Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a case of an electronic device in which various high-frequency circuits such as an amplifier circuit and a converter circuit are housed, and a lid body having a male screw that can be screwed into a screw hole provided in the case is secured to the case. Related to the structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of electronic device, the operating state may be checked or various adjustments may be made in the operating state.
Therefore, for example, a monitor terminal is provided on the circuit board in the case or a gain adjustment volume is provided, and a screw hole is provided in the case portion facing these components, and the level measurement is performed using this screw hole. And gain adjustment.
A lid is detachably attached to the screw hole, and the lid is not removed when removed from the case. For example, a string made of a synthetic resin material or a known ball chain is used. It is tied to the case.
FIG. 13 shows a connecting means for fastening the lid 20 constituted by a string 51 of a synthetic resin material.
In this conventional example , a fastener 55 is fixed to the inside of the case 1 of the electronic device by locking one end of the string body with a set screw, and a spherical retaining bead 52 is formed at the other end of the string body 51. The retaining bead 52 is fitted into a recess 54 provided at the screw tip of the lid 20, and the periphery of the recess 54 is caulked, and the caulking portion 53 prevents the removal bead 52. The lid body 20 and the string body 51 are relatively rotatable so that the lid body 20 is detachable. (For example, refer to Japanese Utility Model Publication 62-42551)
[0003]
Next, as shown in FIG. 14 , there is a method in which a ball chain 61 is used as a connecting means between the case 1 and the lid 20.
In this conventional example , a fastener 62 provided on one end side of the ball chain 61 is fixed to the side wall of the case 1 of the electronic device with a set screw, and a connecting piece 63 is provided on the other end of the ball chain 61. An attachment 64 is connected to the piece 63, and a coil portion 65 is formed at the free end of the attachment 64. The coil 20 is loosely fitted in an annular groove 66 provided in the lid 20, so that the lid 20 Is made detachable. (See, for example, JP-A-11-29169)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The method using the string body using the synthetic resin material shown in FIG. 13 can reduce the number of parts and the cost, and when the lid body is fastened to the case, the string body which is a connecting means is the case. It is a good method without being exposed to rain or ultraviolet rays because it is housed inside, but on the other hand, since the connecting means is housed in the case, the string is made thin, so the lid is attached to the case. When tightened, there is no problem that the cord body is bent and stored in a fixed shape in the case, and the cord body gets entangled with the parts provided on the circuit board when the lid is attached or detached. .
In addition, the tension is always applied to the cord body that is bent and stored in the case, and the cord body is pressed against the caulking portion formed on the screw tip of the lid body, and the cord body is repeatedly attached and detached. However, there is a problem that the string body may not rotate well at the caulking portion, and as a result, the string body may be twisted and severely cut off.
In addition, the method using the ball chain has many components, so that it takes time to assemble and the material cost is high, which causes a cost increase. In addition, since the connecting means is provided outside the case, it is necessary to make a strong and weather-resistant material that can withstand ultraviolet rays and rain and wind.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and the lid body and the lid body should not be dropped when the lid body is removed from the screw hole for inspection formed in the case of the electronic device. In a tether structure for connecting a case to a case by means of connecting means, the purpose is to keep the connecting means housed in the case and maintain a substantially constant shape when the lid is rotated by a screw hole and fixed to the case. And
[0005]

At this time, the dimension of the shaft portion of the fixing screw 26 is formed to be slightly longer than the female screw forming portion of the screw hole 26, and the screw head of the fixing screw 27 and the screw tip of the lid body 20 abut. In addition, since the diameter of the insertion hole 33a formed in the stop portion 33 is formed to be slightly larger than the diameter of the fastening screw 27, the connecting means 30 and the lid body 20 are relatively Rotation is possible.
After attaching the stopper 33 of the connecting means 30 to the lid 20, the connecting means 30 is inserted into the screw hole 14, and then the lid 20 is fastened to the screw hole 14.
Next, the locking portion 31 of the connecting means 30 is locked to the locking means 15 provided on the cover 6.
[0011]
Next engaging method of the locking portion 31 of the connecting means 30 3, based on the detailed description of the FIGS. 6 and 8.
Reference numeral 31 denotes a locking portion provided at one end of the connecting means 30, which is locked to the locking means 15 provided on the cover 6. The locking means 15 is integrally provided on the inner side of the cover 6 with the same material as the cover 6, and includes locking pieces 16 and 17 projecting in a substantially inverted L shape in cross section as shown in FIGS. It is formed so as to oppose, and the dimension between the base portions 16a and 17a of the respective locking pieces is L1, and the dimension between the end portions 16b and 17b of each locking piece is L2.
[0012]
Next, the coupling means 30, recesses 34 are provided as shown in FIG. Here, with respect to the axis of the connecting means 30, the width of the locking portion 31 is W1, and the width between the recesses 34 is W2.

At this time, the width W1 of the locking portion 31 is formed to be slightly larger than the dimension L1 between the base portions 16a and 17a of the locking pieces, and the width W2 between the recesses 34 is set between the end portions 16b and 17b of the locking pieces. The connecting means 30 is securely held by the locking means 15 by being formed so as to be slightly larger than the dimension L2.
[0013]
Will now be described in detail FIGS. 9 and 10 for mounting state of the coupling means 30.
As described above, the case 1 and the lid 20 are connected via the connecting means 30. Therefore, the axial length of the connecting means is such that when the lid 20 is removed from the screw hole 14 of the cover 6, the lid 20 is operated when the operation member 11 a is operated from the screw hole 14. It is a length that does not interfere with the operation, and it is necessary to decide not to touch many circuit elements 9 a attached to the circuit board 9 when the lid 20 is fastened to the screw hole 14 of the cover 6. As a result, when the lid 20 is fastened to the screw hole 14 of the cover 6, the shape of the connecting means 30 when stored is as shown in FIG .
[0014]
In the present application, the connecting means 30 is formed using a synthetic resin material (for example, PET), and the thickness thereof is as thin as approximately 0.2 mm in the present application, and is free from bending of the connecting means 30 in the axial direction. It can be bent and becomes the shape at the time of storage as described above.
However, since the connecting means 30 of the present application is formed in a plate shape as shown in FIG. 7, bending in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the connecting means 30 cannot be made freely. That is, in order to remove the lid body 20 from the screw hole 14 of the cover 6, while the lid body 20 is rotated, a force is applied to the connecting means 30 so as to maintain the substantially constant shape as in the storage.
In addition, as described above, the connecting means 30 and the lid 20 are configured to be capable of relative rotation, so that when the lid 20 is fastened to the screw hole 14 of the cover 6, Even when removed, the connecting means 30 maintains a substantially constant shape.
[0015]
Next, another embodiment of the connecting means 30 will be described with reference to FIG . Functionally, the same reference numerals are used for the same or equivalent parts as in the previous figure, and the description is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 11 , the connecting means 30 includes a locking portion 31, a connecting portion 32, a stopping portion 33, a concave portion 34, and an abutting portion 35, and is formed in a plate shape with a synthetic resin material (for example, PET) in the present application. Has been. The structure of the latching | locking part 31, the connection part 32, and the stop part 33 is as above-mentioned.
Coupling means 30 is housed in the case as shown in FIG. 12. For this reason, the connecting portion 32 acts as a spring, and a force is applied in a direction in which the locking portion 31 tends to be detached from the locking means 15. This embodiment corresponds to this.
When the locking part 31 of the connecting means is locked to the locking means 15 of the cover 6, the contact part 35 protrudes from the locking means 15 toward the circuit board 9 as shown in FIG. 12 .
The length of the contact portion 35 in the axial direction is such that the end portion 35a of the contact portion 35 is a boss or rib 7b provided on the case body 4 in a state where the engagement portion 31 is engaged with the engagement means 15. Alternatively, it is formed so as to contact the circuit board 9 (the rib 7b in the embodiment of the present application), and the locking portion 31 of the connecting means 30 is disengaged from the locking means 15 by the action of the spring of the connecting portion 32. The force to be pressed can be pressed and can be locked more reliably.
[0016]
Next, examples will be given for embodiments other than those described above. First, an embodiment of another material of the connecting means 30 will be described. The embodiment of the case of the present application is formed by aluminum die casting, and as described above, a shield mesh is provided at the peripheral edge where the cover 6 and the case body 4 are in contact with each other, and the configuration emphasizes immunity to external noise and jamming waves of the case. It has become. Therefore, the connecting means 30 may be made of metal and formed into a thin plate shape.
Next, a case where the case 1 is made of a synthetic resin material (for example, ABS) will be described. In this case, in order to ensure immunity against external noise and jamming radio waves, a circuit board provided with circuit elements is housed in a well-known shield case to form a unit. This makes it possible to provide a lightweight case with excellent shielding properties. At this time, the lid 14 may also be formed of a synthetic resin material (for example, ABS), and the connecting means 30 also uses a synthetic resin material (for example, PET), thereby further reducing the weight of the case. It is peeled off.
In addition, what is shown in this application is an Example, For example, the shape, thickness, material, etc. of the case 1, the connecting means 20, the locking means 15 and the like are not limited to the above.
[0017]
Next, when the operation member 11a is to be operated with the above configuration, for example, a screwdriver is applied to the fitting groove 22 of the lid 20 in the state of FIG. This is removed from the case 1 as shown in FIG . Thereafter, the operation member 11a is operated. When the operation is completed, the connecting means 30 (connecting portion 32) may be accommodated again in the case 1 from the screw hole 14 and the lid 20 may be screwed into the screw hole 14.
In the present application, an example of a variable resistor used for gain adjustment or the like has been shown as being operated from the screw hole 14, but, for example, a slide switch operation knob for switching on / off of an attenuator or the like may be placed. Furthermore, a connector for checking the level or the like may be provided. In checking, the corresponding plug is inserted through the screw hole 14 and connected to measure the level. After the level check is completed, the plug is removed from the connector, and after recovery, the lid 20 is screwed into the screw hole.
[0018]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented by appropriately changing the application and shape of each part without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the connecting means for connecting the lid to the case is formed in a plate shape and bendable. Then, one end of the connecting means is locked inside the locking means the case, the other end of the consolidated unit is passed through a fastening screw insertion hole formed in the connecting means, the fastening screw by fastening the screw hole formed in the screw destination of the lid, Ru is connected in a freely rotating on the threaded destination of the lid.
For this reason, when the lid is tightened into the screw hole , the connecting means is accommodated in the case, and the connecting means is protected from rain and ultraviolet rays , and may be configured using an inexpensive material. A weathering-resistant tether structure can be realized .
[0020]
In addition, since the connecting means is rotatably connected to the screw tip of the lid , the shape of the lid can be kept substantially constant even if the lid rotates the screw hole when the lid is fixed to the screw hole. It is possible to prevent the connecting means from being entangled or twisted with the components provided on the circuit board .
