Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spray nozzle for generating a liquid flow that ejects a liquid flow in a liquid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is provided a spray nozzle for generating a liquid flow used for submerged cleaning of small parts, immersion cleaning, or stirring of liquid in a tank. However, in this spray nozzle, when the spraying operation is performed in the liquid, the spray angle is as narrow as about 10 degrees, it is difficult to apply the liquid flow to the object over a wide range, and the stirring action of the liquid in the tank becomes insufficient. ing. Further, in the above liquid jet, there is a problem that stable cleaning cannot be realized when the object has an uneven portion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention can apply the liquid flow to the object over a wide range, sufficiently agitate the liquid in the tank, and realize stable cleaning even if the object has uneven portions. Objective.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, there is provided a bubble liquid flow generation spray nozzle that draws air from the atmosphere by a pressure injection liquid flow and injects a liquid flow containing fine bubbles in the liquid , the air inlet being formed in the body. and the mixing chamber together with the orifice plate is provided in the body is formed, said orifice plate is injected toward the bubble liquid flow in the center of the mixing chamber collide, so as to eject the air bubble liquid flow Two orifices extending obliquely with respect to the central axis of the body are provided, the mixing chamber communicates with an elliptical jet port extending in the direction of the central axis of the body, and the elliptical shape of the jet port includes the two orifices The above object can be realized by forming the long axis that intersects the connecting line in a direction perpendicular to the connecting line .
[0005]
[Action]
Thus, according to the spray nozzle configured as described above, the liquid flow can be applied to the object over a wide range, and the cleaning operation can be performed quickly and efficiently. Wash thoroughly.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a spray nozzle 10 according to the present invention is shown, and the spray nozzle 10 includes a body 11. An orifice plate 12 is disposed in the body 11, and the orifice plate 12 is fixed by an orifice adapter 13 coupled to the body 11. In this case, in combination with the orifice plate 12, an air inlet 14 is defined in the body 11, the inlet 14 communicates with a mixing chamber 15 in the center of the body 11, and the mixing chamber 15 is the central axis of the body 11. It communicates with an elliptical outlet 16 extending in the direction. At this time, the elliptical shape of the jet outlet 16 is formed so as to have a long axis that intersects the line connecting the two orifices 17 and 17a in a direction perpendicular to the line.
[0007]
Thereby, the fan-shaped liquid flow from the jet nozzle 16 can be flattened, and the spraying power can be extended and the cleaning power can be increased.
[0008]
The orifice plate 12 is provided with two orifices 17 and 17 a extending obliquely with respect to the central axis of the body 11. The orifices 17 and 17 a extend between the liquid flow introduction path 13 A of the orifice adapter 13 and the mixing chamber 15. . The orifices 17 and 17 a inject the introduced liquid flow toward the center of the mixing chamber 15. In addition, the orifice adapter 13 is securely attached to the body 11 by the pin 18.
[0009]
Here, referring to FIG. 3, the spray nozzle 10 according to the present invention has a spray nozzle 10 installed at a predetermined depth ND in a tank filled with a liquid level LL, and the pressure liquid PL is supplied through a liquid supply pipe LS. The air is supplied to the liquid flow introduction path 13 </ b> A, and the air supply pipe AS is connected to the air inlet 14.
[0010]
However, if the pressure liquid PL is fed into the liquid flow introduction path 13A of the spray nozzle 10, the pressure liquid water is directed from the orifices 17 and 17a of the orifice plate 12 toward the central portion of the mixing chamber 15, and is 20 to 60 degrees. It is injected with an angle. Along with this injection, the air in the inlet 14 is drawn out to the mixing chamber 15 without being pressurized, collides in the mixing chamber 15 to generate turbulent flow, and a large number of fine bubbles are generated in the liquid. Is done.
[0011]
At this time, by providing a position for injecting the pressurized liquid water from the two orifices 17 and 17a on the inner side with respect to the central axis of the body 11 from the air inlet 14, the liquid can be applied without applying pressure to the air as described above. Can be drawn into the flow. Moreover, the injection angle from the jet nozzle 16 can be an angle exceeding at least 30 degrees. Further, three or more orifices can be arranged. In this case, a jet liquid flow having a wider jet angle and a circular full cone shape can be delivered. Two or more jet outlets 16 may be arranged. In this case, the angle of each jet liquid flow is narrow.
[0012]
4 and 5 show another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a lock nut 19 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the body 11 on the injection port 16 side, and the lock nut 19 is loosened. By tightening, the body 11 and the orifice plate 12 are disassembled from the front side of the body 11, and the orifices 17 and 17a can be easily cleaned.
[0013]
4 and 5 are the same as those described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, and the same operation and effect can be obtained.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention configured as described above, the liquid flow from the injection port can be ejected at a wide angle, and since a large number of fine bubbles are held, the object is clean even if there are uneven portions. The cleaning can be effectively realized.
