Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a belt clip attached to a portable device such as a portable radio, a telephone, a portable measuring instrument or a camera.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 9 shows an example of this type of belt clip. The belt clip 35 shown in the figure is attached to the housing 30A, 30B of the portable product 30 or the mounting surface of the storage case (usually the housing 30B on the back side as shown in the figure). The portable product 30 is mounted and held against it. In the conventional product, as a structure for retaining the belt 40, the belt 40 is inserted between the mounting surface of the portable product 30 and the belt clip 35 as shown in the figure, or as illustrated in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-125081. The belt clip is formed in an inverted U shape in a longitudinal section, and the belt is inserted into the inverted U shape to be latched. Moreover, as an attachment structure to a portable article, it is attached to the portable article side by using a screw as exemplified in Utility Model Registration No. 3001195, or exemplified in Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 62-47176 and 61-125081. As described above, a plurality of engaging claws are integrally formed on the belt clip, and the engaging claws are engaged with and attached to locking holes provided on the portable product side.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional belt clip described above has problems from the following viewpoints and is still unsatisfactory. In other words, the belt latching structure has a certain gap between the downward clip body and the mounting surface of the portable product 30 as shown in FIG. 9 or between the opposing ones in the belt clip having the inverted U-shaped longitudinal section. , And insert the belt through the gap. In such a structure, as shown in the figure, a protrusion 35a is provided on the inner side of the lower end of the clip body so that the belt 40 inserted into the gap does not come out carelessly. However, the thickness of the belt 40 is reduced. If the width t is narrow, the fit is lacking and the belt cannot be stably held.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above background. Its purpose is, Ru near to provide a belt clip that can hold even different thickness and width of the belt is to be mounted was always stable and belt with a predetermined clamping force. Another object to further goes to sequentially revealed in the contents to be described below.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an upper insertion piece that is inserted into one insertion hole from above, and an insertion hole that is inserted into the other insertion hole, among at least two insertion holes provided in the portable product. A lower insertion piece and an upper part are attached to the attachment surface of the portable product by the upper and lower insertion pieces, and are arranged at a predetermined distance downward, and a rib-like protrusion is provided at the lower part on the back side. The portable article, and an elastic tongue piece that is partitioned and formed in a part of the main body via a slit or the like, protrudes obliquely upward on the rear side from the lower connecting portion, and swings around the lower connecting portion as a fulcrum. The belt inserted between the mounting surface and the main body is pressed against the mounting surface of the portable article by the tongue piece.
According to the above structure, when a belt (which may be on the end side of clothing) is inserted between the attachment surface of a portable product (usually the rear surface of a portable device housing or case) and the main body, The corresponding portion is pressed against the attachment surface side of the portable product by a tongue piece projecting obliquely upward from the lower connection portion of the main body. That is, the belt to be attached is in close contact with the attachment surface side of the portable product by the elastic force of the tongue piece even when the thickness is extremely thin or the width t is extremely thin. As a result, regardless of the type of belt, the belt clip is less likely to move relative to the belt and can always hold a portable product stably. The tongue piece can be molded integrally with the main body, and can be implemented without increasing the weight by constituting a part of the main body.

The upper insertion piece 14a protrudes downward from the upper edge of both side portions 10a, and the lower insertion piece 14b protrudes downward from the lower wall that defines the portion 10c. The two upper insertion pieces 14a are slightly shifted to both sides than the corresponding lower insertion pieces 14b and are shorter than the lower insertion pieces 14b. These upper and lower insertion pieces 14a and 14b correspond to the upper and lower insertion holes 33a and 33b on the mounting surface 32 side. In the figure, reference numerals 19a and 19b are depressions formed as needed on the front side of both side portions 10a.
[0013]
On the other hand, the operating lever 20 is formed corresponding to the notch portion 11 on the tongue piece 13 and is sized so as to substantially cover the notch portion 11 with a slight clearance from the tongue piece 13 as shown in FIG. It has become. In terms of shape, the upper side is slightly curved corresponding to the mounting surface 32 as shown in FIG. 8, and the periphery of the back side or the back side is edged 21, inside the edge 21 and on the upper side of the upper curved portion. It has an engaging claw 22 projecting from the back surface, a shaft portion 23 projecting substantially in the middle on both sides of the edging 21 and the like. The engaging claw 22 is provided corresponding to the locking hole 34 on the mounting surface 32 side, is provided in the back side width direction, and has a tip protruding substantially in the horizontal direction. The engaging claws 22 are reinforced by ribs 22a provided on both lower sides. Each shaft portion 23 is formed in a length that can be fitted into the corresponding engagement hole 17 of the clip body 10. The rim 21 is provided with a receiving surface 24 lacking a portion corresponding to the upper side of both shaft portions 23 at a substantially right angle. The receiving surface 24 comes into contact with the upper edge of the lateral piece 16 when the operation lever 20 is disposed in the cutout 11 of the clip body 10. On the front surface, a plurality of lateral ribs 25 serving as reinforcement and anti-slip are provided on the lower side. Further, although not shown on the front surface, characters such as PUSH are engraved on the upper side of the lateral rib 25.
[0014]
The operation lever 20 described above is arranged with respect to the clip body 10 so as to correspond to the notch portion 11 and is assembled as the belt clip 1 by inserting the shaft portions 23 on both sides into the corresponding engagement holes 17. In the assembled state, as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the operation lever 20 receives the repulsive force of the pressing piece 15 from the back side, and rotates counterclockwise (the locking direction of the engaging claw 22 ) with the shaft portion 23 as a fulcrum. This rotation is regulated by the receiving surface 24 coming into contact with the upper edge of the horizontal piece 16 and is held at the normal lock position. The belt clip 1 is attached to the portable product 31 from this state.
[0015]
3 is operated by sliding the belt clip 1 shown in FIG. 3 downward from the upper surface with respect to the mounting surface 32. In this case, the insertion pieces 14a and 14b of the clip main body 10 are arranged on the mounting surface 32 side. It slides in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 so as to correspond to the insertion holes 33a and 33b. Then, the engaging claw 22 of the operating lever 20 falls into and engages with the locking hole 34 of the lateral hole immediately before the insertion pieces 14a and 14b are completely inserted into the corresponding insertion holes 33a and 33b. This engagement claw 22, when the operating lever 20 as described above because it is rotationally biased in the locking direction of the engaging claw 22 by the pressing piece 15 is engaged once the locking hole 34, the operating lever It is not released unless 20 is rotated against the urging force of the pressing piece 15. As described above, the position of the belt clip 1 is restricted by the four insertion engagements of the insertion pieces 14 a and 14 b with respect to the attachment surface 32, and the removal of the insertion pieces 14 a and 14 b is caused by the engagement claw 22 . It is attached in a state blocked by engagement. This attachment state is reliably maintained because the tension corresponding to the repulsive force of the pressing piece 15 is applied to the engaging claw 22.
[0016]
The above belt clip 1 is attached to the belt 40 (for example, the end side of clothing other than the belt) in the same manner as the conventional product in FIG. become. The difference from the prior art is that the elastic tongue 13 is positioned between the mounting surface 32 and the clip body 10, and the action of the tongue 13 is expressed. That is, normally, as shown in the lower side of FIG. 3, the belt 40 is thicker than the distance between the protrusion 18 of the clip body 10 and the mounting surface 32, and the clip body 10 is rotated counterclockwise (as shown in FIG. 3). The tongue piece 13 is inserted while being expanded in the direction of arrow A), and is further displaced from the initial position of the solid line in the direction of the imaginary line with the lower connecting portion 13a as a fulcrum. For this reason, in the belt clip 1, the belt 40 is pressed against the attachment surface 32 side by a repulsive force that attempts to restore the initial position of the tongue piece 13 in a state of being hooked on the belt 40. As a result, relative movement with the belt 40 is reduced, and the portable product 31 can be mounted and held in a more stable state. This action can be obtained in the same manner by the elastic action of the tongue piece 13 even if the thickness of the belt 40 which is the attachment object is different. Further, the belt clip 1 is pushed in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 3 with the upper side as a fulcrum when the belt 40 is initially inserted or when the tongue 13 is elastically displaced. The pressing force in the direction of arrow A increases the locking force by strengthening the engagement of the engagement claw 22 with the locking hole 34. Similarly, when the portable product 31 is attached to the belt 40 and the external force in the direction of the arrow F in FIG. 3 is applied to the portable product 31, the engagement between the locking hole 34 and the engagement claw 22 is strengthened. It works like this. Therefore, in this structure, the belt clip 1 is easily attached to the attachment surface 32, and once attached, the belt clip 1 cannot be inadvertently removed by an external force applied to the portable product 31 or the like.
[0017]
In addition, the belt clip 1 described above may be desired to be removed from the portable product 31 as necessary. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the lower side of the operation lever 20 is pushed against the repulsive force of the pressing piece 15 in the direction of the arrow 1 in the figure , the operation lever 20 supports the shaft portion 23 as a fulcrum. And the engaging claw 22 is removed from the locking hole 34. From this state, when the belt clip 1 is slid in the direction indicated by the arrow 2 in the figure, that is, in the direction opposite to the sliding at the time of attachment, the insertion pieces 14a and 14b of the clip body 10 come out of the insertion holes 33a and 33b. Thus, with this structure, the attachment / detachment operation with respect to the portable product 31 is extremely easy and does not require a large force.
[0018]
In the belt clip 1 of the present invention, the object to be attached is mainly intended for the belt 40. For example, the belt clip 1 can be similarly latched around the end or edge of clothes such as trousers. . Moreover, about the shape of the portable article 31, it changes variously according to an applicable portable apparatus.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, clip clip of the present invention, by the action of the elastic tongues are swung as a fulcrum lower connecting portion provided in the body, it depends on the type of belt which is an object to be mounted object (thickness and width) Accordingly, relative movement is prevented in a state where the belt is hooked on the belt, so that the portable article can always be held stably.
