Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an improvement in a board that can be used in a step board and other applications by being connected vertically and horizontally and laid on an installation surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, treads having various configurations that are connected vertically and horizontally have been proposed as a stepping pressure body.
In this case, depending on the use, it is known that a through hole is formed as a whole in order to give water permeability to the ground contact surface. However, the number of the water through holes is adjusted or the water through holes are not provided. It was necessary to form a board having a different configuration.
In addition, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-26648, the present inventor has proposed a structure in which rainwater is stored and infiltrated using a structure in which a board is arranged vertically and horizontally and vertically. Connecting a large number of one container-like member takes time and costs.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was devised as a result of diligent research in view of the above circumstances, and the main problem thereof is a board capable of appropriately adjusting the number of holes for passing a plant or selecting the presence or absence of holes. To provide a body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a board that can be easily and cost-effectively connected vertically and horizontally or vertically by using a board provided with a large number of recesses.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following:
In a board that can be assembled vertically and horizontally,
The board body is composed of a plurality of concave portions and a top wall portion continuously provided at an upper portion between the concave portions,
A punched hole is formed in a dotted line shape on the top wall, and a hole can be formed by punching along the punched hole .
When the board is installed on the ground, the bottom of the top wall is opened and plants can be planted on the ground corresponding to the bottom of the top wall,
The hole has a technical means that the plant is set to a size that allows the plant to extend through .

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the board of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The board 1 shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 is made of synthetic resin having a substantially square planar shape, and has a plurality (9 in the illustrated example) of recesses 2, and the upper ends of the adjacent recesses 2. A top wall portion 3 is formed in a lattice shape between the edges.
Further, one engaging component 4a, 4b of the connecting means is formed along the outer periphery of two adjacent vertical and horizontal sides, and the engaging component 4a, 4b is connected along the outer periphery of two opposing vertical and horizontal sides. The other engaging components 5a and 5b that can be engaged and disengaged are formed.
The connecting means is not limited to the illustrated example, and an appropriate connecting means can be used.
[0008]
That is, in the case of the illustrated example, the concave portion 2 has a rectangular opening at the top, extends vertically from the upper portion to the middle portion, and is inverted in a tapered shape extending from the middle portion to the lower portion outward. It is surrounded by a peripheral wall composed of four side walls 11 and one bottom wall 12 so as to form a hollow shape.
And the hole 13 is formed in the bending part of this bottom wall 11 and the side wall 12, and water flows down through the board | substrate body 1. As shown in FIG.
[0009]
Moreover, the lower part of the top wall part 3 is open | released, and the flow path connected vertically or horizontally is formed.
A punching hole 6 is formed in a dotted line shape in the top wall portion 3 like a sewing machine hole so that the hole portion 7 can be formed in the top wall portion 3 by punching along the punching hole 6. It has become.
In the case of the illustrated example, four top wall portions 3 are formed along the outer periphery of the concave portion 2, and two hole portions 7 can be formed for each.
[0010]
Thereby, the lower part of the top wall part 3 is hollow and opened to form a continuous flow path, so that it can be used as a flow path for rainwater or the like that has entered the interior.
Further, in the case of the present embodiment, this hollow is formed in the hollow portion 8 that gradually expands from the midway position toward the lower side.
Therefore, even when the board 1 is installed on the ground, the influence on plant vegetation can be suppressed as much as possible without blocking the ground widely.
[0011]
The board 1 can be used by filling the recess 2 with an appropriate filler 9.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the board 1 can be connected vertically and horizontally on the ground 10, and a filling material 9 such as concrete can be poured into each recess 2 to be used as a tread.
Thereby, since the surface has hardness by the filler 9 in the recessed part 2, it can be utilized as a stepping board body which paves a road surface.
A substance can be used as appropriate for the filling 9 according to the application. For example, the recess 2 may be filled with soil, sand, crushed stone, foamed polystyrene, a block of material, a rubber tire chip, or the like.
[0012]
Next, the plant P can be planted at a location corresponding to the lower side of the top wall portion 3.
Then, if the hole 6 is formed by punching the punched hole 6, the plant can extend beyond the hole 7.
Moreover, since the hollow part 8 is narrowly formed in the upper part, it has a configuration in which heat is difficult to escape and heat is easily retained.
Therefore, the hole 7 can be opened from the beginning, but may be closed without being punched along the punched hole 6 until the plant grows to a certain length.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, this disc body 1 is not filled in the recess 2 but remains hollow, and is connected in large numbers vertically and horizontally so that the opening side overlaps. As described above, by placing a structure in which a large number of the above-mentioned disk bodies 1 are connected in a concave portion for a tank that has dug down the ground, and applying covering means on the uppermost portion, it can be used for storage and infiltration facilities such as rainwater.
In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes an upper and lower connecting means using a hole 7 shown as an example.
[0014]
Moreover, if the board | substrate 1 connected vertically and horizontally with the rubber sheet etc. which has water impermeability is covered and embed | buried underground and the entrance for rainwater etc. is provided in the upper part, it can be utilized as a small water tank. it can.
Furthermore, it can also be used as a tread pressure surface protection device by being embedded in the ground and planting grass or other plants in each board 1.
At this time, the board 1 may be provided with a connecting means (not shown) that can be connected vertically and horizontally.
[0015]
Similarly, a large number of board bodies 1 may be connected vertically and horizontally to float in water.
In this case, it is preferable to increase the buoyancy by filling the synthetic resin foam.
Then, a permeable net (not shown) is laid in the recesses 2 of each board 1 so that the soil and plants stored therein are not dropped out, and the potted plants are stored in the board as they are. A plant can be grown by floating on a lake or pond.
[0016]
Also, it is filled with concrete or other heavy concrete fillers, and a large number of connected board bodies 1 are fixed together or stored in bags or frames so that the board body 1 does not disperse. It can also be used as a sand protection or wave-dissipating block.
[0017]
Furthermore, although the board | substrate body illustrated the case where it was set as the taper surface which a recessed part narrows toward the downward direction so that it can be piled up, the shape is not specifically limited.
In addition, it goes without saying that various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention uses a board having a plurality of recesses, it has a simple structure but has strength, water permeability and air permeability, so it can be buried in the soil or floated on the water. It can be used for various purposes, such as being buried in water or underwater, and has excellent versatility.
Furthermore, the internal hollow portion can be filled with a filler to increase buoyancy, increase the specific gravity, and further increase the rigidity and strength, which is extremely beneficial.
