【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、床点検口に関するもので、更に詳細には、床部に設けられる開口部に取り付けられる外枠と、外枠内に着脱可能に嵌め込まれる内蓋とを締結可能にした床点検口に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、枠材を四辺形状に枠組みして床部に設けられる開口部に取り付けられる外枠と、四辺形状に枠組みされる枠材を具備し、パッキンを介して外枠内に着脱可能に嵌め込まれる内蓋とを締結可能にした防水、防臭型の床点検口が知られている。この種の床点検口において、ガタツキを防止するために、外枠角部の隣接する枠材相互の突合わせコーナー部を締結するコーナー締結金具が用いられている。この場合、コーナー締結金具に、内蓋に設けられたボルト挿通孔を挿通する締結ボルトが螺合可能な締結のための雌ねじ部(ナット)と枠材の下縁を抱き込んで直角度の規制を行う折返し片部を設け、コーナー締結金具の下面から挿通されるねじを枠材にねじ止めする構造であり、また、外枠及び内蓋の枠材の組立には、コーナーピースを用いている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のこの種の床点検口においては、コーナー締結金具が外枠の枠材の下縁を抱き込んでいるため、外枠における隣接する枠材の直角度の規制を行えるが、荷重により枠が変形するおそれがあった。枠が変形すると、内蓋の開閉に支障をきたすという問題がある。また、外枠と内蓋の間に、ゴミや砂利等が詰まると、閉塞状態の内蓋の開放に手間を要するという問題があった。また、従来の床点検口においては、コーナー締結金具以外にコーナーピースを併用する必要があるため、構成部材の部品点数が多くなると共に、組立工程も煩雑になるという問題もあった。

この発明は、上記事情に鑑みなされたもので、外枠及び内蓋の枠材の変形、ガタツキを防止すると共に、内蓋の開閉を容易にし、かつ、構成部材及び組立工数を削減して組立を容易にした床点検口を提供することを目的とするものである。

上記目的を達成するために、この発明の床点検口は、枠材を四辺形状に枠組みして床部に設けられる開口部に取り付けられる外枠と、四辺形状に枠組みされる枠材と、これら枠材の下端部に固定される底板とを具備し、上記外枠内に着脱可能に嵌め込まれる内蓋とからなる床点検口において、 上記外枠及び内蓋は、隣接する上記枠材同士を直交状に枠組みすると共に、固定手段によって固定する平面視略L字状の固定壁片と、この固定壁片から水平方向に延在する水平片とを一体に形成した角部固定部材を具備し、 上記外枠の角部固定部材は、上記水平片に雌ねじ部が設けられ、 上記内蓋の角部固定部材は、上記水平片に締結ねじが挿通可能な貫通孔を設ける円筒状基部を具備する締結ねじ挿通部が設けられ、該締結ねじ挿通部の先端側には、上記底板に設けられた透孔内に挿入可能な案内筒部が設けられると共に、該案内筒部と上記筒状基部との間に、上記底板の上面に係合可能な外側段部が形成され、 上記貫通孔を挿通する締結ねじを、上記外枠の角部固定部材の水平片に設けられた雌ねじ部に螺合可能に形成してなる、ことを特徴とする(請求項1)

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、この発明の床点検口について、添付図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
◎第一実施形態
図1は、この発明の床点検口の第一実施形態の取付状態を示す断面図、図2は、上記床点検口の要部を示す概略斜視図、図3は、上記床点検口の平面図(a)及び側面図(b)、図4は、図3のI−I線に沿う拡大断面図である。

上記床点検口1は、図1に示すように、床F部に設けられた略方形状の開口部2内に取り付けられる外枠10と、この外枠10内に着脱可能に嵌合する内枠20を具備する内蓋30とで主要部が構成されており、締結ねじ60によって外枠10と内蓋30とが締結可能に形成されている。なお、外枠10と内枠20との隙間は、シール部材であるパッキンPにてシールされて、防水性及び防臭性が図られている。

上記外枠10は、図4〜図7及び図9に示すように、4本の枠材すなわち外枠材11を枠組みして四辺形状に形成され、各角部に配設される角部固定部材40(以下に外枠コーナーブロック40という)によって外枠材11が直交状に接合固定されている。

上記外枠材11は、例えばアルミニウム合金製の押出形材にて形成されており、垂直基部12の下端部内方側に内蓋載置段部13を介してパッキン嵌合溝14を有する取付フランジ部15が延在され、垂直基部12の外側面の上下端部には、対向するアンカー用の係合溝16を有する互いに平行な上部係合凸条17a及び下部係合凸条17bが突設されている。この場合、下部係合凸条17bの上面は、後述する外枠コーナーブロック40の固定壁片41に形成される位置決め用段部70bと係合する位置決め用段部70aを形成している。また、垂直基部12の上端には、例えばステンレス製の化粧枠部材18のアリ部18aを嵌挿するアリ溝12aが形成されている。なお、垂直基部12の内側面における内蓋載置用段部13の上方側は内蓋載置用段部13側に向かって漸次肉厚に形成されている。このように形成される外枠材11は、端部が45度にカットされて、隣接する同士が突き合わせ接合された直交状態で外枠コーナーブロック40に固定されている。なお、化粧部材18も端部が45度にカットされて、隣接する同士が直交状に突き合わせ接合されている。このようにして、外枠コーナーブロック40によって各角部が固定された四辺形状の外枠10のパッキン嵌合溝14には、中空円筒状のパッキンPが嵌合されている。

上記のように構成される外枠10を床F部に設けられた開口部2内に取り付けるには、まず、外枠10にアンカー3を係合させる。次に、図1に示すように、外枠10を開口部2に設置して、予め埋設されている鉄筋4とアンカー3を溶接する。そして、外枠10の周囲にモルタルを充填し、タイル等で表面を仕上げる。この場合、アンカー3は各辺の外枠材11の長さに応じて2ないし3個を適宜使用する。

この場合、固定壁片51にはねじ孔54が設けられており、内枠材21に穿設された取付孔27を挿通する固定ねじ80がねじ孔54に螺合(締結)されることで、隣接する内枠材21同士が直交状に接合固定される。また、固定壁片51の外側面の上端側には、上記内枠材21に設けられた下向きの位置決め用段部70cと係合する上向きの位置決め用段部70dが形成されている。更に、水平片52における締結ねじ挿通部53の外周側の2箇所には、化粧カバー37を装着するための取付孔55を有する取付部56が突設されている。なお、化粧カバー37は、ステンレス製の矩形板状部材にて形成されており、その中心部には締結ねじ60の挿通案内孔38が穿設され、下面の2箇所には、取付部56の取付孔55を貫通する取付ねじ39が例えば溶接等の固定手段によって突設されている。このように形成される化粧カバー37は、取付ねじ39が取付部56の取付孔55を貫通した状態で、突出部にナット39aを螺合(締結)することで、内枠コーナーブロック50の上面に被着される。内枠コーナーブロック50の上面に被着された化粧カバー37と内枠部材21の上端に装着された化粧部材28とは同一平面上に位置するようになっている。

上記のように構成される外枠10に内蓋30を閉塞するには、まず、外枠10内に内蓋30を嵌め込み、次に、締結ねじ60を内枠コーナーブロック50に設けられた締結ねじ挿通部53の貫通孔53b内を挿通し、内蓋開閉用工具100の係合爪104を用いて外枠コーナーブロック40に設けられた雌ねじ部43に螺合(締結)して、内蓋30によって外枠10内を閉塞する(図1及び図10(a)参照)。この状態において、締結ねじ60の頭部61は、締結ねじ挿通部53に設けられた大径孔部53c内に収容されるので、化粧カバー37と同一平面上に位置する。また、外枠10内に内蓋30を閉塞した状態では、図1及び図4に示すように、内蓋30の内枠材21に設けられた載置段部25が外枠10の外枠材11に設けられた内蓋載置段部13上に載置されると共に、垂下片26の下端部がパッキンPに圧接される。したがって、内蓋30の荷重を外枠10によって支持した状態で気水密性すなわち防水性及び防臭性の維持を図ることができる。
