本発明は、軒樋継手に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、軒樋を接続するための軒樋継手には、特開平4−20646号公報及び特開平4−189961号公報に記載されている軒樋継手が知られている。
前者の特開平4−20646号公報に記載されている軒樋継手は、軒樋継手が上側体と下側体とからなり、上側体の下端部に設けた上側嵌合部と下側体の上端部に設けた下側嵌合部との間を接着剤にて接着してなるものである。

この軒樋継手は、上側体と下側体とに分割されてされており、軒樋の側壁のデザインが変わったとき、新たに軒樋継手の全体の金型を成形する必要がなく、上側体を種々のデザインのものにして、上側体の金型を成形して対応でき、金型製作費を削減することができ、便利なものである。

又、後者の特開平4−189961号公報に記載されている軒樋継手は、継手本体と、摺動体と、クリップとからなり、継手本体には、一端部側に軒樋接続部と軒樋接続部の上端部に軒樋耳押え片と、他端部側に幅方向に沿ってパッキンとが設けられ、摺動体には、一端部側に軒樋接続部と、他端部側に摺動部が設けられ、クリップには、上端部に挟持部と下端部に掴み部とが設けられ、継手本体と摺動体とを所定位置にクリップで固定し、軒樋を接続後、クリップを取り除くものである。

この軒樋継手は、継手本体と摺動体とを所定位置にクリップで固定するから、継手本体と摺動体とは動かず、軒樋を軒樋継手に接続しやすく、接続後、クリップを取り除くことによって、継手本体と摺動体とが摺動自在になり、軒樋の伸縮を吸収できる便利なものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記の前者の特開平4−20646号公報に記載されている軒樋継手では、上側体の下端部に設けた上側嵌合部と下側体の上端部に設けた下側嵌合部とを接着剤で接着しているため、軒樋の伸縮を吸収できないという問題があった。

又、接続時、高所で、見えにくい所では、上側嵌合部と下側嵌合部との端同士がきちんと揃えずに嵌合したり、施工中、手や物があたったりして、上側体と下側体がずれて接着されることがあり、ずれて接着されたり、又、上側体が一方の軒樋に合わせて一方の方向に動き、下側体が他方の軒樋に合わせて他方の方向に動いたりして、上側体と下側体の位置が長時間たつとずれたりして、外観が良くなく、又、端同士をきちんと揃えようとすると、時間や手間がかかったりして、効率が良くないという問題があった。

上記の後者の特開平4−189961号公報に記載されている軒樋継手では、軒樋の側壁のデザインが変わったとき、上側体と下側体とが分割されておらず、軒樋継手全体を種々のデザインのものにして、金型を成形して対応せねばならず、金型製作費が嵩み、コストアップの要因になるという問題があった。

そこで、本発明の目的は、上側体と下側体とがずれて接合されることがなく、伸縮等で軒樋が移動しても上側体と下側体とがずれず、上側体を種々のデザインのものにして、上側体の金型を成形して対応でき、金型製作費を削減することができる軒樋継手を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の目的を達成するためになされたもので、上側体と下側体とからなる軒樋継手において、上側体は、屋内側に向けて傾く傾斜前壁と、この傾斜前壁の上端部の両側に設けられた軒樋耳押え片と下端部のほぼ中央部に設けられた係止凸部とからなり、下側体は、継手本体と、摺動体と、クリップとからなり、継手本体は、一端部側の軒樋接続部と他端部側の嵌合部とからなり、軒樋接続部の上端部には、軒樋耳押え片が設けられ、嵌合部には内面幅方向に沿ってパッキンと前側部の上端部に係止部とが設けられ、摺動体は、一端部側の軒樋接続部と他端部側の摺動部とからなり、軒樋接続部の上端部には軒樋耳押え片が設けられ、摺動部には前側部の上端部に係止受部が設けられ、クリップには、上端部に引掛部とこの引掛部の先端部よりほぼ水平に突き出た塞ぎ片と下端部に掴み部とが設けられ、継手本体の嵌合部の内側に摺動体の摺動部が摺動自在に取り付けられ、クリップを継手本体の係止部と摺動体の係止受部に嵌め込むことにより、継手本体と摺動体とが固定され、クリップを外して、上側体の係止凸部を下側体の摺動部の係止受部に嵌め込むことにより、上側体と下側体とが固定されるようになされているものである。

本発明の軒樋継手の上側体と下側体の材質は、合成樹脂、金属等適宜な材質でよく、例えば、合成樹脂で、軒樋が硬質塩化ビニル樹脂である場合は、同じ材質を使用すると、接着も簡単にでき、軽量であるので、好ましい。

本発明の軒樋継手において、上側体の傾斜前壁の上端部の両側の軒樋耳押え片の形状は、軒樋を軒樋継手に差し込んだとき、上方から軒樋の屋外側耳部の上面を押さえることができれば、適宜な形状でよく、例えば、上側体の傾斜前壁の両上端縁から屋内側方向にほぼ水平に突出した小片を設け、この小片の先端部を垂下しておくと、軒樋耳押え片で屋外側耳部をしっかりと押さえつけて、止めることができるので、好ましい。

【作用】
本発明の軒樋継手は、上側体の傾斜前壁の上端部の両側に軒樋耳押え片と下端部のほぼ中央部に係止凸部とが設けられ、下側体は、継手本体と、摺動体と、クリップとからなり、継手本体には、嵌合部が、摺動体には、摺動部と摺動部の前側部の上端部に係止受部とが設けられているから、下側体の継手本体の嵌合部の前側部に、摺動体の摺動部を嵌め込んで、上側体の係止凸部を摺動部の前側部の上端部の係止受部に嵌め込むことによって、分割されている上側体と下側体とを簡単に接合でき、上側体と下側体とがずれて接合されることがなく、上側体と下側体とを固定でき、伸縮等で軒樋が移動しても、上側体は摺動部の係止受部に取り付けられており、伸縮も吸収することができ、上側体と下側体とが別々にずれることはない。

図1において,Aは軒樋継手であり、この軒樋継手Aは合成樹脂(硬質塩化ビニール樹脂)製であり、上側体1と下側体2とからなっている。

工場から、継手本体3の嵌合部38に摺動体4の摺動部46が嵌め込まれ、クリップ5の引掛部51が継手本体3の嵌合部38の係止部37の2つの小リブ37a間に嵌め込まれ、塞ぎ片52が係止受部47の2つのリブ47a間に嵌め込まれた状態でている下側体2とを出荷する。
