Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bullet landing apparatus in a shooting range such as pistol shooting or rifle shooting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As for the landing place where the target of the bullet used for various shootings and the target is directly attached, the construction of the mountain is made of sand or soil, or the ground is used to prevent the bullets from being scattered.
Also, the amount of bullets used for such shooting training and shooting practice is very large.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to such conventional technology, the bullets have been deformed to the extent that they cannot stop the original shape by biting into a mountain or the like and scattered around the area, and it is difficult to recover the original shape and reuse it as it is. The recovery operation that can be performed is not performed, and is processed as metal scrap. Moreover, the amount of scattered litter is often lost, and it is difficult to collect all the litter.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention is to store unvulcanized rubber (hereinafter referred to as rubber gel) as a gel material having a sufficient thickness in a bag body as an impact body, and to place the impact body behind the target. Features.
The rubber gel used here is composed of an insoluble ultra-high molecular substance remaining after solvent extraction of natural rubber, an oily material having a high boiling point, a flame retardant, a reinforcing material, and, if necessary, a reinforcing fiber chip. It is a substance that is mixed and three-dimensionally cross-linked, has a high molecular weight, is a liquid material, and can be plastically deformed depending on the mixing condition.
[0005]
The rubber gel is desirably natural rubber as described above, but may be synthetic rubber that has not undergone a cross-linking reaction depending on use conditions.
As described above, the gel material including these rubber gels is a liquid material having a high viscosity at room temperature, and any material can be used as long as it is non-fluidized by intermolecular attractive force or the like. A composite material or the like may be used.
[0006]
Therefore, when a bullet penetrates, it has a self-repairing property, and the through hole in which the bullet is captured disappears, so that it can be kept in a full state at all times.
Moreover, due to the difference in specific gravity between the captured bullet and the gel material, it can sink downward and be taken out collectively.
Further, the captured bullet remains intact and can be captured in a reusable state.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an impact receiving body containing a gel material 3 which is a material that is not elastic or very plastically deformed in a bag 2 of a predetermined shape, and has a thickness sufficient to capture a bullet ( Depth). Since the gel material 3 has a liquid property, it cannot maintain a constant shape for a long time. For this reason, the gel material 3 is stored in a bag body 2 having a predetermined shape to have a predetermined shape. This bag is made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber, synthetic resin sheet, rubber, or the like.
[0008]
Since the impact receiving body 1 is heavy, it may be placed on the carriage 4 as shown in the figure.
Reference numeral 5 denotes a structure for housing the receiving body 1, which may be a structure made of any material such as metal, concrete, wood, or synthetic resin, and has an opening 6 on the front surface. Thus, the receiving body 1 can be taken in and out and is blocked by the surface of the receiving body 1.
[0009]
Reference numeral 7 denotes a cover made of high elongation rubber provided so as to cover the opening 6.
The bullet landing device is configured as described above, and a target (not shown) is installed in front of the bullet landing device.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the structure 5 can be similarly installed by tilting the rear side downward. By tilting backward as described above, it is possible to prevent the forward drooping deformation due to its own weight.
[0010]
As described above, the impact receiving body 1 does not necessarily have to be placed on the carriage 4 and may be placed directly on the floor or placed on a base placed on the floor as shown in FIG. . The same applies to the installation in the above horizontal state.
Reference numeral 11 denotes a facility for carrying in / out a winch or the like attached as necessary.
According to such a configuration, the fired bullet passes through the cover 7 and is captured by the impactor 1 in an intact state.
[0011]
At that time, since the cover 7 is made of high-stretch rubber, the bullet hole is extremely small to restore the original state as shown in FIG.
The bullet captured by the impactor 1 sinks downward over time due to the difference in specific gravity with the gel material.
When a certain amount of bullets accumulates in the lower part, the carriage 4 is pulled out from the structure 5, the bag 2 is removed, the lower part of the gel material 3 is cut, and the new gel material 3 is added to the upper part by the amount of the cut, and the bag is again 2 and housed in the structure 5.
[0012]
The cut gel material 3 contains a large number of bullets, and these bullets and the gel material 3 are reused.
The viscosity of the gel material 3 is free. If the viscosity is too low, the action of stopping the bullet is weakened so that the viscosity is determined in relation to the thickness. Therefore, the viscosity may be such that the captured bullet does not sink. . In that case, the bullets are concentrated and stopped at almost the same depth, and the layer may be cut and taken out in the vertical or horizontal direction.
[0013]
Further, the viscosity may be changed in the depth direction instead of the constant viscosity as a whole. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the front part may be divided into two in the longitudinal direction to have a high viscosity, the rear part may have a low viscosity, and the viscosity may be changed steplessly.
As described above, the gel material 3 can be used in the same manner even with a synthetic resin, a synthetic rubber or the like having the same plastic deformation property as described above. In the present invention, these are expressed as a gel material.
[0014]
Moreover, in the said structure, the bag body 2 does not necessarily need to be the above structures, and as shown in FIG. 6, the whole bag body 2 or at least the front side may be comprised with high elongation rubber. In that case, the cover 7 of the opening 6 becomes unnecessary.
In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes an anti-bounce material, which may be a single rubber, but is a composite in which natural fibers, synthetic fibers, metal fibers, or woven or non-woven fabrics of these mixed fibers are embedded in a laminated state in rubber or synthetic resin. If it is made of a material consisting of the material 9 and the rubber 10 of the surface material, it is possible to improve the durability by reducing the impact force of the bullet and absorbing the energy, and to stop the bullet with the surface material. it can.
[0015]
In addition, although said description demonstrated as a shooting range on land, it is the same even if comprised on a ship (inside).
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described in detail above, a sufficiently thick gel material is accommodated in the bag body as an impact receiving body, and this impact receiving body is arranged behind the target, so that the fired bullets are intact. In this state, it is captured by the impactor and can be reused by taking it out, and the gel material excluding bullets can also be used.
