本発明は、可燃性冷媒を使用した冷蔵庫の照明装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の冷蔵庫の照明装置は庫内灯を取付装置に回転させながら固定するものが一般的に用いられている。(例えば、特許文献1参照)
以下、図面を参照しながら上記従来の冷蔵庫を説明する。

図7において、1は冷蔵庫の庫内で、断熱壁2で区画形成されている。3は庫内灯で、ソケット本体4の取付穴5の端子部6,7に、庫内灯3の口金3aを螺合し固定されるものである。8、9はコネクタ10と結合する端子部で、コネクタ10はリード線11に接続されている。

以上のような構成により、製造時の部品取り付けや冷蔵庫設置後の部品交換時は、庫内灯3の口金3aを回転させながらソケット本体4に取付けるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、冷蔵庫の冷媒には、安全性の面からR134aなどの不燃性冷媒が用いられているが、近年は、地球温暖化防止という観点から地球温暖化係数(GWP)の低い炭化水素系冷媒が注目されている。

冷凍サイクルに可燃性冷媒を用いた場合、上記従来の構成では、庫内灯3とソケット本体4が螺合し固定されるものであるため、使用時に螺合部が緩み、端子部6,7と庫内灯3の口金3aの接点が不完全となり、庫内灯3点灯時にスパークが発生し、万が一可燃性冷媒が庫内に漏れていた場合、不安全になる危険性が生じる。

本発明は上記の課題を解決するもので、可燃性冷媒を使用した冷蔵庫の安全性向上を図る冷蔵庫を提供することを目的とする。

また、冷蔵室の天面に庫内灯を設けた場合、固定が確実に行なわれないと、ランプが外れランプカバーに当たり不安全な状態が生じる可能性があるという欠点があった。

本発明の他の目的は、冷蔵室の天面に庫内灯を設けた場合の安全性、信頼性を高める冷蔵庫を提供することを目的とする。また、庫内灯ランプ交換時の作業性を高めた冷蔵庫を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、冷凍サイクルに可燃性冷媒を用い、庫内天面に照明装置を有する冷蔵庫において、前記照明装置は庫内灯ランプとソケットを一体化し、リード線との接続部をピン差込方式とした端子型ランプとし、前記端子型ランプを支持するホルダーにガイドフランジを設け、前記ガイドフランジを挿入するガイドリブを庫内天面に設けたものであり、照明装置として端子型ランプを庫内天面に設けることで、接点にスパークが生じず可燃性冷媒を用いた場合の安全性を高めることができる。また、ガイドフランジとガイドリブを設けることで、端子型ランプを庫内天面にスムーズに組み込むことができる。

以下、本発明による冷蔵庫の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。

図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による冷蔵庫の側面断面図、図2は、図1のA部拡大図、図3は、同実施の形態の冷蔵庫の端子型ランプの斜視図、図4は、図3のB−B断面図、図5は、同実施の形態の冷蔵庫の端子型ランプの組立分解図、図6は、同実施の形態の冷蔵庫の庫内冷却用天面ダクトを裏から見た正面図である。

図1において、21は冷蔵庫本体で、鋼板で形成した外箱22と樹脂で成形した内箱23の内部に樹脂発泡したウレタンフォーム24で断熱箱体を形成し前面を開口している。そして断熱仕切壁25により上部貯蔵室と下部貯蔵室に区画している。上部貯蔵室の上方には冷蔵室26、上部貯蔵室の下方には仕切板27を介して野菜室28を有する。また、下部貯蔵室は断熱仕切壁30を介して上下に区画し、上方には切替室29と製氷室(図示せず)、下部貯蔵室の下方には冷凍室31を有している。また冷蔵庫本体21の下部後方には機械室を有し内部に圧縮機(図示せず)を配置している。

図2において、照明装置としての端子型ランプ44は冷蔵室26の天面に配置し、端子型ランプ44を覆うように透光性の照明カバー45を設けている。また、端子型ランプ44本体は、図3、図4に示すように、ソケット46と庫内灯ランプ47を係止爪などで嵌合させて一体化して組み立てられており、ソケット46のピン48の差込側に向かって、ピン48接続部を覆うように周縁部にピン48の高さと略同一のカバー部49を設けている。
