Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a canister type vacuum cleaner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The vacuum cleaner includes a vacuum cleaner body having an electric blower for sucking dust, a suction port body for taking in dust, a dust suction hose and an extension pipe for communicating the vacuum cleaner body and the suction port body. There is something.
[0003]
Generally, a vacuum cleaner has one end of a dust suction hose made of a flexible hose connected to the vacuum cleaner body, and one end of a hard extension tube connected to the other end of the dust suction hose. A suction port is connected to the end portion for use.
[0004]
This vacuum cleaner can also be used by removing the extension pipe and connecting the suction port to the other end of the dust suction hose, for example, when cleaning the top of the chest or shelf.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a conventional vacuum cleaner, when the extension pipe is removed and the other end of the dust suction hose is connected to the suction port body, the movable range of the suction port body with respect to the vacuum cleaner body placed on the floor is It is defined by the length of the dust suction hose. For this reason, the space between the vacuum cleaner main body and the suction port body is short, and the suction port body may not reach a high surface to be cleaned such as a tall chest or the upper surface of a shelf.
[0006]
In such a case, there is an inconvenience that the cleaner must clean the vacuum cleaner body while lifting the suction port close to the surface to be cleaned. In addition, the cleaner lifts the main body of the vacuum cleaner with one hand and operates the suction port with the other hand, so that both hands are obstructed throughout the cleaning operation, and objects that hinder cleaning can be moved. It is inconvenient.
[0007]
In addition, when cleaning a high place with the extension pipe attached, the extension pipe / suction port from the hand operating part of the hose gripped by the user is heavy, which is also inconvenient.

That is, the function of the second signal line is provided in one power line 32a. Since other configurations are the same as those of the above-described first embodiment, overlapping configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment in FIGS. 5 to 10 and description thereof is omitted.
[0042]
When cleaning a high surface to be cleaned such as a chest or the upper surface of a shelf using the vacuum cleaner 1b having the above-described configuration, the cleaning is performed as follows.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 5, the connection part 10 of the cleaner body 2 and the connection receiving part 20 of the other end 8t of the extension pipe 8, the connection part 10 of the one end 8s of the extension pipe 8, and the other end 9t of the dust suction hose 9 The connection receiving part 20, the connection part 10 at one end 9 s of the dust suction hose 9 and the connection receiving part 20 of the suction port 7 are connected to each other. At this time, the cleaner body 2, the extension pipe 8, the dust suction hose 9, and the suction port body 7 are electrically connected via the power lines 32 a and 32 c and the signal line 32 b, respectively.
[0044]
In this connected state, the vacuum cleaner main body 2 is supported on the floor surface such that the front end side thereof is directed upward so that the extension pipe 8 stands. By operating the main body operation unit 2c or the hand operation unit 9b, a signal is input to the control unit 33 via the signal line 32b and the power line 32a, and the electric blower is driven by the control unit 33. At this time, the cleaning body motor 7c is driven by the control unit 33 as necessary according to the input.
[0045]
When the electric blower 4 is driven, an air flow sucked into the electric blower 4 is formed. By operating the handle 9a, the suction port body 7 is brought into contact with the cleaning surface at a high place, the dust on the surface to be cleaned is taken together with air from the dust suction port of the suction port body 7, and cleaned by the dust suction hose 9 and the extension pipe 8. Guide to the dust collection cup 3a of the machine body 2. The airflow that has flowed into the dust collection cup 3a flows while swirling, and then passes through the center of the dust collection cup 3a. Thereby, the dust contained in the airflow is separated in a cyclone manner and stored in the dust collection cup 3a, and the air is discharged from the dust collection cup a. The air discharged from the dust collection cup 3 a is sucked into the electric blower 4 and discharged from the blower 4, and then discharged to the outside of the cleaner body 2 through an exhaust port provided in the cleaner body 2. By operating the cleaning body motor 7c while the electric blower 4 is being driven, it is possible to clean the surface to be cleaned at a high place while rotating the rotary cleaning body 7b.
[0046]

The canister type can be used. Moreover, although not shown in figure, the extension pipe 8 can be removed and the cleaner main body 2, the dust suction hose 9, and the suction inlet 7 can be connected in this order, and it can be used in the state suitable for the cleaning of a low place, for example.
[0047]
As described above, with this electric vacuum cleaner 1b, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0048]
Moreover, since this vacuum cleaner 1b is provided with the main body operation part 2c which inputs a signal to the control part 33 in the vacuum cleaner main body 2, the dust suction hose 9 which has the hand operation part 9b can be removed and used.
[0049]
That is, for example, the extension pipe 8 and the dust suction hose 9 are removed, and as shown in FIG. 9, the suction port body 7 is directly connected to the dust suction port portion 2a of the cleaner body 2, and the handle 2d of the cleaner body 2 is held. It is possible to use a handy type of usage suitable for cleaning.
[0050]
Furthermore, it can also be set as the usage type of the stick type shown in FIG. Specifically, the cleaner body 2, the extension pipe 8, and the suction port body 7 are connected in this order, and the cleaner body 2 can be used. In this case, it is suitable for holding the handle 2d of the cleaner body 2 and cleaning the floor surface in a standing state. Further, the electric vacuum cleaner 1b is provided with a signal line 32b and a power line 32a having a function of a signal line extending from one end 8s to the other end 8t of the extension pipe 8. Therefore, the control part 33 provided in the cleaner main body 2 is a cleaning body provided in the suction port body 7 through the power line 32a having the function of the signal line 32b and the signal line as necessary in the stick-type usage. The motor 7c can be operated. In the second usage pattern, the rotary cleaning body 7b can be arbitrarily rotated.
[0051]
As described above, according to the second embodiment, an arbitrary usage of a canister type, a handy type, and a stick type can be selected, and convenience can be enhanced. Moreover, since the electric part of the suction port body 7 can be driven in any use form, the cleaning ability can be made high.
[0052]
Moreover, in this vacuum cleaner 1b, since the power line 32a has the function of a signal line, the thickness of the extension tube 8 is larger than the case where two signal lines are wired separately from the two power lines 32a and 32c. The extension tube 8 can be reduced in weight.
[0053]
In the second embodiment, only the power line 32a has the function of a signal line, but instead of this, the power lines 32a and 32c also have the function of a signal line, so that the extension pipe 8 and the dust absorption The total number of wires wired to the hose 9 can be reduced to two.
