Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint of a handrail rod attached to a staircase of a building, and more particularly to a joint used when a handrail at the beginning and end of a staircase bends, that is, where the handrail slope angle changes.
[Prior art]
The types of staircases in buildings other than single-family homes are mainly defined in four types according to the standards of the Building Standard Law, and the gradient angle θ is between approximately 20 ° and 50 °.
And where the handrail bar of the conventional stair railing is bent, the handrail bar is used by being bent according to the gradient angle, or joints having various curved shapes according to the gradient angle are used.
For this reason, there is a problem that the labor for bending the handrail bar and the types of joint parts increase.
In addition, the slope angle of the stairs may be slightly different from the designed angle due to the circumstances of construction, in which case a gap is formed in the joint part, not only the appearance is deteriorated, but also the sharp cut edge of the handrail bar is exposed. There was a problem of doing.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in the present invention, the above-mentioned problems are solved, and even if the gradient angle of the staircase is any angle between 20 ° and 50 °, and even if there is a slight deviation in the gradient angle, the gradient angle of the staircase is adjusted. An object of the present invention is to provide a stair railing joint that can be used together. It is another object of the present invention to provide a safe stair railing joint that has a good appearance at the connection with the handrail bar.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the present invention, a corner metal fitting 1 having a curved shape in which a spherical concave surface 1b having a female screw portion 1c at the center is formed at both ends, a spherical convex surface 2a at one end, and a connecting screw 3 at the center of the spherical convex surface 2a. Has two handrail bar connecting brackets 2 formed with connecting screw insertion holes 2b through which the handrail bar connecting portion 2e is formed at the other end, and the handrail bar connecting brackets on the spherical concave surfaces 1b at both ends of the corner bracket 1, respectively. 2 and the corner metal fitting 1 and the handrail bar joint metal fitting 2 are attached to the handrail bar joint metal fitting 2 so that the angle can be changed with the connection screw 3 inserted through the connection screw insertion hole 2b. An end portion of 1 is provided with an annular cover portion 2d that covers and conceals with a gap.
If it is set as the said structure, the joint of a stair railing can be match | combined with the gradient angle of a staircase by one type of joint.
The annular cover 2d is preferably provided with a portion that covers the end of the handrail bar 4.
In this way, the end portion of the handrail bar 4 is covered with the annular covering portion 2d.
It is preferable to form a raised portion 2c having a curved surface centered on the central tip of the spherical convex surface 2a on the inner side surface of the spherical convex surface 2a of the handrail rod coupling fitting 2.
In this way, the distance from the center tip of the spherical convex surface 2a does not change even if the angle is finely adjusted after attaching the handrail rod coupling bracket 2 to the corner bracket 1 with the coupling screw 3 at the time of construction. The screw 3 is not loosened.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of a stair railing joint according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
1 is a front view of a stair handrail using the joint of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are examples in which the joint of the present invention is applied to stairs having different gradient angles.
The joint of the stair railing of the present invention comprises a corner metal fitting 1 having a curved shape, and two handrail rod connecting metal fittings 2 and 2 attached to both ends of the corner metal fitting 1, which are respectively connected with screws 3 and 3 for connection. It is connected with. And the handrail bar 4 formed in the shape of a pipe is attached to the part on the opposite side to the corner metal fitting 1 of the handrail bar coupling metal fitting 2.
More specifically, the corner metal fitting 1 has a shape in which a cylindrical rod is bent at an angle of 145 °, a shallow cylindrical portion 1a is formed at both ends, and the inner diameter is deeper than that of the cylindrical portion 1a. A slightly smaller spherical concave surface 1b is formed. Further, a female screw portion 1c that is screwed with the connecting screw 3 is formed at the central portion of the spherical concave surface 1b.
The handrail rod coupling fitting 2 has a cylindrical shape with a spherical convex surface 2 a fitted into the spherical concave surface 1 b of the corner fitting 1 at the tip, and the diameter thereof is a size that fits inside the handrail rod 4. A vertically long connecting screw insertion hole 2b through which the connecting screw 3 is inserted is formed at the tip of the spherical convex surface 2a. On the inner surface of the spherical convex surface 2a, a raised portion 2c having a curved surface centered on the central tip of the spherical convex surface 2a is formed. Even if the mounting angle is finely adjusted after the coupling screw 3 is tightened, it is for coupling. The screw 3 is not loosened. Specifically, the shape of the raised portion 2c may be a spherical surface, a barrel-shaped curved surface, or a cylindrical curved surface. Further, on the side of the spherical convex surface 2a, circular grooves are formed on both sides, and an annular cover portion 2d that covers and covers the end portion of the corner fitting 1 and the end portion of the handrail rod 4 is integrally formed in the groove. Provided. Further, a portion closer to the handrail rod 4 than the annular cover portion 2d is a handrail rod connecting portion 2e that fits inside the handrail rod 4.
The joint of the stair handrail of the present invention having the above-described configuration is a connecting screw for inserting the spherical convex surface 2a of the handrail bar connecting metal fitting 2 into the spherical concave surface 1b at both ends of the corner metal fitting 1 and inserting the connecting screw insertion hole 2b. 3 is screwed into the female screw portion 1c and assembled.
In order to attach the joint of the handrail of the present invention to the handrail rod 4, the handrail rod connecting portion 2e of the handrail rod coupling fitting 2 is thrust into the position where the tip of the handrail rod 4 is covered with the annular covering portion 2d and remains in that state. A hole is drilled in the handrail bar connecting portion 2 e together with the handrail bar 4, and is fixed with a setscrew 5.
FIG. 3 shows a state where the handrail bar connecting brackets 2 on both sides of the corner bracket 1 are bent in opposite directions. At this time, the opening angle of the two handrail bars 4 is 160 ° and the gradient angle is 20 °. Applied to the staircase.
FIG. 4 shows a state where the handrail bar connecting brackets 2 on both sides of the corner bracket 1 are bent in the opposite direction. At this time, the opening angle of the two handrail bars 4 is 130 ° and the gradient angle is 50 °. Applied to the staircase.
Thus, the joint of the stair railing of this invention can be applied to the staircase whose gradient angle is between 20 ° and 50 °, and there is one kind of joint.
In addition, in the handrail attachment state, since the sharp cut end of the handrail bar 4 is covered with the annular cover portion 2d, it is safe. Furthermore, since the annular cover portion 2d is larger than the diameter of the handrail rod 4 and the change in the stairs can be predicted by the step of the annular cover portion 2d, there is an effect that the stairs can be moved up and down safely even when the power is dark.
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, the angle of the corner bracket 1 and the handrail bar coupling bracket 2 can be changed, and the joint of the stair handrail can be adjusted in accordance with the gradient angle of the staircase. There is no need to do so, and there are fewer types of fittings to stock.
If the raised portion 2c having a curved surface centered on the center tip of the spherical convex surface 2a is formed on the inner surface of the spherical convex surface 2a of the handrail rod coupling bracket 2, the handrail rod coupling bracket 2 is coupled to the corner bracket 1 during construction. Even if the angle is finely adjusted after attaching with the screw 3, the connecting screw 3 does not loosen, which makes it easy to use.
If the handrail bar connecting bracket 2 is provided with an annular cover portion 2d for covering the end portion of the corner bracket 1 and the end portion of the handrail rod 4, the end portion of the corner bracket 1 and the end portion of the handrail rod 4 are annular cover portions 2d. Therefore, not only the appearance is good, but also the sharp cut edge of the handrail bar is not exposed, and it becomes safe.
