る胴部を形成した、上下に伸縮可能な構造を有する。１０は図４にも示すように、下部開口部９の縁材である下部環６を局部的に小直径でひと巻きして形成した小環体で、下部開口部９の内側に突出する形で、複数個（この例では３個）設けられている。

次にスタンド本体２の構成部材について説明すると、１１は針金（この例においては直径約２mmの鋼線）を折曲成形して両端部を溶接した縦長フレーム状の枠体で、図３に示すように頂部にシェード３の上部開口部８に嵌合する凸起状の嵌合部１２を、底辺１３の中央部に切欠環状（Ω字状）の取付部１４を、それぞれ折曲加工により形成してある。

２１は針金（この例においては直径約２mmの鋼線）を略Ｌ字状に折曲成形した成形品を主体とする脚体で、一端部に切欠環状の取付部２２を形成した横杆２３の他端部に、斜め下方に延びる縦杆２４を連設して成る。２５は先端部側が下方に向いた引掛片部で、縦杆２４の上部の外側（取付部２２と反対側）に設けられ、この例では、横杆２３と縦杆２４の間に介在する形で、針金の折曲成形により形成されている。この脚体２１は、シェード３の小環体１０の個数と同じ複数本（この例では３本）用いられる。２６は縦杆２４の下端部に嵌込固着したゴム製の小球状のキャップで、上記下端部の針金が湾曲状に折曲成形されている場合などは省略してもよい。

３１はコード３２付きのランプソケットで、ランプ３３がねじ込まれ、３４はプルスイッチである。３５はランプソケット３１のコード側に設けた締結具で、ランプソケット３１に基部を固設した植込ボルト形式のボルト３６につまみナット３７をねじ込む形式のもので、ボルト３６の中心部にはコード貫通穴が設けられ、またボルト３６は、枠体１１の取付部１４および脚体２１の取付部２２に、少量のすきまをもって嵌合する外径寸法を有する。

上記各部材の組立前の状態では、図４に示すように、３本の脚体２１は扁平な針金折曲体であるのでかさばらず、枠体１１も扁平形状でありシェード３は薄い円盤状に折たたむことができるので、スタンド構成部品１セット分を梱包する際の梱包容積は小さくて済む。

開梱後に上記各部材を用いて電気スタンド１を組立てるには、先ず図５に示すように、ランプソケット３１のボルト３６からつまみナット３７をはずして、このボルト３６とつまみナット３７間のコード３２に、枠体１１の取付部１４および３本の脚体２１の取付部２２を嵌込む。この嵌込みは、各取付部の側方に開口する切欠部１４ａ，２２ａ（図３参照）を経てコード３２を各取付部内に導入することにより簡単におこなえる。次いでつまみナット３７をボルト３６に締付ければ、この締付けにより各部が一体化した図６に示すスタンド本体２が得られる。

このスタンド本体２に対して、図６に示すようにランプ３３をソケット部へねじ込み後、枠体１１の上方からシェード３を被せ、上部開口部８を枠体１１の嵌合部１２に嵌合させたのち、シェード３の下部環６を下方へ引下げて、各小環体１０を各脚体２１の引掛片部２５に掛止させれば、電気スタンド１の組立品が得られ、このシェード３の取付も迅速容易におこなえるのである。またランプ３３の交換などの際は、上記と反対の手順でシェード３の取外しも簡単におこなえる。シェード３の上方に突出した枠体１１の嵌合部１２は、手提げ用の取手として利用できる。

次に図７〜図１１に示す第２例により、この発明の実施の形態を説明する。この例の電気スタンド４１は、シェード４３および枠体１１の形状および脚体４５の構造が前記第１例とは異なるが、その他は第１例と同様な構造を有するものであり、図１〜図６と同一または相当部分には同一符号を付して図示し、これらの部分の詳細な説明は省略し、以下他の例においても同様とする。

すなわち、シェード４３は全体が行灯の火袋に似た角筒状の外観を有し、角筒状に巻回した竹ひご４の両端を、針金製で角リング状の上部環５および下部環６に接続し、この骨組体の外側に和紙７を貼付けて胴部を形成してある。そして下部環６には、第１例の小環体１０と同じ形成方法により、図８に示すように下部開口部９の中心Ｐに対して対称位置に配置された小環体１０ａ，１０ａと小環体１０ｂ，１０ｂとから成る２対の小環体を、下部開口部９の内側に突出する形で設けてある。

枠体１１は頂部の嵌合部１２が角張った形に成形されている他は、第１例の枠体と同形状を有する。脚体４５は第１例と同じく針金の折曲成形品から成り、図１０に示すように、中央部に切欠環状（Ω字状）の取付部４６を形成した横杆４７の両端部に、第１例と同様な下向きの引掛片部４８を介して縦杆４９を連設して成る。脚体４５は２本用いるが、針金の線径や組立後の折曲げ調整のしやすさ等によっては、組立後のガタつきをなくするために、一方の脚体４５の縦杆４９の長さを、他方の脚体４５の縦杆４９より上記線径分だけ長くするのが好ましい。

この例においても各部材の組立前の状態では、脚体４５は扁平な針金製品であるのでかさばらず、第１例と同様に梱包容積は小さくて済む。

スタンド本体４２の組立時には、図１１に示すように２本の脚体４５，４５の取付部４６を、枠体１１の取付部１４と同様にしてコード３２に嵌込み、その他は第１例と同様につまみナット３７による締付けをおこなえばよい。得られたスタンド本体４２に対するシェード４３の装着時には、下部環６の４個の小環体１０ａ，１０ａ，１０ｂ，１０ｂを脚体組立体の４個所の引掛片部４８に掛止させればよく、これによって１本の脚体４５の両端部の引掛片部４８，４８に一対の小環体１０ａ，１０ａが、他方の脚体４５の両端部の引掛片部４８，４８に一対の小環体１０ｂ，１０ｂが、それぞれ掛止された状態となり、第１例と同様にシェード４３の取付を迅速容易におこなえる。

次に図１２および図１３に示す第３例により、この発明の実施の形態を説明する。この例の電気スタンド５１のシェード５３は、テーパ角筒状の外観を有し、第２例と同様に角リング状の下部環６には、第２例と同様に小環体１０ａ，１０ａと小環体１０ｂ，１０ｂを設けてある。これに加えて角リング状の上部環５には、複数個（この例では４個）の上部小環体５４を、上部開口部８の内側へ突出する形で設けてある。

５５はシェード保持具で、上記上部小環体５４に係脱されるフック部５７を先端にそなえた針金製の複数本（この例では４本）のアーム５６の基部を、リング体５８に放射状に溶接して成る。そして枠体１１としては、頂部の嵌合部１２がリング体５８の穴５８ａに嵌合する形状のものを用い、スタンド本体５２のその他の構成部材は、第２例と同じである。

この例の電気スタンド５１では、シェード保持具５５を用いるので、シェード５３の上部開口部８を大きくとることができ、上方への投射光量が大きく且つシェード５３内からの放熱が良好な電気スタンドが得られ、枠体１１は後述の図１４の場合のような広巾大型のものとする必要はない。

この発明は上記各例に限定されるものではなく、たとえばシェード３は、上記以外の各種形状のものとしてもよく、またその胴部は、上記の和紙等の紙の他、透光性を有する布地（たとえば絹布）や合成樹脂シートなどの、各種の可撓性シートで構成することができ、さらに図１４および図１５に示すように、竹ひごなしで和紙その他の可撓性シートのみで胴部を構成してもよい。また図１４および図１６に示すようにシェード３の上部環５に設けた小環体６１に枠体１１の小突起状の嵌合部１２を嵌合させるものや、図１５に示すように上部環５を有せず周囲を布等の裏打材６２で補強したシェード３の上部開口部８に枠体１１の嵌合部１２を嵌合させ枠体１１の頂辺部１５でシェード３の肩部内側を保持するもの等も、請求項１，２の発明におけるシェードの上部開口部およびこれに嵌合する枠体の嵌合部の実施態様に含まれるものである。

また図１７に示すように、脚体２１はその縦杆２４を折曲げ状としたり湾曲状とするなど、各種の形状とすることができ、脚体４５についても同様である。また上記各例では、脚体２１，４５および枠体１１を針金の折曲成形体で構成したので、使用部材数が少なく構造が簡潔であるという長所を有するものであるが、図１８に示すように、脚体２１は針金の線径によっては、縦杆２４とは別体のＬ字状の引掛片部２５を縦杆２４の上部に溶接したり、板材製の切欠環状の取付部２２を横杆２３の端部に溶接するなど、針金の折曲成形体以外の構造としてもよく、脚体４５および枠体１１（の取付部１４）も同様な構造としてもよい。

さらに脚体２１，４５は、上記の針金以外の各種金属の線材や棒材（たとえばアルミニウム線材）で構成したり、合成樹脂の線材や棒材あるいは一体成形品などで構成してもよく、その断面も多角形状など円形以外のものとしてもよく、合成樹脂の成形品で構成する場合は、取付部２２，４６や引掛片部２５，４８等は横杆や縦杆と一体に成形することにより形成できる。また枠体１１も上記の脚体と同様に針金以外の材料や製法により構成してもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したようにこの発明によれば、横杆部と縦杆部を有する複数本の脚体をランプソケットに締結して電気スタンドの脚部を形成し、シェードの下部を縦杆部の上部に設けた引掛片部により保持するようにしたので、脚体の縦杆部はシェードの下方に大きく露出し、脚部が長くデザインの変化に富む電気スタンドが得られる。また組立前の状態では脚体は扁平形状でかさばらず、梱包容積が小さくて済み、包装や運搬の費用も低減化できる。
