Description

【0001】

Further, a positioning hole 23b is provided in the side surface 23a of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20 so as to be fitted with a positioning projection provided in a positioning portion of a connecting member which will be described later.
[0015]
The grid-like arrangement of the receiving member 20 is arranged in the vertical direction (or horizontal direction) on the side surface 23a of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20A arranged in the horizontal direction (or vertical direction). This is done by connecting the ends of the receiving member 20B. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, this connection is made by using a connection member 60 formed by forming a thin plate in an L shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting member 60 includes a positioning portion 62 formed at the upper center of the piece 61 and fixing portions 63 formed on both sides of the positioning portion 62. The positioning portion 62 has positioning protrusions 64 that are disposed at predetermined positions on the surface in contact with the main vertical member 23 and fit into the positioning holes 23b. The fixing portion 63 has an arc piece 65 that is bent and formed with appropriate elasticity on the side opposite to the surface in contact with the main vertical member 23. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting portion 60a between the pieces 61, 61 of the joining member is provided with notches 66, 67 over a predetermined range at the lower and upper portions thereof, and the small vertical member 24 of the receiving member 20 and Interference with the drop surface 25a of the bowl-shaped member 25 is avoided.
[0016]
Thus, the connection members 70 and 20 are connected to each other by connecting one piece 71 of the connection member 70 to the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20A in the horizontal direction (or the vertical direction), the hook-shaped member 25, and the like. It is fitted between the small vertical member 24, and the positioning projection 74 is fitted into the positioning hole 23b provided in the side surface 23a of the main vertical member 23, and then the other piece 71 is connected to the side surface of the member main body 21. Is fitted between the main vertical member 23 and the flange-like member 25 and the small vertical member 24 at the end of the vertical (or horizontal) receiving member 20B, and the positioning projection 74 is disposed on the side surface of the main vertical member 23. This is done by fitting into a positioning hole 23b provided in 23a. In this case, since the piece 71 of the connecting member 70 is provided with a fixing portion 73 having an arc piece 75 that is bent and formed with appropriate elasticity on the side opposite to the abutting surface. by the arc piece 75 is sandwiched between the main vertical member 23 and Hisashijo member 25, a force that urges the piece 71 to the fixing unit 7 3 are provided in the main vertical member 23 occurs. Therefore, the positioning protrusion 74 does not come off from the positioning hole 23b. Further, since the positioning projection 74 does not come off from the positioning hole 23b, the connection between the receiving members 20 and 20 will not come off.
[0017]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the connection member 70 is used for the surrounding edge 2 formed in the same edge as the one side of the receiving member 20 arrange | positioned at the wall surface side end of the receiving member 20 as shown in FIG. Connected. In this case, positioning and fixing of the piece 71 positioned on the peripheral edge 2 of the connecting member 70 is performed by screw fixing as shown in the figure.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the hanger 30 includes a rod 31 having screw portions 31 a and 31 b at least at both ends, a gripping portion 32 screwed to one end portion of the rod 31, and the other end portion. And a locking portion 33 that is screwed to the head.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 6, the grip portion 32 includes a movable member 34 having a grip claw 34 a at the lower end and a non-movable member 35 having a grip claw 35 a at the lower end. Specifically, the upper end 34b of the flat plate-like movable member 34 is formed by bending the lower end portion of the gripping claw 34a, and the holding claw 35a formed by bending the lower end portion of the flat plate-like non-movable member 35. And a coil spring 37 is mounted on the base end side 36a with a gap that allows the upper end of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20 to be inserted between the opposing surfaces of both gripping claws 34a and 35a. The movable member 34 is bolted to the upper end portion 35 b of the non-movable member 35 by a bolt 36 in a state parallel to the non-movable member 35. The through hole 34c of the bolt 36 of the movable member 34 is adjusted to a size that allows the movable member 34 to be expanded later.
[0020]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, both upper side portions of the movable member 34 are side surfaces 34d facing the upper inner side of the non-movable member 35, and gripping claws 34a and 34b are received below the both side surfaces 34d. A notch 34e is provided so that the upper end portion 23c of the main vertical portion 23 of the receiving member 20 can be accommodated in a state where the hook-like member 25 of the member 20 is gripped. Further, both lower side portions of the movable member 34 are open side surfaces 34f as shown in FIG. 6, whereby a portion located between the movable member 34 and the non-movable member 35 of the bowl-shaped member 25 of the receiving member 20 is The movable member 34 and the non-movable member 35 can be accommodated.
[0021]
Since the gripping portion 32 is configured as described above, the gripping portion 32 descends from above the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20, and the upper end of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20 is not in contact with the gripping claws 34 a of the movable member 34. When the gripping claws 35a and 35a are inserted between the gripping claws 35a of the movable member 35 and then the gripping claws 34a and 35a come into contact with the hook-like members 25 and 25, the hook-like members 25 and 25 have a wedge shape as described above. Therefore, the movable member 34 is expanded by the hook-shaped member 25. When the gripping portion 32 is still lowered in this state, the movable member 34 is lowered along the hook-shaped member 25 while being still pushed and expanded by the hook-shaped member 25. In response to the lowering of the movable member 34, the non-movable member 35 is also lowered along the bowl-shaped member 25. When the movable member 34 continues to be pushed and spread by the hook-shaped member 25 and descends along the hook-shaped member 25 and passes through the lower end of the dropping surface 25a, the movable member 34 is elastically restored by the restoring force of the coil spring 37. Thus, the lower end of the drop surface 25a of the bowl-shaped member 25 is placed on the gripping claws 34a of the movable member 34 and the gripping claws 35a of the non-movable member 35, and the upper end portion 23c of the main vertical member 23 is the upper side surface of the movable member 34. The hook-like member 25 that is inserted into the notch 34e provided on the bottom and includes the dropping surface 25a is housed between the lower part of the movable member 34 and the lower part of the non-movable member 35. That is, the receiving member 20 is gripped by the grip portion 32.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a U-shaped connecting member 38 is integrally provided at the upper end of the non-movable member 35 so that the lower piece 38a covers the upper end of the movable member 34. The threaded portion 31a at the lower end of the rod 31 is inserted at a position substantially corresponding to the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20 of the upper piece 38b, and is arranged vertically on the threaded portion 31a below the rod 31 with the upper piece 38b interposed therebetween. A double nut is fastened by a pair of nuts 38c, 38c.
[0023]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the locking portion 33 is configured by forming a vertical member 33 a and a horizontal member 33 b into an L shape. A hook 33c that is locked to a lip (locking portion) 51 of a lip groove beam (support beam) 50 provided at a predetermined position is formed integrally with the upper portion of the vertical member 33a. An internal thread 33d is formed in a substantially central portion. The hook 33c has a wide guide portion 33g formed by bending a lower portion 33f outward (see FIG. 6). And the upper end part of the rod 31 is screwed by the internal thread 33d formed in this horizontal member 33b.
[0024]
Therefore, the receiving member 20 is hung by the hanger 30 having such a configuration as follows. First, the upper portion of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20 is grasped by the grasping portion 32 in a state where the length of the rod 31 can be adjusted by loosening the nuts 38c, 38c screwed to the screw portion 31a at the lower end portion. Let Next, the locking portion 33 screwed to the screw portion 31 b at the upper end of the rod 31 is locked to the lip 61 of the lip groove steel 50. After that, the nuts 38c, 38c screwed to the threaded portion 31a of the lower end portion of the rod 31 are tightened to fix the rod 31 to the upper piece 38b of the connecting member 38 by double nut fastening. Thereby, the suspension of the receiving member 20 by the hanging tool 30 is completed.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 6, the ceiling panel presser 40 holds the gripping portion 41 that grips the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20 and the upper surface of the peripheral edge 11 of the ceiling panel 10 (the surface opposite to the indoor side surface). It consists of a letter-shaped pressing part 42.
[0026]
The gripping portion 41 includes a movable member 43 and a non-movable member 44 that are configured in substantially the same manner as the gripping portion 32 of the hanging tool 30 described above, but can easily grip the upper end of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20. Therefore, the movable member 43 is provided with an operation piece 43b in which the central portion of the gripping claw 43a is bent downward to be flush with the flat plate-like movable member 43. Further, the non-movable member 44 is provided with a connecting piece 44b in which the central portion of the gripping claw 44a is bent downward to be flush with the flat plate-like non-movable member 44. The upper end of the vertical member 45 of the L-shaped pressing portion 42 is integrally connected to the lower end of the connection piece 44b with the horizontal member 46 facing the opposite side of the main vertical member 23 of the receiving member 20. ing.
