Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of attaching an electromagnetic wave absorbing panel attached to a wall surface in order to remove unnecessary radio waves around a road.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The electromagnetic wave absorption panel is attached to the roof of the toll booth, the wall of the wall railing, etc., covers them, and absorbs the electromagnetic waves that should have been reflected by hitting those walls, so that unnecessary radio waves at the time of communication can be prevented. It is prevented from remaining in the communication space and causing problems.
[0003]
Conventionally, when mounting such an electromagnetic wave absorption panel on a wall surface, a through hole is provided in the electromagnetic wave absorption panel and the mounting bracket attached thereto, and an anchor nut embedded in the wall surface by a bolt or a screw or the wall surface is provided. A method of fixing to an angle material or the like has been used. Since the electromagnetic wave absorption panel is attached to the wall surface, it is not necessary to take measures against wind loads, and the strength as a structural material is not expected. The built-in electromagnetic wave absorber is also a resin foam density, etc. Since it is small, it is lightweight, and the above simple mounting structure can provide sufficient strength.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in these methods, most of the installation work depends on the work at the site, and it takes time and labor for installation, and it takes a long time for traffic regulation. . The electromagnetic wave absorbing panel is attached to almost existing roads and places with a lot of traffic, and such long-time traffic regulation should be avoided very much.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention provides an electromagnetic wave absorbing panel mounting method that enables an on-site mounting operation to be performed in an easy manner and in a short time.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following method.
That is , the mounting method of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel according to the present invention is a method of mounting a rectangular electromagnetic wave absorption panel comprising an electromagnetic wave absorber and a back plate to a wall surface, on the surface of the back plate, on two sides of the back plate. Along with this, two attachment members having a fitting insertion portion and a fitting insertion portion are attached by fastening means that pass through the attachment member and are inserted into the surface of the back plate. One of the mounting members includes a space portion surrounded by an upper surface plate portion and a lower surface plate portion attached to the wall surface side and a vertical plate portion connecting the bases thereof, and the lower surface plate. The other mounting member has a space portion surrounded by an upper plate portion, a lower plate portion, and a vertical plate portion connecting the bases as an insertion portion, and the upper plate portion is inserted. parts and made, the insertion portion rising perpendicularly from the distal end In a state where the rising piece is formed and the insertion portion is inserted into the fitting insertion portion of one mounting member attached to the wall surface side, the tip end surface of the rising piece is fitted to the one mounting member. It is possible to contact the inner surface of the upper surface plate portion constituting the insertion portion. First, after the upper surface plate portion of one mounting member is attached to the wall surface side, The insertion portion of the other attachment member is inserted, and in addition, the insertion portion of the attached one attachment member is inserted into the fitting insertion portion of the other attachment member, and the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel is obtained by repeating the above steps. Is attached to the wall surface.
[0007]
[0008]
[0009]
[0010]
[0011]
[0012]
In the present invention, only one mounting member is attached to the wall surface side, and the other mounting member can be attached to the wall surface simply by fitting into the one mounting member previously attached. Because it is possible, it may be possible to work easily and quickly.
[0013]
The mounting member may have substantially the same length as a side of the rectangular electromagnetic wave absorption panel.
[0014]
Here, the wall surface is not limited to the side wall surface, and indicates a part where electromagnetic wave reflection can be considered, such as a surface of a roof part or a ceiling part, a ground plane, a slope, a curved surface, etc. It is suitably applied to.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 are reference examples of a method for mounting the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel, and the edges of the two opposite sides of the back plate of the rectangular electromagnetic wave absorbing panel are bent toward the back side, and further open toward the front side. A method in which a mounting member is provided along two sides bent in a substantially U-shape, and the mounting member is provided with a slidable bolt and attached to a wall surface. Explain.
[0016]
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram, in which a base material B is attached to a beam A which is a structural material provided on a wall surface, and a slide rail type trunk edge D is attached to the base material B via an L-shaped metal fitting C. . Further, a mounting bracket E is slidably provided on the body edge D, and the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1 is attached to the wall surface by a bolt 131 using a through hole E1 formed in the mounting bracket E.
[0017]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing attachment of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1 to the trunk edge D. FIG. The electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1 includes an electromagnetic wave absorber 11 and a back plate 12, and both end portions of the back plate 12 are bent in a hook shape, and mounting members 13 are attached. Bolts are provided in the opening grooves 132 of the mounting member 13. 131 is slidably provided. The attachment member 13 has a certain length in the length direction of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1 and secures a range in which the bolt 131 can slide. In order to attach the attachment member 13 to the back plate 12, it is preferable to attach the attachment member 13 by sliding it from the end of the back plate 12. The electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1 is attached to the trunk edge D using the through hole E1 and the bolt 131 of the mounting bracket E that is slidably mounted. The mounting bracket E and the bolt 131 are slidable. Because the sliding direction is orthogonal, the position of the beam, the base material, the body edge, the metal fittings for attachment, and the positions of their through holes are slightly different from those at the time of design. The absorbent panel can be easily installed.
[0018]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing details of the mounting portion in FIG. For convenience, the body edge D side is rotated 90 degrees across the one-dot dashed line α to have the same cross section. The trunk edge D has a so-called slide rail type in which opening grooves D2 are provided on four sides and the opening is made narrower than the collar so that the bolt D1 can slide without being removed. Further, by using a hexagonal bolt as the bolt, the bolt D1 does not rotate even when the nut D3 is screwed. Not only the bolt D1 but also a bolt (not shown) can be slidable when attached to the L-shaped metal fitting C in FIG.
[0019]
The mounting bracket E is attached to the trunk edge D by bolts D1 and nuts D3. The mounting bracket E is temporarily tightened to such an extent that it can be slid once. In this state, the mounting bracket E and the bolt 131 are slid while passing through the through-hole E1. The electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1 is attached to the trunk edge D via the mounting bracket E by aligning the bolts 131 and screwing the nuts 131. The bolt D1 and the nut D3, and the bolt 131 and the nut 133 are temporarily tightened to such an extent that they can be slid once, then the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1 is aligned, and then the final tightening is performed to fix the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1 to a predetermined value. It is possible to easily attach to the position.
[0020]
The mounting member 13 is fitted with a substantially U-shaped portion 134 of the edge of the back plate 12, and a part 121 of the edge of the back plate 12 is inserted into the groove 135 provided in the mounting member 13. Thus, the attachment member 13 is firmly fitted to the back plate 12. Here, it is preferable that the back plate 12 is made of a metal material such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum because it is rich in toughness and excellent in strength and durability.
[0021]
4 to 6 show an embodiment according to the present invention, in which a fitting member and a fitting member having a fitting insertion part are attached to two sides of a back plate of a rectangular electromagnetic wave absorption panel. A through hole is drilled in one mounting member, one mounting member is fixed to the wall surface side by fastening means using the through hole, and the other mounting is performed on the insertion portion of the fixed mounting member. The method of attaching the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel to the wall surface by repeating the insertion of the insertion member of the working member will be described.
[0022]
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the attachment member is attached to the rectangular electromagnetic wave absorption panel. The electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1 includes an electromagnetic wave absorber 11 and a back plate 12, and an attachment member 13 a and an attachment member 13 b are attached to the back plate 12 by fastening means 2 such as rivets, screws, and bolts. A mounting through hole 13a1 is formed in the mounting member 13a. The length of the mounting member 13a and the mounting member 13b is substantially the same as the side of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1, and the strength is increased by increasing the length of the fitting portion, and there is a gap between the electromagnetic wave absorption panels. Even when this occurs, the mounting member hides the entire gap, so that the structure behind the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel and the like can be reliably hidden.
[0023]
FIG. 5 shows a state in which an electromagnetic wave absorption panel is attached to a field edge, which is a structure provided on the wall surface, wherein a) is an outline of the attachment, and b) shows details of the fitting portion. The electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1a and the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1b are each provided with an attachment member 13a and an attachment member 13b at both ends thereof. First, the attachment member 13a of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1a is fastened to the field edge F by screws 3. . Next, the insertion portion 13b1 of the mounting member 13b of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1b is inserted into the fitting insertion portion 13a2 of the mounting member 13a of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1a. In the present embodiment, the fitting member 13b of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1b is also provided with the fitting portion 13b2, and the insertion portion 13a3 provided on the fitting member 13a of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1a is inserted into the fitting portion 13b2. Thus, the mounting members are more reliably fitted to each other. After fitting the mounting member 13a of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1a and the mounting member 13b of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1b, the mounting member 13a of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1b is fastened to the field edge F with the screw 3, and the next electromagnetic wave absorption panel The insertion portion of the mounting member 13b is inserted into the fitting insertion portion 13a2 of the mounting member 13a of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1b. By repeating this attachment work, the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel is attached to the wall surface.
[0024]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing details of the attachment portion in FIG. The electromagnetic wave absorption panels 1a and 1b are composed of an electromagnetic wave absorber 11 and a back plate 12. The back plate 12 of the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1a and the electromagnetic wave absorption panel 1b is provided with an attachment member 13a and an attachment member 13b by screws 3, respectively. It is attached. After the attachment member 13a is attached to the field edge F with the screw 4, the insertion portion 13b1 of the attachment member 13b is inserted into the fitting insertion portion 13a2 of the attachment member 13a. At this time, even if a gap is generated between the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1a and the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 1b, the gap is hidden by the mounting member 13a and the mounting member 13b so that the field edge F and the wall surface cannot be seen. The above can also be preferable. In this embodiment, when fastening with the screw 4, the washer 5b and the U-shaped washer 5c are sandwiched between the nut 5a and the field edge F, and the reaction force of the U-shaped washer 5c prevents the nut 5a from loosening. is doing. A spring washer, a locking nut or the like may be used instead of the U-shaped washer 5c.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
In the method described in the reference example, the mounting member can be fitted using the edge of the back plate bent in a substantially U shape, and the electromagnetic wave absorbing panel can be mounted on the wall surface using the mounting member. Therefore, quick installation is possible and it can be a reliable method. Further, since no extra member is required, the cost can be reduced, and the labor for fastening the members can be reduced, and the mounting can be speeded up.
[0026]
In the present invention, only one mounting member is attached to the wall surface side, and the electromagnetic wave absorption panel can be attached to the wall surface only by fitting the other mounting member to the one mounting member previously attached. Therefore, an easy and quick operation can be possible.
