【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はプレーヤーの技能に関係なく一定の賞球確率が設定された賞球基盤を備えると共に賞球実績等の各種遊技情報データを出力すべく構成された賞球遊技台（各種パチンコ台、各種パチスロ台及び各種スロットマシン等）に用いられる信号変換装置を用いた不正遊技管理方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、上記の如く賞球基盤を備えた賞球遊技台は、図８（イ）に示す様に、予め内蔵された賞球基盤１５に直接又は間接的に具備されたマイクロチップの中に賞球確率のパターンを複雑な乱数表に基づいて設定することでプレーヤーが楽しく遊べるような工夫がなされ、しかも各賞球遊技台１６は、同図（ロ）の様に、賞球実績等の各種遊技情報データをアナログ信号を介して出力する構成を有すると共に、該各賞球遊技台１６の夫々には出力されたアナログ信号を、複数の賞球遊技台１６を島単位で管理する島コンピュータ１８ａや店舗内に設置された店舗管理コンピュータ１８ｂ等を用いた遊技情報データ管理装置１８にデジタル信号として送り込むためのアナログ／デジタル信号変換装置１７が設けられてなり、よって前記遊技情報データ管理装置１８を介して各賞球遊技台１６の各種遊技情報データをリアルタイムで管理することにより、例えは、現時点のみならず週間や月間等における店の利益や売上等の確認を行ったり、又日々の業務実績データとしても残すことが出来るものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記構成からなる賞球遊技台を備えた賞球遊技場においては、下記の様な問題点があった。

即ち、上記賞球遊技場は、その殆どが賞球遊技台を数カ月単位で入れ替えることにより遊技者に興味を持たせて売上を確保するという手段を講じているのが現状である。
【０００５】
よって、入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台の各種遊技情報データも遊技情報データ管理装置を介して管理しなければならないが、如何せん、各種遊技情報データを賞球遊技台から出力させることについては特に法的な取決めがあるのではなく、あくまでも賞球遊技台製造メーカーがユーザーサービスの一つとして行っているのに過ぎず、よって上記賞球遊技台から出力される各種遊技情報データの出力型式等は各賞球遊技台製造メーカー毎に夫々異なっているのが現状であり、よってこの事は各賞球遊技台製造メーカーが製造する、例えば、各種島飾りや貸し玉機等の各種周辺機材も異なる製造メーカー間では全く互換性がないということである。

尚、上記の如く各種遊技情報データを出力する賞球遊技台は、風俗営業法や厳しい賞球遊技台の検定規格等により、一旦検定に合格した賞球遊技台に改造を施すことは一切許されず、このことは各賞球遊技台製造メーカーが製造する賞球遊技台と各種周辺機材間とで必要な各種遊技情報データの出力型式等も一切変更することが出来ないということである。

よって、所望の賞球遊技台や各種周辺機材を賞球遊技場内に設置する際に、予め該賞球遊技台の出力する各種遊技情報データの出力型式等に対応する各種周辺機材や該各種遊技情報データの出力型式等を処理可能な賞球遊技台管理装置を、例えば、所望の賞球遊技台を製造してなる賞球遊技台製造メーカーの推奨等によって必然的に賞球遊技台と共に購入しなければならなくなる。

従って、数カ月後に入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台や各種周辺機材が以前に使用していた賞球遊技台や各種周辺機材と同じ製造メーカーの場合は特に大きな問題は生じないが、如何せん、例えば入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台が他の賞球遊技台製造メーカーの場合には、必然的に新しい賞球遊技台に対応する各種周辺機材が必要となるばかりか、新しい賞球遊技台から出力される各種遊技情報データを処理するために賞球遊技台管理装置も入れ替えなければならず、又このことは各種周辺機材を現状の製造メーカーから別の製造メーカーに変更する場合であっても同様の不都合が生じることとなり、よって何れにしてもそのための改装工事が極めて煩雑なことから店の規模によっては数日間営業を停止しなければならない場合もあり、特に人の一日当たりの入客数が売上に直接影響する賞球遊技場では改装工事中の売上減少が深刻な問題であるばかりか、賞球遊技台のみならず賞球遊技台管理装置や各種周辺機材等の入れ替えコストも極めて高額なものとなり、何れにしても賞球遊技場を経営する場合において極めて重大な問題となっていた。

更に、最近の各種娯楽施設には、集客力をより向上させるために各種のアイデアが導入されていることから、賞球遊技場においても、単純に新しい賞球遊技台を数カ月毎に入れ替えるといった手法ではなく、全く新しい何らかのアイデアや付加価値等を導入して賞球遊技場を活気付けて売上を増大させて行かなければならないという賞球遊技場の運営にかかわる将来の不安に対して何らかの解決策が望まれていた。

而して、本発明は上記種々の問題を全て解決するものであり、例え、数カ月後に入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台や各種周辺機材が以前に使用していた賞球遊技台の製造メーカーとは異なる場合であっても、新しい賞球遊技台と現在使用している各種周辺機材又は新しい各種周辺機材と現在使用している賞球遊技台の夫々に互換性を持たせて使用することが出来るだけでなく、新しい賞球遊技台に入れ替えた場合でも該新しい賞球遊技台が出力する各種遊技情報データを新しい賞球遊技台の製造メーカーが推奨する賞球遊技台管理装置や各種周辺機材等に総入れ替えしたり、又大幅に変更したりすることなく現在使用している賞球遊技台の製造メーカーの賞球遊技台管理装置や周辺機材等を利用することが可能となって、改装工事が極めて簡易なものとなり、しいては改装工事の時間や日数を最小限にとどめて賞球遊技台入れ替えによる改装工事に伴う売上減少を最小限におさえることが出来る共に、賞球遊技台に何ら改造等を施すことなく合法的に集客力をより向上させるべく新レいアイデアや付加価値等を導入して賞球遊技場を活気付けて売上を増大させることも出来るという極めて優れた賞球遊技台に用いられる信号変換装置を用いた不正遊技管理方法を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
而して、本発明は、上記課題を解決するために、以下の手段を講じたものである。
【００１２】
即ち、本発明における信号変換装置を用いた不正遊技管理方法は、各賞球遊技台２に対応すると共に、該各賞球遊技台２と賞球遊技場に設置された遊技情報データ管理装置７間の通信路８に設けられた信号変換装置４により各賞球遊技台２から出力される大当たり等の賞球実績等の各種遊技情報データをデジタル信号に変換しつつ、該信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５により、各賞球遊技台２毎に出力型式が夫々異なる前記各種遊技情報データを、前記遊技情報データ管理装置７にて管理可能に変換すると共に、該遊技情報データ読取処理装置５に設けられた記憶装置１２より、予め設定された所定時間内や所定日数内等における前記賞球実績等の各種稼動状況等の各種遊技情報データを賞球遊技台２毎に個別管理し、その後該記憶装置１２に記憶された所定時間内や所定日数等における個々の賞球遊技台２の賞球実績や各種稼動状況等の各種遊技情報データを遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の夫々が双方向通信を介して比較することで不正な手段によって生じる賞球確率等の異常を管理することを特徴とするものである。

よって、信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５に、各種遊技情報データを記憶する記憶装置１２が設けられた場合には、予め設定された所定時間内や所定日数内等における賞球遊技台２の賞球実績等の各種稼働状況を個々の賞球遊技台２毎に個別管理することが出来る。

更に、各遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の夫々が個々に双方向通信することにより、予め設定された所定時間内や所定日数内等における個々の賞球遊技台２の賞球実績や各種稼働状況のみならず不正な手段によって生じる賞球確率等の異常を比較管理することが出来る。

従って、個々の信号変換装置４の遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の夫々が双方向通信可能な場合には、各賞球遊技台２を島単位で管理する島コンピュータ７ａのみならず店舗内に設置された店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂ等を用いた遊技情報データ管理装置７等の情報処理負担を大幅に減少させることが可能となり、よって遊技情報データ管理装置７を介して得られる情報を記憶容量を増大させることなく高速処理することが可能となり、しいては設備費を必要最小限にとどめつつ極めて膨大な情報を高速処理可能な管理システムを構築することが出来るという利点がある。

更に、賞球遊技場内に配設された島６に並設された各種賞球遊技台２の夫々から出力される異形式の各種遊技情報データを、賞球遊技場に設置された遊技情報データ管理装置７にて管理可能な信号に変換すると共に、前記島６内に設けられた通信路８を介して該遊技情報データ管理装置７へと送り込むべく前記賞球遊技台２に接続される信号変換装置４において、該信号変換装置４が、賞球遊技台２から出力された各種遊技情報データを読み取ることで、各賞球遊技台２毎に予め設定された各種のデータ処理項目に対応した各種処理信号又は各賞球遊技台２毎に予め設定された各種のデータ処理項目に対応した各種処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を発することで各種遊技情報データを加工処理する構成にしてなるものである。

よって、例えば入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台２ａが以前に使用していた賞球遊技台２の製造メーカーとは異なる場合であっても、新しい賞球遊技台２ａが出力する各種遊技情報データを現在使用している賞球遊技台２の製造メーカーの遊技情報データ管理装置７にて管理可能なものに変換して該遊技情報データ管理装置７へ送ることが可能となるばかりか、現在使用している賞球遊技台２と異なる製造メーカーの各種周辺機材に入れ替えた場合であっても各種周辺機材を賞球遊技台２に適応させて使用することが出来る利点がある。

更に、賞球遊技台２に設けられた信号変換装置４より処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方が発せられる場合には、賞球遊技台２から出力される各種遊技情報データの出力型式等が賞球遊技台製造メーカー毎に異なる場合であっても、検定に合格した賞球遊技台２に各種遊技情報データの出力型式等を変更する様な改造を一切施すことなく所望の処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を得ることが出来る利点がある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の信号変換装置を用いた不正遊技管理方法に用いられる賞球遊技台の集中管理装置の一実施形態を図面に従って説明する。

図１に於いて、１は本発明における信号変換装置を用いる賞球遊技台の集中管理装置を示し、該集中管理装置１は、賞球遊技場内（パチンコ店内）に複数配設された島６の両面６ａに並設された賞球遊技台（パチンコ台）２と、前記島６に並設された各賞球遊技台２を島単位で管理すべく島６毎に設けられた島コンピュータ７ａ及び該島コンピュータ７ａを夫々管理すべく賞球遊技場内に設置された店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂとからなる遊技情報データ管理装置７と、前記賞球遊技台２からアナログ信号によって出力される、例えば大当たり等の賞球実績等の各種遊技情報データをデジタル信号に変換すべく各賞球遊技台２に対応して設けられたアナログ／デジタル信号変換装置４と、該各信号変換装置４をシリアル接続することで各賞球遊技台２から出力された各種遊技情報データを前記遊技情報データ管理装置７にデジタル信号で送り込むべく形成されたデータ伝達手段としての通信路８とを備え、しかも前記各信号変換装置４の夫々には、前記賞球遊技台２から出力され、且つ信号変換装置４を介して遊技情報データ管理装置７へと送られる各種遊技情報データを読み取ることにより予め設定された各賞球遊技台２毎の各種データ処理項目に対応した各種処理信号又は各種データ処理項目に対応した各種処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を発して各種遊技情報データを加工処理する遊技情報データ読取処理装置５が設けられてなる。

尚、上記の如く各種遊技情報データを出力する賞球遊技台２は、風俗営業法や厳しい賞球遊技台の検定規格等により、一旦検定に合格した賞球遊技台２に改造を施すことは一切許されず、よって各賞球遊技台製造メーカーが製造する賞球遊技台２と各種周辺機材（図示せず）等の間で必要な各種遊技情報データの出力型式等も一切変更することが出来ない。

よって、通常賞球遊技場内に所望の賞球遊技台２や各種周辺機材を上記の如く設置する場合には、予め該賞球遊技台２の出力する各種遊技情報データの出力型式等に対応する各種周辺機材や該各種遊技情報データの出力型式等を処理可能な遊技情報データ管理装置７を、所望の賞球遊技台２を製造してなる賞球遊技台製造メーカーの推奨等によって必然的に賞球遊技台２と共に購入しなければならなくなり、従って大半の賞球遊技場では所望の賞球遊技台２に合わせて島コンピュータ７ａ及び該島コンピュータ７ａを夫々管理すべく賞球遊技場内に設置される店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂや賞球ヒット時にランプ等を駆動する各種島飾りや貸し玉機等の各種周辺機材も前記所望の賞球遊技台２の賞球遊技台製造メーカーが推奨するメーカー製のものが導入されている。

本発明の一実施形態における信号変換装置を用いた不正遊技管理方法に用いられる賞球遊技台の集中管理装置は以上の構成からなるが、次にかかる集中管理装置を用いる場合について説明する。先ず、図１に示す様に、上記集中管理装置１は各賞球遊技台２が全て同じ賞球遊技台製造メーカー製のものが使用され、しかも該賞球遊技台製造メーカーが推奨する島コンピュータ７ａ、店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂ、各種周辺機材（図示せず）及び前記賞球遊技台２の信号変換装置４を通信路８で接続した場合には、賞球遊技台２から出力された各種遊技情報データは前記信号変換装置４を介してアナログ／デジタル信号変換されると共に、前記通信路８を介して遊技情報データ管理装置７へと送られて管理されることになるが、前記信号変換装置４には前記賞球遊技台２から出力され、且つ信号変換装置４を介してデジタル信号化されて遊技情報データ管理装置７へと送られる各種遊技情報データを読み取ったり、また賞球遊技台２から出力された各種遊技情報データを読み取ることにより予め各賞球遊技台２毎に設定された各種データ処理項目に対応した各種処理信号又は各種データ処理項目に対応した処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を発する遊技情報データ読取処理装置５が設けられてなる。

よって、図２（イ）に示す様に、島６一面全部に入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台２ａが以前に使用していた賞球遊技台２の製造メーカーとは異なる場合であっても前記各賞球遊技台２ａに対応して設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の夫々をシリアル接続すると共に新しい賞球遊技台２ａが出力する各種遊技情報データを現在使用している賞球遊技台２の製造メーカーの遊技情報データ管理装置７にて管理可能なものに信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５を介して設定調整し現在使用している賞球遊技台２の出力する各種遊技情報データと同じデータ内容となるべく所定の処理項目に対応した処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも一方に変換して前記遊技情報データ管理装置７へ送ることが可能となるばかりか、現在使用している賞球遊技台２と異なる製造メーカーの各種周辺機材（図示せず）に入れ替えた場合であっても各種周辺機材を現在使用している賞球遊技台２に適応させて使用することが出来、よって極めて低コストで、且つ汎用性のある賞球遊技台の集中管理装置を構築することが出来る利点があるが、同図（ロ）に示す様に、島６の一面に現在使用している賞球遊技台２と新しい賞球遊技台２ａが混在した場合であっても夫々の信号変換装置４が接続された通信路８と遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の通信路８を設けることで全ての賞球遊技台２の出力する各種遊技情報データを遊技情報データ管理装置７へと送って確実に管理することが出来る利点をも有する。

尚、上記実施形態において、信号変換装置４には、遊技情報データ読取処理装置５が設けられていることから、各賞球遊技台２が賞球実績等の各種遊技情報データを、複数の賞球遊技台２を島単位で管理する島コンピュータ７ａや店舗内に設置された店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂ等を用いた遊技情報データ管理装置７に出力する際において、現在使用している信号変換装置４を有効利用することが可能となり、しいては極めて低コストで、且つ取付け作業等の簡便性に優れた賞球遊技台の集中管理を実現することが出来る利点を有する。

よって、信号変換装置４に設けられる遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の具体的な機能構成や形状、数量等も決して限定されるものではなく、要は、賞球遊技台２がら出力されて遊技情報データ管理装置７へと送られる各種遊技情報データが該遊技情報データ管理装置７に入力されて管理される前に、各賞球遊技台２から出力された各種遊技情報データを読み取ることで予め設定された各賞球遊技台２毎の各種データ処理項目に対応した各種処理信号又は各種処理データの少なくとも何れが一方を発すべく各種遊技情報データを加工処理する信号変換装置４が賞球遊技台２に設けられていればよい。

従って、例えば入れ替えた新しい賞球遊技台２ａが以前に使用していた賞球遊技台２の製造メーカーと異なる場合であっても、新しい賞球遊技台２ａが出力する各種遊技情報データを現在使用している賞球遊技台２の製造メーカーの遊技情報データ管理装置７にて管理可能なものに変換して該遊技情報データ管理装置７へ送ることが可能となるばかりか、現在使用している賞球遊技台２と異なる製造メーカーの各種周辺機材に入れ替えた場合であっても各種周辺機材を現在使用している賞球遊技台２に適応させて使用することが出来、よって極めて低コストで、且つ汎用性のある賞球遊技台の集中管理装置を構築することが出来る利点がある。

更に、信号変換装置４が遊技情報データ管理装置７と賞球遊技台７との間に設けられていれば、賞球遊技台２から出力される各種遊技情報データの出力型式等が賞球遊技台製造メーカー毎に異なる場合であっても、検定に合格した賞球遊技台２に各種遊技情報データの出力型式等を変更する様な改造を一切施すことなく合法的に所望の処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を得て遊技情報データ管理装置７のみならず各種制御装置や各種駆動装置等を作動させるべく他の箇所に送ることも出来る利点がある。

更に、上記各構成からなる賞球遊技台の集中管理装置において、図３（イ）に示す様に、賞球遊技台２の信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５をシリアルに接続し、例えば一つの島６の中で夫々の遊技情報データ読取処理装置５をシリアルに接続した新しい賞球遊技台２ａと混在して使用すると共に、該遊技情報データ読取処理装置５にて処理された各種遊技情報データを共通の処理信号又は処理データとして遊技情報データ管理装置７に送る構成であってもよい。

尚、上記の如く遊技情報データ管理装置７には、信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５が発する各種処理信号又は各種処理データの少なくとも何れか一方が送られてくるが、例えば、同図（イ）の様に、店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂに送られて来た処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方や各種遊技情報データを該店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂにアクセス可能な情報端末９を介して読み取ったり、又同図（ロ）の様に、例えば、各島６に設けられた島コンピュータ７ａに送られて来た処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方や各種遊技情報データを該島コンピュータ７ａにアクセス可能な情報端末９を介して読み取り可能な構成であってもよく、この場合には、賞球遊技場の外から各種遊技情報データを確認したり、又管理することが可能となり、よって特に多数の店舗を経営する場合において、各店舗の売上等の現在状況や累計状況を、例えば所定の店舗（本店）内又は自宅や出張先等の店舗外の場所で確認したり、一元管理することが出来る利点がある。

更に、上記の如く島コンピュータ７ａや店舗管理コンピュータ７ｂからなる遊技情報データ管理装置７にアクセス可能な情報端末９を介して処理項目の項目名及び項目内容の変更や増減を行える構成であっても、又該情報端末９が信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５に直接アクセス可能な構成であってもよく、要は処理項目の項目名及び項目内容の増減が、信号変換装置４に設けられた遊技情報データ読取処理装置５又は遊技情報データ管理装置７の少なくとも何れか一方にアクセス可能な情報端末９を介して設定可能な場合には、一旦検定に合格した賞球遊技台２に何ら改造を施すことなく簡単に、しかも瞬時に処理項目の項目名及び項目内容の変更や増減を店舗内又は店舗外の所定の場所から行うことが可能となり、よって賞球遊技台２から出力される各種遊技情報データを、例えば賞球遊技台製造メーカーと異なる製造メーカーの各種周辺機材や遊技情報データ管理装置７に適応する処理信号又は処理データに簡単に、しかも瞬時に加工して得ることが出来る利点がある。

又、図４（イ）に示す様に、信号変換装置４の遊技情報データ読取処理装置５に、該遊技情報データ読取処理装置５が発する処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を介して作動する遊技者サービス提供手段としての、例えば、音響、映像、芳香、照明等の各種装置１０を設けると共に該各種装置１０を賞球遊技台２の近傍に配設（間接的に具備）したり、又同図（ロ）に示す様に、該各種装置１０を賞球遊技台２に一体的に配設（直接に具備）してもよく、この場合には、賞球遊技台２又は遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の少なくとも何れか一方に設けられた各種装置１０を作動させて、遊技者に心地よさや遊技意欲をかき立てることが出来る精神面でのサービスを提供することが出来、よって他店に対しての優位性を得ることが出来る経営上の利点を有する。

更に、上記の如く賞球遊技台２又は遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の少なくとも何れか一方に各種装置１０を設けた場合において、例えば、各種装置１０が遊技情報データ読取処理装置５が発する処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方を介して作動する不正防止手段として警報音、警告音声、警報ランプ等の何れかを作動させる構成であってもよく、よって不正防止手段としての機能を有した各種装置１０が作動した場合には、不正者の不正を自らの意思で即時にやめさせたり、又、不正が行われている事実を周辺の遊技人や店の従業員等に伝えて不正者を捕らえることも出来るというセキュリティシステムを簡単に構築することが出来る利点がある。

更に、上記の如く遊技者サービス提供手段又は不正防止手段の少なくとも何れか一方が、遊技情報データ読取処理装置５又は遊技情報データ管理装置７の少なくとも何れか一方にアクセス可能な情報端末９（図示せず）を介して作動する構成であってもよく、この場合においては、簡単に、しかも瞬時に遊技者サービス提供手段として、例えば、音響、映像、芳香、照明等又は不正防止手段として、例えば、警報音、警告音声、警報ランプ等を所定の店舗内又は店舗外の所定の場所から遠隔操作によって作動させることが出来る利点があるが、例えば不正防止手段が個々の賞球遊技台２への玉の供給を停止する玉供給停止装置（図示せず）であった場合には、複数の店舗を管理する集中管理装置センター（民間機関であっても警察等の公的機関の何れの管理であってもよい）等から遠隔操作によって不正の働かれた賞球遊技台２への玉の供給を停止して遊技不可能とし犯罪を阻止することが出来る利点を有する。

更に、図５に示す様に、前記遊技者サービス提供手段又は不正防止手段の何れがの機能を備えた各種装置１０又は信号変換装置４の遊技情報データ読取処理装置５の何れがに情報端末通信用接続部１１が設けられていてもよく、この場合には、遊技者が携帯する通信機器（図示せず）を用いての緊急な外部連絡や情報入手等を遊技を行っている合間等に行うことが出来る情報サービスを営業時間中何時でも提供することが出来る利点がある。
