【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、洗面ボウル、浴槽、流し台のシンク等に排水器を容易且つ確実に取着し、また着脱し得る排水器の取着装置の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、洗面ボウル、浴槽、流し台のシンク等には、排水を処理するために排水器を取着する。例えば、洗面ボウルに排水器を取着する場合は、洗面ボウルに設けた取着孔の周縁に、パッキンを介して排水器本体のフランジ部下面を当接させて保持し、更にパッキンを介して、治具等を用いてナット部材を排水器本体下部より螺合し、排水器を取着していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般に、ナット部材を用いて排水器を取着する場合、ナット部材の螺合は、取着孔と排水器本体との挟着部から漏水がないように十分に強い力で螺合しなければならないが、この螺合の力の強さ、所謂トルク力が不足して挟着部より漏水する場合がある。また、逆にこの漏水を防ぐためには充分なトルク力が有るかどうかを確認する、トルク管理作業が必要となり、これが取着作業を煩雑なものとする一因となっている。更に、概して排水器の取着作業は暗くて狭い場所で行われるため、治具等を視認しながら取り扱うことは困難であり、また排水器にナット部材を取着する際も作業空間が充分に取れないことが多く、取着作業が極めて難しいものとなっていた。本発明は、これらの欠点を解決するために発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、洗面ボウル、浴槽、流し台のシンク等に設けた取着孔(S)の周縁を、上縁外周側にフランジ部(2)を設けてなる排水器本体(1)と、該排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と共に挟着して保持する、上縁外周側に当接部(6)を設けた枠体(5)よりなる取着部材(4)と、から構成した排水器の取着装置において、外周側面に係合部(3)を備えた排水器本体(1)と、該係合部(3)に対して高さ位置を自在に調節して係合する係合受部(8)を備えて成る、上記枠体(5)に昇降自在に遊着した筒体(7)と、該筒体(7)に対して枠体(5)を押上げた状態にて固定する、該枠体(5)及び筒体(7)に設けた押上装置を備えた取着部材(4)と、から成る取着装置において、取着部材(4)の押上装置を、外側下方に傾斜する傾斜部(9)を上部に備えた筒体(7)と、該傾斜部(9)と摺接する摺接部(11)を内面に備えてなる、筒体(6)を抱持する様に締着する切欠部(12)を備えた抱持枠(10)と、該抱持枠(10)の切欠部の両端(12a、12b)を当接させるようにして抱持枠(10)を縮小する係着装置と、から構成したことを特徴とする排水器の取着装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。

まず第1の実施例について説明する。図1から図4に示す第1実施例における排水器の取着装置は、以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は、上縁外周側にフランジ部(2)を設けると共に、該排水器本体(1)の外周側面に係合部(3)として雄ねじ部(3a)を備えてなる。一方取着部材(4)は、洗面ボウル等に設けた取着孔(S)の周縁とパッキン(P1,P2)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と当接する、上縁外周に当接部(6)を設けた枠体(5)と、該枠体(5)を昇降自在に遊着した筒体(7)と、切欠部(12)及び可動部(13)を設け、また可動部(13)にて該枠体(5)に軸着した抱持枠(10)を備えてなる。また、棒状の軸芯部(15)と、該軸芯部(15)の側面に固設した押圧凸部(17)及び軸芯部(15)の一方の端部に設けたレバー部(16)からなる係着部材(14)を備えてなる。更に取着部材(4)の該筒体(7)の内周面には、係合受部(8)として上記排水器本体(1)の雄ねじ部(3a)と螺合する雌ねじ部(8a)を設けると共に、該筒体(7)上部に、外側下方に向けて傾斜する傾斜部(9)を備えてなる。また取着部材(4)の枠体(5)に軸着した抱持枠(10)には、該筒体(7)の傾斜部(9)と摺接する摺接部(11)を備えるとともに、切欠部(12)の一方の端部(12a)に、係着部材(14)の軸芯部(15)及び押圧凸部(17)に貫通され、排水器本体(1)の取着時に、係着部材(14)の押圧凸部(17)に押圧される貫通孔(18)を備え、また切欠部(12)の他方の端部(12b)には、上記取着部材の軸芯部(15)を軸支する軸支孔(19)を備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に、排水器と取着孔(S)の周縁とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキン(P1、P2)を備えてなる。

上記のように構成した排水器の取着装置を、洗面ボウル、浴槽、流し台のシンク等に取着する場合、まず洗面ボウル等に開設した取着孔(S)の周縁に、パッキン(P1)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)を当接させ保持する。次いで、パッキン(P2)を介して、取着孔(S)の下方より排水器本体(1)に取着部材(4)を嵌挿し、取着部材(4)の筒体(7)の雌ねじ部(8a)が適当な高さとなるまで、該雌ねじ部(8a)を排水器本体(1)の雄ねじ部(3a)に嵌挿螺合させる。更に係着部材(14)を、切欠部の一方の端部(12a)に備えた貫通孔(18)に貫通させた後、軸芯部(15)を、切欠部(12)が開くような状態にて軸支孔(19)に軸支させる。そして、この状態より係着部材(14)のレバー部(16)を、抱持枠(10)の切欠部(12)の両端部(12a、12b)が当接するような方向へ回転させると、貫通孔(19)の内周面が係着部材(14)の押圧凸部(17)に押圧され、抱持枠(10)の径が短かくなるため、抱持枠(10)の摺接部(11)が、傾斜部(9)の円周が短くなる上方へと摺接する。これにより、抱持枠(10)が、枠体(5)を上方に押上げるように押圧し、排水栓本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と、取着部材(4)の枠体(5)の当接部(6)とで取着孔(S)の周縁をパッキン(P1、P2)を介して強く挟持するために、排水器が取着孔(S)に確実に取着される。また排水器を洗面ボウルの取着孔(S)より着脱する場合は、上記レバー部(16)を切欠部(12)の両端部(12a、12b)が開くような状態になるよう回転させることで、抱持枠(10)の押圧が解除され、次いで、取着部材(4)と排水器本体(1)との螺合を解除することにより排水器を容易に脱着することができる。

次に第2の実施例について説明する。図5から図7に示す第2実施例における排水器の取着装置は、以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は、上縁外周側にフランジ部(2)を設けると共に、該排水器本体(1)の外周側面に係合部(3)として雄ねじ部(3a)を備えてなる。一方取着部材(4)は、洗面ボウル等に設けた取着孔(S)の周縁とパッキン(P1,P2)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と当接する、上縁外周に当接部(6)を設けた枠体(5)と、該枠体(5)を昇降自在に遊着した筒体(7)と、切欠部(12)及び可動部(13)を設け、また可動部(13)にて該枠体(5)に軸着した抱持枠(10)を備えてなる。また取着部材(4)の該筒体(7)の内周面には、係合受部(8)として上記排水器本体(1)の雄ねじ部(3a)と螺合する雌ねじ部(8a)を設けると共に、該筒体(7)上部に、外側下方に向けて傾斜する傾斜部(9)を備えてなる。また取着部材(4)の枠体(5)に軸着した抱持枠(10)には、更に切欠部(12)の一方の端部(12a)に略楕円形状の軌道部(20)を設けると共に、切欠部(12)の他方の端部(12b)に回動自在に軸着した、上記軌道部(20)と滑動自在に係合する滑動部(22)を設けたレバー部材(21)を備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に、排水器と取着孔(S)の周縁とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキン(P1,P2)を備えてなる。

上記のように構成した排水器の取着装置を、洗面ボウル、浴槽、流し台のシンク等に取着する場合、まず洗面ボウル等に開設した取着孔(S)の周縁に、パッキン(P1)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)を当接させ保持する。次いで、パッキン(P2)を介して、取着孔(S)の下方より排水器本体(1)に取着部材(4)を嵌挿し、取着部材(4)の筒体(7)の雌ねじ部(8a)が適当な高さとなるまで、該雌ねじ部(8a)を排水器本体(1)の雄ねじ部(3a)に嵌挿螺合させる。更に、抱持枠(10)の摺接部(11)を、取着部材(4)の筒体(7)の傾斜部(9)に摺接させ、次いでレバー部材(21)の滑動部(22)を、略楕円形状に設けた軌道部(20)に係合させてから、滑動部(22)を軌道部(20)の端部(20a)へと滑動させると、レバー部材(21)の滑動部(22)が、軌道部(20)を、切欠部の両端部(12a、12b)同士が当接する方向へと押圧するため、抱持枠(10)の径が短くなり、抱持枠(10)の摺接部(11)が、傾斜部(9)の円周が短くなる上方へと摺接する。これにより、抱持枠(10)が、枠体(5)を上方に押上げるよう押圧し、排水栓本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と、取着部材の枠体(5)の当接部(6)とで取着孔(S)の周縁をパッキン(P1、P2)を介して強く挟持するために、排水器が取着孔(S)に確実に取着される。また排水器を洗面ボウルの取着孔(S)より脱着する場合は、上記レバー部材(21)の滑動部(22)を、切欠部(12)の両端部(12a、12b)が開くような状態になるよう端部(20a)から戻すことにより、抱持枠(10)の押圧が解除され、次いで取着部材(4)と排水器本体(1)の螺合を解除することにより排水器を容易に脱着することができる。

次に第3の実施例について説明する。図8から図10に示す第3実施例における排水器の取着装置は、以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は、上縁外周側にフランジ部(2)を設けると共に、該排水器本体(1)の外周側面に係合部(3)として雄ねじ部(3a)を備えてなる。一方取着部材(4)は、洗面ボウル等に設けた取着孔(S)の周縁とパッキン(P1,P2)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と当接する、上縁外周に当接部(6)を設けた枠体(5)と、該枠体(5)を昇降自在に遊着した筒体(7)と、切欠部(12)及び可動部(13)を設け、また可動部(13)にて該枠体(5)に軸着した抱持枠(10)を備えてなる。また取着部材(4)の該筒体(7)の内周面には、係合受部(8)として上記排水器本体(1)の雄ねじ部(3a)と螺合する雌ねじ部(8a)を設けると共に、該筒体(7)上部に、外側下方に向けて傾斜する傾斜部(9)を備えてなる。また取着部材(4)の枠体(5)に軸着した抱持枠(10)には、更に該抱持枠(10)の切欠部(12)の一方の端部(12a)に回動自在に軸着した、掛止枠(23)を備えたレバー部(21)と、切欠部(12)の他方の端部(12b)に設けた、該掛止枠(23)を掛止する掛止受部(24)を備えてなる。また排水器の取着時に、排水器と取着孔(S)の周縁とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキン(P1,P2)を備えてなる。

上記のように構成した排水器の取着装置を、洗面ボウル、浴槽、流し台のシンク等に取着する場合、まず洗面ボウル等に開設した取着孔(S)の周縁に、パッキン(P1)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)を当接させ保持する。次いで、パッキン(P2)を介して、取着孔(S)の下方より排水器本体(1)に取着部材(4)を嵌挿し、取着部材(4)の筒体(7)の雌ねじ部(8a)が適当な高さとなるまで、該雌ねじ部(8a)を排水器本体(1)の雄ねじ部(3a)に嵌挿螺合させる。更に、抱持枠(10)の摺接部(11)を筒体(7)の傾斜部(9)に摺接さてから、レバー部材(21)に軸着した掛止枠(23)を、掛止受部(24)に掛止させる。次いで該切欠部の両端部(12a、12b)同士が当接する方向へとレバー部材(21)を回転させると、抱持枠(10)の径が短くなり、抱持枠(10)の摺接部(11)が、傾斜部(9)の円周が短くなる上方へと押圧される。これにより、抱持枠(10)が、枠体(5)を上方に押上げるよう押圧し、排水栓本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と、取着部材の枠体(5)の当接部(6)とで取着孔(S)の周縁をパッキン(P1、P2)を介して強く挟持するために、排水器が取着孔(S)に確実に取着される。また排水器を洗面ボウルの取着孔(S)より脱着する場合は、上記レバー部材(21)を、切欠部(12)の両端部(12a、12b)が開くような状態になるよう回転させることにより、抱持枠(10)の押圧が解除され、次いで取着部材(4)と排水器本体(1)の螺合を解除することにより排水器を容易に脱着することができる。

次に第の実施例について説明する。図11から図13に示した第実施例における排水器の取着装置は、以下に記載の各部材より構成されてなる。排水器本体(1)は、上縁外周側にフランジ部(2)を設けると共に、該排水器本体(1)の外周側面に係合部(3)として雄ねじ部(3a)を備えてなる。一方取着部材(4)は、洗面ボウル等に設けた取着孔(S)の周縁とパッキン(P1,P2)を介して排水器本体(1)のフランジ部下面(2a)と当接する、上縁外周に当接部(6)を設けた枠体(5)と、該枠体(5)を昇降自在に遊着した筒体(7)より成る。更に該筒体(7)には、上記取着部材(4)の枠体(5)を上方へ上昇した状態にて係着する、略歯車形状の歯車部(27)を備えたレバー部材(21)を回動自在に枢着してなる。また上記枠体(5)にはレバー部材(21)の歯車部(27)の歯と咬合する凹凸形状の凹凸部(26)を螺旋状に刻設して成る。また排水器の取着時に、排水器本体(1)と取着孔(S)の周縁とを緊密に当接させるためのパッキン(P1,P2)を備えてなる。
