【0096】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a buried waste filling material, a manufacturing method, and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, a buried waste that is easy to construct and can maintain a barrier function such as water shielding performance and radionuclide delay performance over a long period from the beginning. The present invention relates to a filler, a manufacturing method and a construction method thereof.

[Prior art]
The biggest theme in recent years is the establishment of waste disposal facilities for landfilling industrial and municipal waste as a result of the development of social industries, as well as the number of high and low level radioactive waste in nuclear power generation. It is how to dispose of disposal for 100 years without causing any obstacle to social life.
[0003]
In a disposal facility for landfilling industrial waste and general waste, in order to prevent industrial waste from affecting the human living environment, spilled sewage from the wastewater penetrates the ground to prevent environmental pollution. It is obliged to treat so as not to cause it, and a storage facility as shown in FIG. 12 (a) is planned to be buried underground.

Therefore, in the industrial waste or radioactive waste disposal facilities described above, it is important that the facilities have the required barrier function for a long period of thousands or thousands of years. The clay-based fillers installed around the enclosure for storing goods and the waste package are required to be able to maintain barrier functions such as water shielding performance and radionuclide delay performance over a long period of time.
[0012]
Therefore, as the clay-based
[0013]
Since the bentonite filler has a remarkably small water permeability coefficient, the amount of groundwater coming into contact with the waste can be suppressed, and leakage of radionuclides due to advection phenomenon can also be suppressed. Further, even if it is assumed that the waste container expands in volume due to long-term corrosion, it is considered that the bentonite filler exhibits a dynamic buffering effect.
[0014]
However, in the case of a 100% blended bentonite filler, a dry density of 1.3 Mg / m by on-site construction.ThreeIt is said that it is difficult to construct as the above bentonite filler.

Similarly, a filler with an aggregate content of 20% has a dry density of 1.6 Mg / m2 depending on the construction site.ThreeIt is said that it is difficult to construct the above bentonite filler.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is proposed in view of the above circumstances, and is a buried waste that can easily construct a filler that can maintain a barrier function such as a water shielding performance and a radionuclide delay performance from the beginning and can be maintained over a long period of time. The filler, the manufacturing method and the construction method are provided.
[0026]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for producing a buried waste filler according to claim 1 is a method for producing a buried waste filler filled between a buried waste storage enclosure and a buried disposal hole. The bentonite powder is kneaded with predetermined water to knead bentonite slurry, and the bentonite slurry is kneaded with granular bentonite high-density solid to knead fluid bentonite concrete. AndBy kneading fluid bentonite / concrete, the barrier functions such as water shielding performance and radionuclide retardation performance are established from the beginning, and this is maintained for a long time.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing an embedded waste filler, wherein the aggregate is kneaded together with the granular bentonite high-density solid in the first or second filler production method. It is characterized byIn addition to the above functions, the barrier function and strength are strengthened.
[0034]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The filler according to the present invention is a manufacturing method in which bentonite is kneaded with predetermined water to knead bentonite slurry, and then bentonite slurry is kneaded with bentonite high-density solid to knead bentonite concrete. It consists of.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0035]
FIG. 1 shows the steps of a production method for forming a filler according to the present invention, which can be cast as a fluid by kneading a bentonite filler into a viscous fluid, and is similar to ordinary cement concrete. It is possible to adopt a general pumping method and a casting method that are construction methods.
[0036]
Therefore, unlike the conventional construction method in which block-shaped filler members are stacked, there is no gap. Moreover, since it can be cast as a fluid, it can be constructed with construction efficiency comparable to that of cement concrete.
[0037]
In the present embodiment,
[0038]
Next, a bentonite
[0039]
The bentonite /
[0040]
The water may be added once, but it may be divided into multiple times.
[0041]
Bentonite / concrete is in the state of a complex viscous fluid at the beginning of kneading, but after predetermined pouring, it is flattened as a desired bentonite-based filler, but these flattened forms are Can be explained as follows.
[0042]
That is, montmorillonite, which occupies about half of bentonite, inherently has swelling characteristics peculiar to clay minerals, and therefore has the property of absorbing water and volume expansion. It is also a filler with extremely low water permeability.
[0043]
This characteristic of bentonite can be confirmed by a graph in which the relationship between the dry density of bentonite and the hydraulic conductivity shown in FIG. 2 is arranged. As the graph suggests, the dry density is about 1.8-2.0 Mg / mThreeThe permeability coefficient of bentonite is 1 × 10-13Since it is about m / s and is very small, water does not enter the coarse bentonite immediately after kneading.
[0044]
Therefore, only bentonite having a small particle size is dispersed in water to form a bentonite slurry. In the bentonite slurry, a coarse bentonite solid is suspended as a fluid. Will behave.
[0045]
However, as the time-lapse state shown in FIG. 3 shows, the high-density coarse-grained bentonite solid body slowly absorbs the water in the bentonite slurry in FIG. The bentonite
[0046]
For this reason, in the bentonite slurry, the bentonite
[0047]
Thus, the bentonite slurry in the final state of FIG. 3 (c) progresses so that the water content ratio of the bentonite solid body is equal to the water content ratio of bentonite. A bentonite filler having a uniform water content and dry density is formed.
[0048]
Therefore, the buried waste filler according to the present invention is composed of bentonite high density solid material in bentonite to constitute bentonite concrete, and has barrier functions such as water shielding performance and radionuclide retardation performance from the beginning. While establishing, this has been maintained for a long time.
[0049]
In the following, the above embodiment will be confirmed for a specific example of the present embodiment.
[0050]
Example 1
Powdered bentonite is commercially available, and the average particle size is about 30 μm. In this powdered bentonite, water is blended so as to have a water content ratio of 700% or more and kneaded to make a bentonite slurry. The wet density of the kneaded bentonite slurry is about 1.09 Mg / mThreeThe dry density is about 0.13 Mg / mThreeIt is.
[0051]
The viscosity of the bentonite slurry having such a water content is 100 to 3000 mPa · s, and is a low-viscosity filler that can be pumped.
[0052]
Next, bentonite solids having a particle diameter of 2 mm to several tens of millimeters are additionally mixed and kneaded into the bentonite slurry to knead bentonite concrete. The permeability coefficient is 1 × 10-TenIt is much smaller than m / s and does not absorb water in a short time.
[0053]
For example, the density is about 2.3 Mg / mThreeWhen 100% bentonite granular solid is kneaded into bentonite slurry at a volume ratio of slurry: solid = 0.3: 0.7, the bentonite solid is water in a short time. Since it does not dissolve in the bentonite slurry, it floats in the bentonite slurry and the entire kneaded filler behaves as a fluid. Such a state is a state similar to a kneaded state of coarse aggregate / fine aggregate and cement milk in cement concrete, and bentonite / concrete can be fluid-placed.
[0054]
Bentonite concrete is divided into a slurry part with a water content of 700-800% and a bentonite solid part with a water content of about 10% immediately after mixing, but the bentonite solid will eventually absorb water and contain water. The ratio is increased, and the surrounding slurry part is deprived of water, and the water content ratio is lowered by the desorption of the water, so that the composition ratio of bentonite and water finally becomes homogeneous as a whole. A homogeneous bentonite filler having a water content of 100% or less is obtained.
[0055]
For example, in the above blending example, assuming that air is completely excluded, the calculated dry density is (2.3 × 0.7 + 0.13 × 0.3) ÷ 1 = 1.65 Mg / mThreeThe wet density is 2.04 Mg / mThreeThe bentonite-based filler, which has been a fluid immediately after kneading, eventually solidifies as a solid.
[0056]
(Example 2)
The density is about 2.0 Mg / mThreeAssuming that 100% bentonite solid was kneaded into bentonite slurry at a volume ratio of slurry: solid = 0.3: 0.7, air was completely eliminated. When calculated, (2.0 × 0.7 + 0.13 × 0.3) ÷ 1 = 1.44 Mg / mThreeThe dry density of about 1.91 Mg / mThreeThe bentonite-based filler, which was a fluid immediately after kneading, eventually solidifies as a solid. FIG. 4 shows another process of the manufacturing method constituting the filler according to the present invention, and the bentonite filler in this embodiment can be placed as a fluid while changing the form of kneading into a viscous fluid. is there.
[0057]
In the present embodiment, the
[0058]
Next, the
[0059]
The bentonite /
[0060]
The water may be added once, but it may be divided into multiple times.
[0061]
In the manufacturing method constituting the filler of the present invention, in order to knead the bentonite slurry, a mixed liquid of water and a hydrophilic organic liquid such as ethanol or methanol is injected into the powdered bentonite 1, The form of flattening as a desired bentonite-based filler after predetermined placement can be described as an example in ethanol as follows.
[0062]
In other words, ethanol is different from water in that even if it is absorbed in the crystal structure of montmorillonite, which accounts for about half of bentonite, its physical properties are unlikely to change. The swelling state is slow. For this reason, compared with the said embodiment knead | mixed only with water, it can hybridize to a higher concentration bentonite slurry.
[0063]
Therefore, only bentonite having a small particle size is dispersed in water to form a bentonite slurry, and in the bentonite slurry, a coarse bentonite solid body floats for a long time. It will behave as a fluid in.
[0064]
For example, the wet density of the bentonite slurry kneaded by blending powdered bentonite: water: ethanol = 100: 60: 32 is about 1.41 Mg / m.ThreeAnd the density when dried is about 0.71 Mg / m.ThreeSince the viscosity of bentonite slurry is 1500 to 4000 mP · s, it constitutes a low-viscosity filler that can be pumped.
[0065]
In addition, bentonite concrete kneaded by adding a bentonite solid body having a particle size of 2 mm to several tens of mm in a high density state to this bentonite slurry has a tendency to absorb water, but has a water permeability coefficient. Is 1 × 10-TenSince it is much smaller than m / s, it does not absorb water in a short time.
[0066]
That is,
[0067]
Unlike ethanol, ethanol has a characteristic that even if it is absorbed into the crystal structure of montmorillonite, it does not easily change its physical properties. Therefore, ethanol in a liquid phase does not enter the coarse-grained bentonite immediately after kneading. Accordingly, the high density bentonite
[0068]
As the time passes, the liquid phase ethanol penetrates into the coarse bentonite solid as shown in FIG. 5B, and the bentonite solid is dispersed in the liquid phase. On the contrary, the liquid-solid ratio of bentonite / slurry decreases.
[0069]
And, as the liquid-solid ratio of bentonite slurry and the liquid-solid ratio of bentonite solid body become equal, the viscosity of bentonite increases drastically, so that ethanol bentonite slurry no longer behaves as a fluid. Thus, the ethanol / bentonite slurry at this point becomes a highly viscous bentonite filler.
[0070]
When this ethanol / bentonite /
[0071]
Therefore, the buried waste filler according to the present invention is composed of bentonite concrete by mixing a hydrophilic organic liquid agent such as ethanol or methanol with bentonite together with water in the buried waste filler according to the present invention. In addition to the function of the buried waste filler according to the present invention, high concentration bentonite concrete is smelted.
[0072]
In the following, the above embodiment will be confirmed for a specific example of the present embodiment.
[0073]
(Example 3)
Density is 2.3 Mg / mThreeWhen a solid solid body having a degree of bentonite of 100% is kneaded into a bentonite slurry at a volume ratio of bentonite slurry: bentonite solid body = 0.3: 0.7, the bentonite solid body is short. Since it does not dissolve in water and ethanol over time, it becomes floating in the bentonite slurry, and the entire kneaded filler behaves as a fluid. This bentonite / concrete can be placed by fluid because it is in a state similar to the kneaded state of coarse aggregate / fine aggregate and cement milk in cement concrete.
[0074]
This bentonite-concrete is divided into an ethanol-bentonite-slurry part having a solid-liquid ratio of 100 to 300% and a high-density solid part having a water content of about 10% immediately after mixing. Eventually, the water content increases due to water absorption, and the surrounding slurry part is deprived of water and ethanol, and the water content ratio decreases, and the ethanol advects and diffuses into the groundwater as described above. Specifically, the composition ratio of bentonite and water is uniform throughout, and the resulting bentonite-based filler has a water content of 100% or less.
[0075]
In the above blending example, assuming that air is completely excluded, the calculation is (2.3 × 0.7 + 0.71 × 0.3) ÷ 1 = 1.82 Mg / m.ThreeThe dry density of the order, the wet density is 2.15 Mg / mThreeDegree.
[0076]
Such bentonite fillers are fluids immediately after kneading, but eventually solidify as solids.
[0077]
Example 4
Density is 2.0 Mg / mThreeThe bentonite high density solid body in a granular state of about 100% bentonite is kneaded at a volume ratio in the ethanol bentonite slurry at a ratio of slurry: solid = 0.3: 0.7. In the case of being completely excluded, (2.0 × 0.7 + 0.71 × 0.3) ÷ 1 = 1.61Mg / m is calculated.ThreeThe dry density is about 2.01 Mg / m.ThreeDegree.
Such bentonite fillers are fluids immediately after kneading, but eventually solidify as solids.
[0078]
FIG. 6 shows another process of the manufacturing method constituting the filler according to the present invention, and the bentonite filler in this embodiment can be placed as a fluid while changing the form of kneading into a viscous fluid. is there.
[0079]
In the present embodiment,
[0080]
Next, the
[0081]
These bentonite concretes 14 and 14 'can be cast 8 evenly and efficiently as fluids by pouring or pumping into the gap between the housing for storing buried waste and the buried disposal hole.
[0082]
The water may be added once, but it may be divided into multiple times.
[0083]
Accordingly, the buried waste filler according to the present invention is characterized in that in each of the above-mentioned buried waste fillers, the aggregate is mixed into bentonite together with bentonite high-density solid to be bentonite concrete. In addition to the above functions, the barrier function and strength are enhanced.
[0084]
In the following, the above embodiment will be confirmed for a specific example of the present embodiment.
[0085]
(Example 5)
Powdered bentonite is commercially available in which a bentonite layer existing underground is pulverized to adjust the particle size. Therefore, the powdered bentonite can be made into granules having different particle diameters by mixing the raw ore into a coarse particle state and having a particle diameter mixed in the range of 10 μm to several tens of mm.
The example shown in Table 1 is an example of the particle size distribution when the ore is pulverized to 5 mm or less.
[0086]
[Table 1]
[0087]
In the production method of the filler according to the present invention, water is added to the filler having such a particle size distribution and kneaded, so that the bentonite having a small particle size is dispersed in water to become bentonite slurry. However, since it takes a long time for water to penetrate into the bentonite having a large particle size, the bentonite solid body having a large particle size is suspended in the bentonite slurry for a while.
[0088]
In such a state, the moisture content of the bentonite slurry is larger, so that it behaves as a liquid having a low viscosity, and the bentonite concrete that has been knitted is struck as a fluid in the same manner as ordinary cement concrete. It can be set up.
[0089]
The bentonite concrete produced in this way has a dry density of 1.4 Mg / m.ThreeThe dry density of the coarse-grained bentonite solid body is 2.3 Mg / mThreeWhen the density is as high as about 1, the dry density of bentonite concrete is 1.65 Mg / mThreeIt will be about.
