Description
【0001】
【0047】
【0048】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heavy-duty pneumatic tire, and more particularly to a pneumatic tire for use in heavy vehicles such as construction vehicles and industrial vehicles, and more particularly, a heavy load with improved stability of tires related to rolling and pitching of vehicles. The present invention relates to a heavy duty pneumatic tire.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Construction vehicles, especially wheel loaders (tire loaders), generally have many opportunities to travel on rough terrain, and the vehicle is prone to rolling (pitching) and pitching (pitching). A part of the earth and sand and crushed stone that has been put in a cup is likely to fall on the road surface, or when these earth and sand and crushed stone are loaded onto other heavy vehicles such as dump trucks, a rapid vehicle is used to improve the loading efficiency of the wheel loader. Stopping is usually performed, and at that time, in addition to rolling, large pitching also occurs, which impedes loading, and sometimes the bucket hits the loading platform frame of the dump truck, and both may be damaged. For industrial vehicles, especially forklifts, the load may collapse due to rolling and pitching.
[0003]
Therefore, pneumatic tires used in these construction vehicles and industrial vehicles are required to have a performance that exhibits excellent stability without causing significant rolling or pitching on the vehicle without distinguishing between radial ply tires and bias ply tires. Naturally, therefore, in the case of the radial ply tire shown in the left half cross section in FIG. 10, the thickness of the

Further, as a means advanced from the increase in rubber thickness shown in FIG. 10, a reinforcing
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
All of the above-described stability improving means applied to the tire has only been able to reduce the amount of flexural deformation by a measure for improving the static spring constant under a load applied to the tire. However, according to previous studies, rolling and pitching are not sufficient to reduce the initial initial amplitude, that is, to suppress the amount of tire deformation to a small extent. It has been found that it is necessary to improve the resilience of the tire deformation caused by the input fluctuation to the tire when passing through rolling, that is, the damping of each of rolling and pitching of the tire.
[0006]
Therefore, in the inventions described in
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in
Two types of rubbers with different compounding compositions that are divided into the outer and the inner in the radial direction of the tire along the innermost carcass ply in the region extending from the tire tread portion closer to the tire equator to the vicinity of the bead portion. The reinforcing rubber layer is arranged,
With the inner end of the outer reinforcing rubber layer outward from the carcass position corresponding to the tire maximum width position, and the outer end of the inner reinforcing rubber layer,
The rubber of the outer reinforcing rubber layer has a 100% modulus that is larger than the 100% modulus of the rubber of the inner reinforcing rubber layer,
The rubber of the inner reinforcing rubber layer is a heavy duty pneumatic tire characterized by having a tan δ larger than that of the rubber of the outer reinforcing rubber layer.
[0008]
The tire maximum width position mentioned above refers to the width position obtained when the tire is assembled to its applicable rim and filled with the maximum air pressure of the tire, and the applicable rim and maximum air pressure are described in the 1998 edition, JATMA YERA BOOK. Follow the contents.
[0009]
The pneumatic tire includes a carcass that is a one-ply rubber-coated radial array steel cord extending in a toroidal shape between a pair of bead cores, and three or more rubber-coated steel cord crossings that reinforce the tread portion on the outer periphery of the carcass. A pneumatic radial tire with a layered belt;
It includes a carcass that becomes a four-ply or more rubber-covered bias-aligned organic fiber cord extending in a toroidal shape between a pair of bead cores, and a pneumatic bias tire including a plurality of layers of breakers disposed on the outer periphery of the carcass, and The same.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 2 is a schematic left half sectional view of a heavy duty pneumatic bias tire according to the present invention,
3 to 5 are schematic left half sectional views of a heavy-duty pneumatic radial tire different from the tire shown in FIG. 1.
[0018]
1 and 2, a heavy load pneumatic radial tire (hereinafter referred to as a radial tire) and a heavy load pneumatic bias tire (hereinafter referred to as a bias tire) include a pair of bead portions 1 (shown only on one side) 1 and a pair of sides. It has a wall part 2 (only one side is shown) and a

As shown in FIG. 6, the concentrated load W is inclined with respect to the tire equatorial plane E, or the reaction force f from the oblique direction. S In response, when the lateral force component f acts on the tire, the innermost ply of the
[0027]
The tire released from the lateral deformation generates rolling vibration (vibration in the direction of a double-headed arrow in the figure) having a certain period and a certain amplitude, and this rolling vibration is attenuated with the passage of time (refer to an example described later). . Therefore, first, each part of the tire that contributes most to the amount of lateral deformation is examined in a state where the lateral force f is constant. It was clarified that the contribution of large and small was the most significant. On the other hand, it was also elucidated that the region with the largest deformation amount extends from the vicinity of the tire maximum width position M to the
[0028]
By the way, a rubber with high rigidity, that is, a rubber with a large 100% modulus is effective for suppressing the lateral deformation of the tire, and it has a high hysteresis loss characteristic to increase the damping characteristic of the rolling vibration of the tire, that is, to shorten the damping time. A rubber having a large tan δ value is effective. However, as shown in the graph of FIG. 7, as a rubber that can be realized in any way, a rubber having a large 100% modulus has a small value of tan δ, and a rubber having a large value of tan δ is 100% of a small value. It is inevitable to have a modulus. This is the second fact.
[0029]
Therefore, based on the first fact and the second fact described above, the position near the tire equatorial plane E of the

[0042]
Using the tires of Conventional Examples 1 to 3 and the tires of Examples 1 and 2 as test tires, a rolling test using the following actual wheel loader was performed.
First, each test tire is assembled to its applicable rim 17.00 / 2.0 and filled with a maximum internal pressure of 500 kPa, which is a vehicle weight of 15 tons and a bucket capacity of 2.5 m. Three Attached to the four wheels of the wheel loader.
[0043]
As shown in the profile side view of the wheel loader in FIG. 8, a wire rope secured to the side of the bucket as shown in the upper left of FIG. 9 in a state where the bucket is fully loaded with earth and sand and the bucket is lifted to the highest position. Next, as shown in the upper right of FIG. 9, under the state where the lateral force f is applied, the connection of the connecting tool provided in the middle of the wire rope is disconnected. This causes the wheel loader to roll in the direction of the double-headed arrow shown in the figure, and the rolling (vibration) over time is recorded by a displacement meter installed inside the wheel loader.
[0044]
An example of the obtained recording is shown in the lower part of FIG. The horizontal axis is time, and the vertical axis is the magnitude of shaking. The magnitude of the shaking is expressed with plus (+) above and minus (-) below when the frame is stationary on a horizontal plane. Symbol IC (mm) represents an initial state immediately before the coupling member is disconnected, and shows a swaying (rolling) curve immediately after release from the action of the lateral force f.
[0045]
Here, the rolling evaluation is divided into two, and the initial state IC (mm) representing the size of the rolling and the initial amplitude PP (mm) are collectively evaluated as the rolling amount, and the initial period L 1 (Mm seconds), secondary period L 2 (Mm seconds) and final period L F (L Three ) (Mm seconds) and negative amplitude l 1 (Mm), l 2 (Mm), l Three (Mm) and {(l 1 / L 1 ) + (L 2 / L 2 ) + (L Three / L Three )} / 3 was evaluated as Percent of Critical Damping. The smaller the values of the rolling amount and the rolling damping property, the better. The reciprocal of the rolling amount and the rolling damping property are represented by an index with the tire of the conventional example 1 being 100. The higher the index, the better.
[0046]
For each of the tires of the conventional examples 1 to 3 and the tires of Examples 1 and 2, the reinforcing

[0048]
From the results shown in Table 1, while the tire of Conventional Example 2 is superior in rolling amount to the tire of Conventional Example 1, the rolling attenuation is not so effective, and the tire of Conventional Example 3 is rolling damping. On the other hand, the rolling amount is not so effective, but the tires of Examples 1 and 2 are significantly reduced in rolling amount and markedly improved in rolling damping compared to the tire of Conventional Example 1. It can be seen that is achieved at the same time.
