本請求項1発明のキャップは、上記課題を解決するため、容器体5の口頚部6外周に嵌合させる嵌合筒7上端縁より頂板8を延設するとともに、頂板8に注出口9を設けてなる本体2と、本体2後部に後部を回動可能に連結するとともに、頂壁16裏面より垂設した棒栓17を注出口9に密嵌させた蓋体3とを備えたキャップに於いて、蓋体頂壁16に窓孔22を穿設するとともに、窓孔22内側縁部分の頂壁縁部に内側上端縁を回動可能に連結して内外方向揺動可能に垂下させた筒部23を設け、該筒部を貫通して嵌合させた脚部26を、蓋体頂壁16上に載置した押上板27の下面より垂設してなる開蓋部材4を設け、蓋体頂壁16外方へ突出させた押上板27外側縁部を上方へ押し上げることにより、本体頂板8上に突設した突起15上を脚部26下端部が摺動上昇して開蓋する如く構成したことを特徴とするキャップとして構成した。
