Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the mounting member side lattice, in particular, mounting easy, it relates to a mounting member of the strong surface grid impact in a direction removed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the method shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is generally used as a method of attaching an aluminum surface lattice to an aluminum sash window of a building such as a house.
In the method of FIGS. 8 and 9, first, the lower drainer 118 is fixed to the lower frame of the sash frame 102 with a screw 161 as shown in FIG. Next, the two surface lattice mounting brackets 101 are fixed to the lower drainer 118 with the screws 108 to the lower drainer 118.
[0003]
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower frame of the surface grid 103 is fixed to the surface grid mounting bracket 101 with screws 151. Further, the upper frame of the surface lattice 103 is fixed to the sash frame 102 with screws 162.
[0004]
However, in the conventional method of attaching the surface grid fixed to the lower drainer 118 with the screws 161, it is necessary to penetrate the screws 161 to the building wall 107 as shown in FIG. 10 in order to maintain the surface grid mounting strength. There is a possibility that rainwater or the like may enter the wall 107 through the screw hole of the screw 161.
Further, in order to fix the lower frame of the surface lattice 103 to the lower frame of the sash frame 102, it is necessary to fix the surface lattice 103 three times using three kinds of screws 161, 108, and 151. There was also a problem that installation was troublesome.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and to provide an attachment member for a surface lattice that is easy to attach and in which water does not easily enter the building. Another object of the present invention is to provide a mounting member for a surface grid which has few parts and assembly man-hours and is strong against impact in the direction of removal.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a surface grid mounting member for connecting and fixing a surface grid to a sash frame, the mounting member comprising a substantially plate-like main body, A surface lattice fixing portion that is continuously formed on one side along the longitudinal direction of the main body, and fixes the surface lattice, and a branch portion that branches from the main body to the side opposite to the surface lattice fixing portion. The opposite side of the surface lattice fixing portion of the main body and the free end portion side of the branch portion are located between a pair of engagement pieces formed in a direction along the side of the sash frame, and the pair of engagement portions The main body and the branch part are formed so as to be longer than the sash frame, and the branch part or the main body is provided with a screw hole. The hole is solved by being formed at a position outside the both ends of the sash frame .
[0007]
As described above, the surface lattice fixing portion for fixing the surface lattice, and a branch portion that branches from the main body to the opposite side of the surface lattice fixing portion, The opposite side and the free end portion side of the branch portion are positioned between a pair of engagement pieces formed in a direction along the side of the sash frame, and are configured to be engaged and assembled with the pair of engagement pieces. Therefore, the attachment member of the surface lattice can be fixed to the sash frame with one touch, and the attachment of the surface lattice to the sash frame can be performed very easily. In the process of fixing the surface grid, the number of parts and the number of assembly steps can be reduced.
