Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for forming a sculpture pattern on the bottom surface of a glass cup.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is well known that a method for forming a hollow glass product such as a glass cup is generally performed using an automatic molding machine such as an H-28 machine. In order to engrave a pattern on the bottom surface of the cup in this molding machine, a rough mold is engraved in advance or a bottom mold is used.
[0003]
However, when a rough mold is preliminarily engraved and molded, the range of engraving is narrow and is limited to about one-half of the cup bottom diameter, and it is almost impossible to express the unevenness of the engraving. I could only express it with 3mm unevenness. In addition, when engraving the bottom mold in advance and molding with the bottom mold, it is only representation of large irregularities, and it is impossible to represent fine lines and dots.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, expresses a fine pattern with a 1 to 2 mm irregularity on the bottom of a glass cup, and expresses a large pattern exceeding one-half of the cup bottom diameter. The purpose is to provide a low-cost cup.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, when the glass is still in a high temperature after being molded with a molding machine such as an H-28 machine, the bottom surface of the cup is heated with a burner to be soft. A method of forming a sculpture pattern on the bottom surface of the cup by pressing a stamp that has been engraved on the bottom surface of the cup, and heating with a burner with the bottom surface of the hollow glass product facing up, A process of temporarily stopping the product on the belt conveyor and holding the product, and a stamped stamp on the bottom of the hollow glass product to form a sculpture pattern with 1 to 2 mm of unevenness on the bottom of the hollow glass product A sculpture pattern exceeding one-half of the cup bottom diameter is formed on the bottom including the forming step.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows the entire process. First, a semi-finished product with a foil is formed by a molding machine such as an H-28 machine, and the semi-finished product is carried into a burn-off machine. Cut off the part, burn the cut surface that becomes the cup-shaped mouth part with a burner, round the cut surface, so-called mouth-cooking, the product is taken out from the burn-off machine and passed to the slow cooling furnace Can be put on. The steps so far are the same as the conventional methods. The bottom of the cup, which is taken out from the burn-off machine and placed on the conveyor leading to the slow cooling furnace with the bottom facing upward, is hot, but has dropped to a temperature below the softening point of the glass. It is necessary to heat, and it is carried into the bottom baking machine from the conveyor, and the bottom surface is heated to a temperature higher than the softening point by a gas burner attached in the bottom baking machine, and the bottom surface is softened. The cup that has heated the bottom surface is again placed on the conveyor that leads to the slow cooling furnace with the bottom surface facing upward, and moves to a stamp machine called a stamp mechanism. The structure of the stamp mechanism is shown in FIG. 2. The cup moved to the stamp mechanism is detected by an optical sensor, and the stopper 3 for stopping and holding the movement of the cup 2 on the conveyor is closed. The opening and closing of the stopper 3 is performed by operating the air cylinder 5 by a signal from the optical sensor. The engraved stamp 1 attached directly above the cup 2 held by the stopper 3 has a mechanism that moves up and down by an air cylinder 4 connected to the stamp 1. Press the stamp 1 to the bottom center, and engrave the engraving pattern on the bottom of the cup 2. After stamping, stamp 1 rises, stopper 3 opens, and cup 2 flows on the conveyor and is carried into a slow cooling furnace. By repeating this operation, products with engraved engravings on the bottom of the cup can be produced continuously.
[0007]
【Example】
Semi-finished products with moils are automatically formed with the conventional H-28 machine, unnecessary moils are cut with a burn-off machine, and baked to create an outer diameter of 62 mm, a bottom diameter of 55 mm, and a total length of 130 mm. After finishing the cup-shaped cup, it was placed on a conveyor leading to the slow cooling furnace with the bottom facing up. It moved to the bottom baking machine on this conveyor, the bottom face was heated to the bottom temperature of 900-950 degreeC with the burner with the bottom baking machine, and it returned on the conveyor again. When the bottom-baked product moves to the stamp mechanism, it is stopped and held by a stopper. After the product is held by the stopper, the stamp machine with the stamp engraved with angelfish as shown in Fig. 3 descends and presses the stamp on the bottom of the product that is still soft at high temperature, as shown in Fig. 4 A sculpture pattern was engraved on the bottom. The sculpture pattern engraved on the bottom faithfully reproduced the original sculpture pattern of the original stamp, and was able to clearly express the thin line of 1 mm of angelfish fins and seaweed. In addition, the size of the sculpture pattern relative to the bottom diameter accounted for 70% or more, and a product with a wide range of pattern expression not found in conventional products was obtained.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the method of the present invention, the unevenness of 1 to 2 mm is very fine as compared with the case where the engraving pattern is previously formed in the rough or bottom mold of the H-28 machine. This makes it possible to express a large number of distinctive products with engraving patterns on the bottom. Therefore, the present invention can be provided as a glass with a bottom sculpture pattern that solves the conventional problems, and contributes greatly to the development of the industry.
