一般にこの種の混合攪拌装置は、昇降自在となるモーターの回転軸に連結した攪拌機を、左右の垂直攪拌軸に設けた各攪拌翼の回動によって樹脂原料及び着色剤等を混合攪拌する装置が使用されている現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の技術で使用されている混合攪拌装置における1台のモーターを使用するものでは、モーター自体が著しく大型化されると共に、混合容器の内面の中心を除いた外周だけを混合するのみで、該混合容器の中心部分を平均に攪拌混合することができないと云う問題点があった。
本発明は、この様な従来の問題点を解決するものであって、その主たる目的とする所は、昇降する第1主モーターと第2副モーターとの2台のモーターを同芯軸で回転させて設置面積を小さくし、外周の回転軸に設けた攪拌翼で混合容器の外周部分を混合し、内周回転軸の中心攪拌翼で混合容器の中心部分を充分に攪拌混合するようにした混合攪拌装置を提供しようとしたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の混合攪拌装置は、複数の縦枠と横枠とで方形状に枠組し、左右の横枠間に昇降横枠を架設してある。該昇降横枠の上方に第1主モーターと第2副モーターの2台のモーターを載置してある。該第1主モーターには、該昇降横枠の上部の軸受部を挿通した外周回転軸を接続する。また、該外周回転軸には、混合容器の外周を混合する攪拌機を連結してある。第2副モーターの内周回転軸は、該外周回転軸の内芯に挿通され、その内周回転軸には、下方の中央のみを攪拌する中心攪拌翼を装設したことを特徴としている。

本発明は、以上説明したように構成されているので、従来の大型で重量のある1台のモーターを使用したものと比較して見ると、小型で軽量の2台のモーターを使用することで非常に操作が容易で大変に経済的となると共に、2台のモーターの回転によって混合容器の内部全体を均一に攪拌混合できる効果がある。そして、第1主モーターは、外周回転軸に接続した左右の長短の回転腕杆の垂直攪拌軸に設けた攪拌翼によって、混合容器内の外周部分を確実に混合攪拌できる効果がある。また、第2副モーターは、該外周回転軸の内部中心部に挿通した内周回転軸を設け、その内周回転軸の下端に中心攪拌翼を装設したことで、外周回転軸の内部を挿通した内周回転軸は、回転部分を著しく小型化でき、且つ内周回転軸の中心攪拌翼によって混合容器内の中心部を確実に混合攪拌して、混合容器の内部を平均に混合して攪拌効果を高揚できる効果がある。
