この発明は、料理の際、粉類の調味料をスプーンだけで簡単にすり切りが出来るので正確に計量することができ、また計量した調味料をまとまることなく振り落とすために発明された、料理用計量スプーンである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、塩、砂糖などの粉系の調味料は、容器からスプーンを使って取り出し、さらに計量をする際にはスプーンの口部に箸などを当て、すり切っていた。また、調理にはそのスプーンを手でゆり動かしながら、食物に振り落として、味付けをしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これには次のような欠点があった。
イ. スプーンで計量する際、すり切るために、他に箸などを出さなければならなかった。
ロ. 塩など、食物に均一に振り掛けたい場合にも、スプーンからまとまって落ちてしまい、局所的に味が濃くなってしまう事があった。
ハ. 小麦粉などをまぶしつける場合、少量の場合は、他の用具をわざわざ汚すのは面倒であった。
本発明は、以上の欠点を解決するためになされたものである。

全体がスプーンの形態をしており、スプーンの平板で長尺状の柄(3)の先端に、柄(3)と同じ幅にした口部(7)であるスプーン容器部(1)を設け、スプーン柄(3)の上面両側にガイドレール(5)を設け、多数の穴のあいた、方形状なすり切り板(2)を、ガイドレール(5)に移動自由にし、すり切り板(2)がスプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)を開閉可能にした事を特長とする、料理用計量スプーンである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明をする。
(イ) スプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)の上面から水平に、スプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)と同径の、平板で長尺状の柄(3)を設けたスプーンを構成する。
(ロ) スプーンの柄(3)には、上面の両側に、すり切り板(2)の厚みをもったガイドレール(5)を設ける。
(ハ) スプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)の先端上面に、ストッパー(4)を設ける。
(ニ) スプーンおよびすり切り板(2)は、スプーン容器部(1)の内部が見えるよう、透明な素材で形成される。
(ホ) すり切り板(2)は、平板で方形状からなる。
(ヘ) すり切り板(2)は、複数の貫通する穴(8)をもち、穴(8)の異なる大きさ、並びをもった、数種類を用意する。
(ト) すり切り板(2)には、後方に凸状の取っ手(6)を設ける。
本発明は以上の構成よりなっている。
本発明は料理をするときに、容器から調味料を取り出す際に、すり切り板(2)を長尺状の柄(3)の後方に移動させて、スプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)を開けた状態にし、スプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)に山が形成されるほど、調味料をすくいとる。すり切り板(2)を、前方に移動させて、ストッパー(4)に当たるまで閉じると、口部(7)より上に盛り上がった分の調味料は、すり切り板(2)によってすり切られ、スプーン容器部(1)の分量分が正確に計量される。さらにスプーン容器部(1)の口部(7)が、すり切り板(2)で閉じられている状態で逆さにし手を揺らすと、すり切り板(2)の穴(8)より、スプーン容器部(1)に入った調味料が粉末となって、食材(9)に振りかけられる。また、調味料の粒の大きさ、湿り具合に合わせて、穴の大きさを変えた、数種類のすり切り板(2)を付け替えることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明を使用することによって、調理時に、スプーンだけで簡単かつ正確に計量することができ、なおかつ、本発明から調味料を振り落とす際、食材に均一に調味料を振りかけることができるので、局所的に味付けが濃くなったり、ダマになったりすることがなくなる。
