本発明は、商品を展示するために使用する箱形展示台に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、箱形展示台としては、段ボール等からなる直方体状の箱体が使用されている。上記の箱体からなる展示台を使用して商品を展示するに際し、商品を展示する高さを変えたい場合には、高さの異なる箱体を使用するか、ないしは一定の高さの箱体を何段か積み重ねることにより高さを調節する方法で行われる。しかしながら、前者の場合には高さの異なる直方体状の箱体を何種類も準備しておく必要があり、その保管管理が煩雑になるという欠点があるし、後者の場合には箱体の高さの細かい調整が困難である上に、積み重ねると展示台の安定性に欠けるという欠点があった。また、通常の段ボール箱からなる箱体の場合には、箱体の座屈強度が劣るために重量の大きい商品を展示するのが困難であるという欠点があり、箱体の形状が直方体状の一定形状であるために、箱体の表面に印刷により絵柄を設けた場合でも単調な意匠となってしまい、展示効果の面においても優れたものではなかった。

本発明の目的は、高さの変更が容易であり、座屈強度が優れ、意匠性および展示効果の優れた中枠を備えた箱形展示台を提供することにある。

上記の中枠を備えた箱形展示台において、板体の両側端に所定の巾を有する折曲片を設けた構成とすることにより、十字状に組み立てられた中枠の４方の側端部の折曲片により座屈強度がより一層優れた展示台とすることができるので、重量物の展示を行うことが可能となる。
