【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a ring that includes a notch for adjusting the diameter of the ring and that can be deformed in a direction that widens and narrows the distance between both ends in contact with the notch.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Patent Document 1 discloses a ring in which a part of the ring is provided with a separation part and the diameter of the separation part can be adjusted by expanding or narrowing the pitch of the separation part. .
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-182519 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An inner surface portion of a ring having a configuration as shown in Patent Document 1, that is, a surface portion that comes into contact with a finger when fitted on the finger, and further, from the inner surface portion to the outer surface portion 102 side as shown in FIG. If the groove 101 engraved toward the surface is provided, when the force for deforming the ring 100 is applied to the ring 100 as described above, the groove width of the groove 101 is increased or narrowed. Accordingly, the ring 100 can be more easily deformed.
[0005]
However, when the groove 101 is simply provided in the inner surface portion of the ring 100 in this way, the force is concentrated between the groove bottom 101a of the groove 101 and the outer surface portion 102 of the ring 100, and the gap between the two. Metal fatigue is likely to occur in the portion 103.
[0006]
Therefore, in the present invention, in a ring having a notch for adjusting the diameter of the ring and having a groove for deforming the ring on the inner surface, a force in a direction for changing the groove width of the deformation groove applied to the ring is obtained. It is difficult to concentrate between the groove bottom of the groove for deformation and the outer surface of the ring, and even if the diameter of the ring is adjusted frequently, it is difficult to cause metal fatigue between the two. The main purpose is to do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention according to claim 1, the ring has the following configurations (1) to (3).
(1) A ring provided with a notch for adjusting the diameter of the ring and capable of being deformed in a direction to widen and narrow a distance between both ends in contact with the notch,
(2) A plurality of deformation grooves whose groove ends are opened at the side surface portion of the ring extending between the inner surface portion and the outer surface portion of the ring are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the ring. With a gap between and
(3) One groove wall surface of the deformation groove is an arcuate surface in which the inner side of the deformation groove is curved inward, and the other groove wall surface of the deformation groove is inwardly curved outward. As the arcuate surface, the portion of the deforming groove where the one groove wall surface and the other groove wall surface contact each other is oriented in the circumferential direction of the ring.
[0008]
According to such a configuration, it is possible to make the deformation for adjusting the diameter of the ring easier by the plurality of deformation grooves. That is, by applying an external force to the ring in a direction that widens the distance between both ends of the ring that contacts the notch, the groove width of the deformation groove can be increased, thereby increasing the diameter of the ring. Can be made easier.
[0009]
Further, by applying an external force to the ring in a direction to reduce the distance between both ends of the ring in contact with the notch, the groove width of the deformation groove can be reduced, thereby reducing the diameter of the ring. It can be made easy.
[0010]
Further, when an external force is applied to the ring so as to adjust the diameter of the ring, the force generated at the location where the one groove wall surface and the other groove wall surface contact each other in the deformation groove can be released in the circumferential direction of the ring. Thus, it is possible to prevent intensive metal fatigue from occurring between the groove bottom of the deformation groove and the outer surface portion of the ring by the action of such an external force.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, typical embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0012]
1 to 4 show one of the embodiments of the present invention, and FIG. 4 particularly shows the main part of the ring R as a cross-sectional state. FIG. 5 shows, as a cross-sectional view, a main part of a ring R according to another embodiment of the present invention in which a part of the configuration is different from that of the embodiment shown in FIGS. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of a ring R according to still another embodiment of the present invention in which a part of the configuration is different from that of the embodiment shown in FIGS. Shown as a state.
[0013]
The ring R according to this embodiment includes a notch 1 for adjusting the diameter of the ring R, and can be deformed in a direction to widen and narrow a distance between both ends 2 and 2 in contact with the notch 1. Is. That is, the ring R becomes a free size ring by such deformation.
[0014]
Such a ring R is typically made of metal such as silver, platinum, gold, brass, and stainless steel. Moreover, a pattern is given to such a ring R, a jewel is attached, or a jewel is embedded as needed.
[0015]
In addition, the ring R according to this embodiment includes a plurality of inner surface portions 3 of the ring R in which groove ends are opened in the side surface portion 5 of the ring R extending between the inner surface portion 3 and the outer surface portion 4 of the ring R. Deformation grooves 6, 6... Are provided with a space between the deformation grooves 6 adjacent in the circumferential direction of the ring R.
[0016]
That is, in such a ring R, a plurality of depths that do not reach the surface portion opposite to the inner surface portion 3 (that is, the outer surface portion 4) to the surface portion (that is, the inner surface portion 3) in contact with the finger in the ring R. Deformation grooves 6 are provided. Further, both groove ends of the deformation groove 6 are opened outward in the side surface portion 5 of the ring R.
[0017]
Thereby, in the ring R according to this embodiment, the deformation for adjusting the diameter of the ring R can be more easily performed by the plurality of deformation grooves 6, 6. That is, as the external force is applied to the ring R in such a direction as to widen the distance between the both ends 2 and 2 of the ring R in contact with the notch 1, the groove width of the deformation groove 6 can be increased. The diameter of the ring R can be easily increased.
[0018]
Further, as the external force is applied to the ring R in the direction of narrowing the distance between the two end portions 2 and 2 of the ring R in contact with the notch 1, the groove width of the deformation groove 6 can be reduced. Thus, the diameter of the ring R can be easily reduced.
[0019]
Further, in the ring R according to this embodiment, the one groove wall surface 6a of the deformation groove 6 has an arcuate surface in which the inside of the deformation groove 6 is curved inward, and the deformation groove 6 The other groove wall surface 6b is an arcuate surface in which the inside of the deformation groove 6 is curved outward, and the portion of the deformation groove 6 where the one groove wall surface 6a and the other groove wall surface 6b contact each other is in the circumferential direction of the ring R It is aimed at x.
[0020]
As a result, in the ring R according to this embodiment, when an external force is applied to the ring R so as to adjust the diameter of the ring R, the one groove wall surface 6a and the other groove wall surface 6b in the deformation groove 6 are used. Can be released in the circumferential direction x of the ring R, so that the external force acts between the groove bottom of the deformation groove 6 and the outer surface portion 4 of the ring R. Metal fatigue can be prevented from occurring intensively. That is, in the ring R according to this embodiment, even if the diameter of the ring R is adjusted with high frequency, the ring R is less painful over time, and even when such adjustment is performed with high frequency, It is difficult to cause cracks and breaks in R.
[0021]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the first intact portion 7 not provided with the deformation groove 6 is left between the end portion 2 of the ring R that is in contact with the notched portion, and this split portion is left. A second intact portion 8 is left at a position facing the notch, and a portion 9 between the first intact portion 7 and the second intact portion 8 is used as a forming portion 9 of the deformation groove 6.
[0022]
In the forming portion 9 of the deformation groove 6, a plurality of deformation grooves 6, 6... Are formed in the circumferential direction x of the ring R so as to have a substantially equal interval between adjacent deformation grooves 6. It is installed.
[0023]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, an arcuate protruding portion 10 is formed between one of the adjacent deformation grooves 6 and the other by the adjacent deformation grooves 6. A plurality of deformation grooves 6, 6... Are formed. That is, in the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the one groove wall surface 6 a and the other groove wall surface 6 b in one of the adjacent deformation grooves 6 are curved on the other side of the adjacent deformation groove 6. Both the one groove wall surface 6a and the other groove wall surface 6b in the other of the adjacent deformation grooves 6 are formed so that one side of the adjacent deformation groove 6 is a curved inner side. Is formed. In this case, it is possible to form the protruding portion 10 in which the portion left between the adjacent deformation grooves 6, that is, the edge directed inward of the ring R, has an arc shape.
[0024]
Further, in the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, at the place where the inner end of one groove wall surface 6 a of the deformation groove 6 and the inner end of the other groove wall surface 6 b are in contact with both groove wall surfaces 6 a, 6 b. The grooves 6a are in contact with each other so as to form an edge portion 6c in the groove.
[0025]
Unlike the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner end of one groove wall surface 6a and the inner end of the other groove wall surface 6b of the deformation groove 6 are connected to both groove wall surfaces. In some cases, 6a and 6b may be in contact with each other so as to form an in-groove inner portion 6c having a rounded shape.
[0026]
Further, unlike the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, as shown in FIG. 6, one of the adjacent groove walls 6a and the other groove wall surface 6b of one of the adjacent deformation grooves 6 are adjacent to each other. 6, and the other groove wall surface 6 b in the other of the adjacent deformation grooves 6 is one of the adjacent deformation grooves 6. It may be formed so that the side is the curved outer side.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to the ring according to the present invention, the portion where the groove surface of the one groove and the wall surface of the other groove that make up the groove for deforming the ring provided on the inner surface of the ring are in contact with the circumferential direction of the ring. Therefore, it is difficult for the force in the direction to change the groove width of the deformation groove applied to the ring to be concentrated between the groove bottom of the deformation groove and the outer surface portion of the ring, thereby increasing the adjustment of the diameter of the ring. Even if it carries out with frequency, it can make it hard to produce metal fatigue in the part between both.
