BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat folding structure in an automobile seat, and more particularly to a seat folding structure that can recline a backrest of a front seat and a backrest of a rear seat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In automobiles, many seat folding structures have been proposed for reclining the backrest of the front seat and the backless of the rear seat to make the entire seat flat.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 16 (hereinafter referred to as “conventional example 1”), the

[0012]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention made in view of such a point is to provide a seat folding structure that has a simple configuration but does not hinder the occupant when seated and can secure a sufficient area in a flat state. There is to do.
[0013]
More specifically, the height of the front backrest can be prevented from being lowered to sufficiently support the vicinity of the head of the passenger when seated, and the front-rear direction of the flat seat To prevent the length of the seat from being shortened, to prevent the front seat from getting in the way when getting on and off when the seat is in a flat state, and the structure of the backrest and cushion is complicated and the strength is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a seat folding structure capable of preventing, for example, preventing the width of a backrest that can be reclined when the seat is in a flat state from being narrowed.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to
[0015]
According to the invention of
[0016]
That is, when the backrest is reclined to a flat state, the backrest can be brought into a more flat state. According to the first aspect of the invention, unlike the conventional example 5 shown in FIG. 20, the width of the portion of the backrest that can be sufficiently reclined (W in FIG. 20) is not reduced. That is, by increasing the swing center of the backrest, the amount of reclining is increased, so it is a simple structure that does not need to provide a split part to avoid interference with the wheel apron on the left and right ends of the backrest, In addition, the entire backrest can be sufficiently reclined.
[0017]
The invention according to
[0018]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the cushion is arranged at the reclining position by the elevating mechanism, the entire cushion is arranged at the upper side and the rear side, so that the reclining amount of the backrest can be increased, and the flat state In addition to making the backrest closer to a flat state, the space in front of the front end of the cushion, so-called foot space, can be expanded in the front-rear direction. As a result, the problem of Conventional Example 5 can be solved as well as the problems of Conventional Examples 1 to 4 in the same manner as the first aspect of the invention. In this way, based on the fact that the entire cushion can be moved upward and rearward, thereby increasing the reclining amount of the backrest, and widening the foot space, various seat arrangements are possible as described later. Become.
[0019]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the seat folding structure according to the first or second aspect, the seat folding structure further includes a biasing unit that biases the cushion at the seating position toward the reclining corresponding position.
[0020]
According to the invention of claim 3, the urging means urges the cushion in the lower seating position toward the upper reclining position, that is, the direction opposite to the direction in which the weights of the cushion and the backrest act. Since it is biased in the direction, the force required to move the cushion from the seating position to the reclining position can be reduced.

Therefore, When only one seat is raised to the reclining position, the gap between the cushion at the adjacent seating position is covered by the side of the cushion. , And others are prevented from entering. Also, For example, when the backrest is going to recline and the backrest interferes with the wheel apron protruding just behind the seat and the amount of reclining is reduced, recline the cushion as described above. Since the swing center of the backrest is disposed above when it is disposed at the corresponding position, the amount of reclining until the backrest interferes with the wheel apron can be increased accordingly. That is, when the backrest is reclined to a flat state, the backrest can be brought into a more flat state.
[0064]
Furthermore, since the reclinable amount of the entire backrest is increased, it is not necessary to provide a split portion where the reclining amount is insufficient due to interference with the protruding portion at both ends of the backrest. Can be increased.
[0065]
According to the sheet folding structure of
[0066]
According to the seat folding structure of claim 3, the urging means urges the cushion in the lower seating position toward the upper reclining correspondence position, that is, the direction in which the weights of the cushion and the backrest act. Since it is biased in the reverse direction, the force required to move the cushion from the seating position to the reclining position can be reduced, and the operability of the rear seat can be improved.
